Amazing DJ Experience

Music is super important to my husband and me, and Casey from KC Webb Entertainment truly delivered. We provided him with meticulously curated playlists, but I’m sure if we hadn’t, he would have still created the most epic dance party. Casey was incredibly interactive, a fantastic emcee, and really knew how to tell a story through music.

If you’re looking for a DJ who can bring energy and fun to your event, Casey is definitely your guy.

Amazing Experience

Casey was the life of the party even in a gym setting with no air conditioning for the ENTIRE DAY. From 7am in the morning until 5pm he was entertaining the crowd and was busting out some dance moves. He really made those workouts bearable especially with over 170 athletes competing. My entire gym was raving about what an awesome DJ he was which is why we would like to have him host our wedding. Give him a call today! He is seriously the most entertaining and outgoing DJ I’ve encountered.

Casey was the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! I can't stress enough how fantastic he made our wedding night. He made sure everything went so smooth, yet at our pace. When it came to the dance floor, he had it ROCKING all night. He was out there jamming and singing with us and played a mix of music that was perfect. He went above and beyond the role of just a DJ. I would hire him again and again! Very highly recommended fron this happy couple.

Got the party going!

He was excellent! Prompt in communication, ran the entire timeline for the wedding taking away so much stress off of myself and my husband! Great music choices, got the reception going and people up and dancing and having a great time! He also did the monogram and all the lighting for my reception which was amazing and completely transformed the room! He was worth every penny!!!!

Casey is hands down the best wedding DJ you can find. He is professional, detail-oriented and seriously the MOST fun. He makes sure that every part of your day is the best it can be, and that everyone is taken care of. His music selections are nothing short of genius... he really knows how to read a room and set the tone for the event. Simply the Best!

Casey is the consummate professional. He is so easy to get along with, open-minded, and organized. Working with him was one of the easiest and most enjoyable aspects of planning my wedding. He promised great work and over delivered. Casey works to make every bride feel special and every groom feel comfortable. He's fun, cool, and an all-around excellent DJ. Casey is amazing and Affordable

Casey got so into the music in our wedding. He really felt the vibe from my wife and I’s music taste and just made our wedding feel all about us. He is great and affordable. Not only did he provide us with a mix of great music custom tailored to the current feel of the room, but he MC’d my entire wedding. Every one of our guests loved him. I could talk about music for hours with him.

Amazing!!!

Casey was absolutely FANTASTIC! Not only did he mix different genres of music that we like, he was an awesome emcee and kept our wedding flowing perfectly. He felt the mood of the crowd and adjusted as needed. He took a huge relief off of us because we didn’t have to worry about everything staying on track because he took care of all of it. 100% recommend for all of your wedding and party needs!

Casey did a PHENOMENAL job for our wedding. He went above and beyond in all aspects! Our animated monogram was so much better than anything I could have dreamed of! Our first dance had clouds and live music, our uplighting was perfect and the music was amazing and everyone had fun dancing! He took everyone of my crazy ideas and made it happen for us! I highly recommend him!

Casey was excellent. He played music in keeping with the theme (margaritaville) and the audience. (retirement community of BabyBoomers)
Casey worked the crowd on every song, which means he had to go up and down the stage steps for every song. He was real high energy and got a reaction from the people, who sometimes can be too laid back! He will always be on our short list of entertainment for future events.

Casey is very professional and takes his job seriously but he's not afraid to get out on the dance floor with you and break it down! He was right on track with the schedule, even when we had a little summer thunderstorm. Highly recommended him! His pricing is very reasonable! My wedding wouldn't have been the same without him!

Casey was incredibly accommodating for our complex 50th wedding anniversary party (essentially a wedding). He was great with announcements during the event, very professional, got people on the dance floor, he himself got on the dancefloor, and he managed to deal with a lot of complex AV issues with presentations. Highly recommend!

We used KC Webb Entertainment for a corporate event I held called the Daddy Daughter Dance. Casey was able to work not only age appropriate music into the evening, but he kept everyone on the dance floor all night long. Hire him !! This guy is amazing , and he is so much fun ! He is very professional and attentive and answered any questions I had every step of the way. My guests were complementing how great he was! He arrived early to make sure everything was perfect and stayed until we were ready to go ! You can't go wrong with this guy! Our team of wedding vendors were phenomenal! Casey did an amazing job in helping to create a spectacular setting for our wedding.Providing the lighting and music, Casey was great! He was personable making it easy to work with him. He gave step by step guidance from the initial meeting. We were not certain of what to play so we gave him a gist of what we liked, did not like, and the crowd he would be entertaining. His suggestions on lighting were on point. The personalized monogram was beautiful! We felt like our very special day was just as important to him as it was to us. The night was perfect! Smiles all around. Feedback from our guests have been nothing short of perfect! Thank you Casey for being so wonderful and helping us to create some of the most treasured memories we will cherish forever!!

Casey gave us everything we wanted at a price you can't beat. Casey provides the whole entertainment package with music, dance lights, up lighting, and your own custom GOBO light that's unbelievable. Our wedding was in Tampa and Casey traveled to our venue at no extra cost, which is just another perk of his services. He is a master MC who will keep the party pumping with the perfect combination of music styles, and if you're lucky, keep an eye out for his dance moves. KC Webb was probably the best vendor we had the day of our Wedding! He is so Charismatic and has lots and lots of energy! He definitely is concerned with making sure that your day goes the way you want to and that the flow of everything is very smooth. Our guests loved him and his timing for things like the dollar dance, dinner, and the anniversary game were fantastic! We even threw him a curve ball because my family is from the Philly South Jersey area and we love the Mummers string bands and doing the mummer's strut. KC was able to find the appropriate song and my whole family were on the dance floor strutting away! Such a good day and he really was the best choice we could have made as far as Dj's!

Early into planning my wedding I had no idea who to pick for my DJ. I was concerned because your DJ is a huge part of the reception and possibly the wedding ceremony. Through word of mouth I was given Casey's name and number. Casey returned my call promptly and we had a great discussion about my vision for my wedding and reception. Towards the end of the planning and into rehearsing the wedding ceremony, Casey was very involved and if it weren't for him and my photographer, Amelia with PixelPro Events, my wedding would have not run smoothly. Casey is very professional and he is very flexible with what you want at your wedding or event. I highly recommend Casey!!! In addition to have such a great personality for your reception, he's a great DJ, spinning music that everyone can dance to. We danced the night away at my wedding and I was so happy!!

My wedding day was far from perfect, but the one thing I could count on was KC Webb Entertainment. As a Latina, the music/party vibe was one of my highest priorities for my wedding, and KC Webb really came through. Not only was he professional and reliable, but the music and lighting were perfect; he really brought the party energy that I was looking for. Working with Casey for my daughter's wedding was a pleasure! Casey was calm and professional, while always making us feel comfortable. He is considerate and listened to what my daughter wanted to make her day special. He offered ideas based on his experience and our questions or concerns were always answered in a timely manner. From the very start of working with Casey, he was accommodating. He tried to make sure that we were comfortable and got what we wanted. His goal was to bring our dream wedding to life and he did just that. When I told him that instead of throwing a bouquet I wanted to crowd surf, he didn't look at me like I was crazy like a lot of people did, he was all about it. He found a way to beautifully incorporate it. I went overboard on my song list, but he said that he loved it so he could understand my personality more. He wanted to ensure that our wedding reflected who we were. He went above and beyond to add beautiful lighting to the building to go along with our "enchanted forest" theme. He kept the day moving and made sure that it went smoothly. He certainly took stress of me by working with the other vendors and kept the night moving. So many people came up to me that night and told me what a good job Casey was doing. He also took some great footage and images of my friends on the dance floor that I will cherish for years to come. My friends and family are not huge dancing people, but Casey never gave up. He was out there on the dance floor all night pumping every one up. He also took care to gather people for the special moments so they would not be missed. At the end of the night, I saw him approach my sister who was also my maid of honor and he thanked her and said that he knew she was a big part of making the wedding happen. That was so touching! Casey came early and stayed late and was rocking the whole night. I would highly recommend KC Webb Entertainment!

I would like to say I picked the right DJ when I hired Casey with KC Webb Entertainment to work at our 2nd annual Out of the Darkness walk in October 2015. I had contacted three DJ’s and spoke with all of them in length and went on their websites before making my decision on which one to use.
I’m glad I picked Casey he did a great job was very professional and interacted with the crowd which was so important. We had a little rain come up and he handled it so well. I would use him again, hopefully this October again when we do our 3rd walk.

I am so happy I hired Casey as the DJ for my wedding! He went above and beyond for us! Knowing our venue was at an outside garden, he requested to meet there to walk through the venue. He was extremely thorough and went through all our lighting options. He was so willing to use as much or as little as was necessary. I am not an event planner and didn't know much about lighting, so I went with what he said. The lighting at the venue was absolutely amazing. It was warm and inviting and complimented the colors of the garden. In addition, his DJing was on point! We are a young couple, but had guests from all ages and Casey made the perfect mix of songs that kept everyone dancing. Casey even came out and did the wobble with us!! It was a blast and I had so many compliments from my guest about what a good time they had. Music and lighting are so important to creating the right vibe and he nailed it! Thanks Casey. You rock!

Casey is an excellent DJ and a perfect professional. He shows up early, sets up a great show, then really gets the crowd involved! We hire Casey every year for our big Anniversary party. He keeps a crowd of 250 or so dancing and having fun. He plays music we like, takes requests, and keeps the party going all night long! He brings everything he needs, sets it up without help or direction, and when it's over he's cleaned up and out of there with barely a peep...and his price is so reasonable for the excellent service he provides. Plus one more thing you never find in a DJ (or any subcontractor...) he has Never flaked on us, not one time! Very professional, and very much appreciated...BEST DJ I have ever heard!

I couldn't have even imagined my big day being any better. Casey made sure all of my needs were met and he got the party going. Everyone was on the floor dancing, even my older family members. I have never seen a more professional DJ in my life. I was so hesitant of hiring a DJ, since most of the time they are unpredictable and cheesy..Casey was the exact opposite of that. He was affordable and will work with you to make sure you are getting the best service possible. He doesn't just show up the day of your wedding. He is in constant contact with you, making sure the music he plays is perfect for you! You will not regret using him as a DJ for any event you have!

I was to have my fairytale wedding on August 29, 2015. The wedding was to be in a botanical garden and the reception at a golf country club. I hired KC Webb Entertainment to provide the music and to keep everything on schedule. I chose the song A moment like this for the bridal procession and Love me like you do for my walk down the aisle ….which was a long one! I was to end up at the gazebo covered in Ivy at the final chorus. My brother was walking me down the aisle and due to multiple surgeries he had a limp and had to walk slow….KC was able to slip in an extra chorus during my procession down the aisle when he realized we were not gonna make it on time. It was perfect! Then he had to scoot after the wedding over to the reception and get ready for out entrance! The lighting and atmosphere was perfect. He was flexible when I made changes to our itinerary. I highly recommend KC Webb Entertainment for ALL of your Celebrations!

I'm very grateful to my photographer for recommending Casey at KC Webb Entertainment. I was terrified because my sister-in-law's DJ cancelled the day before her wedding, but Casey is reassuring and reliable. He was an invaluable asset on the day of my wedding, extremely professional and a wealth of wedding knowledge. You can count on him to be on-time, remember the important little details, and the keep the atmosphere of the wedding carefree and fun. He coordinated beautifully between me, my photographer, videographer, officiant, my groom, and, most importantly, my mom! The whole day went very smoothly and was as organized as possible. ;) My guests loved him! He's very high energy, lots of fun and got even my least-enthusiastic guests to dance! We got the package with the lighting and we felt like it was a very good deal!

Casey did a wonderful job with our reception. He kept everything flowing smoothly, kept us on schedule and made sure everyone had a great time. Casey got out on the dance floor and interacted with our guests.
Casey was very responsive when I had a specific set of songs I wanted played and he kept the reception timed beautifully. He also played the music for our wedding and it was picture perfect.
We had a magical night!

KC Webb Entertainment was wonderful. He met with myself and my family before the wedding to go over the details in depth and to create our timeline.
The day of our wedding he jumped into action in every area he saw he was needed without any direction from us at all always exclaiming that remembering that it was our day and making it a memorable one was of the utmost importance.
He seemlessly transitioned into each of our songs which were all very different in style and somehow related them into wedding moments helping us to create lasting memories while filling in the gaps with other songs when times such as our cake cutting went a bit too long. We definately reccomend him.

We booked Casey for our daughter’s 13 birthday party. He was very professional arrived on time and had everything set up before party started. I have used DJ’s before and was extremely surprised to see all the lighting he provided. He was very energetic and played all the music the kids liked. KC Webb is highly recommended from my wife & I.

He absolutely owned our whole event. He coordinated it from start to finish and was able to get a crowd with a very large age gap (50% below 25 and 50% over 50) all on the dance floor. He was very enthusiastic about the whole day and was a genuine entertainer. All our friends and family were asking "where did you find that DJ?" which was obviously meant in a good way.

Comments after the event were terrific! Those most often heard about DJ Casey Heathman were that there was a great variety and mix of music! Although mostly a 55+ crowd (The Villages), the music appealed to all decades of ages in attendance, from 42 - 76! Also, many were especially pleased that the music was not played so loudly that they were unable to chat with other guests at their table. "Proof is in the pudding"...the dance floor was continuously crowded throughout the evening. A somewhat formal, fun, and festive holiday evening was shared by all!

Casey was wonderful!! He was profession and very entertaining!! He played a mix of music that was great for our group which ranges from 21 years old to 75 years old. He interacted with our group including letting someone "wikkie" on his record. His lighting of the room enhanced our event just perfectly.

Casey was a real crowd-pleaser and very easy to work with! He had great energy and played a nice mix of music to suit all tastes at my wedding. He was timely and professional through all stages of planning and execution and honored all of our requests for music for both the ceremony and reception. Our group has used Casey's services on multiple occasions. We really appreciate that he motivates the crowd to join in the dancing and singing. You can tell that he is really into the music and enjoys entertaining as much as the group enjoys being entertained.

By far the best DJ we've hired. We have had at least 3 parties in the last 5 years that we've hired a DJ for and I wish we had Casey for the first because he would have been here for all of them. Fantastic job and definitely priced right.
