Kayla is absolutely amazing to work with! She is not only incredibly talented behind the camera, but she is beautiful, sweet and super outgoing which I absolutely love. She makes you feel completely comfortable when shooting and she has tons of beautiful ideas and poses. Rest assured, if you don’t know what you’re doing…Kayla will make it look like you do! She did my engagement pictures and my wedding day. Everything turned out absolutely stunning and more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. It was truly a dream finding Kayla as I had a destination wedding and started on a blank canvas. I couldn’t have been more thankful for crossing paths with her and will use her in the future. I’m happy to now call her my friend! She’s the GOAT! -

The Absolute Best
Kayla was the very first person that I had booked for my wedding. I reached out to Kayla before I even set my wedding date and she was so responsive. Kayla made me feel at ease with the wedding process. Even when I had a question that didn’t relate to photography, she was always there to help me. She helped me find other vendors, picked out engagement outfits, invited me to her home to go over details, shot my perfect wedding, offered to help me create a wedding book and exceeded ALL of my expectations. You can tell that Kayla really enjoys what she does and she cares a lot about her brides. She makes you feel comfortable during the shoots and always recommends the best spots. I love her style and she ALWAYS outdoes herself. I cannot wait to schedule more shoots with her in the future. Kayla is the ABSOLUTE best! ❤️ -

Kayla is a true 5 star photographer! Kayla has captured many milestones for my husband and I ranging from our actual engagement, engagement pics & our wedding. My husband and I have been married for 2 years now and I STILLLL frequently look at our pictures. Kayla captures everything from the little details to big moments. I am so thankful to have such great quality pictures to remind me forever how beautiful and fun our day was. Kayla makes everything flawless and so easy. She is so easy to get a long with and really makes you feel totally at ease: I don’t know how she does it! Kayla is always punctual, was there for all of my questions and concerns any time I texted or called her leading up to the wedding. During our wedding she helped everything go on time and so smoothly. I am so thankful to know Kayla, and so thankful for the moments she captured for us. -

Speechless! Best in the nation!
Kayla is a PHENOMENAL photographer. She has shot my now husband and I, four times total and each time I thought, surely she can't outdo herself from before and boy was I wrong. Every single photo she takes is more perfect than the next - YES people it is possible. If you are like me and my husband and shy in front of the camera - Kayla is perfect. She made us feel so comfortable, told us exactly what to do and what not to do to ensure the best possible outcome for our photos - ALL FOUR TIMES. She did casual photos of us on the beach, one fancier session on the beach, our engagements and best of all our wedding photos. Her pictures have a distinct style - one that will never be "played out" so no matter how many years go by you will always look back and enjoy them just as much as the first time you looked at them. Not only is she the best at what she does - she is truly a genuine, honest, kind and loving person. She puts so much effort and time into all her clients and believe me it shows in her work. The only thing that can go wrong here is if you don't hire her to take your photos - BEST DECISION EVER. Love her and will always hold a special place in my heart for her for all that she did for us and all the memories she captured. NO price can be put on a gift as amazing as the one she gives her clients. -

Kayla Baptista Photography is your photography jackpot!!!
I could write pages upon pages of a review for Kayla Baptista Photography but it just would never be enough to express in words how much we’ve loved our photos and experiences with KBP! Kayla is by far extremely talented in what she does, that goes without saying if you’ve seen her work. She puts in so much time from helping with outfits, scouting out the right spots and lighting, poses that mesh well and don’t make our family look staged, to editing the photos to get that dreamy look but really, have you ever seen her before and afters..even her before edit photos are amazing and then when she puts that final editing touch on them..I fall in love with all of our sessions over and over again..this is all what sets her apart. I’ll be honest, I’m picky, very picky actually and we are by no means models (lol), our kids might listen 50% of the time during a session before they get bored with it but Kayla totally knows how to work things with your kiddos too, our kids love her so much, they listen to her and she got so many shots that melted my mama heart, she knows what you’re looking for! She makes it fun for everyone, she keeps everyone engaged and she wastes no time or light. We’ve had Kayla do our wedding and family sessions and will continue to use her forever, she’s captured so many memories for us that I’ll cherish forever. Aside all of that she’s become a forever friend to our family and we truly look forward to every time we get to see her. She radiates such positive light into anything and anyone she’s around, her personality is so bubbly, fun, and she gets the job done. I found Kayla on social media many years ago, early on in her career and I fell in love with her work then, our wedding wasn’t for another 3.5 years from that time but I knew I HAD to have her, we got to chatting, bonded over texts, emails and social media about our girls, motherhood and our love of Disney. We chatted about my Disney wedding and how I NEEDED to have her be our photographer. Finally the day came years later..I remember the morning was a little chaotic, I was behind schedule, I didn’t have anything really set or planned for Kayla, I basically told her to “go for it” and she literally didn’t ask me for anything, she came in made the atmosphere so calm, did her thing, moved along to everything she thought would mean something to us and did so amazing, I don’t know how she did it all but she did..I am so grateful for her that day and always. She even did our wedding on her own, it was a lot to capture and a lot going on and she absolutely nailed it!! Not to mention she was very late in her pregnancy running around on my wedding day for us, her work ethic is unmatched! The pictures she got of our girls on our wedding day are some I’ll forever be thankful for too, I mean it when I say she knows what to look for and capture and makes something so simple be so beautiful. I hadn’t met Kayla in person before our wedding because we live up North but the second she walked into our hotel that morning I felt like she was someone I’ve known my whole life, like we had been friends forever. She made everything so comfortable and easy. I think it’s important to have that tone and relationship with your photographer because I’ve done family sessions before with other photographers and the tone and relationship were too business-y feeling for my family and the pictures showed that, which left disappointment because you go into a session with a vision and that’s why I am grateful we found Kayla. It can be uncomfortable to go in front of a camera and the person behind it can make it break those feelings, Kayla absolutely 100% brings out the happiness, the smiles, the laughter and the tenseness goes away, she brings the natural element to your session, she makes you comfortable, she’s more than just a photographer, she’s a friend. We had so many people at our wedding say how much they loved her and got a kick out of her, like I said she radiates so much positivity to everyone around. Ever since our wedding we’ve hired Kayla every time we want to do a family session, she’s always been willing to coordinate travel with us and we have some amazing future ideas together too, she’s always up to plan a session with us and every time we get pictures back I’m blown away! If you’re looking for the most beautiful photos you’ll ever receive, a photographer who will make you comfortable and share in your excitement no matter what kind of session you’re doing and is willing to help you in the process, look no further- Kayla Baptista Photography is who you want for your pictures, from her photos to her work ethic and the relationship built with her clients. Wedding photo dreams came true!
Kayla made my wedding photo dreams come true! Not only is she beautiful on the inside and out, she is punctual and professional, and knows her stuff! She went above and beyond...and basically was my wedding planner as well! LOL! She helped me creat a timeline so that everything would flow smoothly and she was just such a huge help in so many ways! The pictures were a dream, she got every shot I wanted. My wedding was a fairytale and Kayla captured it in a way that I will never forget! I made an entire wall in my house from her pictures. Kayla is absolutely an amazing photographer! I love watching her grow on Instagram, not only as a photographer, but as a mama. Her work is breath taking! Every session is better than the last! I started following her when she first started and knew I wanted her to be my wedding photographer from the get go. She did my engagement session, and I told her what my vision was and she delivered better than I could ever imagine. Her turnaround for the session was just right! I couldn’t wait to see them!! I still can’t stop looking at them to this day!

Severns Wedding
Kayla is by far the most incredibly talented, professional and kind hearted woman I’ve ever met. A bride on her wedding day is frantic and she calmed my every worry and made me feel so beautiful! Our pictures turned out STUNNING and let me just tell you that she was 8 months pregnant at my wedding and rocked every single second of it! Incredible!
I don't think it is possible to describe how AMAZING Kayla is! To start off, my husband and I are both extremely uncomfortable (and AWKWARD) when it comes to taking pictures, so she definitely had her work cut out for her. But from the second we met Kayla, she made us feel so comfortable, and made everything so easy for us. From our engagement photos to our wedding day, Kayla always made us feel so relaxed and made everything so much FUN for us!
But besides her awesome personality, her work is so incredibly beautiful! She captured everything: wedding portraits, the ceremony, the reception, getting ready, and all of the details in between! We were blown away when she sent us our photographs! She made us look and feel so beautiful, but also so natural at the same time. The reception photos captured all of the fun we were having so perfectly. And she also took incredibly creative detail photos of everything from the wedding invitations and rings, to the flowers and decorations at the wedding ceremony and reception. NO one else could have photographed us and our wedding the way she did.
So go ahead and trust me and HIRE KAYLA! She is so professional while still becoming your newest best friend, goes above and beyond to make sure every single thing is perfect for you, and will give you photographs that you will cherish forever. Hiring Kayla was the best decision we made! -

Kayla is the sweetest soul! Her work is amazing! Her posing truly shows the love between my fiancé and I. We are 2 hours west of where she is located, but we made our wedding plans around her being our photographer because her work is that awesome. When we met her on our engagement session, my fiancé (who is camera shy) acted as if he loved to be in front of the camera with her! She made us so comfortable! I knew I loved her work when we booked her, but I can’t imagine having any other photographer photograph our special day! -

Could not have imagined a better experience!
We are so thrilled that we used Kayla as our wedding photographer! She worked with us every step of the way to make our wedding and engagement season exactly what we wanted. She traveled to Charleston to take our engagement pictures, joined us at the rehearsal dinner for photos, and of course spent a long wedding day with us! She was responsive and so easy to talk with from the get-go! She worked closely with myself and our wedding planner to make sure that on the wedding day the timing of photos and light would add up perfectly. She was efficient in taking photos so we were able to truly enjoy the wedding day while still getting all of the photos we wanted, and of course some we didn’t even know we would love! We had a large bridal party (20 total) and she did a great job wrangling everyone together for photos and keeping the timeline on track! She had the BIG challenge of photographing the ceremony in a large church without flash. She was able to get amazing shots still, way better than I anticipated given the restrictions set forth by the church. At the reception she truly captured the fun in her pictures! And her editing style is incredible! Almost 6 months after my wedding and I am still getting comments on how amazing Kayla’s pictures were! HIGHLY recommend booking her for your wedding weekend! You’ll be thrilled with the photos, and she makes the entire process fun! -

Let me start off by saying that wedding photography is extremely important to us as a couple. For me, it was one of the most important vendors I would hire! I did TONS of research and finally found Kayla Baptista, and thank god I did! Throughout the contracting process, she was so timely with her responses and more than happy to answer all of the questions I had! An engagement shoot was included with the package we purchased for the wedding and she came all the way to Miami from Northern FL to do our photos at no additional charge to us. She is a true professional and did such a great job of getting my fiance and I comfortable in front of the lense. She wasn't afraid to show her personality and charm to get us laughing for the perfect shot. The engagement pictures turned out FANTASTIC! Totally stunning. I can't wait for Kayla to shoot our wedding! She is a hard worker and a true talent. We can't thank her enough! Make Kayla Baptista Photography a part of your wedding dream team! Kayla is hands down the best!! She has already exceeded all of my expectations and she hasn't even captured my summer wedding. Never have I felt so comfortable taking pictures, not to mention never have I had any turn out so well. We both fell in absolute love with all the wedding videos that we could watch! I have literally watched EVERY SINGLE VIDEO (I'm still obsessed!) and each one is so beautiful and unique to each couple!! Demetrious was the very first vendor we met with and we are truly very thankful for that. He didn't just offer information about the services he offers. He also gave us some much needed tips and helpful advice for choosing other vendors for our wedding day. We decided to book with him as soon as we got in the car from our intial meeting! From that point on we were dead set on using his videography services!! Demetrious and his second shooter Sean were an awesome team! They both were very laid back and easy going in the best way possible! They made working with them on such an important day in our lives relaxing, light-hearted and fun!! We cannot thank them enough for their hard work on our wedding day!! We would choose them a million times over hands down!!! -
