Perfect Wedding Transportation!
I am so grateful to Rockstar Limo who helped make our wedding reception amazing! We reserved the white trolley, which took us to our December wedding reception. It was such a unique experience. Our driver was so professional and arrived on time and kept our schedule, dropping us off at our venue right when we needed to be there! The white trolley looked so cute in photos and our bridal party loved the atmosphere it created! They made everything so easy for us and were excellent with communicating everything to us! I would highly recommend hiring Rockstar for any important event! Safe and flawless transportation! -

The Trolley was fun add on to our wedding for the bridal party to be transported to the venue. Tony our driver arrived earlier and ready to go whenever we were ready, he was very friendly and made sure we had fun tunes to listen to on our ride! Including "Going to the Chapel"! :) Once he dropped us girls off at the venue, he made sure we didn't need anything else before heading back to the house to pick up the groom and groomsmen. Tony went above and beyond when he arrived back to the house, by helping my husband catch our runaway dog! So thankfully for everything he did that day, even making sure we had pictures taken on the trolley by the photographer! We all had a wonderful experience, I wish we were able to use the Trolley for all the guests! -

We used Kenny's coach for our wedding as transportation for the bridal party throughout the day, and were extremely satisfied.
The staff we worked with in booking the coach were very friendly and responsive. We had multiple stops on our route, and felt confident that our instructions had been clearly communicated to / understood by the driver going into the big day.
On the day of, our driver (Bob) arrived promptly, and was extremely friendly and accommodating. He went above and beyond to take care of us and the rest of the bridal party. He helped load the food/drinks into the trolley, poured our champagne for a toast after the reception, and took every extra step to make sure we were taken care of.
The trolley itself was top notch - spacious, comfortable, and clean. Our trolley came with a back "porch", which made for some great photo ops.
Overall, we couldn't be happier with our choice to use Kenny's Coach, and would highly recommend them. -

Kenny's Coach was the perfect transportation for our wedding day! Julie was great to work with and made the process run more smoothly. The white trolley was just what we wanted. Service was timely, efficient and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They book quickly so call them early! -

We used Kenny’s Coach to transport us, our bridal party, and parents the day of our wedding. The trolley was beautiful and comfortable (though we weren’t in it very long!) and large enough to fit 18 of us very comfortably. Bob was our driver and he was incredible helpful and flexible. He went out of his way to be of assistance- he brought my bouquet out to me from the trolley while we were out taking couple photos with our photographer. He accidentally made a wrong turn and offered to give us 15 extra minutes for free because of his mistake- it didn’t matter too much, but we appreciated his offer. Overall, Bob was fantastic and the trolley was in awesome condition. -

Julie from Kenny's Coach was great to work with in organizing a trolley for our wedding day. She was responsive, professional, and made sure we had all of the details we needed. On the day, our driver Dennis was fantastic! He arrived with plenty of time to spare, and he drove us from my parents' house to our pictures to the church to the reception. He even escorted me from the trolley to the doors of the church! He had fun music for us and surprise "Just Married" banners hanging on the trolley when we emerged from the church. The trolley was clean and looked beautiful. I would definitely recommend Kenny's Coach. -

As a wedding coordinator for over 30 years, I selected Kenny's Coach to provide the transportation for the bridal party for my daughter's wedding. I have referred Kenny's Coach to my numerous brides because Kenny and his professional staff are always on time and when the trolley arrives at the Barker Tavern, the wedding parties are so happy with the service they received. I was able to experience this first hand a few weeks ago. The Office Manager, Julie, and I corresponded a few times (I had given her an incorrect pick up address for the groomsmen) to make sure all the information she had was accurate. Bob, our driver, couldn't have been nicer - the groomsmen were picked up and taken to the church, then the bride and her bridesmaids were taken to the church where the ceremony took place on time. Bob then made sure that the bridal party arrived at Scituate Lighthouse in time for photos and then to the Barker in time to take some family photos before introduction. He provided them with plenty of water and make the bridal party feel very special when he rolled out the "red carpet". The trolley was spotless, airconditioned and Bob made sure that everyone enjoyed their ride. He never rushed us - always giving us plenty of time at each stop so that every moment could be enjoyed and remembered. Thank you Kenny's Coach, Julie and Bob for helping to make this a wedding to remember. -

We used Kenny's Coach for our recent Boston wedding. Booking was really easy and they were very flexible with their contract. The trolley was beautiful, clean and spacious. Our driver showed up on time, held a fun champange toast after the ceremony and played some great music! -

We rented a trolley from Kenny's coach for our wedding. The trolley was clean, well maintained and charming. Our driver was named Bob, and he was fabulous! He even played "Going to the Chapel" and asked my bridesmaids to sing on the way to the ceremony. It was so sweet, and I'll never forget it! Bob really went out of his way to make sure that everyone was happy and to see if there was anything additional he could help with. -

Kenny's Coach did a great job recently at our wedding, the trolley was a half hour early to pick up the groom and groomsmen then the bride was actually 15 mins early at the church. The driver that day, Bob, was a true gentleman who went above and beyond to make sure we had no hitches throughout the day. Everything went perfect. -

Kenny's Coach was great! We rented a Trolley for our big day and it was perfect. Kenny's Coach was easy to work with from the beginning and they were very flexible and accomidating for our requests for that day. On our wedding day, they were ealry and ready to go! We were so happy with our driver and his level of service that day. -

If you are looking for a non traditional way to travel on your wedding day i would strongly suggest a trolley by Kennys coach. It was so much fun to travel with my whole wedding party. The driver was great and it was a smooth ride! -

I couldn't be happier with Kenny's Coach and their service on and before my wedding day! I work directly with the owner, Kenny, before the wedding and he was super nice and extremely helpful. On the day of the wedding, the trolley that I reserved arrived promptly and was so cool! The driver was energetic and took the time to talk to me and my wedding party and put on fun music while we drove to the church. At the church, he coordinated everything and worked with the coordinator at the church to make sure that everything went smoothly. I truly couldn't be happier with the service and everyone was impressed with how smooth the transportation went and how friendly and assured the driver was! -

We used Kenny's coach for our wedding a couple of weeks ago. We had a large bridal party (and my dress was huge) so the trolley was the only was to go. We had room for our ENTIRE bridal party to ride from the church to the reception with room to spare. The trolley itself was beautiful and clean. We had a red carpet and champagne for the ride provided by Kenny's. Our driver (Bill?)was AMAZING. He came to the house about 15 minutes early (but didn't start the 3 hour block we had reserved until the actual pickup time) which was nice because as a nervous bride the LAST thing you want to worry about is getting to the church on time. He had music on their for us and was very friendly and professional.
We had a good experience with Kenny as well. We had to change our pickup time about 4 times and he was so patient and understanding about it. Great customer service from both Kenny and our driver!
one thing to note- when you sign the contract with them you are agreeing to tip the driver 20%...its right IN the contract (but not the price total) so don't be turned off by the review on here regarding the driver's tip. (I know I had reservations myself at first based on that review) We actually ended up tipping a bit more based on the quality of service.
Also good to know- sometimes it takes them a day or two to get back to you about non-urgent stuff, I think this is just because they aren't in the actual office all the time but they will get back to you and they were apologetic about the delay. -

Although there was no negotiating on the cost, I was really pleased with the services of Kenny's Coach. They arrived on time with a clean trolley and drove safely the whole day. I loved having all the space of the trolley as opposed to a limo. -

Easy to book, great rates, great vehicles
Rockstar gave us the option of everything from a mini coach, to school buses, to smaller vans, and a special van with champagne for the wedding party. All things considered, the price was reasonable. They charge by time and not by distance, so you basically play a flat rate per hour depending on the vehicle. They do include a 20% gratuity (for everything except school buses), which is nice, because it was one less tip for us to worry about that evening. -

Kenny's Coach was great to work with. The trolley I booked for my wedding had a large balcony, which was awesome for pictures! Dan, our driver, was very nice, professional, and showed up at all scheduled locations on time. getting a shuttle for guests makes things easier!!
We hired a school bus to shuttle our guests to a from the hotel and venue through Rockstar Limo and it was great! They were very responsive while we were planning our event, and the driver arrived early for both the trip to the venue and the trip to the hotel. The ease of working with them for arranging transportation for our guests made it worth it! -

Kenny’s Coach was fun way to transport our family and wedding party on the day of our wedding. As a bride, I loved taking the trolley from my parent’s home to our church. The trolley was comfortable and clean. The music was fun and the driver was professional and very nice. We also loved having photos with the trolley- those shots came out really fun! -

Instead of the traditional wedding limo, we opted for a more hometown feel of the White Wedding Trolley. (Plymouth used to run waterfront trolley tours, which made me nostalgic for this option) We also had our wedding party come along with us to an alternative photograph location, so we either needed to either organize a way that the 12 cars of people were going to follow the photographer and find parking, or go with our 34 passenger trolley idea.
The chauffeur was prompt and courteous, I cannot fault him for any disappointment I may have experienced. We were told that the trolly would be stocked with champagne, water and soda, however the stock supplied was less than antiquate for the amount of passengers.
Other than that, the trolley brought a special smile to our hearts, and our guests loved the uniqueness of our transportation. -

My husband and I used Kenny's Coach for our wedding last month. It was an average experience over all. The trolley was great. It was large enough for my wedding party of 20, which is why I chose it. As far as I know, it arrived to pick up the groomsmen on time. I, however, was a 1/2 hour late to the church. I wish someone had contacted me to let me know what the delay was and when I was was going ot be picked up. We gave all addresses ahead of time and somehow still found ourselves giving directions on the way to the church, after missing the street, and on the way to the reception. -

We used Kenny's Coach to provide a wedding trolley to transport the wedding party and parents from the church to the reception site about 45 minutes away.
Through our the planning phase, Kenny could not have been nicer to us, however he was not always the easiest to get a hold of, not calling back promptly or responding to emails.
Our wedding day was hot, and the air conditioning in the trolley was not adequate for the job. We were all hot, including an elderly grandparent who was unable to enjoy the trip.
However, the worst part of the day was after we were dropped off. We tipped the driver what we thought was an appropriate amount. The driver then had the gall to call the bride on her wedding day to inform her that someone had given him an envelope, but the tip was short. He informed us that he was owed a whole 20% of the total amount of the contract. And to make the matter worse, he had the nerve to call the bride as he knew we were getting ready and/or taking photographs. It made not only the bride, groom, and maid of honor extremely uncomfortable and angry, but staff at the reception site noticed that the trolley wasn't leaving, and were appalled when they asked us and found out why. Needless to say, we did not pay him the extra money, and frankly we almost took our initial tip back.
We contacted Kenny a couple days later with our concerns about the service, and we never heard back from him. No apology, no promise to talk to the driver, nothing. That is almost as insulting as the initial offense. Needless to say, we cannot recommend Kenny's Coach to anyone, and I advise to look elsewhere for your transportation needs.
Follow up: Presumably due to our negative review, Kenny's Coach challenged our review, which we took the time to fight against. There used to be many almost identical reviews to ours with the drivers demanding tips etc., which have been removed. This just reinforces the terrible conduct that Kenny's Coach embodies. -

Terrible experience
We booked Rockstar Limo for a school bus for our wedding transportation. Biggest regret of our wedding. We had the bus scheduled to take all the remaining guests at the end of the night to our after party, but the bus left WITHOUT THE BRIDE AND GROOM and about 20 guests who were then stranded at the venue because no one had cars. The venue coordinator had to stay late because there were still guests there. We were not able to get in touch with the supposed 24/7 dispatch, and the bus driver was tracked down by a guest at the after party. Worst experience and I would NOT recommend. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they were accommodating when we had to reschedule for COVID reasons. -

I found the trolley to be presentable, not over the top. The driver should of stayed home. He was late by 30 minutes and he got lost. He was not the most pleasant. If I am going to spend $1000.00 I do expect some courtesy.
The a/c was so so...This vendor was ok..but would recommend others. We arrived late and where rushed through our pictures. Nobody died so that was good.
The cocktail hour was rushed in the domino effect from the driver.
He made sure to REMIND us of his 20% gratuity...how bold! Well he did not get 20%..he got half of that for the time snafu. Where do these guys get off asking for tips...tips are provided for excellent service which is what we DID NOT get. -

Almost Criminal
This place is almost criminal, we put deposits down for 3 buses, we ended up not needing them. We reached out to cancel 4 months away from the wedding and they wouldn’t give us a single dollar back. They took $3,000 dollars from us and as many know, weddings are so expensive these days. This company should be ashamed taking advantage of young couples. -
