  Our bridal party had excellent services. Everyone's make up turned out beautiful. Even after the reception the make up looked great! If you schedule ask for Morgan she is very professional.

  I really went to the one on polaris, but it wasn't listed and I couldn't find where to add it. But They did a fantastic job and I would definitely recommend.

  I had a lot of confidence in my stylist. I showed her pictures of some styles I really loved and she found one that would work with my hair. I felt beautiful, confident and comfortable on my day.

  My bridesmaids and I all had our hair done for my wedding by stylists at the Reynoldsburg/Pickerington Kenneth's. Everyone's hair looked amazing, and I was extremely impressed with how everyone's turned out. Mine looked amazing (even without a trial or practice run) and stayed put all day and night for our wedding. I was sad to have to take it out! Highly recommend for great wedding hairstylists who will get you ready amazingly fast!

  excellent experience! I got mani/pedi/hair/makeup done. I was able to get it all done in one location and all back to back which made it very convenient! The hair came out beautifully and I was given a hair consultation where I spoke with the stylist before my wedding so wedding day we already knew what we wanted to do! The makeup artist nyla was amazing! my makeup looked so good! Overall good price, convenient that its all in one spot, and excellent service!

Every girl in the party was extrememly happy with their hair and felt really good in the make up. I got my hair done by Cheryl. She was awesome. She made the morning a lot of fun. Kenneth's even allowed us to bring in bagels and OJ for breakfast. The morning could not have been any better.

  I always get my haircut with brooke and decided to have her do my hair for our reception. She did an amazing job and was very flexible when I had to reschedule our reception a week before!!! Loved the style and it was better than the photo I brought her.

  I did my eyebrow wax here and trimmed my hair about one week before my wedding. Nothing special to the eyebrow wax, but the girl who did it was nice. My trim was fine although I wasn't too concerned because my sister in law did was doing my wedding day hair so the cut didn't matter. But for the honeymoon my hair looked great.

  I am allergic to just about all haircare products. I contacted Kenneth's beforehand and arranged for a trial run hair appointment with Allison at their Millrun location. We did the trial run for my hair about 5 days prior to the wedding since we could not use any hairspray or products. Allison was amazing! My hair stayed in a partial up-do all day long.

The makeup artist that my daughter had an appointment with was unavailable for her appointment, but the one that stepped in still did a beautiful job. Everyone's hair and makeup lasted through the day, and they all looked amazing. I tried at the last minute to get a hair appointment around the same time at the same location. No appointments were available but they worked with me to get my hair done in Powell (where I usually go) and I went straight from there to Polaris for my makeup session. It all worked out well.   We had our hair and make-up done at Kenneth’s for my wedding. The scheduling was very annoying. I tried to schedule the hair and make-up appointments at the New Albany Salon that I go to. I was very nervous that something was not going to go right the day of my wedding.
  
  The day of my wedding all the appointments were right on schedule and everything went smoothly. The only bad thing that happened was that the hairdresser for my maid of honor burnt her head with the curling iron. Thank goodness she had a good make-up artist and you couldn’t even tell that she had gotten burnt. Though she didn’t really get a sincere apology from the technician. My maid of honor contacted them a month later because she still had a scar from it. They apologized and are going to refund her the amount for her appointment.
  
  I don’t know that I would use Kenneth’s again for my special even because of my experience with the call center and scheduling. It was one more thing to stress about that I didn’t need. I love my hair dresser and spa technician though so I decided to put up with it so I could have them prep me for the big day.

  I had a rough time with Kenneth's Mill Run for my wedding.

  Day of the wedding: My hair started 45 minutes late because Kenneth's over-books their stylists. Because my hair started late, my stylist did half of my hair & sent me to my maid of honor & I to our make-up appointments. When we arrived to the spa-side, they didn't have my maid of honor of the schedule for make-up. I do want to emphasize that I honestly never double checked the confirmation emails, so this could have been my fault. HOWEVER, the front desk said "I'm sorry, but we're fully booked & there's no way we can get her in for makeup". HELLO - I gave Kenneth's A LOT of business through myself & my bridesmaids. You need to make accommodations for your brides. ESPECIALLY because they started ME 45 minutes late... If I start late, I feel that someone else can be late.
  
  My MOH spoke with management & fit her in. They didn't require me to pay for my hair or makeup & gave my MOH 50% off. They did make it right & I am appreciative. However, brides should know my experience.
  
  I would like to point out that my make up was AMAZING. My make-up artist was very sweet & professional. I shed a tear while I was getting my make-up done from the stress & without saying a word, my make-up artist gave me a tissue.
  She also waxed my eyebrows the week of the wedding. That was the most enjoyable experience I had. I wish I remembered my make-up artist's name. She was absolutely incredible.
  
  My hair was beautiful but fell out before the ceremony. Overall, I'm disappointed, but you can't 100% blame the stylist for weather & humidity impacts.

I am 57 years old, I have never had a fungus on any part of my body and I know that it was where I contacted it. I just wanted the public to know what I experienced.
