So personable and friendly!

Kay’s Bridal was so great with helping me find my perfect dress! They saw the image of my dream dress pictured in my mind and handed it to me on a hanger! My dress was the first I tried on, I tried a few more just to be positive but nothing compared! They also helped me find the perfect bridesmaid dress for all of my girls, a couple styles that complimented each other but also the different body types of my bridal party! They were such a great group of employees to help get my wedding day started on the most beautiful note!

Great Experience!

Everyone at Kay’s bridal was so professional and helpful! I found Kay’s bridal through a bridal expo in 2018 and I found my dream dress a year later. I went in with a vision of what I wanted my dream dress to be but I came out with something completely different and so perfect for me! In addition to finding my dream dress, it turned out to be on sale and I purchased it that same day. I only went to Kay’s bridal and the dress I chose was the last one I tried on. It was an amazing experience! They have so many beautiful and affordable dresses. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful dresses and great pricing!

If you are looking for a dress, stop by Kay's Bridal in Simi Valley!

I found Kay's through a wedding expo with Bridal Premiere and they were able to schedule an appointment for me right then and there! I had been to a couple shops before stopping at Kay's, but didn't look any further because Kay's was the one.

They offer a huge selection on dresses - all different types! I tried on several different ones that I had picked out, but the one that I chose was one that on of their staff members picked out for me (Thank you, Emely!!).

Kay's also offered in-house tailoring, so I got all of my adjustments and hemming done at Kay's! Everyone on the staff was so friendly and helpful during my multiple visits for fittings. It was a great experience to be able to bring family and friends with me for these fittings too!

Thank you so much to all the staff at Kay's Bridal! And special thanks to Emely for helping to pick the dress that I wore for my wedding! It was such a special experience and I will remember it fondly.

Wonderful Dress Buying Experience!

I had quite a bit of anxiety going shopping for my dress, and I had heard to shop around, and it's okay not to buy a dress your first day looking. I went to Kay's first, and Diane, one of the consultants, was absolutely amazing. She was reassuring when she needed to be but honest when she needed to be as well. She was so sweet, and it's no wonder I was able to find my dress on the first trip! I'm so happy I went there, and I wouldn't have wanted any other dress :)

Beautiful Dresses

What a wonderful experience picking out my wedding dress. Denise was fantastic and helped me in and out of a lot of dresses as I decided on the one. Their clearance closet has great deals on beautiful dresses if you are on a tighter budget. Due to my great experience, I also had most of my bridal party (the girls who lived in the area) get their dresses from Kay’s as well. My girls ranged in dress sizes, and they had something that everyone could try on! I would absolutely recommend Kay’s when shopping for your gown!

Can't say enough good things about my experience with Kay's Bridal. From the moment I stepped in the door to the day I left with my beautiful gown in hand, Kay and her team were exceptional. Professional, friendly, helpful - pretty much everything you could want when you're shopping for the most important dress you'll ever wear. It goes without saying that I highly recommend them. They're definitely worth a visit, and I suggest going there first - once you're there, you won't need to go anywhere else!

I had went to 4 other Bridal shops before I found Kay's Bridal. A smaller self owned boutique is what every bride should experience, I wish I would have gone to this place first! I went to David's Bridal, Simply Bridal, a couple other places where I only tried on a hand full of dresses and was left with nothing I really liked. I called last minute to Kay's Bridal and they let me come in then and there. Denise found 15 dresses for me to try on and out of those 15 I liked 10 of them! The variety of choices I had was even more than that but we ran out of time because the store was closing. I really needed this experience to be able to find the dress that was best suited for my body and my personality. I can't thank them enough for this experience and I highly recommend this boutique to new Brides!

Kay's Bridal is awesome! They were the first bridal shop I went to and what should have been an hour and a half appointment ended up taking 3 hours. They were SO patient and so helpful and worked with me to find a dress I loved! I found the dress I ended up buying that afternoon. They have such a beautiful selection and their dresses are much higher quality (and even comparable in price) to David's Bridal. I used Kay's for the alterations (which they did an incredible job on) and they steamed and held my dress for me until I was ready to pick it up the day before my wedding. We will also be using them to preserve my dress. I am such a fan of Kay's and highly recommend!

I absolutely loved working with Kay's Bridal! I found my dream dress on my first visit because Kay's has a fabulous selection of dresses and different designers to choose from. My consultant was very nice and accommodating to what I was looking for and even helped me step outside of my comfort zone, which is how I found my dress. Kay's is very fast at responding to emails and phone calls and the woman who altered my dress did an AMAZING job. I got compliments all night about how beautiful the dress was too. Alterations were a little pricey, but well worth it!!

I cannot give enough stars to Kay's Bridal. I had a hard time finding a dress until I went to Kay's. Candice helped me throughout my whole process and she was the sweetest in calming me and making each step exciting. Everything from the staff to the prices and services are amazing at Kay's. My dress was just cleaned and packaged so beautifully. Thank you Kay's Bridal staff for an amazing bridal dress search! I am still so in love with my dress!

I am not the typical size that most dresses come in so I was concerned that I wouldn't find a dress without going to LA. Kay's had dresses for all shapes and sizes. They made me feel so comfortable. I enjoyed shopping at a smaller boutique, friendly service and the staff knew me when came in. I really enjoyed all my appointments at Kays--the said yes, the fittings and the pick up.

I absolutely love Kay's Bridal and everyone there. The ladies at Kay's made dress shopping so fun and easy and I am always recommending them to anyone.
I got my wedding dress here as well as my bridesmaids dresses and my mom's dress.
From the first day I tried on wedding dresses to the day before my wedding, Kay's was the best.

I was looking online for dresses and getting ideas and found a Stella York dress. Kay's is a certified vendor for Stella York, so I went to their website and emailed them to see if they had the dress I wanted to try on. I got an email back almost instantly and sure enough they had the dress! I made a shopping appointment and fell in love with the dress.

Denise is the awesome lady who helped me first and she was simply amazing! So helpful and funny and kept me calm when I was freaking out about sizing.

The total price I paid for my dress, veil and alterations is what I would have paid for the dress only at another bridal store.
I love that they do the alterations on site, and store your dress for you until you are ready to pick it up.

Thank you to Kay and Denise and all the other ladies that were so nice and helpful!

I came to Kay's Bridal after a disappointing visit to David's Bridal. My whole engagement was only 6 months long, and Kay's is appointment only (and closed on Sundays); I work full time and was coming from Santa Barbara, so there were only a few days "left" when I could go dress shopping. So on the Saturday of my appointment, I actually had plans to visit other bridal shops if Kay's didn't work out. I needn't have worried. Kay's has many dresses in store (and I happened to be a good "average" size), so I had lots of options.

I wasn't sure what I wanted, and I was keeping an open mind, hoping a wedding-dress professional could help guide me. Vicky did that and more, without being pushy or impatient. We found the perfect dress for me AND the perfect lace jacket to give it a customized look all my own. When it came time for alterations (hem and bustle), Kay herself did them and made the whole experience quick and easy. They stored my dress and pressed/steamed it for me, which was a big relief (and a money saver). Finally, the shop has lots of "extras" to choose from: garters, jewelry, bridal straps, handkerchiefs, almost anything you'd need. I bought the sweetest little hankies for me, my mother, and my mother-in-law, and the two ladies teared up when they unwrapped them.

Overall, just a great experience at Kay's Bridal, and I highly recommend them.

Denise at Kay's bridal went above and beyond to help me find the dress of my dreams, she let me try on tons of dresses, constantly reminded me that its about what i want and how i feel, and didnt push me to like anything i didnt like. I left a VERY happy customer after my first time in the shop finding the dress of my dreams. Kay did my alterations and is amazing, she added a heart of my grandmas fabric inside the dress for me. My alterations were perfect, the dress fit wonderfully and i would reccomend this shop to everyone!!!!!!! They even wished me a happy wedding day on Instagram, thanks Kays Bridal, for being the best!!!!!!

I went shopping everywhere and I found a dress that I liked at kays but I wasn't 100% sure of it. I ended up finding my dream dress at a different place but asked Kay if she could order it since I had all the information. Not only did she order it for me (which I was very thankful since I wouldn't have to drive so far for fittings) but she ended up getting it cheaper. I have told everybody I know about Kays- they have the nicest staff and you will love all of their dresses. My sisters are now getting married and it seems like every time we go in there their selection just gets better and better. You will want to come here just because of the staff but you will walk out with a very high quality dress that will look great on you for not a huge price tag.

The staff was SO accommodating and helpful I felt as if I were the only bride in the store. All alterations are done in house and they even store and steam your dress for you to have it "aisle ready".

Kay’s Bridal was a great experience! When you walk into the store, they have SO many sample dresses on display. It was like being in a candy store. The first time I went, they had a dress that I thought would be perfect and it was 50% since it was clearance. They were willing to wait for me after they closed to rush over there and try it on. The dress unfortunately didn’t fit well at all so I made a proper fitting appointment to try on other dresses.

All my fittings and alterations went smoothly and they were very eager to help me. I even got complimented for being such an easy going customer. I don’t have any complaints about this place at all. The dress I got was even 10% off! I highly recommend this place.

I found Kay's Bridal on Yelp because they carried the designer I like and they had outstanding reviews. I was not looking forward to wedding dress shopping, but my experience at Kay's made it a lasting memory. I found my dress the first time going in and they made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. They even store your dress for you before your big day so you do not have to carve a space out of your closet and hope the groom does not peek! ;-)

Kay's is AMAZING. Being a plus size bride I was super uncomfortable going to try dresses. Kay and Vicki were they best. They made me feel totally normal and comfortable. They have a good selection of wedding dresses and everything else that you need. The alterations are done on site and we decided to have the dress stored there until the wedding. Everything was nice and stress free from trying on dresses (I picked the first one) to the alterations to the final fitting and picking up.

They also help out for the bride on the budget with a sale section. We applied online for their I believe Wednesday coupon for $50-$100 off. So we ended up saving a lot of money on my dress.

The staff was very sweet and helpful.

I went into Kay's looking for a specific designer. They had the designer, but not the specific dresses I was looking for. They said they could order anything I wanted. But, I didn't want to order a dress I hadn't tried on. So I looked around, and decided to try on a dress I thought looked interesting. And to my surprise, I fell in love instantly. I didn't buy it that day, and I looked around a little more. I came back a couple of weeks later and purchased it. To my surprise, the dress by Mori Lee, came in only 2 months later. By the time my first fitting came around 8 months later, the dress was too snug for my liking. I went through several fittings and alterations, but the ladies there were very patient with me, and worked on the dress until I was happy. The final product made me cry tears of joy and everyone raved about my dress.

Great selection, excellent prices, nice store, reliable, excellent work.
No champagne for your entourage here - but they offer patience, willing attitudes, helpfulness and generosity of heart.

Kay's Bridal was such a great experience. I had Candice for all of my appointments and she was beyond fantastic!!! I came in not knowing what style I wanted at all, and she helped me find the most amazing gown that fit my personality AND budget perfectly. I will say that I have not done my alterations yet (they will be done in May) so I'm not sure how their pricing is for that service.

Please note that they do require appointments, but try their hardest to fit you in.

The entire staff at Kay's is incredible. They impressed my mom and I so much we never went into another bridal shop! We came just to look and found "the one" on the first try thanks to how many beautiful dresses they have in the store- out for brides to see and picture easily and of course thanks to all the girls who helped during the first visit and future appointments. Kay's made dress shopping glamorous and fun and that is what it should be for every bride.

Of course the dress I chose had just been discontinued... seems to always be my luck. I did get lucky in finding it online though, Kay's Bridal was selling their sample. I live an hour and half away, so I made an appointment for that Saturday hoping my dream dress would still be there. Of course we were late, our hour and half drive took almost 3 going through LA, I was so stressed because they were booked solid. The staff was so sweet to squeeze me in, promising to hold my dress till I got there to at least try it on. I knew it was the one from the first moment. They were so gracious to let me try on a few others (since this was the only dress I had EVER tried on - no girl should miss the experience of trying on dresses). Even better, I thought it would be 25% off, it was 50% off. LOVE THIS DRESS!

I had a truly wonderful experience at Kay's Bridal. I started my wedding dress search at David's Bridal (like many, I'm sure) and was disappointed by how pushy and impersonal my experience was there. What I experienced at Kay's was the complete opposite. Every time I went in, there was always a friendly face to greet me and someone who was dedicated to helping me during my appointment time. They truly are passionate about what they do and about helping each person not just find a dress, but the RIGHT dress. In fact, at my first appointment, I found a dress I loved and instead of pushing me to buy the dress, they told me to go home and sleep on it for a few days. If I still loved the dress, I should come back later (which I did). In addition, the quality of the dresses at Kay's Bridal was excellent and at prices that were jaw-dropping good. Really excellent, and I would whole-heartedly recommend them to all my friends!

What a great dress shop! The wedding dress was one of the first things I started looking for when I got engaged. Many friends recommended Kay's, so after checking out some other dress shops I decided to try out Kay's Bridal. I am so happy that I did. My bridal consultant was amazing. She listened to what I was looking for and pulled some dresses for me that were in my budget. She found "the one" for me and she said that my face lit up. Kay was in there every time I went in and everyone was very helpful. They even let me make an appointment just to show my bridesmaid how to bustle me. Although I will only be using them once in my lifetime, I highly recommend this shop!!

I ordered my wedding dress and my bridesmaid dresses from Kay. I went to many many different bridal shops and Kay tops it for service, friendliness, price and quality!!! Everyone who works there are SUPER sweet and they treat you like a good old friend!!!Kay has amazing and reasonably priced bridal gowns which are preserved so well ( not in bags like some other places). I highly recommend any bride to check them out or get their dress there!

My experience at Kay's bridal was perfect. They have a very nice little shop and the consultants were very helpful. I made an appoinment and felt like all of their attention was on me finding my dress. I found a dress of their "clearance" rack and was actually able to bring it home that day. We went back several months later for my fitting. While my dress was 1/4 of an inch too long, they didn't push the alteration on me. I really liked this becuase I felt like they weren't just out to get money out of you, but to have a great experience. I have since recommended another bride to the shop, and and also bought her dress from Kay's.

When I first went in I had no idea what I wanted and one of the girls was able to help me find the right dress. I did a couple of fittings and had a few items fixed on the dress to make it perfect. I enjoyed their service I went back to get a bridesmaid dress for the wedding I was in later in the year.

I had a super big fear of trying on wedding dresses for some reason and I felt so comfortable at Kays!!! I showed pictures and described what I'd envisioned at the start of my appointment and quickly found out that what I wanted wasn't the best for my body type but the Kay's consultant already had some awesome dresses in mind!! The first dress she brought in was stunning as was the one after that, but the third one... it was mine!! I knew it was my dress before it even was taken off the hanger!!! Alterations and wedding day accessories were a breeze to get their and far more affordable then other places!!! I had an awesome experience!!!

I LOVED Kay's Bridal. You go in and their dresses are all affordable, they are beautiful. I loved that most of the ladies working there were older, so you feel comfortable right away, like you are with family. They let you look and touch all of their dresses and pull your own dresses. They help guide you to do it based on your opinions on what you want, but you get to see and choose from all your options. Also, the prices are clearly marked so you don't have to wonder if you are trying on something out of your comfort zone. I LOVED the experience and ended up getting my dress, alterations and earrings from them. They were amazing!!!! I highly recommend this little shop.

I ordered my six bridesmaid dresses through Kay's Bridal! I had looked all over Ventura County for dresses, but found most dresses to be very high priced. At Kay's Bridal I was able to find great quality Morilee dresses at very reasonable prices that my bridesmaids could afford. All of the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They never pressured me at all, and gave me as much time as I needed to make my decision. I would highly recommend Kays to any bride!

I love Kay's Bridal! The service there is excellent and Kay is a perfectionist. When my mom first brought me to the store I was insure about what I would find. As soon as we walked in I found 2 dresses I loved, one of the ladies asked if I'd like to try them on. They happened to have an open dressing room. The first one I tried on was it!
Throughout the trying on and fitting process all the ladies at Kay's had smiles on their faces and great advice! I would highly recommend looking for your wedding dress here. :)

So I have to start off by saying this place is magical! I went here to look for a dress because a friend of mine had gotten her dress here and i was beautiful. And sure enough I found mine here... when I put my dress on it fit so perfect that i didnt need any alteration and since it was a d/c dress i got it for like 1/6 the price! amazing! In the months to follow i recommended this place to my 2 of my friends and my soon to be sister-in-law and yep you guessed it they all came home with a dress from kay's that they never wanted to take off...except maybe on their wedding night ;)

Kay was amazing and so helpful with everything! This was the 5th bridal shop I went to and was getting a little exasperated with the whole situation. The minute I walked into Kay's the ladies were so attentive and helpful; they helped pick out dresses for me that would fit my body type and made sure that I was always taken care of. I ended up ordering my dress and the bridesmaids dresses from them and they did all the alterations for the dresses!! Everyone in my bridal party looked AMAZING in their dresses!! When I first started looking for a dress My mother and I went to Davids Bridal in Oxnard California. It was a joke. The girls were rude the dresses were dirty and we werent allowed to touch or look at them outside their bags. So it was really hard to find anything because I could barely see what they looked like. I kept searching online for decent vendors near by. I fell in love with Maggie Sottero dresses and I found Kays Bridal who happened to carry them. I called made an appointment and was able to set up a day to go try on dresses. The first day I went Vicky helped us. She was Uber nice very welcoming and helpful. What I loved about Kays was they were open and clean and pretty much said walk around touch and look and get a feel for what you want. The dresses were not hidden away in bags and they were all gorgeous! My problem was I waited until about two months before the wedding to look for dresses. And it takes about 4 months to get a new one in. So I was limited to either the displays they had or the discontinued dresses. I was so worried because im a little heavier set and I didnt know if any displays would be my size. But Vicky asked me questions and found some dresses that I thought were pretty. The very first one I tried on was opposite of everything I thought I wanted. But once I walked out and looked in the mirror I knew it was the one. I tried one more on just to say I didn't pick the very first dress I tried. But nope this was it. And it turns out they had just gotten that one in. Just three days before from market. And I was the very first one to try it on. And it was an excellent price! I got so many compliments on my wedding day. I love my dress!!!! Everyone from Kays including Kay herself is so friendly and helpful and professional. And really just want the bride to be happy and be sure she finds the perfect dress. I really appreciated all the wonderful experiences I had with them. It was like night and day compared to Davids Bridal. I highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend Kay's Bridal to any bride. The prices are great. I found my Maggie Sottero gown at Kay's for several hundred dollars less than other bridal salons were selling it for. Kay's Bridal was great! I went looking everywhere for dresses and tried them on everywhere. Kay ordered my dress, altered it and had it ready for me when I needed it. The dress price also includes them steaming it out for you "walk down the isle ready". I didn't find another dress shop who would do that for you for free.

I LOVE this place. It is quite the find. Kay is very knowledgeable and does all the alterations on site. The store is located in Simi Valley, but is worth the drive. Kay keeps a large stock of Maggie Sottero dresses. They are corset dresses so they can give anyone boobs and a waist! Very important! ;) Her prices are very competitive. I checked around before ordering my dress.

They are outstanding here. I ABSOLUTELY wish I can do it all over again just to hang out with these women. The consultant: "DEE" helped me find my dress by hearing me out... We created something extraordinary from an ordinary dress. It was stunning and they even put my favorite music to make sure everything stayed in place. My experience with Kay's was so wonderfully easy, even if it had a bumpy start. I had a specific black and white dress in mind that I was sure was "the one", but when I made my appointment, I learn they sold the sample to another, and it would be a few weeks before they got another in. I was disappointed, but decided to keep my appointment anyways. Now I know God just had to get that first dress out of the way so I wouldn't be distracted when I found my REAL dress, haha. Candace pulled a few dresses for me, even though I didn't love any of them that much because I knew I didn't want a solid white/ivory/etc. dress...then we spotted my gown, all black tulle over champagne (needing no alterations!), and that was it. Given the style of my gown, I was able to get an amazing deal on it, and they stored it until I was ready to pick it up, and steamed and bagged it before I came in. Every employee I met during my visits was incredibly kind and helpful, and kind of made me want to keep going back to buy more dresses! I found my dress on the first visit, a bride can't ask for much more than that!

Kay's was my first stop in wedding dress shopping because my sister had purchased her dress there a few years prior and had a great experience. Everyone is friendly, helpful, patient and upbeat. After Kay's I went to a few other shops and realized just how great Kay's is. The other shops that I went to didn't let you take pictures with the dresses on (which really is huge, it is so helpful to look back on the dresses to see what you like best when you're not right in the moment) and they were frequently pushy, rude and impatient. Needless to say, I went back to Kay's and purchased my dress there even though I live in Santa Barbara. Their prices are reasonable, they are organized and knowledgable, plus they do all the alterations in house and hold your dress for you until the day of. I was a bit of a pain in the bum because the alterations weren't quite what I was hoping for the first time around, but they were patient with me and made sure that the dress was just right. My only complaint would be that they didn't have a sash we wanted to try, so we had to purchase it, and then once we received it and realized that I didn't like it, we couldn't return or exchange it. But that is a minor complaint. Purchasing your wedding dress is exciting and a little overwhelming and finding a shop that makes you feel comfortable is really important. I had a really wonderful experience and would highly recommend Kay's to any bride!

I originally went to Kay's just to see what size dress I would be shopping for as our timeline didn't allow for an ordered dress, I needed off the rack. Amazingly I found my dress on a whim when I inquired about any convertible dresses. After trying on about 3 dresses I hadn't been particularly happy with I was leaving and saw that they pulled out the one 2 piece gown they had, from the sale rack. I made the quick decision to get back in the fitting room and try one last dress on. WELL THAT WAS IT! I had to have it, and better yet the cost was much lower than I anticipated spending. I was able to sign up for "wow wednesdays" and went in on their certain day of the month to get an extra % off the sale rack. The only issue I had was when I waited specifically for the day to come up for the discount, I was rung up without it and had to show proof of my e-mail that I had registered for the deal of the day. In the end it worked out and I got the discount I waited for, but could have missed my opportunity if I had not been paying attention and not asked to talk to Kay about the girl behind the registers error. Overall a lovely local shop and I highly recommend the service compared to the larger chains where they just want to make a sale for commission.

Kay's Bridal was great! I had to get quite a few fittings done due to the fact that I was changing a lot to the dress and they were so great about it! The alteration prices were a little steep (which is why I gave it a 4.5 out of 5), but the cost of the designer dress was good, so it sort of made up for it. They made the dress look like it was made just for me. It fit like a glove. The service was great and I would recommend Kay's Bridal to anyone shopping for a wedding dress!

I would definitely recommend Kay's Bridal to any brides in the Ventura County area. I looked at a number of local shops and actually found my dress at Camarillo Bridal, but looked at Kay's to compare prices and services, and Kay's was definitely a much better deal. Kay and her staff were helpful and friendly, and I came in for several fittings after purchasing my dress because Kay wanted to be sure to get the alterations just right. I had a very good experience with Kay, and was glad to support a local shop.

Everyone that works here is so nice and professional. I didn't feel pressured. Good selection. And they were flexible on rescheduling my fittings a couple of times due to changes in my schedule, etc. Alterations aren't cheap, but that's probably common everywhere. However they did do a good job. My dress had LOTS and LOTS of layers, so I can see why it would be time consuming. Can't wait to wear my dress.

I absolutely loved my experience at Kay's! I was a little hesitant after my last experience but it was everything I could have hoped for! As soon as you walk in the door, someone greets you and checks you in for your appointment. (You would think that all bridal shops would do that but some don't!) Their website says that they limit their appointments to one hour so I was worried that we weren't going to have enough time (I hadn't yet decided on a silhouette) but I didn't feel pressured once. I worked with Vicki and we couldn't have been a better match! I felt confident in her pulling dresses that I would be interested in. Their website doesn't list which dresses will be available in store but I showed her some pictures that I had liked and we started there. Vicki was so positive, professional, experienced and great with my family and friends!

The dressing room was HUGE. You could fit multiple dresses in the room at the same time, there were mirrors, a chair and dresser for your purse and accessories, and still room to walk around in the dress. My family and friends had a large and comfortable viewing area to see me in the dresses and the lighting was great. They had a wide selection of dresses and the prices were so reasonable! We had no problem staying within budget and dresses were high quality.

I never felt pressured to buy a dress that day but luckily I was able to find the right one! I want to add sleeves to the dress and Vicki offered to contact the designer to see if they have something that matches the dress as well as keep an eye out when they go to market next month. My family was very excited that we found the dress so we were taking lots of photos and Vicki told us to take our time and didn't rush us to put in our order.

Kay's also offers onsite alterations so we will most likely go through them. It's comforting to know that they can handle everything in one place!

This shop is wonderful! The ladies are all really helpful. They all know me by name whenever I go in. They allowed me to try on as many dresses as I wanted to find the one! They have an extensive selection to choose from. Any bride would be lucky to find their dress at this shop! I have no complaints!

Kay's Bridal was wonderful for our daughter's wedding dress vendor. Her dress was beautiful and Kay did a great job tailoring the dress. My only complaint was that it was impossible to find all the hooks, the day of the wedding, that I paid extra for, to bustle the dress. Thankfully our daughter brought another dress to change into to dance in. Ultimately, wedding dresses are overpriced, but it is one day in their life!

I loved Kay's! They have beautiful dresses at very reasonable prices! The lady's who work there are very sweet and helpful.

I had a wonderful experience shopping for my wedding gown at Kay's Bridal. They were very helpful and I found my dream dress! More beautiful than I could have imagined and totally not what I thought I wanted. They were able to help me fit it into my budget so I could have the dress of my dreams!

The ladies at Kay's bridal are very thorough and professional. Kay does wonderful alterations and the prices are very reasonable. I would give more stars for the "value for cost" if I could. There is a great selection of dresses, veils and accessories, no need to look elsewhere! My cost after alterations and including my veil and garter came in way under-budget!

Kay's Bridal in Simi Valley provided my wedding gown. They are really nice there and care about what you want. They aren't the typical salespeople that try and get you to buy a dress that you really don't want. They actually didn't carry my dress, but they gladly ordered it for me when requested. I ended it up getting it from them because of their fantastic services. They stored the dress for me until the day before when I wanted to pick it up and when picked up, it was freshly steamed and perfectly inspected and taken care of. They fitted me as many times as I wanted and were always very nice to whoever came to the store with me. I highly recommend them.

Kay’s Bridal is an elegant bridal boutique that has an excellent variety of wedding gowns, the prices are reasonable and its associates provide very good customer service. I shopped around at about five or six bridal shops in the greater Los Angeles area and Kay’s Bridal had the best selection and prices of anyone. I found an absolutely gorgeous wedding gown that was everything I had dreamed and hoped for in a bridal dress, plus I found a beautiful veil, hair comb and garter at the shop, too. The in-shop seamstress also did a very nice job with the necessary gown alterations. I highly recommend this bridal boutique to anyone who is looking for great quality dresses and accessories at acceptable prices!

All of the ladies at Kay's are very kind and helpful. Cere made the experience of trying on dresses so much fun. I'm an out-of-state bride and Kay's has been very accommodating with my schedule. The quality and styles at Kay's are top notch, but the prices are more reasonable than most bridal salons.

LOVE Vickey and Beth!!! They both helped me pick out my dress, and of course, it was perfect! So affordable, but so stunning! Kay did all my alterations. She really knows what looks good and what will work with all body types! Can't wait to go back and show them all my pictures!!!!

Kays Bridal provided the perfect salon atmosphere for my wedding gown choice. After feeling overwhelmed by David's Bridal, Kay (the owner) helped me find the perfect dress. It fit all my criteria, fell in my price range, and looked gorgeous on me. I loved the service I got when at the salon. Everyone was friendly, and I could stand in the dress for as long as I wanted. My dress was matched with the perfect veil, that both complemented the dress and my preferred hairstyle, but also fit my face structure. I could never have picked it out on my own. Kay and her staff are happy to be in the business of weddings, and it makes all the difference!

I loved Kay's Bridal. The best thing is they don't work on commissions so it doesn't feel like they are just trying to sell you a dress. They honestly care about making their customers happy. This was the first and only place I went to get my wedding dress. It took me 5 dresses until I found the one and I had my "bridal moment".

The only reason I didn't give Kay's 5 stars is because of when it came to getting alterations. The owner, Kay, is the one who does all the alterations and since she has so much experience, she (I think unintentionally) makes you feel inferior. I attempted to explain what I wanted for a bustle and she made me feel stupid for suggesting anything other than what she said she could do. So I shut my mouth and let her do what she wanted. At the final dress fitting I wasn't happy. Luckily I had my mom and maid of honor with me and they stuck up for me and told Kay is wasn't what I wanted. She reluctantly agreed to make some changes and I was happier with them. I would just suggest that you stick to what you want and make it happen. At the end of the day, you are paying Kay's and you are wearing the dress on one of the most important days of your life so the only opinion that matters is yours.

Key's Bridal had the best selection I had seen, I felt like it was more my style. They had great Maggie Sottero dresses that I hadn't seen any where else. And they had a deal for the bridesmaids if they ordered their dress through them. Both my dress and theirs came out great. However, I lost a lot of weight before the wedding (and I told them I would!) and I know they dont want to take the risk if I didn't, but going from a size 12 to a size 6 cost me a lot in alterations! I just wish they would have told me it would cost $420 for alterations before! (my dress was around the high 600's - so that's more than half the cost of my dress) I felt like they pressured me to buy it asap because they couldn't guarantee it would get shipped in time if I waited. This was in Nov and my wedding was in May. Either way it's not their fault I lost the weight, so I think they did great and were helpful and patient with me. They answered all my questions with professionalism and they were very sweet. The dresses were at great costs for what they offered as with all Sotteros, I just maybe would check around for alterations (but they are certified with Sottero to do the alterations the right way!) But I definitely recommend them to everyone I know getting married!

I went with my future sister in law to Kay's Bridal to try on dresses yesterday. We walked in and were immediately helped by Vicky. She showed us all the sample sizes that my FSIL could try on. My FSIL is a size 16 and they had 15 gowns to try on it that size. She ended up trying on one of their discontinued styles and fell in love with it. She purchased the gown for $540! That was 50% off the retail cost. They were very excited to sell one of their sample gowns. The samples were in pretty good condition too. They obviously take good care of their samples.

The only complaints I really have is that there were no sizes over an 18 and they only have like 4 of the 18's. If my FSIL had not just lost weight we wouldn't have been able to shop here. Also, they charge $25 for a bag to put the dress in and $50 to store the dress, which I thought was lame since those bags are $5.00 wholesale to buy. Their alterations seemed a little high. It was $160 for a basic hem.

Overall it was a good experience. Definitely go try on some of their sample gowns if you're on a budget!

I love Kay's Bridal... my dress was gorgeous and Kay was fantastic... she went above and beyond to make me happy in my dress, including some major last minute changes.

Kay's Bridal was a great little shop with a lot of selection. Not only do they have new stock but also discounted dresses from previous seasons. My dress and alterations were reasonable, although I didn't do a lot of alterations. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful throughout the process of purchasing my dress.

I got my dress here. It was gorgeous and well-priced(50% off - make sure to check the sale room). There was a great selection of bridal dresses here - all of them were amazingly beautiful! Everyone was really helpful. Kay even showed my MOH how to properly lace up my corset.

My only minor complaint is that despite the fact that I bought the dress there, they were a bit weird about the alterations. You want us to go over your lace dress and cut of a few threads? $20. Even they suggested I do it myself. Not overly problematic I suppose. I'd rather do it myself than spend the money, but I did get the dress from them and hadn't worn it since I'd bought it. It wasn't like I pulled the threads out myself. It would be nice to have them go the extra mile and help out a customer.

I would recommend Kay's to anyone. The reason I gave a 4.5 on the responsiveness & professionalism is simply because its not your high end LA glamour store. More like an adorable mom & pop! I love the attention to detail as well as the friendly staff.

I was looking for the perfect wedding dress and I found it here! I walked into the store and everyone was so warm. Their dresses were within my budget of $2K and they didn't try to push you to purchase something over your budget. My dress ended up being $900, but everyone thought it was over $2K. I tried on about 5 dresses and ended up buying the first dress I tried on. The alterations were perfect and the dress fit like a glove! I would totally recommend Kay's Bridal for anyone who is on a budget, but is looking for something nice.

I'm content that I went with Kays bridal for my dress. My husband absolutely loved it!!! Even though I stayed within my budget, I do have to express 2 things I did not love about my experience. I set up my appointment with kays bridal and upon arrival, I was told I could only try on 5 dresses. This wasn't my first time shopping for bridal gowns but it was the first time I had a limit. And was not told about this upon appointment booking and it is not stated on their site. Also, it was not a busy day while we were there. I was upset but thankfully found my dress out of my 5 choices or I wouldn't have returned. Secondly, my gown was well within budget but alterations cost MORE THAN HALF my gown!!!!! I even got charged for her to adjust the buttons on the back of my dress so that the zipper didn't show (there's detailed buttons for a reason) and she claimed that the zipper was supposed to show and the buttons were supposed to stick out. I didn't feel I should pay for that but did anyways because I wanted everything to be easy. My dress was beautiful and overall my experience was decent but I did have to rate this lower than a 5 for those reasons... I advise you ladies to speak your mind if you don't like something about your dress upon fittings. My Bustle had to be changed twice until it was done beautifully or I would have looked extremely funny on the dance floor. Haha
