I chose Kennedy Blue for my bridesmaid dresses, and I’m so glad I did! I went with the color black, and it was absolutly stunning. The dresses were elegant, timeless, and looked beutiful on all of my bridesmaids. The classic black color made my wedding photos look so chic and sophisticated!

Flexible and efficient!
Due to a personal emergency I was unable to return my dresses I had ordered after the 3 day period Kennedy Blue gives you. I contacted customer service and spoke to Regina who was quick to help me and let me know I would not be charged any overcharge fees as they understand things come up outside of our control. We were able to try on sample dresses to find the best fit before purchasing and the ordering process was very straightforward. We had our bridesmaids wear Kennedy Blue emerald velvet dresses for our wedding and everyone looked stunning! All of our girls received compliments on how fantastic they looked, and the girls themselves commented on how comfortable and confident they felt. We loved that Kennedy Blue has a “try on at home” option before purchasing, and everyone could purchase at different times because they have an electronic system for coloring so we didn’t have to worry about inconsistent dye lots. Where do I start? I was looking for a modern wedding dress but was not considering going into a traditional boutique. Kennedy Blue was recommended to me on Insta and I fell in love with Brooklyn!
My fiance and I are having a medium-sized ceremony and reception at an art gallery and I really wanted something pretty but not fussy. Ordering was so easy (you can do it on their website) and my dress was even a little early. I had a prelim alterations appointment but all I really need is a little hemming and switching out the bust cups. Also, shout out to the Customer service on chat! I only had to write in once or twice, mostly about my "bride's ladies" wanting to order dresses but they were always so sweet and helpful.
I can't wait to marry the love of my life in this dress!

COVID-19 Bridesmaids
My wedding w as supposed to be May of 2020, so my bridesmaids had bought their dresses way in advance for my actual May 2021 wedding. In the meantime, my MOH had a baby and had to exchange her dress (2x!) and another bridesmaid was about 25 weeks pregnant by the time our wedding actually happened. Their dresses all still matched perfectly in color and fit wonderfully.

Wonderful customer service, quality bridesmaid dresses
First, the prices are great for awesome quality bridesmaids dresses. Second, customer service is amazing. Long story short, purchased original dress, received beautiful dress, then the covid19 outbreak happened and my brothers wedding had to be postponed at the last minute for 4.5 months from original date. At the same time I had found out I was pregnant and knew my current dress wasn’t going to fit me in 5 months. I Emailed Kennedy blue after hours and received a response by very early the next morning. They helped me with selecting a new dress that would be more forgiving for a growing belly and gave me the instructions on how to return the original. (They also always have great promo codes for discounts and free shipping sometimes too!). So unfortunately after all was said and done I had a miscarriage, and I emailed Kennedy blue once again asking if I could change my new dress order to a size smaller and they were able to accommodate. They’ve been absolutely kind, friendly, helpful, accommodating, etc etc. thanks for everything!

Kennedy Blue should definitely be your only destination for your bridesmaid's dresses. Their dresses are beautiful and such great quality. I know shopping online for a dress can be nerve-wracking but I know you won't be disappointed. I would highly recommend ordering a few samples and have you and your bridesmaids try on the dresses. Even if the sample is not quite in your size, you can get a better understanding of how the dress can look and fit. They also give you an option to order fabric swatches which is very helpful in deciding which colors will work best with your overall wedding vibe. If you are unsure about anything, Kennedy Blue's customer representatives are there to help and are very responsive. They can even let you know when you should have the dresses ordered so that you can have enough time to get them altered. Overall my experience with Kennedy Blue was amazing and I would highly recommend them.

Not only do they have affordable beautiful dresses but they also have sample dresses that ship to your house to try on, I loved this feature and have not seen it anywhere else. Also I went away and was not able to ship my sample dress back in time so they extended my date to do so, so I would not have to pay an extra shipping price! Above all, Kennedy Blue's customer service goes above and beyond. I used Kennedy Blue for my bridesmaid dresses for my wedding, and the dresses ended up being great quality and absolutely beautiful. Be sure to order early as the shipping time can be a couple of months. However, all of my bridesmaids loved their dresses and told me that they would definitely wear them again. The process of getting color and dress samples was so easy, which made the process of getting bridesmaid dresses a breeze even when they are spread out in different states.

I was very pleased with my Kennedy Blue dress. My friends and I tried on our dresses in store and each found our perfect match (our bride let us each pick our own). All the dresses matched our personalities.
My dress arrived a few weeks prior to the anticipated arrival date. I got the shipment notification and the dress arrived the next day!
The dress required a bit of hemming, but afterward it fit like a glove. The dress was super flattering and was surprisingly easy to dance in. I would highly recommend Kennedy Blue to any future bride or bridesmaid.

I cannot talk enough about how wonderful my experience was purchasing a Kennedy Blue bridesmaid dress! I've been a bridesmaid in over 7 weddings, and this was by far my favorite dress! For one, they were able to accommodate my size (hello curvy girls)! They carry plus sizes in the store to try on so I felt included with the other girls when looking for the best style for me! Ordering was easy, although it took awhile to get to me, but that's normal for a bridemaids dress! When it arrived, it fit like a glove! It was incredibly comfortable and I danced like crazy all night long! I felt so beautiful (even though it's not about me)!!!! Another great thing was we were all able to pick the style that best fit our bodies/personalities! There were so many varieties to choose from, yet they looked stunning all together! I'm so happy and would recommend Kennedy Blue to everyone!!!!!!

If I could give 10 stars for value, I would. I bought my wedding dress through Kennedy Blue, and selected a bridesmaid fabric color (people selected the styles they preferred). I absolutely loved my gown and the color "slate blue" in the bridal party dresses. I would highly recommend this company, especially for budget-conscious brides who want quality for their money!

The customer service is so helpful and awesome. I wore 'Quinn' and I absolutely loved it! It was a bit too long for me so I had it hemmed but it was so comfy and cute! I didn't even wear it as a bridesmaid, I just wore it as a guest to a wedding! I would recommend Kennedy Blue to anyone, whether you're looking for bridesmaid dresses or just wedding guest attire!

I order a dress and the top unfortunately did not fit like I needed it to. I reached out to customer service asking what can be done for a return and they helped me find the form and my order number that I lost. Their response time was quick. I HIGHLY recommend you take advantages of trying them on before ordering them with their $10/dress program.

After looking at dresses at several shops, I decided to order sample dresses from Kennedy Blue for my bridesmaids to try on. The sample dress came in several different styles so we could pinpoint the perfect dress. I ended up choosing a blush pink dress, which was the perfect balance between pink and nude. It came earlier than expected, which was great to allow for length alterations. My bridesmaids did have a few complaints about the dress they got fitting different than the sample, but with minor alterations everything was perfect. They are beautiful dresses of good quality and won't break the bank!

Great value dresses
I love the Kennedy Blue dresses and thought they were very affordable for my bridesmaids ranging from $70-125 based on if they bought in stock or ordered dresses. I will say that the embroidered lace dresses are scratchy, so I would recommend rubbing a dryer sheet or something on the inside of it to try to soften the tulle. They looked beautiful though, and you can't really beat the price. The customer service was pretty good and easiest when I contacted them through Facebook.

Great Bridesmaid dresses for a great price
I found Kennedy Blue online through a friend who wore their bridesmaid dress in a wedding. There are so many online options these days. I went with Kennedy Blue due to the color options available, numerous styles, and price point. I was able to order color swatches to make the best decision on color, then inform my bridesmaids. At the time, their online website did not have a group function for me to set up color palette, fabric type, and suggested styles. I hope they have updated their website with this function. Their website was also finicky at times, and timed out. Thankfully despite this we got our dresses. The size guide was true to size and my bridesmaids only required a hem!! We got the dresses on-time if not a week early. I thought navy might be a bit dark, but the day of the wedding it was perfect. I am so glad I went with Kennedy Blue so my bridesmaids didn't have to pay too much for their dresses. I hope they update their website, so it is easier to use. I would recommend Kennedy Blue.

Classy bridesmaids dresses
I used various styles in the color "black" for my wedding, and my girls looked SO classy in them. All of them fit incredibly well and only a few of them had to have it taken-in in the bust area. The dresses do come a little long, but it wasn't an issue getting them hemmed. All in all, I think the quality of the dresses is SO MUCH BETTER than all the other bridesmaid's dresses I have seen/felt in person. I am telling all my friends to use Kennedy blu in the future so that I can wear one of the dresses some day haha

Good dresses but beware length of long styles
I've been a bridesmaid in two weddings that used Kennedy Blue, one with a short dress style and one with a long dress. Overall the service has been great both times, questions were answered quickly and the dresses arrived before they said they would, which was nice.
Everyone in our most recent party with the long dresses had an issue with the length, though. We all ordered different styles of long dresses in the same color, and every one of us has had to have our dresses altered because they are incredibly long. I'm 5' 8" and wearing 3" heels for this wedding and the bottom of the dress still dragged on the floor long enough for it to be impossible to walk in when I tried it on with the shoes. It would be nice if they would give an option to incorporate our heights when making these dresses since they are supposedly made when they're ordered. Because of the delicate material we've all had to pay in the $100 or more range to have them hemmed and for some of us, to also have the straps shortened. Which has really impacted the overall reasonableness of the price.

Terrible customer service
The customer service was absolutely terrible. I tried to cancel a dress I no longer needed, but they said they couldn't process my request because it was platinum. However, the website says that only platinum custom-length dresses can't be returned, and my dress was standard. They're misleading customers with this information and need to fix it. I strongly advise against buying from them due to this issue.

Using Kennedy Blue for my bridesmaid dress has been incredibly frustrating and difficult. Getting a try on dress has been incredibly difficult, as their try on dresses are always out of stock. I still haven't been able to figure out what size I am, because what try on dresses I have been able to get have been way off; their sizing chart is completely inconsistent with my actual measurements. Additionally, each of the three times I have actually tried to order my bridesmaid dress, the website itself crashes. Every time I add the dress to my cart and try to checkout, the page ends up in a loop of constant refreshing and it won't allow me to finish checking out. I will not be attempting to use Kennedy Blue in the future.

Disappointing - Dress Ripped AT Wedding
I ordered the Kennedy Blue Pearl bridesmaid dress. Buying a dress from Kennedy Blue was frustrating - it cost $10 every time I wanted to try on a sample dress, it takes "10-16 weeks" to make your bridesmaid dress or it's a rush order and costs extra. It just felt at every step there were additional charges and it's difficult to find this information on the Web site. The Pearl dress has four layers so it cost extra to hem - I had asked the tailor if I should have the v-neck sewing reinforced and was told it should last the night. The v-neck of my dress ripped 2 hours into the wedding - I've never had a wardrobe malfunction in my life and I'd sized up. I know bridesmaid dresses aren't usually the best quality, but the Kennedy Blue Pearl bridesmaid dress barely lasted a few hours before ripping and was extremely susceptible to stains. Honestly - it lasted long enough for photos and the ceremony and that was it. I've been a bridesmaid plenty of times and even David's Bridal bridesmaid dresses are better quality and less expensive. The entire process felt like such a scam.

returns KILLED the experience
I love the dresses and how easy it was to order them. what absolutely destroyed the experience was trying to return a dress and exchange for a smaller size. my bridesmaid tried on the dress and had it on for maybe 45 seconds, tops. found it to be too big. sent the dress back and was told that the dress couldn't be returned because it had "stains" on it. the pictures sent did not show stains and when the dress was shipped back, not a single stain on it. if I could get the exact same dress elsewhere I would have. definitely wont be using this company again.

Stay away from Kennedy Blue
I asked for my bridesmaids to all order their dresses from Kennedy Blue for my wedding. They ordered 4 months before the wedding, yet still had to pay almost $50 for expedited shipping. One bridesmaid’s dress was lost in the mail, and when I called to see what the company could do to ensure she had a dress in time, they sent a “warehouse” dress, and refused to reimburse her for the lost dress she never received. She ended up buying a previously worn dress from Kennedy Blue on Poshmark. Though the employee I spoke to at Kennedy Blue was professional and polite on the phone, she didn’t fulfill her promise of issuing her a refund. All of my bridesmaids needed to get the dresses hemmed, as they came extremely long. Save yourself and your bridal party the hassle of ordering anything from this website. You will be disappointed.

Dissatisfaction with Kennedy Blue
I don't personally enjoy leaving bad reviews, but I reached out to Kennedy Blue via email, and submitted a review on their website expressing my deep dissatisfaction with their product and service, and after almost a month, I still haven't heard back from them - so here is my honest experience with Kennedy Blue.
To give some context, I had a total of eight bridesmaids, four of whom ordered dresses from Kennedy Blue, while the other four ordered their dresses from Birdy Grey. The contrast between the two experiences could not have been more stark.
The primary issues we encountered with Kennedy Blue dresses include:
Significant Alterations: All four of my bridesmaids who ordered dresses from Kennedy Blue needed extensive alterations to make the dresses fit properly. This was both time-consuming and costly, causing undue stress and inconvenience.
Awkward Fit: Despite following the site's sizing recommendations, the Kennedy Blue dresses fit awkwardly on all four of my bridesmaids. The fit issues were apparent in the length, waist, and overall silhouette. This made it difficult for my bridesmaids to feel comfortable and confident in their attire.
Unnecessarily Large Bust Area: A notable problem was the excessively large bust area on the dresses, which affected all four of my bridesmaids, even those with larger busts. The excessive fabric in this area not only looked unflattering but also required additional alterations to address.
In stark contrast, all four bridesmaids who ordered their dresses from Birdy Grey had a seamless and positive experience. Their dresses did not require any alterations, fit perfectly, and were delivered promptly. Furthermore, their interactions with Birdy Grey's customer service were exceptional, with clear and timely communication throughout the process.
I want to stress that I had high hopes for Kennedy Blue, as I had read positive reviews and LOVE the dark olive green chiffon color they offer (which WAS beautiful I must say). However, my personal experience, as well as that of my bridesmaids, was deeply disappointing.
I believe it is important to provide feedback so that Kennedy Blue can better understand the issues my bridesmaids encountered and improve their services, and warn any other brides thinking about using Kennedy Blue. I hope Kennedy Blue can provide a more positive and reliable experience for brides and their bridal parties in the future!!

Do Not Count on "Try on at Home"
Do not count on being able to use their try on at home samples. Kennedy Blue has no waiting list system for it and the sample dresses are in such high demand that it's really a ***shoot to be about to try on anything besides a 0 or a 22. I have checked almost everyday as close to 4p CST as possible for about a month and there has never been a 6 or 8 available. Actually I haven't seen any size besides 0, 20 or 22. Sample sizes are honestly a great idea, but if the idea cannot be executed for the great majority what's the point? Kennedy Blue needs to switch to a manual waiting list system if they cannot set up their system for it. Blaming the capability of your systems for a poorly thought out execution is bad business.

This company has a terrible return policy. My bridesmaid dressed came in and were a completely different color then what was shown on the website. They looked more purple then pink and didn't match any of the flowers or ties. And they only give 80% back if you need to return. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

My bridesmaids dress looked noticeably different and ruined my photos
I've been in a few other weddings with KB dresses so I just decided to also use KB because of how easy it was in the past. My bridesmaids could choose any style, the only requirement was to be emerald and velvet.
All my girls attended the appointment I set up at a local bridal shop to pick their dress, and they were all ordered the same day. Well we don’t see the girls final dresses on them until the day of the wedding, and we find out that my sisters dress was sewn wrong so the fabric was upside down and caught the light differently, it looked two shades lighter than everyone else’s.
I don’t understand how that can happen when they were all on the same order, ordered at the same time. Now she stands out in all my pictures. Would not recommend, clearly they have no quality control.

I thought Kennedy blue would be the perfect fit, since my bridesmaids are all over the country and couldn't get together to try on dresses. It would probably work for some people, since I didn't see any problem with the quality of the dress. But if you're getting a navy dress? BEWARE.
My bridesmaid ordered Sienna in "navy." What Kennedy Blue doesn't tell you up front is that their navy is a "dark navy." Crinkle chiffon, however, looks black. When I inquired if I had been sent the wrong swatch, the person I spoke to at customer service told me "All our fabric is dyed the same...it's the same color, it just looks different according to the lighting." Well, I looked at it in florescent light, incandescent light, and daylight - still black. I ordered a chiffon and a crinkle chiffon dress and held them side by side. Not the same. Sorry, but even if you use the same dye, if the fabric reacts differently, it's not the same color. I had looked at lots of photos of "real weddings" with their navy dresses, and found it misleading. If the customer service rep had told me the truth, that there IS a blue liner underneath the fabric, or that chiffon IS more blue than crinkle chiffon, maybe I would have ordered a chiffon dress. But I asked both those questions and I found customer service to be unsympathetic and unhelpful.
To top it off, when my bridesmaid canceled her order of the black dress, she had to pay a $30 "re-stocking fee" for a dress that wouldn't arrive for another 10 weeks.
I ended up using another site and ordering dresses that were labeled DARK NAVY (and looked navy, not black), $50 cheaper, shipped faster (in a garment bag!), allowed 7 days for trial dresses, and did custom alterations for free. You don't have to settle.

An expensive hassle and low quality dresses
I recently had to order a dress from Kennedy Blue as a bridesmaid. I just have to put this review out there - please do not use this company! First, it is $10 per try on for a store that is only in one location (MN). So I spent $40 trying on four dresses - only to find out that the sizing on the website is totally off of normal sizing. So, I used their measuring chart and tried again, spent another $50 on five more dresses. Turns out even, the sizing chart is wrong. I wrote to customer service - they offered me a 10% discount coupon but nothing else. Still had to order another dress to make sure I had the right final size. All of this done - this took about six weeks, all told, to get all the dresses and try them and return them - I finally found a dress that is good enough (trust me, it's not great) and went to order. It is July. Apparently without expedited shipping, the dress won't get here until November. November! So I paid $25 to expedite, still had to pay $10 more for shipping(?) and at the end of the day, I am out.... I hate to do the math... $240 at least for a dress that looks like it is worth $25, and that I am most definitely going to have to get altered because I was between sizes (I have never found so many dresses that don't fit right). Don't use Kennedy Blue!!!!

PSA to brides and wedding parties: Do not order from Kennedy Blue. Had a terrible experience (as a bridesmaid). Also, their dresses are made in China.
Ordered a dress back in November...and the promise was that it would be delivered by February 21. The bridal party (who was scattered throughout the US) arranged for try-on meetings, etc. based on that date. Feb. 21 rolls around and...NO DRESS. I contacted them to inquire, and they pretty much said that the dress was already on its way and that it's not that much longer, so nbd. Actually, here's their actual email, copied and pasted below:

The shipping date is an estimated shipping date from our designer. As we do try to get the dresses to you by that date, we also have stated on our website that there will be a slowdown in production due to Chinese New Year which generally is 1-3 weeks. This year the slowdown was minimal, however as we do ship two day priority I think the dress shipping on Feb 21st ( following a federal holiday with no mail service) should not be stressful. With the weather, the mail service and possible delays from overseas, it is very difficult to guarantee you dress will be in hand the day of the estimated ship. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. We coordinate with the designer and the production staff overseas and do our utmost to ensue all of our customers receive their dresses in a timely manner. You should receive your dress by Friday, Feb 24th.
Again, our apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused.

Aside from the fact that they did not accept responsibility for their wrongdoing, they decided it was appropriate to tell me that their transgression "should not be stressful." I don't think it's for them to decide what is or is not stressful--especially since airplane tickets and $$$ were involved (long story short: we were obviously not able to have the try-on session in time).

Please don't risk ruining your day..
I reached out to KB about a missing bridesmaid dress. It was ordered in early March and expedited. It should've arrived May 14th but never did. I reached out just to be told there's a manufacturing issue and that it won't arrive until June 25th ( the DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING). They offered a different dress in a size too small and a dress in the correct size that is low cut with a huge slit that my bridesmaid isn't comfortable wearing (religous reasons). They won't allow my bridesmaids to return their unaltered dresses for a full refund even though we have to go find dresses off the rack last minute... I can't find a color thats an exact match so its my only option.... They don't care that they've caused me and my bridal party so much stress only 5 weeks before my wedding... please don't risk it.

Don't use this company if you expect any quality of service. Ordered two bridesmaid dresses. Took months to arrive and only one arrived. Quality and fit terrible. Charged a restocking fee for two dresses when only one was ordered. $240 dresses and could have bought this type of dress at any box store. Shame!

I highly recommend looking into other company’s for your dresses. Working with Kennedy Blue has been a disaster. Due to the color not arriving as advertised (yes we got color swatches), we had to cancel the bridesmaid dress orders for my friend’s wedding. Her experience with the customer service was terrible and they were no help to assist with this issue. Once I was dealing with them myself to cancel my order, my experience was no better. I cancelled my order well in advance and even received a confirmation email that it was canceled. Despite this, my order was still processed and shipped to me over a week later, and getting in touch with their customer service to get a return label has been a huge headache. After multiple emails and calls, I finally got in touch with them almost 3 weeks later. The only thing the customer service representative could tell me was it was an IT issue and said nothing to try to make the situation better, nor made no comment about the lack of communication. Now, I am having to wait on a refund for my money until they receive the dress back, so ultimately I am having to wait on my money for a mistake their company made in the first place since my order never should have processed or shipped. I highly recommend looking at another company so if you have any issues you get them resolved professionally and timely.

Beware the scammy nature of the return policy by this vendor. If the item is not right for you or the bride changes her mind you will only get back 75% of your order AND have to pay shipping yourself, EVEN if you are within the return window.

Bad customer service and even more tragic dresses
TLDR; if they treat their paying customers this poorly, how do you think they treat their overseas factory workers?
I ordered several Kennedy blue dresses to try for size/style for an upcoming wedding (their lead time was over 6 weeks, so figured I needed to get a few options to hit the wedding timeline). First off, the dresses are cheap, shiny and costume-esque and I was super disappointed I had to spend $150. But so goes the bridesmaid charades, not really a choice on the brand selection.
After my utterly underwhelming experience trying on the dresses, I tried to return the dresses that did not work. Unfortunately, I did not familiarize myself with the fine print of their garbage return policy, which I recommend reading IN FULL before purchasing anything from this company. If you return a dress, you only get a 75% refund, even with tags attached. Which is asinine because none of the dresses are made to order and they can TOTALLY turn around and resell them (Lol, yeah, bet you are totally discarding those returned dresses for sure @kennedy blue.
The company does NOT provide a return label (lol in what world is this norm nowadays), which means you have to pay the full return shipping fee out of pocket. For those of you who are not familiar with shipping cost these days, I’ll fill you in. I spent a lovely little evening after work going to multiple shipping spots because the first estimate to return my dresses was $85. Yep, $85. So this whole return process left me out $100 to GIVE THEM BACK their ugly dresses. Unreal.
Their customer service basically gave a *big shrug* when I explained my situation and asked for assistance and leniency on their return policy since I had misunderstood it and felt it wasn’t adequately disclosed before you order. The most they offered me was reducing my restocking fees, but not eliminating them and they ~could not~~ provide a return label. I suppose it was too much to fathom. This company clearly only cares about profiting off of their poorly made dresses (manufactured in China and Indonesia), and that’s about it.
My total costs from this experience after “getting help” from customer service
-kept 1 dress for the wedding ($150)
-Total came to $271 for returns and all the shipping costs they don’t pay.
If you’re a bride, I’d go with literally any other company. Even the big ones like birdy grey and Azazie treated me better than this group of clowns.
I can’t wait to look so unfortunate in my upcoming wedding in this stupid dress.

Awful Customer Service
What a waste of money. Their sizing chart is inadequate. 3 dresses later and hundreds of wasted dollars. Make sure to read their return policy first. First dress they will take back. You are only refunded 80% of the actual dress, and you have to pay for shipping. Second dress they refuse to take back. Worst customer service ever. The dresses aren’t even that great. Save yourself the headache. Go anywhere but here. 🤬

Garbage return policy
My best friend was getting married January 16th, 2021 and due to a global pandemic, the wedding got moved to January 8, 2022 and was only moved two weeks before the 2021 wedding. I have lost weight since i got the dress in spetember and i asked if i could return the dress that was never removed from the plastic bag and has the tags on it, not altered. brand new. they told me no and asked if i wanted to buy another dress the next size down. That is unprofessional considering the circumstances. I would not recommend this company due to their poor professionalism and customer service.

Terrible fit and no way to fix it
I purchased a dress and it came in about 4 months later. The dress was a little loose, but the the bust was so large it was comical. I took it to a seamstress to try to alter it to fit as the wedding was only 2 months away. The seamstress did everything she could but could not make the bust fit. It's been taken in as much as possible without distorting the shape of the dress. It looks absolutely awful, and it is unwearable as I am still falling out of the top of the dress. I reached out to the company because there must have been a mistake for the bust to be so large that it can't be fixed. No surprise that I haven't heard back from them. The front of the dress does not look like how it is pictured online, and I am so disgusted by the poor quality.
