We won the lottery with Kayla! You will instantly feel the warmth and connection that radiates from her beautiful soul. We would highly recommend doing the premarital counseling. She reaffirms your compatibilities and emphasizes the steps to take to create a happy, lifelong marriage. She got to know us well and was able to personalize the speech to us. The rehearsal was efficient and smooth under her direction. She provided a great template to personalize the ceremony speech with beautiful excerpts and suggestions that made it easy for us to have the most perfect day. We are so honored and happy to have her in our memories when we reflect on our wedding day. She will go above and beyond to make your day special! -

Kayla Allen was the perfect choice to perform our small elopement ceremony. We met with her to discuss the details of the ceremony and she had so many great ideas about how we could include our children in the ceremony to make them feel special, while keeping it intimate and personalized to my husband and I. On the day of our ceremony she spoke with family members and our children and made them all feel so comfortable and eased their nerves right before we got started. She added in so many little details that were special to us as a couple and we loved all of the special touches! She is flexible and communicative and willing to work with you to provide you with a perfect day! -

Picking Kayla as our officiant was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. As a non-religious couple, we were initially nervous about finding the right officiant—especially someone we didn’t already know. We wanted our ceremony to truly reflect our love, our values, and our commitment to each other, and Kayla did exactly that and more.
From the very first meeting, Kayla radiated such warmth, joy, and genuine care that we instantly felt comfortable. She has this incredible ability to make you feel like you’ve known her for years. Many of our guests were shocked to learn that we hadn’t, because the connection she creates is that natural and heartfelt.
Kayla’s ceremony workbook was such a thoughtful tool that helped us craft a ceremony that felt so authentically “us.” She guided us every step of the way, offering insightful advice both leading up to the big day and on the day itself. On our wedding day, she was not only our officiant but also a calming, supportive presence—checking in, offering a hug, or simply being that friendly face who grounded us in the moment.
She is professional, punctual, organized, and truly knows what she’s doing—but what sets her apart is her heart.

The warmest and kindest officiant!!
We had the pleasure of working with Kayla as our wedding officiant, and it was an incredibly smooth experience. From start to finish, she was warm, professional, and exceptionally flexible—exactly what we needed during such a special (and hectic!) time.
We did our premarital counseling-martial counseling with Kayla as well and loved that we got to know her well through our sessions before the wedding day. On the big day she was such a lovely presence—we highly recommend working with her for your big day! -

Kayla was so fantastic throughout the entire process! She took time to listen to our thoughts about the wedding and marriage and was able to provide us with really great ideas and support as we figured out what we wanted our ceremony to look like! She provided us with the script/speech she had prepared so we had full control over what would be said. She was such a joy to work with and was so welcoming and professional, we had several of our friends/family ask if we knew her from something before because of how comfortable we were with her! She truly cares about her work and was heartfelt throughout our preparation and the day of. We 100% recommend her for anyone looking for an officiant! -

Kayla was excellent and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an officiant! We met with her multiple times to make/review our ceremony. She was always very friendly, cheerful, and helpful. Tailoring the ceremony to us was also very easy - Kayla had many example passages that could be used, different bible verse options, ring vow options, etc. It made the process easy on us, we didn't have to reinvent the wheel. Kayla was so sweet, easy to work with, open-minded, knowledgeable, and fun to spend time with. We booked her service to be our official officiant and she then coached our family member to be the unofficial officiant later that day. She helped us craft the most perfect ceremony for us which incorporated a little bit of faith. After she officially married us in the morning, we celebrated over Bodo's Bagels and then continued on with the rest of our wedding day. She is one of the most lovely people you will ever meet! -

Intimate, heartfelt ceremony
We are so grateful we got to work with Kayla for our September 2024 wedding! She brought so much warmth and joy to our ceremony -- everyone was laughing, crying, or both! Though we opted for a non-religious ceremony, Kayla did a wonderful job making it feel symbolic and heartfelt. If you’re looking for the perfect wedding officiant, look no further than Kayla! Our original officiant canceled just three weeks before our wedding, and finding Kayla was truly a blessing in disguise. We weren’t exactly sure what we wanted for the ceremony, but Kayla made everything so easy. She sent us a packet of different options that we could mix and match, allowing us to personalize our ceremony in a way that felt authentic to us.
We also wanted to include my fiancé’s daughters as part of the ceremony, and Kayla came up with a beautiful and creative idea that incorporated them into our vows in the most meaningful way. Throughout the entire process, Kayla was incredibly communicative and supportive. She guided us through every step, from obtaining our marriage license to the rehearsal and the big day itself.

My husband and I were still in search of an officiant in January 2024 for our May 2024 wedding- We were from out of town and were struggling with finding someone who didn't feel like a complete stranger. We wanted a ceremony that was spiritual and embodied our relationship/love for one another. Our wedding planner recommended Kayla. After we met with Kayla over video chat, my husband and I were both in agreement that she was everything we were hoping for. Kayla is warm, bubbly and has a way of putting you at ease. She perfectly crafted our ceremony for us and allowed us to be a part of the planning process. We felt like we had known Kayla longer than a few short months.
On the day of our wedding, she was on time and was able to meet with me before I walked down the aisle- she calmed my nerves and gave me words of support. It unfortunately started to rain, but despite this she delivered our ceremony unphased by the weather and made it so very special for us! We will remember it forever.
I highly recommend working with Kayla- she cares so much about the couples she works with. She will be someone we keep in touch with forever!

My wife and I didn't have the best experience, it was a bit hectic like most weddings and when I thought she'd offer some reassurance during the beginning of the ceremony, it was in fact the opposite.
