  Custom Engagement ring and going back for more

  My fiance and I designed my engagement ring together with KDD from start to finish including custom prongs, basket, setting, etc. The only minor hiccup was that I did have to resize my ring bc I was assured that I was a 7.5 there and then measured as a 7.25 at every other jeweler fitting, and after the proposal and trying on the final product did in fact end up resizing to a 7.25 which now fits perfectly. Overall our experience was positively timely and we are thrilled with the outcome. KDD was the only jeweler we visited that showed us stones/settings that were IN BUDGET, and after all fees/taxes we were $5 under our budget and we never sacrificed on the ring design. Stephanie is wonderful to work with. 10/10 recommend. Coming back in 6 months to find my matching band!

  So I approached Ken & Dana Designs earlier in the year to prep for my proposal. The first person I spoke with was Ariel who was super helpful and on top of the game, absolutely great service. Somewhere along the line, I actually got transferred to someone else, a young lady by the name of Nati. I didn't mind the switch because everyone was so response and Ariel was CC'd on everything so cool - and Nati continued the spectacular service! Even to the point of letting me know when the stone came in, that it wasn't truly the color they are comfortable working with and went ahead and found another one that was of better clarity and honored the price because of the inconvenience! Talk about integrity!
  
  They kept me updated throughout the entire process, they sent me videos and pictures and specs and never got annoyed with me, even though I had a million+1 questions about the process and the ring and the stone and the turnaround time - man, I can't say enough about Ken & Dana Designs. Their ring options are wonderful and creative and different. They stand out in a league of their own and are definitely for those of us that want that extra dash of special.
  My Fiancé said, and I quote, "I Couldn't Have Down Better If I Picked It Out Myself. This Is So Perfect..." and I couldn't agree more! I find myself looking at the ring more than she does hahaha that joint is fabolous!
  
  If you're wondering if Ken & Dana Designs are worth it - trust me, they are. They truly are invested in you and have your best interest at heart. They know their product will sell, it's not about that, it's the service. The service is really what sealed everything for me and I'm getting my Fiance's band and my own band from Ken & Dana as well. Shoot, I'm trying to find a reason to buy a rustic pear because Gawd it's gorgeous!

  Beautiful and Durable

  A full year with our rings and they are still gorgeous. We put our platinum bands through some stress working home remodeling projects.
  Resizing husband’s band when it first came in was a very quick and simple process.
  10/10 would recommend

  We keep going back!

  I got my engagement band and wedding band from Ken and Dana. I can't recommend them enough! They take the time to really listen to what you want and provide you with options. Even better- they are real people, not just a huge corporation. Their designs are unique and classic. I loved working with them so much that my husband and I went back to order a third band for our postponed wedding ceremony. If you want something a little different but still timeless, excellent customer service, and a beautiful ring, go to Ken and Dana!

  Couldn't Love My Ring Set More

  My husband and I both chose rings from Ken & Dana Design - so beautiful and their lab-grown diamonds are budget-friendly and make for a clean and ethical purchase! Plus, every ten years I'm going to add a stackable ring to the set!

  Beautiful Jewelry, Great Company

  My wife and I both got our engagement and wedding rings from Ken and Dana and we cannot recommend them enough. We both have very different styles and they were able to help us both find things that were perfect for us, even if that meant doing some customization for us. The staff is so warm and welcoming and the space is glorious. It was important to us to find someone who does conflict free and earth friendly products and we feel so lucky that we found Ken and Dana.

  Transformed my brain into something beautiful

  We used Ken & Dana for my wife's engagement ring and wedding band. I was clueless going into the engagement ring process in terms of what different cuts were, stone choices, etc. The team made the whole process incredibly easy and removed any and all stress and intimidation. They were able to take what I had in my mind and craft it into something gorgeous for my wife. We then went back to them to get a wedding band that matched perfectly and it was a very easy experience then again.

  Helpful staff and beautiful selection

  This engagement ring is very beautiful and unique! The company representative my fiance worked with was very helpful, and they let him ship a family diamond to be set into one of their designs.

It is a vintage inspired look and over 6 months later, it still sparkles as much as it did when I got proposed to. I consistently get compliments on my ring. I love that it is unique and not a ring every woman has. My fiance raved about working with Ken and Dana and how great they were to work with, how awesome the communication was, and how it was so stress-free. Having only seen the ring online, many people thought that was a risk, but working with Ken and Dana, neither of us are disappointed.

  My fiance worked with Ken and Dana Design to design my engagement ring and it is perfect! We are in Chicago so they did it via phone/email but we are both so happy with it. We happened to be in NY right after we got engaged so we had the opportunity to go into their store to drop it off to have it resized as well as pick out our wedding bands. We really enjoyed meeting with Ken - he was so nice and we loved his attention to detail and how evident it is that he really cares about clients and the work they do at Ken and Dana. We couldn't be happier with Ken and Dana and would recommend them to anyone!

  My ring is beautiful and I couldn't be happier! Their rings are made of recycled metal and are conflict free diamonds! How could it get better?
  Oh I know! They are so responsive to emails and easy to work with! We were late to ordering my wedding band and they made sure it got to y location on time with out any extra charge. It arrives in a beautiful vintage style box!

  It was great working with Ken to select rings for me and my Fiance. Not only are there designs absolutely wonderful, but they're attentiveness to our needs was excellent. No questions were left unanswered. I absolutely love my engagement ring...it is exactly what we were looking for. My fiance's ring was a mash-up of two of their existing designs. We were able to get something that is totally us without breaking the bank which was another plus for them.

He met with Patty at Ken & Dana and she immediately made him feel comfortable and confident that they could execute his vision. They did a wonderful job with my engagement ring, it was exactly what he was looking for and I just love it. After that great experience, we knew we had to get our wedding bands from Ken & Dana as well. I brought Patty a picture of a wedding band I saw on Pinterest that I could not find ANYWHERE after countless hours of online and in-store searching. Once again, she said no problem, and executed our vision. I now have a beautiful and unique wedding ring set that I will treasure forever. We could not be happier with their service. Their work is beautiful and they are incredibly responsive, wonderfully kind people to work with.

  When my husband and I decided to get married, we knew we wanted my ring to be classic, but still modern. I basically wanted a unique solitaire and we seriously could not have found a better designer to work with. So, one day while searching a wedding blog, I found this amazing emerald engagement, and while I knew it wasn't exactly my style, I'm glad I checked out the site because it was perfect for us.
  
  We ended up with an Asscher cut stone in their Aurora setting. They source and make everything by hand from non-conflict, recycled materials, which made the whole experience extra special. Plus, they stock and source lots of stones besides diamond and all of the metals come in 3 finishes, so you can really personalize everything, or even design a ring from scratch. My husband went in person to see the ring and order it and we both went later to find coordinating wedding bands (Viviana for me and Jupiter for him).
  
  Everyone at K&D couldn't have been nicer and their packaging and shipping was great, too. If you don't live in the area, they're great with email (sending videos and progress reports along the way) so I wouldn't hesitate to work with them even if you can't go in person. I think they even have a 14 day return policy.

  I love my engagement and wedding ring. Ken and Dana Designs are so unique and beautiful, I don't feel like I've seen my rings on anyone else. I get so many compliments on them. They were so flexible in letting us personalize the rings. It was a really enjoyable experience working with them, I highly recommend them.

  I love my engagement and wedding ring. Ken and Dana Designs are so unique and beautiful, I don't feel like I've seen my rings on anyone else. I get so many compliments on them. They were so flexible in letting us personalize the rings. It was a really enjoyable experience working with them, I highly recommend them.

  Ken + Dana Designs is perfect for absolutely beautiful, totally unique engagement rings. From the moment you walk in the door of their loft, you know they are a completely different from all of the other jewelry stores. (side note: the place is like a secret, posh hipster hideaway complete with vintage furniture and drinks in mason jars). Throughout the entire process, I never felt rushed or forced. They were even super flexible in crafting a variation on one of their traditional bands to fit my vision.

  My fiancé found Ken & Dana Design when picking out my engagement ring. I made him nervous by hinting that I liked his sister-in-law's antique ring but I didn't even know my the Devi ring was an option! I love showing people my ring. At first they say "oh that's nice" and then, as they are giving me my hand back, they yank it back to look at it more closely. They were only half looking at it assuming it's like every other engagement ring. When they realize it's different they take a longer, closer look and comment on how unique and beautiful it is.
  
  Ken and Patty are really nice. I can come by anytime I want to get my ring cleaned. They are so friendly and make such beautiful jewelry. I have I feeling we'll be buying more than just our wedding rings here.

I chose the simple Flora wedding band which works perfectly with my engagement ring. If you are looking for a unique/eco-friendly wedding ring definitely look at Ken and Dana.

  Help finding a unique ring

  Writing this for my (now) husband, who picked out my ring himself:
  They helped him explore his options to fin the perfect ring. They did a great job finding a ring that will be loved for many years and was perfectly unique.

  I was disappointed with my ring as it did not meet my expectations and was much less substantial than I believed it would be. The service was also spotty. When we made the purchase we received an automated response, but then nothing for over a week. We finally called to see what was going on. It is a pretty ring but I was not satisfied overall.
  
  Update: When Ken found out I was unhappy he offered to completely remake my ring so I would be happy with it. This is above and beyond anything I expected. Very happy.
