Kendra was the most amazing photographer! Leading up to our wedding she took the time to really get to know us and what our vision was. She made sure to learn all of our family and friends names and call them by their names throughout the night. She made us feel so comfortable during all the photographs while also getting all of the shots we asked for. Once we received our actual photos we were speechless and we can't stop looking at them! She's the best and I would choose her 1000x over for our special day! -

Kendra is the absolute best... She made everything so easy. We had a few calls before the wedding to lay out the vision for the big day and she was so helpful during the entire process. She made great suggestions without being pushy at all, and she made us feel seen and heard. One of my favorite things about Kendra is that she made all the decisions we made (be it just from us, a collaboration, or one of her suggestions) feel like the right one. And on the day of... she felt like a part of the wedding party, not a photographer making us take pictures we did not want to. She laughed with us, cried with us, and made us feel very very special. The pictures turned out incredible, and we could not recommend Kendra any more. -

We truly cannot say enough great things about Kendra. Prior to the day, my husband and I were both nervous about our photos. We can never seem to get the poses right in front of a camera to capture the best of us. From the moment the day began, she brought such a calm, organized, and positive energy that instantly put us at ease. You spend so much time on your wedding day with your photographer, but it truly felt like we were spending time with a friend. She was always exactly what we needed, directing us when we needed guidance, blending into the background when we had special moments, and coordinating the wedding party and family members for the group shots.
Her attention to detail was unmatched. She noticed things we never would have thought of in the moment from straightening my veil and fixing flyaways, to adjusting small decor items so they'd photograph perfectly. It was clear she cared deeply about getting the shots just right, but she never made anything feel overly staged or forced. Everything felt natural, and that really shows in our photos.
What stood out most, though, were the small things she did that went far beyond her job description. At one point during the reception, she noticed our drinks were empty and brought us both fresh ones. That moment captured exactly who she is: thoughtful, observant, and always one step ahead, making sure we were taken care of.
She made us feel completely comfortable in front of the camera (not an easy feat for either of us), and her direction was gentle, clear, and never overbearing. We could tell she genuinely wanted to capture our day in a way that felt true to us and she succeeded with flying colors.
Choosing Kendra was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!

Could not recommend Kendra more!!! She is a phenomenal photographer and person. I initially met Kendra when she shot my best friend's wedding and I immediately knew I wanted her to shoot mine as well. She has such a special way of making everyone in front of her camera feel comfortable and relaxed. She captures every moment and detail so beautifully and seemingly effortlessly. She planned and executed a perfect photography timeline and made the whole process stress free for my husband and I. Even with pouring rain all wedding day, Kendra quickly assessed our venue, improvised, and worked her magic to still get the most amazing photos. I never once doubted that she'd deliver the most beautiful photos and she did just that. I am so so grateful we booked her and can't wait to continue to work with her for years and events to come!!

Kendra is the best!
KENDRA MARTIN, literally one of the sweetest humans ever to exist! Kendra makes a whole room light up and smile when she’s around. She’s not only ABSOLUTELY AMAZING at what she does but she knows how to make it fun! There is always tears in my eyes when I get a “check your email” text or tagged in Instagram posts.
Pictures were very important to me when planning our wedding and when Kendra was suggested to us, I knew she was going to be amazing! Talking to her helped us feel confident that we were going to get the best of the best and I knew I had to book her immediately!!
We first met Kendra for our engagement pictures and she was nothing short of amazing! She helped us feel so comfortable and have so much fun! We both were nervous before but felt so calm when we were with her. She guided us through the session seamlessly and we were laughing the whole time.
Kendra was there every step of the way, whenever we had questions! She made sure to call us whenever she wanted to switch something or make sure something was okay. We gave her some specific pictures we wanted and with a very large complicated family, she made it run so smoothly and got it all (our families were very impressed). She had a checklist and timeline and got it all done so fast that we were still able to enjoy more than half our cocktail hour. Not only did she get every picture but she also got so many candid pictures that really are so meaningful to us and all our guests.
Kendra is honestly a gift to work with and I wish we could do it all over again because it was truly amazing. Every time I look at the pictures I can’t help but cry (happy tears of course) because they are literally PERFECT and captured one of the best days of our lives.
We were so honored to have Kendra as our photographer and more importantly our friend! I can’t wait to continue to work with Kendra in the future for all our events, family pictures and future babies!!! We love Kendra and if you want the best pictures ever book her!!! -

There are many words that you could use to describe Kendra. She is extremely talented, energetic but most importantly, she is a friend. She was able to make us feel extremely comfortable in front of the camera while also feeling like the most important and beautiful people in the world. We could not imagine our special day without having her there. Not only is she an incredible person but her photography speaks for itself. When we look back at our photos we are able to relive our most favorite day. I can't help but cry everytime I look at our photos. Every single detail was captured with every angle possible! We always have people commenting on how beautiful our wedding photos are. If you want someone who will ease your stress, make you feel the most important and want to have beautiful pictures, kendra is your person! We cannot wait for her to document our next adventure! -

Where do I even begin?? I have now been in front of her camera 7 times, between my best friend's engagement, my best friend's wedding, my bridals, two free sessions, my engagement pictures and now my wedding day.
Kendra is the GOAT of photographers and I do not use the word loosely. My husband will vouch for this and he is the most particular human on the planet. After he proposed, he told me to contact Kendra immediately, she was our first pick for anything wedding related. I booked her first based on her availability, then I found a venue that fit the date chosen. I refused to have any other photographer running my wedding day.
When you hire Kendra, you’re hiring your new best friend, who stays your friend for life. She provided my timeline of the wedding day and this is what I gave my wedding coordinator for the venue to plan the day around. I let her run the show because she is a pro at her job. I trusted her enough to give her the driver seat. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, she checked in constantly and asked if I needed any help! I had a mishap before my bridals with earrings and she had a backup pair she let me use, like a said, a jack of all trades.
Come wedding day, she showed up early and checked in with me often. Like I said, Kendra becomes your best friend and she makes sure everyone is comfortable on your wedding day. She made friends with my Dad and it helped calm his nerves! He still talks about how thankful he is for Kendra. I can never thank her enough for helping my Dad.There was an incident with my husband’s suit and Kendra made sure his suit was clean and dry by using a hair dryer. In the meantime, she sent her assistant to assure me we were running on schedule and she had it under control. Once Kendra arrived with her two assistants, all the stress I had, went out the door. I knew she had it under control. She even came to check on my a few moments prior to walking down the aisle, to make sure I was okay and ensure I didn’t need anything!
I truly cannot put into words how amazing Kendra’s work is. She captures the smallest details that so many other photographers miss on a wedding day. I have only seen my sneak peaks, but she captured so many emotions of our loved ones that I was unable to see on my wedding day. She is worth every penny because she truly caters to the couple getting married. It is obvious she loves and perfects what she does because she wants to make sure you can relive your wedding day every time you see one of her pictures.
Kendra, you will always be my favorite and I cannot wait to be in front of you camera for more big moments in life.

Amazing. Where do I start?! I’ve been in multiple weddings that Kendra was the photographer for and from the first time I met her I knew if I ever got married I HAD to have her. Fast forward 3-4 years later when I got engaged, the first person I reached out to regarding the wedding was Kendra. She had one opening left for a wedding in 2022- so of course I took it and booked everything (yes even the venue) based on that date. Best decision! Not only do you get a photographer, you get so much more. She helped coordinate everything from the timeline to making sure everything was perfect throughout the day. Honestly, I can’t brag on her enough. She is the best around. We just received our photos back and not one moment wasn't captured. We are so thankful for Kendra and her team! Absolutely perfect! -

If you are having any doubts to using Kendra as your photographer, doubt no more! Her years of experience have made her such an incredible photographer! I am not a fan of photos of me normally, and I am obsessed with every photo she has taken of me and my husband! She got our photos done quickly, efficiently, and made it so much fun! My husband hates taking photos and still talks about how much fun we had, and he is obsessed with our photos too! She knew exactly what I wanted and was open to any suggestions or needs we had. Where do I even begin to tell y'all how AMAZING Kendra is??!!! Kendra is the best. She immediately puts you at ease and reminds you to soak up every minute of your wedding day. She will make your friend and family laugh the whole way through. Kendra is the kind of photographer that not only cares about capturing all of your special moments throughout your wedding day, but cares so deeply about her brides that she herself, may shed a tear when the forecast suddenly changes and you can have your dream wedding outside! All day long I was so anxious about the weather- 80% chance of rain and it would've ruined any chance of me having the ceremony I envisioned or getting the photos on the cobblestone streets we so desperately wanted. When Kendra found out the rain skipped over us- she started to cry. That's why I love this lady so much and why I would hire her again and again for all of my future milestones to come! I couldn't have imagined our wedding day without her. Thank you for everything you do, Kendra! -

Kendra is the absolute very best at what she does! From our first phone conversation to checking in with us after the gallery was delivered, Kendra takes care of every detail from start to finish making sure everyone is comfortable and ready for the big day. She is flexible, honest and organized, and kept the bride and groom at the forefront of every conversation. As one of Kendra’s brides, she made it a point to check on me throughout the wedding day - from making sure I was eating plenty of snacks and drinking water, offering bobby pins, cracking jokes to ease the nerves, and listening to every need we made known and triple checking everyone was pictured when they needed to be. Kendra is a dream to work with and made sure the bride and groom had our picture-perfect wedding!! There are few text messages more exciting than Kendra texting a couple to check their email to view their new photos. Five months after our wedding, we still cannot stop looking at our photos! When we began planning our wedding, we were both in agreement that we wanted to prioritize the photographer. Many of the other details involved in the planning would only matter the day of the wedding, but we would forever have the pictures of the most significant day of our lives. This importance we put on photography was the reason Kendra was the perfect photographer for our wedding. Aside from the beautiful photos, Kendra creates a fun and comfortable environment during the photo sessions. If it seems that Kendra is just as excited as you on your big day, it’s because she genuinely is. Her personality is infectious, her photos are flawless, and we could not recommend her more to couples looking to photograph their big day!! -

You will not find anyone better
Kendra was more than a photographer for us - she coordinated our entire schedule running so smoothly throughout the day. She was so organized with photos and it allowed us to have time during our wedding to be present, which was the best gift we received - not to mention her and her team were always making sure I was accommodated with water or food, which was above and beyond. On top of all of it, the photos she captured were overwhelmingly wonderful. She captured so much love and I am finding that choosing my favorites to be impossible- I love all of them. I CANNOT recommend her enough and I cannot imagine anyone better. -

You'll love Kendra from the very beginning!!
From the very beginning, Kendra captured us by her outgoing personality and her humor. We knew the photos were going to be the most important aspect of our wedding, so we wanted to make sure we chose the right photographer. We spoke on the phone for over an hour, talking about our background and hers, everything we had in common, and just joking around. When we hung up, we knew she was going to be our photographer. Fast forward to our engagement photos, my husband was dreading it. He said he didn’t like posing or smiling for pictures and I tried telling him everything would be okay but he wasn’t sold. The number one thing I will say is that no one should dread or be scared of being in front of Kendra’s camera!! I was blown away by how comfortable we felt and how much fun we had. She didn’t make us feel like we were posing or even in front of a camera. She had us hip check each other, twirl, laugh, and run, all over the property. My husband couldn’t stop talking about how much he enjoyed it, and the pictures turned out gorgeous!! Our wedding day was nothing different. I was picky about where I wanted our first look and bridal party pictures taken based on her photos from other weddings, and wow did she deliver!! Our ceremony went by faster than we thought, so she filled the time with more pictures of my husband and I until our reception started. She was very familiar with the venue and knew exactly where to put us to get the best photos. She was very efficient when it came to family photos and called everyone by name, so they knew where to be and when. From beginning to end, Kendra was wonderful to work with! I highly recommend using her for your engagement and wedding pictures!! -

Kendra is the best! Literally, Matt and I are in LOVE with our photos and have them displayed all over our home. Wedding day is hectic, especially with fast changing weather. Kendra was constantly on her phone to look at the weather to determine when to get our pictures, so we could capture the locations and the times we wanted pictures! She also is so efficient. It's hard to keep groomsmen focused, but Kendra made it happen so easily. We even received comments from the groomsmen about how easy it was to get pictures because they were quick and recieved good cues, so that they could check out the reception food and dance floor sooner! If you have a budget and are trying to decide where to cut, GOOD PHOTOGRAPHY IS NOT THE AREA. Kendra is worth her weight in gold and will provide you beautiful photos to cherish forever. If that isn't enough, we have received many, many, many compliments on how amazing our photos are from guests and friends on social media! Just book Kendra for your wedding/engagement because she is kind, knowledgable, experienced, talented, and places her clients first. She literally helped develop my wedding day timeline when I was struggling to figure it out. That's just one example of how she went above and beyond her job and just shows the kind of person she is! As Andrew said, “Kendra is worth her weight in gold!” Seriously. We knew the photographer was an expense we were willing to splurge on and Kendra was well worth the investment! We previously attended a friend’s wedding where she, unbeknownst to us, was the photographer. This was a very unique experience in that we could see that her photos beautifully depicted the day just as it was!
After booking Kendra (and even before booking) she constantly checked in on us, not just about wedding details, but about our lives in general. She is one of the sweetest people ever! During our engagement shoot she gave us perfect direction which made us feel more comfortable in front of the camera. Wedding day came and she was on top of EVERYTHING. She didn’t miss a single detail and took charge so we didn’t have to, which allowed us to just enjoy the day. She supplied us with tons of photos that are absolutely amazing! It has been so fun looking back through them as we put together a photo-book. In the future, when we need a photographer, Kendra will be our go-to person! -

Your search for a wedding photographer ends now! Kendra was a joy to work with from even before day one. Both my husband and I are not huge fans of being the center of attention, but Kendra made us feel extremely comfortable in front of the camera and kept us laughing! Kendra was always willing to give me input or recommendations if I had the most random wedding questions (not even related to photos!) and she was extremely responsive and helpful. On our wedding day, she was very efficient and made sure to get every shot we wanted and more. My friends and family have continually commented on how beautiful Kendra's photos are since we got our engagement photos back, and I didn't think anything could possibly have topped those (but the wedding photos knocked it out of the park!). It was such a load off my mind to not have to worry about my photos, because I knew Kendra would go above and beyond, and we will cherish her photos that capture our day perfectly for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend Kendra and I know we'll keep using her in the future whenever we want professional photos! She is an incredibly kind and thoughtful person and you'll be put at ease once you hire her. -

Kendra is kind, talented, amazing, humble and the best photographer I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Mine and Kendra's photography story is special to me because over ten years ago I met Kendra when she did my senior portraits in high school. We formed such a beautiful friendship and have stayed in touch through the years as she continued to photograph sessions for me and my family. We've both watched eachother's lives evolve and take us to new places - even take Kendra away from the great state of Texas! But, when it was time for me to select a wedding photographer I couldn't imagine doing it without her! Kendra was SO ready to join this adventure and hop on a plane to come to Texas to be a part of the most special day in my life. Where to even start??? If you want a photographer that goes above and beyond, not just on the wedding day but throughout the whole process, then look no further. I met with Kendra a year and a half out from my wedding and knew that I wanted to book with her right away. She was the first vendor that I booked for my wedding and was there throughout every step. When I met with Kendra, she spent most of the meeting getting to know me as a person and my relationship with my now husband. She wanted to understand who we were and how we got to this moment. Throughout our pre-wedding journey, we had TWO engagement sessions. These engagement sessions allowed my husband to get comfortable in front of the camera. He has never been one that enjoys taking pictures however Kendra made sure to make our sessions fun and captured us just being us! Closer to my wedding, COVID-19 struck, and everything began shutting down. I was originally supposed to take my bridal portraits the week after quarantine started. My wedding dress was in Charleston, I was in Spartanburg, and my bridal portraits were supposed to be captured in Beaufort. I was a very worried bride, and we were two months out from the big day. Kendra was AMAZING throughout the whole process. She knew that there was no way for me to travel to get my dress during the initial stages of quarantine and allowed me to rebook my bridals just ONE month before my wedding. We had the most amazing session and she made sure to get the pictures back to me in time for me to order my bridal print and get it framed without adding stress to the already stressed bride. The wedding day quickly approached, and Kendra exceed our expectations. She did not leave out a single detail and made everyone feel so comfortable in front of the camera with her energetic and positive energy. I know as a bride, especially as a 2020 COVID-19 bride, that weddings can be stressful. There are a lot of unexpected twist and turns that can happen and planning a wedding is never easy. Booking with Kendra was one of the easiest and most helpful things I did during my wedding processes and I would recommend her to any and every bride that I pass. She started as my photographer but now is a good friend and I think every past bride that has booked with her will say the same exact thing. I cannot thank Kendra enough for everything that she did to ensure that I had my perfect day. -

If you want to have a photographer that delivers GORGEOUS pictures, and helps your day run seamlessly, then you need Kendra Martin as your photographer!!! Kendra's pictures are absolutely stunning! I think I have scrolled through them almost every day since she delivered them to me! I She knows the best angles, the best times of day to capture the perfect lighting regardless of where you are, and how to make you and your groom feel comfortable in front of the camera. My husband hates getting his picture made, and often looks uncomfortable in the majority of pictures we take together! Somehow, Kendra was able to capture a handful of shots were he was smiling perfectly! While there are many photographers that capture the moment beautifully, what really sets Kendra apart from the rest is her captivating positive energy. She is so sweet, enthusiastic, and energetic. Her number one goal is that she really just wants you to enjoy the day and the whole wedding from start to finish. In addition to her amazing photography skills and personality, she was available throughout the entire planning process for questions even if they were completely unrelated to photography! She has been in the business for over a decade, and knows exactly what works and doesn't. One of the best things though about Kendra, is that she made our day run so perfectly and according to schedule. We never felt rushed, but also didn’t miss out on the rest of the day because of being behind the camera. Kendra is such a bright light, and I enjoyed every moment of being with her and behind her lens. I could not imagine having my wedding day without her in it! Ask anyone, and you will hear me say if I could do it all over again, I would have Kendra there right by my side every time! Incredible
Since I work in the wedding industry my daughter knew many photographers and has seen thousands of wedding pictures. She knew that she wanted a photographer whose style was very natural and did not use a lot of editing. She wanted someone who would capture her and her fiance's personality and their love for each other and Kendra captured it beautifully. When you meet Kendra you can’t help but love her. She has a contagious personality! She was so much fun to work with and she had just as much energy at the end of the night as she did when we started pictures that morning. She made everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera and her eye for detail is amazing. The photography on the day of the wedding could not have gone more smoothly. Kendra is amazing!!
We used Kendra for our daughter’s wedding and I can’t recommend her enough! She is so professional yet you feel like you’ve known her forever. Her photography is absolutely amazing. She does absolutely beautiful work! On the day of the wedding she documented everything we could even think of and more. We were able to completely relive the day by looking through the photos. She is prompt and professional and communicates very well with her clients. I promise you won’t regret using Kendra!

Amazing!!!
I cannot say enough good things about Kendra!! I spent so much time looking through photographers once I got engaged, since I knew that would be how I remembered the day. I wanted pictures that captured the genuine love between my husband and I, and I was drawn to her light, airy, candid style of photography. From the first phone call, I knew I had made the right choice! She spent so much time getting to know me and my then-fiancé, she met us beforehand for an engagement shoot to help us feel comfortable in front of the camera, and by the time our wedding day rolled around she felt like a true friend! And the images she captured were incredible!! It brings me back to every emotion I felt on that day! And she delivers so many pictures!! The hardest part was narrowing down which ones we wanted to print, whether we wanted them in color or black and white - if I could wallpaper the entire house with them I would! :) Kendra truly went above and beyond - making a timeline for the entire day based on the exact minute that the sun would set on our wedding day, checking in multiple times leading up to the wedding, recommending other vendors she trusted, working seamlessly with the wedding planner and videographer, and being a constant support on the day of. I would recommend her to anybody looking for photos of any kind!!! -

Simply amazing!
Kendra photographed all three of our sessions (engagement, bridals, and the wedding) and I am beyond pleased with the work she does! She is extremely easy to work with and makes sure you have everything you need, when you need it. We were nervous about having professional pictures made since we’ve never done it, but Kendra talks you through the whole thing making all your photos look natural. We are also especially grateful that Kendra traveled to our special locations for each session. Look no further! She’s your girl! -

Kendra deserves more than 5 stars!! She went above and beyond as our wedding photographer! Not only were we the very blessed recipients of her discount giveaway, but she was there to support us in more ways than one! Kendra felt like part of the family and kept the day rolling so smoothly! She was very prepared, knowing family members names and who needed to be where which lent us a quick and easy photo shoot after the ceremony giving us plenty of time to mingle with our guests! And when we got the photos back from the big day, we were blown away! She has so much talent and truly captures the day in the most authentic way. I don’t think I could sing her praises loud enough!! -

Give me all the smiley faces and exclamation points because this gem is truly precious. From the very beginning, Kendra and I just connected! I had seen her work a few times and fell in love with her photographs. I knew from the moment I got engaged, that the only person I could trust fully with my engagement, bridals and of course my day of photography was Kendra.
Kendra made every single step of the process so incredibly easy. She worked with my planners with ease and always made sure that Christopher and I were taken care of. On a want-to-be rainy day in Clemson, Kendra met Christopher and I for our engagement pictures. I had given her a few things that I knew I wanted and we took the grand tour of the campus looking for the perfect shots. I had expressed to Kendra certain angles that I wanted to avoid and that my groom would be less than comfortable in front of the camera. Within minutes, Christopher and I were just having a good time laughing and kissing and reminiscing about our favorite place and Kendra was capturing every moment. Every picture looked AMAZING!! Literally, I could not find a single one I didn’t immediately fall in love with. Nothing was forced on that day and it showed in the pictures.
My bridal portrait day was one that I was very excited about and Kendra made it so easy. She was willing to help me in any way. Furman Chapel is absolutely gorgeous and Kendra was able to capture the reason why we wanted our ceremony there - it’s simple, elegant beauty. My MOH and Sister-in-Law Ashley was there with us and the three of us had an absolutely blast. I have only felt more beautiful one other time in my life - my wedding day.
On the day of the wedding, a hot August afternoon, Kendra was there to do more than just take pictures. Kendra was truly capturing moments - memories by the hundreds! In what could have been a stressful time, I was calmed by Kendra and my planner. Before the BIG day, we had already discussed and finalized the shots needed and the timeline that was required to make it all happen. As someone who loves a good timeline, I was thrilled to hear the words “right on schedule” several times throughout the day.
There was no detail, big or small, that was left out. As a bride, although we want to see everyone and everything, sometimes we miss things here and there on the day. With Kendra, I didn’t miss getting to see a single detail. From the flowers to the bridal party and reception guests, I look at my photographs from that day often and relive every moment. Not just the big ones like our vows or Christopher’s perfect reaction to me walking down the aisle. I get to relive the moments not many people were there for like my mom and my dad seeing me as a bride for the first time or Christopher and I’s first look at the reception space. Those intimate moments will be with me always and thanks to Kendra, I get to see them whenever I want!
We love Kendra and I have recommended her to any and every bride that needs a photographer. The one piece of advice I remember getting as a newly engaged couple was to spare no expense on the photographer. The cake will get eaten. The flowers will fade. Your wedding photos are with you a lifetime. I could not be happier with our pictures. Now the only problem is selecting which ones to put in a book!

Hope Sent on 08/20/2018Bridal portraits were a top priority for me as a bride. I’ve always admired my grandmothers and mothers portraits, so I couldn’t wait to have my own one day. Little did I know how amazing Kendra truly is behind the camera. My portraits were taken at the Southern Bleachery in Greer, SC by Kendra. I was looking for a clean, glamorous, but yet rustic area for my pictures, and Kendra helped find the perfect spot. Not only is she experienced with her photography, she is punctual, efficient, and professional. I was so pleased with how my images turned out, I’m using her for some family pictures in October with my new husband and our dog Olsen. If you want a personable, efficient, and caring photographer, look no further!
