Great experience working with Ken!

Ken was fantastic. He played at both our cocktail hour and ceremony. It was great and just what we wanted. Ken was also very flexible and patience with us as we changed our date because of COVID and adjusted our services along the way. He was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process which allowed us the benefit of having to worry about one less thing. Very thankful for Ken for helping to make our day special.

Ken is an amazing guitarist!

Ken was amazing! He was responsive, allowed us to choose each and every song we wanted whether it was on his list or not, and most importantly, he is a wonderful musician. Each song we selected sounded better than we could have imagined and he made our wedding a beautiful ceremony. He even went above and beyond by not only playing the psalm we picked out but also singing it! Nothing but good things to say about Ken!

Great Musician!

We hired Ken for our ceremony and cocktail hour in Indy. He was very flexible and willing to learn new songs. He did a wonderful job and even played us a special song as we walked out to our reception. He was very professional and his music was perfect for our garden venue. Would highly recommend him!

So glad we hired Ken!

Ken was fantastic! He was easy to work with and discuss plans. He traveled a good distance to come to our wedding, and we are so thankful. He took song requests from us and even learnt to play a song (written by my husband who is a composer) that was not in his repertoire. He's extremely affordable for his level of expertise. All our guests thoroughly enjoyed his performance and kept asking "who is this guy? He's so good!". He really complimented our special day and we highly recommend him.

Talented and thoughtful guitarist for ceremony and cocktail hour

Ken was an absolutely pleasure to work! Ken played guitar during our wedding ceremony and during cocktail hour. He was incredibly responsive to the year leading up to the big day, was flexible to travel an hour to our wedding venue, was able to provide videos and recordings of his music to pick from... and even learned to play an important song on the guitar for us (including coming up with the arrangement!) Throughout the whole planning process, Ken was responsive, clear and friendly. The day of the wedding he was professional and did an absolutely amazing job. With so much going on planning for and day of a wedding, you really can't put a price tag on feeling confident in a vendor to do an exceptional job! Thank you Ken!

Reliable and Trustworthy

We needed to find someone last minute and he responded to my request immediately. My father had just died and I was very upset and behind on planning our wedding reception. He was understanding, supportive and sympathetic. I knew I could rely on him to show up while I was distracted planning a funeral.

Best Musician Choice in Fort Wayne

Ken learned every song on our list, went above and beyond to meet our event needs, and played wonderfully. He made our special day that much better. He brings everything he needs and does not complicate the wedding planning process in the slightest.

Definitely Recommend!

We looked into hiring a string quartet for our wedding, but it was a bit out of our price range. We hired Ken for our outdoor wedding, and he was wonderful! I couldn’t have been more pleased with the music at our ceremony and cocktail hour. His performance added a touch of class to the whole event, and everyone compliment the music. He was professional throughout our correspondence, arrived on time and set up and tore down his own equipment. He made our day very special and definitely gave me peace of mind in knowing that our music would be lovely. 10/10 would recommend his services!

Amazing to Work With!

Ken was great to work with. I went back and forth several times on music and he was cooperative and willing to learn new songs. He knows so many wedding songs that are beautiful. He was very responsive and professional. I HIGHLY recommend him for your wedding! He played out ceremony and cocktail hour music. Great to work with. You won't be disappointed!

Just what I wanted!

I am so glad I found Ken for my wedding! I had a few very specific, slightly unusual, songs that I wanted for the pre-ceremony and ceremony music. Ken learned the songs that I requested and played them beautifully. My wedding was altogether a beautiful day, and for me the ceremony was the best part! Ken's playing was a huge part of that. He was professional and responsive and I would recommend him without reservation.

Wonderful experience

Ken played beautifully at our wedding. He let us choose which songs we wanted, and overall he was extremely accommodating. He made our ceremony very special. I would most definitely recommend Ken to future couples.

Talented musician

I hired Ken to play for my daughter’s wedding ceremony in Indianapolis. He is very talented, accomplished musician and easy to work with. He promptly replied to emails and questions, making the whole process of planning ceremony music easy. His live music was wonderful and was a great addition to the ceremony ambiance. Ken even learned a specific song that was meaningful to my daughter and son-in-law which was extra special. We highly recommend him.

Amazing Guitarist

Ken did an amazing job playing the ceremony music for our wedding. We had a great playlist to choose from and was even willing to learn something new if we had a particular song in mind. He’s very talented, you won’t be disappointed!

True Professional

Ken was absolutely perfect. We hired him to play during our processional and near the bar during cocktail hour. He nailed everything he played, we gave him some examples of what we wanted and let him have freedom from there and it was just incredible.

Such a Professional

Ken's website is so easy to navigate and gave me all the information I needed to feel confident that he was exactly what we wanted for my daughter's wedding ceremony & cocktail hour. Based on his experience and repertoire, I made a few selections and knew he could take care of the rest. He responded promptly to emails, offered suggestions and his calm, confident demeanor was just what we needed on that day. Ken was most professional from my initial contact through our son’s rehearsal dinner! He suggested adding a bass player and drummer and they were second to none. They are fantastic musicians and most interested in making certain they exceed expectations. They certainly did just that! Perfect rehearsal dinner evening!!

As many of you brides know, budgeting for your wedding can be the most stressful part and it often comes down to you deciding what you're willing to cut out of your big day. Having a musician play as I walked down the aisle was something very important to my mom and seemed like a more personal experience to me. When we found Ken online and listened to his videos, we were convinced this was the only way to go.

My mom reached out to Ken and found out that it was going to be his wedding anniversary the weekend of our wedding and he would be coming from out of town. Ken decided he wanted to make the trip to make our day even more special and was even available to play during our cocktail hour following our ceremony.

Ken's talent, flexibility, professionalism, and price can't be beat! He answered all our questions in a timely manner and did his part to make sure that we weren't stressed about the details when our day arrived. We chose three songs for different moments during our ceremony and Ken took care of the rest!

We received tons of compliments from our guests about his performance during cocktail hour and hearing him play as I walked down the aisle truly made it special for us!

Our decision to have Ken play at our son’s wedding ceremony was one of the best decisions we made for the wedding. Ken was amazing, even running in and out of the venue, playing at each spot, when torrential rain threatened the outside ceremony! Ken’s music added such a simple and gorgeous beauty to the ceremony we wouldn’t have otherwise had. Ken was incredibly responsive and was able to play each song we requested for the ceremony. Our daughter was married in May. The music was very important to her (and to us) and she chose Ken to perform before and after the ceremony. Ken was terrific! He worked with Natalie on selections, was easy to work with, is incredibly talented and could play anything. His music was beautiful and was a great addition to the ceremony. In addition, our younger daughter and I performed a song during the ceremony, and Ken provided the sound for my daughter's voice and my guitar. It was great. Working with Ken for our wedding was absolutely wonderful. He is an outstanding musician and he also has a positive, genuine energy that makes working with him a pleasure.
He went above and beyond his duties as our ceremony guitarist in several ways, including by attending our rehearsal and working on the sound throughout a song my sister and father performed during the wedding.
Ken already knew every song we wanted to play for the ceremony (and it was an eclectic mix!) but was also willing to learn songs had he not been familiar with our requests. I highly recommend working with Ken Jehle!

Ken was so easy and pleasant to work with and his playing was beautiful. We had a very small ceremony and wanted something other than sound system music - Ken was perfect! Aside from his stellar musical abilities, he was such a breeze to work with during the planning stages. Ken perfeformed at the highest level. He was able to even attend he rehearsal in order to accommodate us. He did so with very little notice and we certainly appreciated his flexibility. Would recommend him to anyone who wants to add a touch of class to their event.

Ken drove down from Fort Wayne for our wedding in Indy in September. We had an outdoor ceremony and I loved the idea of a solo acoustic guitar adding to the whole whimsical theme of the day. Ken has a great catalogue of music he already knows, but was also very flexible to work with some additional pieces I chose for the day. He was very responsive to emails and incredibly easy to work with. There was so much follow up and planning I had to put into other pieces of the day, it was nice to have someone I trusted to handle the ceremony music. I wish I could have heard more outside of the processional/recessional, but the guests had great things to say as well. Thanks Ken!

Ken is the consummate professional and is a gifted musician. He provided solo music for our ceremony and brought in 2 other musicians to play as a jazz trio for our cocktail hour. Ken is very versatile and was conscientious when planning with me to make sure that the music would be what I wanted. I would definitely recommend Ken to anyone.

Ken provided music for our Catholic wedding ceremony in early August of this year. Despite our late booking date, Ken accommodated our tight schedule and reassured us that everything would go smoothly. I am so grateful and happy that we made the decision to go with Ken as our musician. If you are looking for songs, (we looked online for hours) Ken's webpage as well as his input really helped us to figure out exactly what we were looking for. Ken truly made our ceremony feel so beautiful and special - I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Ken was excellent to work with. He provided music for the ceremony and reception. The music was beautiful. Being a church music director, we could share in common Christian faith in his and our choice of music. He provided a mic and speakers in case we needed them. The price was very reasonable. From the time spent working with him, we felt a bit like losing a friend after the wedding was over.
We highly recommend Ken, and I would love to hear him playing jazz or whatever in some other venue.

It takes a lot for me to give a perfect rating.
Ken Jehle was amazing. He provided cocktail hour music during my reception. When I called him months prior to my wedding day, I knew he primarily performs classical music. I told him that I was looking for a band to play jazz music during the reception for cocktail hour. Ken was very accomdating, within a week and he had called me back and had put together a 3 piece jazz band for a very reasonable price. Everyone that I've talked to who attended my wedding was amazed my Ken's music. If you're looking for someone who is flexible, has a wide repetoire of music and is just a great musican, then look no further than Ken Jehle.

Ken did a wonderful job. He was professional and responsive. I was familiar with his work and trusted his judgment on selection of songs for the prelude. It was great to cross that off my list and not have to worry.

Working with Ken was a great experience. He completely customized the ceremony music to fit our tastes. He graciously learned many new songs for us and performed them well. Ken was very professional and is someone you can easily count on. I whole-heartedly recommend him to anyone.

Ken did a wonderful job playing the music for our ceremony. His ability to play is truly a gift. Not only did he play wonderfully but he also played some songs of our choice. We wanted some nice classical guitar music to greet our guests as they came in. We also wanted some more modern music to be played in a classical style and Ken certainly delivered. His ability to put a classical spin on modern songs of our choice made our wedding ceremony even better. I was approached several times by our guests offering compliments on our choice in music for the ceremony. Overall I would say that Mr. Jehle delivered on everything that I asked of him and more. His music set the mood for the ceremony and was well received by everyone in attendance. Simply amazing.

Ken drove up to our wedding in a heavy snow storm and was perfectly on time. We were married at Henderson Castle in Kalamazoo MI and he catered the music to fit our venue and our preferences perfectly. When I first visited Ken's website, I found myself listening to his music over and over and fell in love with classical guitar. He is a very talented musician and his music is absolutely beautiful. Ken provided the music for our outdoor wedding ceremony and cocktail hour and was honestly one of the most pleasant wedding vendors we worked with. He is very professional and easy to work with. When we needed a last minute podium for our officiant, he even made a special trip to work the day of the wedding to get one for him. We were extremely happy with the music he provided at our wedding events and I highly recommend his services.

Ken recently provided ceremony music for our wedding and it was absolutely beautiful. Prior to the wedding I met with Ken a few times once to pick the music and again closer to the wedding date to make sure we had everything worked out. Initially I was very nervous about the ceremony planning, but Ken made it incredibly easy. We received several compliments on our ceremony music. Overall, we are very happy and would highly recommend Ken.

Ken Jehle did a wonderful job for our wedding. We are Catholic and so had a wedding/mass. Ken played 5 solo pieces as a prelude and it was beautiful. Many of the guests complimented him. It provided a great atmosphere prior to the ceremony. During the mass Ken played and sang several of the songs in collaboration with our cantor and organist. Would never think of recommending anyone other than Ken. Quality music, very professional, wonderful price.

I've known Ken for a little while and took guitar lessons from him. We asked him to play for our wedding and he was very professional and the music was fantastic. At the time, I was singing on Sunday nights at my parish and wanted to involve the couple that lead music for that Mass. We also wanted a friend that now lives out of town to sing. He was eager to work with them including the out of town friend who he had worked with before. They worked together to prepare the music that we had selected. We really couldn't have asked for more.

Working with Ken for our wedding was great. He took the time to find out exactly what music we wanted and made sure our ceremony was perfect. I almost hesitated to ask him if he would play the theme for "Love Boat" for our recessional song. The song was not in his comprehensive library, but he learned it & played it perfectly at out service. He even took the time to follow up afterwords to make sure we were happy. I used to play guitar a long time ago and he transposed copies of the song for me in tablature notation so I could play it also! In addition, he drove 75 miles round trip - We are very happy with his services.

My husband and I hired Ken to play classical guitar and to sing at our wedding on July 14, 2012. Ken did an exceptional job for us. He was professional and informed about music choice, licensing (we wanted to print songs), and organization of a Catholic wedding. We wanted bilingual songs and Ken did an absolutely great job helping us choose the songs to correlate with the overall theme of readings and music. I was connected to Ken through another musician who mentioned that Ken was "one of the most accomplished musicians" he knew. We heard samples of his music online, the sounds were elegant and graceful, just what we wanted for our wedding. We are happy to have hired him. He brings grace to an event.

*Note: Ken also plays the piano, but he will be humble about his skills, compared to his classical guitar gifts. But I've heard him play the piano, sounds good to me!*

Ken is an outstanding guitarist and musician. I have known him for over 10 years and have played in our church worship group with him. He played at and organized the music for my wedding and the music was outstanding. I have also heard him play solo at a friend's wedding and it was very professional. He plays classical guitar, acoustic and electric. He is easy-going and will happily take suggestions or will plan the entire musical aspect depending on your needs. He will be on-time and professional.

Ken was recommended to me by an acquaintance at work to provide music for my daughters wedding ceremony. I was very impressed that he was so quick to respond to my initial correspondence with him and I was pleased that I could see multiple videos that showed the quality of performance that I was hoping for. Ken was more than willing to accommodate all of my daughters requests for music even those not listed on his current repertoire list. He was professional and very courteous. The music for her ceremony and for the cocktail hour that proceeded were exactly what we had wanted and he surely exceeded our expectation with quality and affordability. Our only regret was that we did not have stay to perform through dinner. It would have been more to our liking than the DJ playlist. I would highly recommend Ken. Excellent musician. Very Affordable.

Very good, excellent player

Ken was quickly available (1 week advanced notification). He showed up on time and set up for a 2 hr gig. His music was very much appreciated by all there. He was able to play loudly enough to hear, but not overwhelming. I would only suggest he responded slightly more often, but we managed to link up and get all questions answered soon enough.

Ken was a pleasure to work with! For our wedding ceremony and as guests were arriving, I asked Ken to play acoustic guitar - a mix of Dave Matthews Band, The Beatles, Metallica, and Billy Joel. It was quite the variety, and Ken was so accommodating! As we prepared different options, Ken was quick to send me videos of each song to ensure I was satisfied with how it sounded. I still get comments about how well he performed. My dad also plays a little bit of guitar and they both chatted for a while after the ceremony. He noted that Ken was very professional, polite, and great to talk to! I would definitely recommend Ken!!

I had an outdoor ceremony. With being the bride, I did not get to hear the music until I got to walk down the path. From what our guests have said, the music was very fitting for the occasion and added an unique element to our ceremony. Ken was very open to any music that I wanted him to play. For the processional, ceremony, and recessional music I chose Disney songs. I appreciated his honesty and opinion on some of the songs I proposed in the beginning. If he doubted that a certain song would not sound like the original (since the original was multiple notes/instruments played at the same time), he suggested different twists to make it work or suggested another song. He definitely wanted to fulfill my expectations as well as performing beautiful music for our wedding day. I thought he did a really nice job and it sounded beautiful.
