Incredible Talent and Great to Work With

Kazz Music will have your guests dancing as soon as your reception begins. They were able to read the crowd and figure out the best songs to keep everyone going, and they are a INCREDIBLY talented! Joe met with us to learn about what we wanted and was in communication with us, and with our other vendors, during the whole planning process. They are wonderful to work with. Honestly, they are truly amazing and fun - people came up to us all night, and days later, to say how much they loved the band! I would recommend Kazz to everyone!

The best decision i made

Hiring Kazz will be the best decision you can make for your wedding!! The number one thing I wanted out of the reception was fun, non-stop dancing to a wide range of music. If you could see my pictures you would see that the emotions and electricity on the dance floor was unbelievable - this is because of Kazz! They played jam after jam and we had so many guests coming up to us during the wedding telling us how amazing the band was. Joe Kazz was one of the best and most pleasant parts of wedding planning. He is an incredible communicator and LISTENER. He listened to every thing my husband. my family and I asked for and was so thoughtful and kind the entire journey. I could not have asked for a better band and experience with Joe.

Simply The Best

Kazz Music played at our wedding, and they were outstanding! Our guests were dancing all night and we received so many compliments on the music. Joe is great to work with and incredibly organized, he did a great job of coordinating with our other vendors. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Best band ever!

Don’t hesitate in the least. Book them. Our daughter was married last Saturday and the band was incredible!! Everyone, I mean everyone, came to us to gush about the band. The energy was electric. Joe was incredible to work with and we could not have been more pleased. I can never thank them enough for their professionalism and attention. The band interacted with the guests and it was tough to even find a spot on the floor. No one sat down. Best decision you’ll ever make.

Best Band Ever!

Kazz Music provided an amazing night of music. Our guests were on the dance floor all night because Kazz Music made it fun to be out there. Band members interacted with the crowd and, at one point, Joe Kazz, the sax player, was blowing his horn in the middle of the dance floor with guests dancing around him. The playlist was fantastic and Joe Kazz worked with us to come up with songs that were perfect to energize the guests. Joe went the extra mile to ensure a great night of music, staying in touch throughout the planning process. And, the week prior to the wedding, he reached out to the other vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. As the father of the bride, I can’t say enough about Joe Kazz and how easy he made it for family to enjoy a great night. To a person, our guests raved about the band and how good the music was. The common theme was “Best Band Ever!”

you don’t have to read any further this band is the best just book them now!

Joe and the band are truly the best. They had all 200 of our guests on the dance floor all night. They told us we know how to throw a party, but it was actually them that did all the work. Every person came up to us and said it was the best wedding and band they’ve ever seen. Even my aunt Rita from Italy said “this is the most fun I’ve had since coming to America in the 50’s.” Regardless of any challenge, they’re able to accommodate, and we felt totally comfortably planning our entire wedding remotely with them on our side. Their quality of service, detail orientation, and straight up music skills are unmatched. If you want an amazing band who will get everyone at your wedding to have fun, you should book them immediately.

Over the Top Amazing!!

I cannot say enough positive things about Joe, Rhonda, and the entire Kazz Music Orchestra crew. From the very beginning Joe has been our most responsive vendor. Not only has Joe made the effort to answer our emails and jump on a call immediately, he even very generously made 2 hours out of his week to meet up for a drink before our wedding so we could better get to know each other. Joe was also incredibly organized, which made us feel so much more relaxed and comfortable knowing our ceremony and reception music was in such good hands. There is nothing Joe overlooks in the planning process and was patient even during times we had conflicting details or couldn't make up our minds. They have a wonderful selection of songs, everything from classics to modern dance songs, which really pleased our parents and us.
We went to see Rhonda perform locally prior to the wedding which made us very excited! Not only does she have a voice that will blow you away, she truly enjoys what she does and it shows!
The day of the wedding was seamless, they are so professional and kept our guests on the dance floor all night. It has been a month since our wedding and our guests still have not stopped talking about how fantastic the music was! We had other engaged couples coming up to us during the wedding to ask for their business card- which is truly a compliment!

You will NOT be disappointed if you book Kazz Music Orchestra, we are so happy we included them in our big day!

Amazing, Incredible the best band in the whole universe!

Me and my husband had our wedding party on August 3rd 2019 and we were so lucky to have Kazz band entertaining our wedding. They did such a great job and we had so many guests saying that they never had such a great time in a wedding, planning the big night can be stressful and difficult but Joe made the process so easy and nice. They were definitely the most important piece of the success in our wedding! I have no words to thank you!!

Best Wedding Band!

Do not look any further for a wedding band - Kazz is it! My husband and I spent a lot of time researching different bands in the NY area for our May 2019 wedding, and after chatting with Joe and Rhonda on the phone, and listening to some of their music online, we were sold. They have an awesome dynamic with one another (have been playing together for years) and was the most organized vendor we worked with. Joe kept our planning on track (he actually sends an entire planning document that has everything in one place) and makes super helpful recommendations through the process. We couldn't have done this without him - it was so refreshing to be able to trust someone as much as we trusted him.

On our wedding day, we had a solo guitar play our ceremony, and then had the full band play our reception. We provided song suggestions well in advance and they were able to really feel our vibe and delivered music that we loved! The band is so, so good - everyone was up dancing the whole time and had such a blast. We cannot give Kazz a higher recommendation.

Best wedding band!

Kazz played our wedding last month (May 2019) and they were amazing. The whole process leading up to the wedding with Kazz was professional, seamless, and stress-free. The day of they absolutely killed it. The band was super tight, and they really rocked. A ton of our guests commented on how great they were during the wedding. Some guests are still talking about it! They were really fun, and made the wedding reception a total blast. We went for the full band, and also had the guitar player do an acoustic set during the ceremony. It was all really special and I can't recommend Kazz highly enough.

AMAZING is an understatement.

Having a great band play at our wedding was very important to us. Coming from a musical background, I wanted a band that not only had great musicians, but also great chemistry (meaning, not rotating musicians every gig, which I learned is pretty common with wedding bands). Most importantly, we wanted a band with soul. The Kazz Music Orchestra delivered on all those things and really took it to another level! I can honestly say that EVERYONE complimented the band throughout the night and in all the conversations about the wedding for months after. Joe the band leader was very cool and super organized (almost geeky, in a good way). He really guided us on arranging the evening so that it flowed nicely. He made us think about little things that we wouldn't have on our own, there's a lot happening on your wedding day and it's definitely helpful to have a pro to guide you through the planning. They even worked out a cool guitar and piano duet for before and after our ceremony which was great, some Beatles + Hall&Oates. We didn't have to stress out thinking about anything related to the band, we gave some general directions as to what we liked and didn't like from their playlist (which is extensive) and Joe filled in the rest perfectly.

Our reception was in a small venue, 90 guests max, but the band was never too loud, they know how to play for the room. We weren't sure if our guests would get up and dance, not really a dancing crowd we thought... but the only time they stopped dancing was to eat! It was amazing, so much fun!!! Our first dance was At Last by Etta James...right from that song, Rhonda brought the house down...and it just kept getting better! They actually have two great singers, Keith killed it all night as well, I'd say they split the singing duties through the evening. Everyone in the band was on point- Chuck, Rawn, Dan, Andrea and Joe rocked the house!

We're so happy that we were lucky enough to have The Kazz Music Orchestra play at our wedding, it honestly wouldn't have been the same without them. Thank you so much for doing what you do, and doing it well. We wish you continued success!

Holy guacamole, best band ever!

Selecting Kazz Music as our band was, without a doubt, the best decision we made throughout the wedding planning process. Working with Joe was such a pleasure, and his attention to detail was incredibly reassuring.

It felt like we were taking a leap of faith because we live out of state and were not able to see them perform live before the wedding, but the decision totally paid off!

You can tell they love what they do and have a lot of fun playing together. They did a rendition of Purple Rain which brought the house down, and guests of all ages were out on the dance floor the entire night— the ultimate wedding goal.

Wedding planning can suck, but this decision is easy— and did we mention the value?! Book them now, do not wait!!

Best Wedding Band from planning to execution and beyond!

From the first day my husband and I met with Kazz music, we were not only absolutely stunned by their musical talent, ability, and energy, we knew that we were beginning a professional relationship, as well as a friendship, that we would appreciate forever. Joe started our communication over email, always professional, efficient, friendly, and specific to us, which made us feel taken care of from the very beginning. Joe and Andrea even welcomed us into their home to get a sense of the celebration we were envisioning, and to get to know us as people. Over a flight of delicious mimosas, we not only exchanged our favorite tunes and stories, Joe and Andrea played an essential role in helping us plan and organize our timeline from start to finish. It was clear to us that this business is their passion, and they are experts! We knew they cared about helping us host a celebration that was reflective of our personalities and taste. We left beaming with excitement and warmed by a newfound friendship. Moreover, the band's planning document ended up being our master packet to exchange with other vendors to use as a reference. When it came to our actual wedding reception, seeing Joe and Andrea and the band felt like a reunion! They took over the evening and really read the energy of our guests and augmented the excitement and pace. Our guests were amazed! We received compliments throughout the entire night and after about the incredible talent and energy that filled the evening. Kazz music made our wedding planning feel like a true celebration from our first encounter to our final goodbye at the end. We highly recommend this band for a true celebratory experience with a team of experts who are invested in making your wedding dreams come true! Lively, classic band!

Kazz Music Orchestra performed at my son's wedding. The music was crisp and invigorating, very, dancable (is that a word?). The guests all loved the music, the dance floor was always packed. I wasn't involved in selecting the music, but the selections were perfect and the vocalist was excellent. As an observer, I highly recommend Kazz Music.

Kazz Music will MAKE your wedding

Kazz Music absolutely made our wedding night. Let me just say the music and band are top quality -- I can't tell you how many compliments we received about the band from younger and older folks in attendance. They felt the vibes of the crowd and their energy brought the party to the next level and left everyone with huge smiles on their face.

However, beyond the music, Joe and Rhonda and the entire band operation was incredible from start to finish. They really, truly care and had the entire wedding day timeline coordinated between all of our vendors and our venue so everyone was on the same page. I didn't even know that was a thing, but it provided such a level of comfort that someone else was so on top of everything. Lastly, their price is so reasonable it's almost hard to believe.

I can't sing their praises enough. Book Kazz Music for your wedding day if you're going with a band.

Absolutely amazing

Seriously the best wedding band. Period. My husband and I got married on 6/2 and we had a day wedding. The venue lent itself to Kazz Music's soulful sounds, and my guests were floored with how good they were. After reflecting on our day, I realized that I left the dance floor only ONCE. I never went around and spoke to our guests because I didn't want to miss a song. I also didn't eat, and I was OK with that !! They were so much fun to plan with, and I knew that when the day arrived, they were going to be perfect. And they were. I was definitely a more demanding bride in the sense that I wanted a very specific playlist, and they were able to please me and use their expertise to read my guests and know what to play at what times... Seriously amazing and so classy. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.....

Made our wedding absolutely amazing!!!

I am legitimately concerned I am going to run out of character space before I can finish this amazing review for Kazz Band. Leading up to the wedding, Joe and Rhonda were incredible with staying in touch, having us fill out a planning document, contacting all of our vendors to coordinate, meeting us for drinks, and working out every little detail so that any catastrophe that could arise would be averted (and believe me they caught a few timing issues with our venue!). For the wedding itself, they did everything possible to make sure the evening was absolutely incredible. They played a special song for our first look, even though they were in absolutely no way obligated to, learned a new song to dedicate to my grandma (which had her sobbing on the dance floor) and then TORE THE HOUSE DOWN. I can't tell you how many people came up to us at the end of the night asking who that band was and where we found them and telling us how amazing they were. I'm tempted to get married again so I can hire Kazz band to play for us again. Seriously - book this band, you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic Band!

Kazz Music played at my son and daughter-in-law's wedding, and they were outstanding!! All band members are excellent, talented musicians and vocalists - the sound is tight and full of energy. All ages were dancing all night. Leading up to the wedding day the band was extremely organized, friendly and professional, and kept all the event details and communications on track. Don't even think twice about hiring the Kazz Band. Just do it. You won't regret it.

Joe and the Kazz Band are so on top of everything, and absolutely stole the show the night of our wedding. Most of our guests were flying into NY from out of town and the one consistent theme throughout the night was "who is the band? They're the best I've ever heard!" Every song they played had people out of their seats and dancing. They are even kind enough to learn two songs that you request, which adds a cool, unique element to your wedding.

When choosing a band, you obviously want them to be good musicians and to play good songs, but Joe and the Kazz Band are so much more than that as well. They're so easy to work with and so on top of the logistics. The last thing you want is an unorganized vendor, but Joe and the band are so organized and detail-oriented. Joe has a logistics document that he requests each couple to fill out, which helped plan out each different part of the ceremony and reception so that everyone knew where they needed to be and when.

Furthermore, my wife and I got drinks with Joe several times before the wedding to get to know each other, hash out what songs we did/didn't want to hear wanted and ultimately plan the vibe we wanted during the reception. I'm all about the motown and having everyone out dancing on the dance floor, and Joe and the band definitely delivered on this front! Joe even let me get up on stage and play bass with them for a song, which is a memory I'll have forever. It was awesome.

So if you're looking for an awesome band that'll show up and rock your wedding, choose these guys. We'd go back and choose the Kazz Band every time.

I can't say enough good things about Joe and his band. We had an 8-piece ensemble play at our wedding in August. They sounded phenomenal, and kept the party going all night long! It was truly the best weekend of my life, and the music at the reception was the highlight of the event for me and my guests. I got countless compliments that night and afterwards about how much everyone enjoyed the music, including from a friend who is in a band herself. I can promise you will be thrilled if you decide to hire Kazz Music, and so will your guests. If you've seen and heard the videos on their website and the smiling faces of people on the dance floor, you already know everything I'm telling you. What you might not know is how amazing it is to work with Joe. He is responsive, professional, organized, and attentive to detail. And on top of that, just a cool guy to know! They were absolutely amazing! Without a doubt the best band you can get for your wedding. We could not have been happier with them. They had all our guests on the dance floor throughout. So many friends and relatives were raving to us after the ceremony about how they were blown away by the Kazz Music Orchestra.
Whether it was Motown, 80s, the Hora, Daft Punk, or Neutral Milk Hotel (a surprise request from my wife that they did a wonderful job with), the band was truly wonderful on each and every song.
Joe, the band leader, takes a very hands on approach to make sure the event is expertly tailored to your musical taste. He's an extraordinary nice guy, and was very patient with my wife and I while we were going back on forth on a few decisions. He was even able to accommodate our stranger requests, such as my wife wanting to walk down the aisle to the theme to Jurassic Park. They helped make our wedding truly memorable for all our guests.
I couldn't recommend them higher.

Kazz Music added just the magic touch we wanted to our wedding. We were looking for a group that was fun, soulful, classic yet modern. They hit all of that. Joe was SO organized and so collaborative in planning the set list. He was open to new ideas and they were very good at reading the crowd. I was worried our space was too small for a seven piece band, but they made it work beautifully. We were so grateful we found Kazz and would highly recommend them to anyone. Lots of our guests still tell us how great the music was!

I'm a musician myself, and while I'm committed to my day job, I've played a number of wedding gigs myself in the past several years. My biggest single request to my fiancé for our wedding was a phenomenal, live soul band (with horns). And so, appreciating both music talent and professionalism around making a wedding band--and songs, sound, dances, announcements, and program planning with toasts, cake, etc--I *cannot* emphasize how amazing it was to have Kazz Music play my own wedding.

From the first time that I talked to--and immediately felt great rapport with--Joe, working with him was smooth, helpful, and enjoyable, and they *killed it* on the day of. My rule of thumb about weddings is that you get about 3-4 memories from your wedding that people will remember and talk about. For my wife's and mine: a speech that one of our officiants gave at the end of the ceremony, the surprisingly lavish hors d'ouevres course, the waterfall at Diamond Mills (also highly recommended if you're in the Hudson Valley), and the *dance floor*.

Ever since day one, Joe and Kazz Music were a thrill to work with. We knew that for our wedding, we wanted a band. However, determining the right band was the big decision. Joe was extremely organized and made everything as smooth as possible. They were INCREDIBLE. Guests raved about their quality and the atmosphere they brought to the dance floor. The music spanned from today’s hits and oldies to soul music. Overall, they were the number one compliment we received and our guests loved them. Every song sounded great, especially songs that were learned only about two weeks beforehand. Not only did the band sound professional, but they were a pleasure to work and communicate with through email and phone calls. Kazz Music made our daughter’s dream wedding a reality! Throughout the process, Joe and Andrea were there to provide support and accommodate all of our requests. Even our vendors complimented Kazz for how well organized they were leading up to the big day and keeping the night running smoothly. When our daughter’s first dance song seemed too difficult to play live (Thousand Years by Christina Perry), they surprised her by writing their own rendition and totally making it her own special song. The music was incredible, and they had everyone out dancing. Throughout the night, our guests came up complimenting how great it was to have a band for a wedding. In addition to the band, we also had Andrea (the pianist) play the organ for our ceremony, which really added to the perfect day. We highly recommend Kazz Music, you will not regret it!

We had a wedding for 110 people at a small hotel in upstated New York in October 2017. I’ll start at the end – from the moment Kazz band (5 instruments and a singer) started playing dance music until the last song, our dance floor was packed. Our guests had a wonderful time and didn’t want the music to stop. But in addition to being a fantastic band, the Kazz band is great vendor to work with. Kazz band met with venue separately to make sure they could work in the space (our venue had some size constraints). We met with members of the band twice in person to discuss our vision for the ceremony and reception – not only did they quickly understand what we wanted, but they provided valuable feedback and advice. Their expertise extends beyond just music – they helped us streamline the reception schedule (toasts, speeches, dances, etc.) to make sure we had a nice flow to the evening. Best of all, they would tell us “no” if we asked for something they couldn’t deliver. It didn’t happen often, but you can be confident that if Kazz says they will do something, they will do it well. When you work with Kazz band, you know their main goal is to execute your vision and make sure your guests have a wonderful time. We can’t recommend them highly enough.

Kazz and his team were great to work with throughout our wedding planning and our big day. Shortly after we met with Kazz to discuss our vision and how the band would fit, I knew we had made the right choice. We truly felt like Kazz and his team were in our corner and were going to do everything they could to provide an epic dance party for our guests--which they did!

So many of our guests couldn't stop raving about how awesome the band was. Our guests were dancing all night and had a great time.

Searching for vendors can be stressful and difficult but I know Kazz will be the best decision you can make for a band. The band will take special care to make sure you get what you want on your big day and it will be a night to remember!

Music can make or break your wedding. If you want to have crowds of people on the dance floor for the entire night at your wedding, book Kazz Music immediately.

The first time my (now) wife and I saw Kazz perform, we were at a family member’s wedding in the Hudson Valley. During the wedding, we were up front dancing for what seemed like the entire night! We both left saying how much fun we had because of the band’s performance. When we got engaged about a year later, we put booking Kazz as the number one vendor we had to book.

Planning the wedding with Joe was an absolute pleasure. He is so easy to communicate with and makes himself readily available to meet any of your needs/concerns. He was the only vendor we had who took the time to meet up with us (multiple times) to just “hang out” and learn about my wife and I. This ultimately led to an unbelievably positive, relaxed working relationship which was much appreciated among all of the stressful decisions we had to make while planning the wedding. He made sure that the band fit our exact style for both the reception and our ceremony.

The band’s performance at our wedding was incredible. Whenever we talk to family members and friends about our wedding, the conversation inevitably comes back to the band. Their ability to learn new songs and play the classics ensured that all of our guests (young and old) were on the dance floor having a great time. We were so thrilled to have Kazz Music play at our wedding on September 16th! Every member of the band was amazing - they mesh so well together and played a wide variety of music that had our guests on the dance floor the entire night! We had also mentioned a special version of our first dance song that we really liked and they sang/played it beautifully.

Joe made the process so easy, answering our questions every step of the way. He was always responsive to our emails and we met up to go over our planning doc which was really helpful. Our other vendors were also impressed by how organized they were!

If you're considering a band for your wedding, there's no better choice out there than Kazz! It was by far one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. :)

Joe set us up for intro meeting, helped us craft a reception timeline (something we had not done before), and then delivered a hell of a night.

Working with Joe and the entire group at Kazz Music was an absolute pleasure. Aside from the endless stream of compliments we have received from our guests on how fabulous the music was at the wedding, we also really enjoyed working with the band during the planning leading up to the event. Joe is extremely accommodating and helped us come up with a perfect timeline and playlist. He went out of his way to meet with us in person before the wedding, where we got to know each other a bit better, and could talk through all the events of the day. They also went out of their way to coordinate with our other vendors so that everything came together seamlessly. The band even learned our favorite song and was really able to read the room with the perfect set of music so that our guests were on the dance floor the entire night. In addition to the band, we also had Andrea (the band's pianist) play piano music at our ceremony which really added to the perfect day. I simply cannot recommend the Kazz Music Orchestra enough!

Kazz Music played our daughter's wedding on July 15th. All we can say is that five stars is simply not enough. How do we add MORE stars?? They were just incredible. Joe and the band were such a pleasure to deal with from the very beginning and throughout the entire planning process. The music was incredible and the singers were just amazing. My family thought I was crazy to spend this much money on a band. By the second hour of the wedding reception they were all taking it back! Kazz Music was professional with a personal touch. They are a group of talented musicians that know how to respond to their audience. They had all our guests dancing from the moment they started to play. Everyone complimented us on the amazing music and even were envious that they hadn't done the same at their own wedding! No other vendor for our wedding got as many compliments and the band is definitely one element that MUST work well. They were quick to answer questions and had an extremely thorough planning document that helped us prepare for the big day. Joe, the band leader, was always helpful and it felt great to rely on someone who was organized and incredibly easy going. It was important for my husband to have a group of truly talented musicians since he is one as well and I will never forget that look of absolute delight on his face the first time we heard them live. We used Kazz Music for our wedding party booking an 8 piece band and a guitarist for the ceremony / cocktail hour. The band is absolutely amazing. Joe is extremely organized and helpful with all aspects of planning the wedding day. We met with Joe ahead of time to walk through the day from start to finish and he worked seamlessly with our wedding coordinator. Their music selection is comprehensive and the band brought a ton of hype to the wedding party. Their singers were on the dance floor getting people moving. Joe and Kazz Music were absolutely INCREDIBLE to work with and did the most amazing job at my wedding. They sounded so wonderful the whole night, kept the crowd dancing, and did a great job MCing the evening. Joe went out of his way to set up time with my husband and I to plan the full itinerary for the day. He worked closely with my venue and made sure everything went off without a hitch! He even helped me surprise my new husband with a song where I sang and his band played background music, and the singers did backup vocals for me! It sounded great! Multiple guests came up to me and told me how great the band sounded. The band was prompt and professional, and never gave me anything to worry about on my big day. Can I add 5 more stars and give The Kazz band 10 stars??? They are really and truly the best band ever. Joe is a great planner, always in communication, easy to reach with any questions or concerns, worked perfectly with our day-of planner and is overall a really nice and genuine guy. The sound of the band is awesome. They have a huge music library to choose from and knock out every song. The two lead singers have an amazing chemistry, the guitarists, the drummers, and the Sax man (Joe) are absolute professionals who crush every note. I can't recommend Kazz band enough. If you want the best energy and dance party at your wedding - hire Kazz Music! They not only played at my wedding, I've seen them at friend and family weddings and will legit go see their non-wedding performances because they absolutely rock. They were one of the elements of the wedding that made it the most memorable party and night of our lives. They keep the dance floor packed and also are entertaining for your guests who prefer to watch and not dance. The day after our wedding guests raved about Kazz Music - they are such a fun, talented, and awesome group to work with. I don't know where to start when I say Kazz Orchestra is the best wedding band ever. I'm a NYC bride that was getting married in Philly. I cared about one thing for my wedding, having a band that could rock the crowd with Motown and soul music. I stumbled upon Kazz and knew they were our band. I talked to Joe and booked sight unseen without ever seeing them in person. Since Kazz specializes in the NYC market, I was so excited that they agreed to come to Philly.

We used Kazz for the following, acoustic guitar for the ceremony, piano for the cocktail hour and the full 9 piece band with horns for the reception. The two lead singers will BLOW YOUR MIND, seriously they are the most talented singers I've ever seen in a wedding band. The band members are all so talented and make the band SO GOOD.

Every single person at my wedding came up to me during the night and are still emailing/texting and calling saying how amazing the band was. I think it speaks for itself when 200 people (with half the crowd over 60) going nuts on the dance floor at midnight screaming for more music when it ended at 12:30am. People did not want to sit down and did not want the band to stop playing.

I actually am guilty of not talking to a bunch of people at my wedding because I having way too much fun getting drunk and dancing up a storm. My feet hurt for days and I destroyed my dress acting like a nut job on the dance floor. My now husband at one point was on his back on the ground, on stage screaming at the crowd and getting serenaded by the band at midnight since it was his birthday! O, we're Jewish and Kazz did such an incredible Hora, they knew just the right amount to play.

My other vendors all reached out to say how amazing the band was and that Joe was incredible to work with. I'm a really touch critic, this is the best band and the best kept secret. They are incredibly affordable and quite frankly should raise their prices because they are the best. THANK YOU SO MUCH KAZZ!!!!

Kazz Music was referred to us by our florist and we couldn’t have been happier with our decision to work with them. We had only heard one other band before deciding to go with Kazz Music however, we both knew we had found the perfect band for our wedding. Throughout the planning process Joe Kazz, the Band Director was extremely easy to work with and did a great job of organizing all of the special details for our day. He made it a point to get to know us and the style of music we were looking for at our wedding. Joe went the extra mile in offering to meet us in person, as well as many phone conversations to talk through all of the details of our wedding to make sure it would be everything that we imagined. We were blown away with his professionalism and how genuine he was each time we spoke with him. Joe and his band are incredibly busy, as they are booked out every weekend for months in advance however, we never felt rushed when working with him. He made us feel really comfortable and always took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns thoroughly.
My husband and I were really impressed with Kazz Music! They did an amazing job - all of our guests could not stop complimenting the music! Wedding planning can be stressful but working with Joe and his team was seamless. Go with Kazz Music you won’t be sorry!

They were hands down the best part of our wedding at Brotherhood Winery and people could not stop raving about how fantastic the band was! Kazz Music made our wedding everything we could haved dreamed of and more! Yes, the band is fun, flawless, and fantastically upbeat (everyone was dancing!)- but you will not find any band leader who is as efficient, professional, and kind as Joe! From start to finish, Joe was so organized - even our photographer and wedding planner commented on how wonderful Kazz is to work with. Joe had tons of helpful hints for us in planning our wedding. One thing to note- you will deal directly with Joe (who is part of the band) during the planning process, and not some manager who does not perform with the band. Seriously: Choose. This. Band. You absolutely won't regret it. My husband and I were familiar with the Kazz Music Orchestra from a cousin's wedding, and when we heard them for the first time, we absolutely fell in love. Joe, Rhonda, and the whole Kazz crew can SERIOUSLY rock it out -- our wedding guests on the dance floor ALL night and literally booing when Joe announced that it was time to break for dinner! Joe was also incredibly accessible, kind, professional, and accommodating -- his musicians even arranged and learned new music to accommodate our request for Jewish music for our ceremony! My husband and I couldn't imagine a better wedding band. For best results, request all their Motown/Stevie Wonder/Michael Jackson/Aretha Frankiin hits -- they especially rock on those tunes!

As a music teacher, I was adamant about not only having a band at my wedding, but I wanted to make sure the quality was great. Finding Kazz Music was like hitting the jackpot! I cannot speak highly enough regarding their professionalism, talent and great rep list. Joe, the band leader, is quite possibly THE most organized person I've ever met. He responds to emails and questions right away and always provides thorough responses. He has a very organized and helpful planning document that helps the wedding go so smoothly. Each musician brought such talent and excitement to their overall performance. All of my guests have raved about how great they sounded. There was not a single song they played that I didn't enjoy. They were even able to accommodate several songs played from my iPod as my husband is Albanian and wanted some traditional pieces played as well. I had my heart set on a certain song that wasn't on their original set list and Joe not only had the band learn it, but he arranged it from scratch! Their care and love of their craft is so evident. I had Andrea, the pianist/keyboard player, play solo piano during my cocktail hour. Though my husband and I were not present during the cocktail hour, all of my guests said she played beautifully. Kazz Music was my favorite part of the wedding reception and I simply cannot review them highly enough! You will not be disappointed in the price, quality or experience!

BEYOND FANTASTIC!!! We found Joe and the Kazz Music Orchestra through a family friend who used them at their daughter's wedding. It was hands down the best recommendation we could have received for our wedding. From the moment we reached out to Joe, he was awesome - friendly, upbeat, full of helpful info and super talented! He provided us with a detailed planning document that helped us navigate so much of the other wedding details and made our whole experience SO easy. We even had the chance to meet up with Joe for drinks a few times during the planning process, which was wonderful. By the end, he had everything so set for the wedding that we just had a chance to hang out and chat about non-wedding stuff, which was awesome! Joe took care of all of the setup with the venue and day of items, and the rest of the band showed up that night and blew the roof off the place! The voices, the music, the fantastic range of stuff they play - the dance floor was wall to wall packed the ENTIRE night, which is what we had hoped for. I can't begin to tell you how many people asked us for their info, and told us it was the best wedding band they had ever seen. I can't say enough great things about working with Kazz. And neither can my wedding guests! Kazz played my December 5th wedding at Marina del Rey and they rocked the house. Everyone was on the dance floor all night -- I can't tell you how many compliments I received about how great they were. Even from the beginning, Kazz blew me away. The detail-oriented planning process, their willingness to work within our budget, their speediness in responding to our questions--everything about Kazz and Joe (the band leader) is top notch. I can't say enough about the awesomeness that is Kazz Music! HIRE THEM. I am a flutist and music teacher, so finding a great band was on the top of my priority list when wedding planning. I had the good fortune of going to college with the band leader Joe and Andrea (the pianist), and also some local connections. Joe was extremely professional, helpful and organized from the first day I contacted him, and genuinely excited to be a part of our wedding day. We chose a band of six (you can choose how many musicians based on your needs, budget, type of venue, etc.), and every single band member was outstanding and put their all into performing. They got our guests up on their feet, played a great variety of songs, from motown to swing and jazz, pop, contemporary, etc., and we had so many compliments on their behalf. I had total confidence in Joe and his ability to coordinate the flow of the reception and I'm so glad I did. He offered great advice along the way, and was flexible with some last minute changes. The lead singer Rhonda has a beautiful voice and blew us away! Live music is worth every penny, and Kazz Music proved to be a phenomenal investment.

If you love good music and want to have a super fun wedding celebration and a stress-free planning process then do yourself a favor and call Kazz Music immediately. Each and every musician is extremely talented and all together their sound and their energy is amazing. Our guests ran to the dance floor from the moment the doors opened and other than the first dances and speeches, the dance floor was full the entire night. What more could we have asked for? Joe, the director, was a pleasure to work with. He not only helped with the music, but also with planning the timeline of the wedding reception. He was very easy to get in touch with and put in the extra effort to make sure we were happy with everything. Guests are still telling us how much fun they had and how good the music was. Kazz Music played at our wedding on September 12, 2015. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they were! From the moment we reached out to Joe about potentially booking the band, he was incredibly friendly, professional and responsive. He provided us with a detailed planning document to sort out first dances, song requests, the order of the ceremony, etc. He reached out to the other vendors before our wedding to make sure that the timing of the reception was totally coordinated between the caterer, the photographer and the band. He took the time to get drinks with my husband and me a few months before the wedding, and responded to all of our emails super quickly.

Most importantly, the band was outstanding at the wedding! Everyone was raving about the quality of the musicianship. The band played a perfect mix of Motown and pop that appealed to all generations of guests. They had everyone up and dancing all night long! Many said it was the best wedding band they'd ever heard, and of course we agree!

Thank you SO much to Joe and the band. You were truly incredible to dance to and to work with.

From start to finish Kazz was absolutely wonderful. The communication was fast and clear, the care for the clients was always apparent, and we didn't have a single issue. The band travelled all the way to Vermont to play for us and graciously shared hotel rooms, set themselves up in a brand new place without questions, and then totally and completely rocked. They are so talented--from the piano at the ceremony to the Jazz at the cocktail hour to the mix of Motown and contemporary at the reception--it was all truly incredible at a great value. The band will learn a few new songs for you, and about a month before the wedding I heard 500 Miles on the radio. I hesitantly brought it up to Joe as a potential new song, but I was so excited when he loved the idea. I think everyone who hires Kazz should make sure they play that song. It was one of the standout moments of my night. They did it so well and it was so much fun. Beyond sheer talent, Joe and his band are great at reading the crowd and adjusting their song list accordingly. They make the whole experience very personal and it shows in the success of the night. Plus, Joe is incredibly organized and, as band leader, is largely in charge of keeping the night on schedule and flowing smoothly. You want someone like Joe doing that job. Even my wedding coordinator was impressed. She said he did half her job for her. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding band. We've had so many people ask for their contact information and I've passed it on to each of those people with glowing recommendation. I really hope that if you're considering hiring Kazz, you save yourself any further research and book them. I know you won't regret it.

It's been a month since the wedding, and every guest that I meet tells me how much they enjoyed the wedding. Even friends of guests have commented about how they heard it was a great party and Kazz Music was a big part of it.

Again, it's all because of this FANTASTIC band - Joe Kaczorowski and Kazz Music were PHENOMENAL!!! The song selection was a perfect mix. Make sure that the dance floor is BIG enough. Guests were dancing before the bridal party was introduced until the band played their last song. Their music is like a magnet, and everyone dances...AND I mean EVERYONE.

They learned the song for the first dance and played it beautifully. Joe did a SUPER job as the MC for the evening events. I'm looking for another party to have, so we can hire them again.

If they're available, HIRE THEM!!!! You won't regret it and you'll be OVER THE MOON at how GREAT they are!!!

Hiring Kazz was one of the best decisions my wife and I made in planning our wedding. Their performance was one of the highlights of the day. They had most of the guests out on the dance floor from the time they started until their final song. Also, importantly, they were a pleasure to work with throughout the process.

We first chose Kazz because we liked their selection of music--everything from classic jazz and R&B to current top 40--and their energy. They are highly talented and just have a great time playing music. Tons of guests said they were the best wedding band they had seen and several asked about Kazz for their own upcoming weddings.

In addition to their great performance, when a scheduling issue came up they were extremely flexible and went out of their way to accommodate us. They also did a great job providing a playlist and microphone during dinner and did a wonderful job introducing the wedding party.

If you are considering Kazz for your wedding, just do it. Don't hesitate, book them! The reviews are unanimous that they are a fantastic band. Great musicians and great people.

Kazz Music Orchestra is the best wedding band I have ever experienced and I couldn't be more thrilled that they played at my wedding. It's a month later and our wedding guests are calling, writing, and raving about how amazing Kazz was and saying "Where did you find that band?!" Everyone had such a blast and didn't want the night end, even though we had a later wedding for the U.S. that went until 12:30/1 am. People loved the variety and how the music allowed everyone to enjoy. The band members are ridiculously talented musicians as well-- you will not find better singers many places. Kazz played their hearts out and truly wanted our guests to have the best night.

In addition, Joe- Kazz Music's Director- is an incredible person who will go above and beyond to make sure that your wedding reception is perfect. We both live in the Hudson Valley and met multiple times in person before my wedding and exchanged many many emails about family preferences, details. etc. My husband and I are so lucky to have had this experience and have Kazz play at our wedding. It was an unforgettable night and I hope one of my friend's hires them to play one day so I can relive the magic!

Picking Kazz Music was the smartest decision we made during wedding planning. They will map out your entire reception program from start to finish and think of every detail imaginable as part of a 10+ page planning document, including speeches, order of introductions, and will work with your caterer to make sure all runs smoothly.

Joe Kazz, the Band Director, went the extra mile to meet us before the (at the airport no less) to review our event plan with us. Joe will quickly make you feel at ease and like you are in good hands (because you are).

Plus, our guests LOVED the band. Young and old alike. Our guests loved the singers and song selections and my guests asked me for the contact information afterward so that they could book them next. Many guests didn't even get back to their tables to eat dessert because they were dancing so much.

They also learned our wedding song, which wasn't easy ( a country song played by a soul band). I hope that you are lucky enough as us to have Kazz Music play at your wedding.

Joe and Kazz Music killed it!
We researched extensively before booking Kazz and definitely made the right choice. We got drinks with Joe twice before the wedding, and it was so helpful. We did not have a wedding planner, so it actually felt like Joe was giving us the structure to help organize the caterer, photographer, venue director, etc with their planning document. He definitely eased a lot of our pre-wedding planning stress. And the night of the wedding... wow! We went with an absolutely huge dance floor for a 160 person party and it was packed the entire night, young and old alike. Kazz went out of their way to learn new requested songs, including our first dance song, and they exceeded our expectations! Best party ever for the best night of our lives!
Two weeks after the wedding and our friends and family still haven't stopped raving! One of our friends called us to say, "I learned 1 thing from your wedding... Go with a band!" Even our parents still watch the band's YouTube videos to relive the night. It's a clear sign of a job done unbelievably well!
We'll say it again, Kazz Music killed it! Couldn't recommend them more highly!!

Kazz Music played my son's wedding at the Locust Grove venue in Poughkeepsie on May 2nd. I don't usually go out of my way to do these reviews, but I'm so elated about their performance and the band's contribution to the wedding party that I want to share my feelings with everyone looking for a wedding band.

First, the band has a really tight sound. You can tell they like playing together. Rhonda is the lead vocalist, and she has some set of pipes!!! All of the musicians are top notch, and they created an energy--with their sound and music choice--that had everyone--I mean everyone--on the dance floor! Even the wall flowers lost their inhibitions and were dancing! At one point, I looked at the tables and there was virtually no one sitting! Everyone was either dancing, or on the floor clapping to the music, cheering on the band and the dancers. My point is that the band created this energy, and it was contagious!

Everyone left the party saying this the greatest wedding they'd been to, and, in no small measure, thanks to Kazz Music. If you're looking to create a memorable wedding event, you can't go wrong with this band. We were so fortunate that they were available for our event!

Kazz Music is awesome! The band played at my daughter's wedding and they really made the party something special. The dance floor was packed from the moment they began to play. Our friends and family didn't even want to sit down to eat. Almost everyone said to us "this is the best band ever". They are a very talented group of musicians and singers, and the nicest people you could meet. Their range of genres is amazing, from rock to standards to soul.
Working with Joe to plan the event was a treat. He made sure everything was perfect down to the last detail. I've already recommended Kazz to a co-worker and she would be crazy not to hire them. I hope to run into these guys at another party. And soon.

Kazz Music is amazing!! They totally rocked at our wedding. Lots of energy, everyone was up dancing and having a good time. It is exactly what we hoped for! We had so many people coming up to us and gushing about how awesome the band was. They played a great mix of songs that everyone could enjoy. We also requested a difficult song as our first dance song for them to learn and they totally nailed it and did an incredible job! For the ceremony, Dan, their guitar player learned a song for the brides entrance and it was perfect.

Joe is the best guy to work with. He is so friendly and on top of everything. He was super helpful and guided us in picking songs for the ceremony and reception. When it came to the wedding day we didn't have to worry about a thing. Our wedding day was so special and we know that the band had a lot to do with that. I can't say enough good things about this band! If you go with Kazz, I promise you will not be sorry!

Kazz Music Orchestra absolutely rocked our wedding! From the first time we heard Rhond'a (Lead Singer's) voice, we knew that they were our band. Not to single out Rhonda, but the band as whole completes each other so well. They master the art of playing Mo'Town along with so much modern music. Joe is so great to work with. He is so easy, patient, and understanding of the details. He did such a great job of making sure that every detail was handled. Especially learning songs for us. They learned one of my wife and my favorite songs that our favorite band covers. If you know Boogie on Reggae Woman by Stevie Wonder, covered by Phish, you will appreciate their version of this song. They knocked this absolutely out of the park. If you are looking for a wedding band, call Joe now! These guys are incredible and will keep the dance floor packed all night long!!!!

Kazz truly rocked our dance floor. We saw them at a preview but their live performance the day of, significantly exceeded expectations. Joe was incredibly professional and diligent in obtaining all of the necessary information to ensure everything ran smoothly. We never worried about anything with the music, and they even jumped in and played extra time when our caterer became ahead of schedule. We wanted an incredible party and that is what we got. I wish we could do it all over again and if we did, we would definitely book Kazz again. Book (before all of our friend who were blown away do)!

PS- Every single person at our wedding aged 20-80 was on the dance floor. I think that speaks volumes for the band/ party.

Joe was outstanding to work with from the day we first contacted him, throughout the process, and after our event. We met with him in person on two occasions to discuss our wedding. Joe wanted to know about our preferences, wishes, and ideas for the reception and was on board with everything we discussed. Joe went above and beyond to answer all our questions and provide advice beyond our wedding day to our honeymoon and other related planning. His pre-reception planning document was extremely thorough and made for a very smooth event. He worked seamlessly with the event space staff on the day of and everything came together perfectly. I also think it's important to note that we are a gay couple and felt welcomed and comfortable throughout the entire process of working with Kazz Music.

My Dad is a professional musician, and we scrutinized potential bands very closely in our planning process. Kazz Music not only presented as the best choice in our initial review but also performed at a high level at our wedding. Their cohesion as a group and musical abilities made for an outstanding performance. We received many many compliments from our guests on the band. We wouldn't change a thing and highly recommend them!

YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED WITH KAZZ!! Let me just start off by telling you this is hands down one of the best wedding bands I have ever seen perform. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about them during and after the wedding. Even our caterer that handles events all year long said this is one of the best bands she has seen and took their contact information for future events. After years of producing concerts in Boston I was beyond picky when it came to the music for our wedding and Kazz blew us away. Between the horns and the pipes on Rhonda you will be partying hard all night.

From the very beginning you know you are in good hands with Joe. He is unbelievably organized and professional and we truly felt he wanted to make our wedding special. We were not just another wedding to them which was very reassuring to both of us. Both my wife and I wanted to add some surprises to the wedding for each other and Joe was definitely in on all of them and didn’t slip up once. We asked the band to learn some new tunes by Stevie Wonder and Phish and they did an amazing job on short notice.

We really can’t say enough great things about Joe and his team. If you want an amazing band that gets your party going and has a great selection of tunes you don’t have to look any further.

Kazz Music was absolutely fantastic. From the first call I had with Joe to the wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, everything was spot on. The ceremony piano music was incredible and while guests were arriving, I had to venture out for a few minutes just to listen to it myself. The reception was fantastic. As soon as the music started, my friends and family came up to tell me how awesome they were. And two weeks after the wedding, I'm still getting emails from our guests telling us what a great time they had and how great the band was. Kazz Music kept the energy high all night and the dance floor full from start to finish.

Beyond just the music, Joe did a great job communicating with us during the planning phase, was incredibly responsive and helpful and was great with coordinating with the venue. I truly cannot recommended them enough. They helped making our wedding day a day that I will truly never forget.

Book them now. Book them right now. There are three key parts to a good wedding: good food, good drinks, and good music. And they killed it when it came to music.

My guests are STILL talking about the amazing band from my wedding. More than a few people told us that it was the first wedding they've been to where everyone was dancing before the entree was served. They were able to read the mood of the room and played the right music to keep everyone going. And their Michael Jackson medley was the highlight of the night. I cannot recommend them enough.

Kazz Music did our Sunday morning/afternoon wedding and they were awesome. First of all, for the talent and quality and professionalism of this band, their prices are great.

Joe was a pleasure to work with the entire time leading up to the wedding. We were able to meet with him twice which was great because it really put us at ease and we were all on the same page about music, and order of events. He was so responsive and very organized.

We had no doubt that they would provide great music and entertainment, and they totally did. Our family and friends commented how great the band was, and we are so glad we chose them!

Andrea played beautifully on the piano for the ceremony as well.

We would recommend Kazz Music without a doubt.

This band was so good and so full of energy that we nearly tore the venue down by the end of the reception. Our wedding was over two years ago but I still get chills thinking about my approximately 170 guests and I dancing our faces off and shouting ENCORE like we were at a concert when the party was over. Five stars simply aren't enough to rate Joe and Kazz Music. After weeks of watching promotional videos for bands, and getting more and more discouraged, it was like a gift from above when I came across Kazz's. This band is out of this world, and frankly, people should start booking them fast, because there is no way their prices can possibly stay so low for long. I can't count the number of compliments we received throughout the night from guests about how great Kazz Music's sound was, especially Rhonda, whose voice brought the house down. But, most importantly, people voted with their feet - the dance floor was packed the entire night. Lastly, working with Joe was seamless and such a pleasure. He clearly loves this job, and it shows in how organised and hands on he was with both us and the rest of our vendors. I would recommend Kazz Music without hesitation!

We hired the Kazz Music Orchestra for a July wedding in New Haven, Conn.

The first step was meeting with Joe, who walked us through the whole process and answered any and all questions we had, and also some we didn't have. The major planning for a band and wedding MC'ing comes in the form of a worksheet, and it was very very helpful in making sure all the bases were covered. They also have a song list and ask for a dozen or more songs from that so they can build a playlist that incorporates your taste.

The day of the wedding everything went great, Kazz Music kept the music coming and made great introductions for the parts of the reception. I'd easily hire them again and gladly offer this recommendation.

Amazing! Joe and the entire band rocked the house at my daughters wedding! They had everybody on their feet dancing the night away! I cannot say enough about them! Kazz Music Orchestra was by far the best choice my husband and I could have made! The bands flexibility, professionalism, and organization leading up to the day was absolutely flawless and beyond helpful throughout the planning process. Our wedding was held at a beautiful park on a perfect summer night. Despite the acres of grounds to explore and a bonfire that was lit at dusk, with the Kazz Music Orchestra playing the pavilion remained the center of the reception, with a large crowd of guests gathered on the dance floor throughout the evening. They played great songs with universal appeal, remained energetic for the full 4 hours and it was obvious that they genuinely enjoyed being at our wedding and playing with one another. There is zero chance that you will regret hiring this band for your wedding. Seriously, just do it.

The cost of hiring a band is significant, but it can (and did, for us) dramatically improve the tone and feel of your wedding. They were worth every single penny. Joe and the Kazz crew were incredible to work with, from our initial emails and phone calls to the very last song. Joe will be your main point of contact - he might be the most organized person I've met, and will certainly be the most organized vendor you'll have for your wedding.

Kazz also went far to make our songs personal - Joe called us a week or two before our wedding and said he'd thought about a mashup of two songs we'd requested (our minds imploded when he told us - it was a great idea) and it was little touches like that one that set them apart from other vendors.

Among the many compliments we received about Kazz was the quote, "I think if you didn't have food or booze, and just had Kazz, your wedding reception still would have been the best one I've been to." Hire Kazz now, and then please invite us to your wedding so that we can re-live the experience... :)

The Kazz Music Orchestra brought our wedding to a level we never could have imagined! Leading up to the big day, they were incredibly organized and responsive to our wishes and worked with our other vendors to help the reception move smoothly. As a professional musician myself, I can attest that musically, this band is second to none. We witnessed the dynamic energy that Kazz could bring to a wedding firsthand when they performed at a friend’s wedding last year. I don’t use the word “perform” lightly. Kazz is not a wedding band that fades into the background – you and your guests won’t forget that there is a group of supremely talented musicians moving the festivities along. That said, the band doesn’t take center stage all the time and strikes the perfect balance during dinner, speeches and slow moments with tasteful, restrained sounds. From the moment we started working with Joe, months before the wedding, we knew that he was not managing a run of the mill wedding band. Joe was truly excited about some parties where they had just preformed, and about upcoming shows. He came in from Westchester to meet us for a drink in NYC just to get to know us better. When asked to learn two songs that meant a great deal to each of our families, Joe didn’t skip a beat in agreeing to take on the task. For a fraction of the price of most wedding entertainment, Joe takes the extra steps to make sure the evening unfolds exactly as you want it to. Kazz was responsible for the most wonderful surprise of the night, and their ability to make it happen shows just how far they will go make your night. Our fathers both play guitar and decided to form the “father-in-law blues band” for one night only. Decked in the bedazzled blazers of the Blues Brothers, they performed an original number with Kazz backing them up. It was abundantly clear that Joe and the crew had worked closely with these aging rock stars in the weeks leading up to the wedding to help them sound incredible. We unequivocally recommend that you make the Kazz Music Orchestra a part of your wedding festivities. They are reasonably priced, extremely easy to work with and will do whatever it takes to bring your party to the next level. Give Joe a call, remove all anxiety from one of the most important aspects of your wedding, and prepare to be blown away.

My (now) husband and I agreed that our wedding reception band was maybe THE most important thing to us on our big day. We're both musicians, and had pretty high standards! We spent a good deal of time browsing bands in the NY State/NYC area, and once we came across Kazz Music knew immediately they were the band for us (even just by their collection of impressive video footage and press kit).

Once we solidified our arrangement with them, Joe (the main contact) was the most responsive person I worked with out of all of our wedding vendors. Even if he was out of town, he would reply to my email just to let me know he received it and that'd he be in touch soon with the requested information. I can't tell you how important that is, because unfortunately it's rare when you work with some of these wedding vendors and they take ages to reply. Not the case with these guys!

I would highly recommend getting all of the pieces of the ensemble available (the full horn section was incredible). Most of the good wedding music involves horns and it would sound best with them included in the arrangement...well worth it!!

The band did an amazing job at our wedding reception. They played our first dance/mother&groom/bride&father songs so well that I'm dying to get a copy of their versions because they were better than the originals! The rest of the night they kept the dance floor full, and even let me and my bridesmaids perform "Proud Mary" with them. :)

Beyond the great performance and responsiveness, even our venue coordinator said that Kazz Music was hands down the most professional band he's ever worked with in his career.

So basically, if you want an amazing group of musicians to rock your reception and be as professional and responsive as they come, book Kazz Music immediately!!

Joe Kaczorowski and his band are absolutely AMAZING.

From our first meeting to our departing hugs at the end of the wedding night Joe has been an incredible partner, planner and creative resource.

The communication was SUPERIOR, the attitude and energy of the band warm, positive and supportive. The music and singing was incredible and authentic...there are no carbon copy covers of songs with Kazz...it'a all real - all heart and soul - all talent - all good. EVERYONE at the wedding loved them.

After a year of preparing for this wedding I am a little sad that there is no more official wedding business to keep us together. I plan to visit them at their music venue in the village and hopefully we will get the chance to work together again...maybe our daughter and son-in-law's first year anniversary :)

A TRULY REMARKABLE BAND and a terrific planning partner to work with.

Kazz music orchestra is an absolute pleasure to work with. They were extremely flexible and helped me achieve our vision of having all Motown/60s music for our wedding. Joe, the band leader was quick to answer his emails and detailed with his suggestions ans feedback. We worked very closely on the song list, and his musical knowledge is unparalleled. He was attentive to all of our needs and easily handled any changes that arose. We appreciated their professionalism, but even more importantly, they are talented! What a group of performers; you can tell everyone is passionate about what they do and that they were enjoying themselves. They kept the party going until midnight. I've already recommended them to a friend's sister who will use them for their wedding. I would highly recommend them to any couple, because they make the planning process enjoyable!

You don't need to even read any further, just BOOK THIS BAND ASAP.

If you need more here are the top three things:

1. The band as a whole is out of this world spectacular. All my guests could not stop saying how great they were. The chemistry this band has is one of a kind. They truly love playing together and it shows.

2. Joe is so professional and a real expert. Once you book there really isn't too much more you need to do. You can tell right out of the gate this isn't Joe's first rodeo.

3. They learn songs for you?! You can get up to 4 new songs, I was so lucky to get 5 and! the band learned some new songs just days before the wedding.

Cannot stress enough how much this band made my wedding day. Do yourself a favor and book them and if you live in the NYC area you can see them live; they play a show at the Groove (west village) 1x a month.

Joey Kazz and his orchestra are the best party band around. They just played my wedding znd people cant stop talking about them. Their singers are top notch and can sing ANYTHING! And those HORNS! I'm a musician myself and there's nothing like hearing a full horn section playing Motown. One of the best services they offer is the ability to learn up to four new songs not on their playlist for your wedding. Get this band if you want if you want the best! True professionals!

AMAZING band. My guests were awed by the singer, Rhonda and danced all night. Even the photographer said this was the best wedding band he's heard!! Make sure you get the full horn section, it's well worth it!

I could not possibly express the extend of my ecstatic joy in having Kazz play at my wedding. They band was outstanding and nearly everyone one of our guests insisted that it was among the best (if not THE best) wedding bands they had ever heard. Everyone was up dancing the entire evening - from my 2 year-old cousin to my 93 great-aunt. When we were looking for wedding bands we drove into NYC to see Kazz play at a bar in the Village. Unfortunately we got there late and my wife (then fiance) only heard the last few chords of their last song -- she was sold immediately because the band just had "the sound." And at our wedding night Kazz exceeded our already very high expectations. Their wheel house is soul, motown, classic rock and contemporary songs -- but they learned a few special country and folk songs for us which were just as good.

On the planning front Joe, the band leader, was exceptionally helpful. He was basically our defacto wedding planning since he gave us so much expert advice on what the schedule for the night should be and coordinated with our venue (the Belvedere Mansion just south of Rhinebeck, NY.)

The night was perfect in large part to Kazz!

Just hire them.

First - they are a kick ass band full of talented musicians. I play drums and have been in bands most of my life. These guys are tight.

Second - they get the crowd moving. They have a great setlist, and are flexible if you want them to learn specific songs. And they don't break in-between songs which keeps the party on the dancefloor.

Third - Joe is very organized and on top of the planning. In addition, he is a great person to bounce ideas off and can give you honest advice about how to plan your wedding.

The bandleader, Joe, was an absolute pleasure to work with - an unusual mix of extremely professional and on top of every detail, as well as super friendly, personable, and easy going. Our other vendors even commented how great he was to work with – which definitely made everything run smoothly. I was thrilled when I found out that Kazz was available for our wedding date, especially since comparable bands seem to be quite a bit more expensive. What we really wanted for our wedding reception was a great dance party and that's exactly what we got. After working with Joe and hearing the band’s demos we had pretty high expectations, and they were totally exceeded! Kazz was AMAZING - the dance floor was completely packed the entire night, and everyone was RAVING about how great they were. Multiple friends said that it was the best wedding band they had ever heard. We were in seventh heaven!! It’s all about the band! I would hire them again in an instant.

Kazz music is a great band, with a very good variety of songs they each performed to perfection at ourparty. They have a great feel for the audience they're playing for, who in turn responded by never leaving the dance floor and made our party to the great success it was (the party tent was literally shaking!). Our guests went out of their way to compliment us on the band and we have referred Kazz Music to others more than once since.
On top of that the band, and their key contact, Joe, specifically, is very friendly, easy to work with, and do so in the utmost professional manner. We would definitely book the band at our next big event.
In short: you cannot go wrong with this band for almost any occasion!

Kazz gets FIVE STARS across the board, hands down. Are you planning a wedding? Do you consider your band to be a top priority for your wedding? Do you want to dance all night and do you want your guests to as well? If the answer to any of these questions is yes, stop reading this review immediately and BOOK KAZZ NOW. Kazz's nine-piece band played our May 2013 wedding and our guests are STILL talking about them. Kazz worked with us to play the music that we wanted from their set list, an awesome mix of motown, soul and funk that kept guests, old and young alike, out on the floor. Their enthusiasm and enjoyment for their music shows in their performance! Joe was amazingly nice, organized, responsive and helpful throughout the entire booking and planning process, and he genuinely wanted our wedding to be a success. Another plus: Kazz will learn songs for you - this is NOT a common characteristic of wedding bands. Kazz also worked seamlessly with our wedding coordinator AND our venue coordinator, and they are priced reasonably compared to other bands of similar size and quality in the region. Thank you to Joe, Rhonda and the rest of the band for making our wedding an unforgettable and incredibly FUN party!

We cannot say enough positive things about Kazz Music Orchestra! They performed at our wedding on April 13th at The Garrison and were absolutely amazing. We had an acoustic guitar play at our outdoor ceremony, a jazz trio during cocktails, and the 9-piece band during our dinner and dance reception. From the very beginning the planning process, manager and sax player Joe Kaczorowski was a pleasure to work with - professional, kind, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful. He went out of his way to get to know us and to accommodate our requests. He was in frequent communication with us and went out of his way to coordinate with our other vendors - ensuring that the music, timing and announcements were personal, flowed well, and were exactly what we hoped for. Joe and the band even learned additional songs for our reception and created a special arrangement of our favorite song so it was a "danceable" first dance. The planning process with Joe was thorough and fun - there were no questions or worries when the wedding day arrived. And on the big day - everyone absolutely raved about the band. The progression of jazz to more classic standards (a priority for our parents which the band went out of their way to accommodate) to awesome dance music created an amazing flow and build to our evening - and when the night came to a close, all of our guests were on their feet dancing and singing along - and shouted for an encore! Again, really can't say enough positive things about Joe and the band. Thank you guys!

kazz music orchestra is absolutely amazing... my best friend used them at her wedding and when my now husband and i got engaged, we knew we had to use them too!
joe is incredibly organized... his planning document helped me to answer questions with and across all of my other vendors that i never would have thought to ask...
we used various parts of the team for our ceremony and cocktail hour, and then used the entire 9 pieces for our reception, and it was awesome! the dance floor was fully occupied at all times, and everyone in attendance was extremely impressed with the non-stop music that kept them on their feet!
both my venue and i were impressed with their professionalism... joe and andrea arrived early and ready to trouble shoot the impending rain and puddled slate garden for an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour... and knowing that they had it under control helped me relax and not worry about the weather...
i have recommended them to all of my engaged friends, and i seriously hope i get to rock with them again!
