  Absolutely amazing- would recommend

  We couldn’t be happier we that chose Chris to be our wedding photographer. He made us feel so at ease in front of the camera, and he made the process fun (even in the 90 degree July weather). Our photos are stunning- the posed photos aren’t boring or overly posed, and the candid shots make us feel like we’re reliving the day all over again. We ended up behind schedule due to circumstances out of our control, but Chris stayed late just to make sure he fully captured the day. He clearly loves what he does, and he’s one of the best. We can’t recommend him enough for your special day!

  Christopher was simply unbelievable! From the planning process, his help on the day with direction, and of course the results! He was available during every step of the way. His knowledge and experience kept us feeling calm and confident about our wedding! 5 stars through and through!

  Very pleased

  We were very pleased with Christopher Kayfield and his second shooter Kyle. Our wedding photos are beautiful, and really tell the story of our wedding day. We also like Christopher’s personality. He’s laid back and only pushy in the areas that matter.

  Christopher did an amazing job catching the spirit and vibe of our wedding!!! We hired him based on a recommendation. He was super easy-going and went along with every crazy shot that we requested! He clearly puts a lot of care and effort into his work. Our photos turned out sooo fantastic!!! A lot of wonderful memories were captured -- thank you Christopher!

  Exceeded all expectations!

  Christopher was an amazing vendor to work with throughout the whole wedding planning process! We used Kayfield Photography for our engagement photos as well as our wedding day and we love all of our pictures.
  Christopher went the extra mile in every way. There were times during the day where we were unexpectedly unavailable for pictures and Christopher continued to take pictures of our wedding party, family, and friends without missing a beat. He did a great job scoping out great photo spots as well as staging a photo area for us at our reception venue.
  When looking at photographers, Kayfield Photography stuck out to me because his portfolio includes candid wedding photos, whereas many other photographers only showcased their posed photos. I am so happy with the balance of candid and posed photos in our wedding gallery and love sharing them with our friends and family.

  Pre-wedding photoshoot review

  We had a great experience with Chris for our pre-wedding photoshoot and ended up with pictures that we were very happy with. Chris helped us choose locations around Jersey City and made us feel comfortable throughout the shoot. He is very easy to work with and made the photoshoot relaxed and fun. He was also able to accommodate our requests for additional edited photos which was great!

  Responsive, Reliable, Amazing pictures

  We used Chris for our wedding in November 2022. Any time we had questions during the planning process he was always an email or phone call away. He even helped us find our amazing videographer.
  On the wedding day he had everything under control and was always checking in to make sure we were getting what we needed. And he was so prepared, having staked out a ton of places at our venue to take pictures.   Amazing candid photos that capture our personalities

  Christopher is absolutely amazing!! He was easy to communicate with throughout the entire process and did such an incredible job on my wedding. He was able capture both of our personalities in the photos and made us both feel so comfortable. Christopher’s skill in candid photos, set him apart from the rest! I have no clue how to narrow down the photos because they are all so AMAZING 😍

  Chris was such a great photographer!

  Chris did a fantastic job! He was very knowledgable about what we might want from our photos, and asked great questions with great advice for helping us get the most out of our experience. He gave us great photos, but he was also super fun throughout the whole experience. He was great with our families and our pets, even taking some photos of us with our dog and cat! We're so happy with the final photos, and we would definitely recommend Chris to anyone looking for a photographer.

  Captured all the moments, quick turn around time, will book again!

  Chris was very attentive in the details we wanted for our family (with puppies) and engagement pictures. He listened to our visions and collaborated with us prior to the day of the photo shoot. He spent time with our dogs and brought his camera for the dogs to see and hear the noises the camera would make.
  The day of the photo session, Chris took his time and made sure the lighting was perfect and we (including the dogs) were comfortable and at ease. I could not have asked for a better experience that day.
  Once Chris filtered out the best pictures, he took his time to provide the most perfect engagement picture and family photo. I cannot wait to see what the wedding pictures will look like!

  Christopher was the Yoda to our wedding. Period.

  WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE. Christopher took the web of anxiety I had in my brain and helped us iron out a perfect plan for our wedding day. He answered all of my questions (even the dumb ones) and was so unbelievably easy to work with. We felt so completely comfortable being ourselves throughout the process. He is completely approachable, flexible and honest. The whole day was a breeze and he really helped us celebrate our day the way WE wanted.

  Amazing Engagement Photos- Cannot wait to have him at our Wedding!

  Christopher was so great to work with! He was very interested in making sure he knew exactly what my Fiancé and I were looking for. He took the time to call us and get to know us. I had many unique requests for our engagement photos and he just went with all of them! (Including our Dog which he was great with!) I was very nervous for some reason but a couple minutes into it, he made us feel so comfortable. We are new to the area, so we had no idea where exactly we wanted the photos to be shot. He found somewhere close to our home and more beautiful and unique than we could have ever imagined! We just got our Engagement photos back and they came out beautifully! Christopher even took out time to come and see our wedding venue with us and it was great because he asked questions that we didn't even think of. We get married in march and cannot wait to have him there to capture our special day!

  All I can say is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!

  Christopher did an amazing job capturing the exact feel that we were going for. He was detailed oriented and knew the perfect moments to get on film. I could not have asked for a better photographer. They came out better then I could have ever imagined. Hands down the best experience!!!!!!!!

  Fantastic Action Photos of our Guests

  Christopher and his assistant Chelsea did a wonderful job at our wedding. I really wanted photos of the day in action, rather than staged, and they both delivered! We have so many wonderful pictures, I am so happy with the way they turned out!

  I've used Kayfield Media for several photo shoots and video projects over the past few years.   We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Chris. He came to us by referral from a friend and it was the best wedding decision we could have made. We felt at ease from the moment we met him. Chris is so easy going and was open to any ideas that we had. We did not have the most traditional wedding (it was themed an I Do BBQ) and Chris just naturally fit right into our group of family and friends and with our ideas of how to capture our day. Even when a surprise guest arrived (a llama!) Chris just went with the flow and captured our raw, real emotion which is exactly what we wanted. His unique style and originality is really what drew us to selecting him to help us remember our day perfectly!
