We hired Katie for our wedding photos because we knew we wanted a more unique experience, to work with someone who we felt comfortable with as a person, rather than feeling like just a customer and a transaction. Working with Katie was laid back and so easy! The planning was fun and flexible, there was no stress about the flow of the day or timeline. She was so easy to communicate with, and made us excited about capturing our day (neither of us love being in front of a camera!). On the day of, Katie was professional and never felt "in the way" (a feeling I've had with many photographers at other weddings!), and yet still captured every intimate moment. We had the most fun taking our couples pictures alone at a nearby trail. No fake posing, just capturing real moments alone on our wedding day. If you want authentic, comfortable, and fun, Katie the best!! -

Katie absolutely saved us in the middle of Covid trying to plan our wedding! She was extremely responsive and had us come to the farm right away to make a plan for our wedding day. She caught every moment we never knew we needed to capture. I highly recommend her for not only her talent but the person she is! I won’t spoil anything for anyone but…the tears don’t stop at your wedding day! -

Working with Katie was amazing from beginning to end! She was organized and truly tried to understand our vision for the day and the essence of us as a couple. She took time to go over what pictures were important to us to have and was so creative with so many of the shots. She worked with us as we attempted to navigate having a wedding during COVID and ensured we had memories to share with those who couldn’t join us. On the day of, she captured every moment perfectly and nothing about taking the pictures felt forced. Both my husband and our families have been so excited about the all of the pictures! I would highly recommend her to any couple looking for a wedding photographer! -

My husband and I had such a wonderful experience with Katie. We had a very small wedding, but still wanted to have some professional photos taken for our house. Originally, we were supposed to have our photo shoot in June. However, due to the pandemic we had to reschedule to September. Katie was understanding and accommodating. We absolutely love Katie’s farm and it was the perfect setting for photos. Not to mention that the photos came out gorgeous!!! I would recommend Katie time and time again! -

We hired Katie for our wedding in October and we (and our friends and family) are thrilled with how everything turned out! She is a perfect mix of professional but in a down-to-earth way - perfect for a couple who was less than comfortable being in front of a camera, never mind the center of attention all day! She kept everyone comfortable and laughing throughout the day and knew exactly where to take the best shots with the best lighting. She also did 2 albums for our parents for Christmas presents and the album included in our package was exactly what we wanted! Highly recommend!! -

Bridget and James's Wedding
We knew right from the start that Katie would be the right person to photograph our wedding! We loved meeting with her before the wedding to discuss her style and our hopes for the day. She is friendly, professional, easy going, and fun! On the day of the wedding she arrived early and stayed until she was sure we had captured the key moments of the event. We feel very lucky that she happened to be available to photograph our wedding! -

Katie is exceptional!
We did our engagement shoot with Katie and we also had her take our wedding photos I cannot say enough about the quality of her work! My pictures are amazing and I will have tons of memories for years to come! I love the deep matte prints she makes! She also has so many good ideas. I came across Katie from a referral from a client and I couldn’t have been happier! She was fantastic to work with and her personality surely shines even through her work! She has a natural eye and knew exactly how to work with our personalities. Not only did she capture our day perfectly and precisely she also captured all the background details that you wouldn’t expect. We got more than enough photos and are in love with each and everyone one of them. She is and always will be highly recommended!!

I received so many compliments from guests not just on my photos, but on photos she’d taken of them as well as how much they loved her calm laid back demeanor. I cannot wait to continue including Katie in my future life journeys! She manages to find the beauty you didn’t even know you had!

For my engagement, announcing to the world we were having a daughter, my baby shower, my daughters birth announcement and most recently my wedding. I have all these gorgeous photos, so beautiful and timeless; it's like those events are frozen in time. I think it's the best investment, because I will have these photos for a lifetime and will be able to hand them down through the generations. Katie is also a joy to work with, she was the one part of my wedding that was easy and guaranteed to be flawless. Make a consultation, meet her yourself, you will see! Katie did our wedding last year and we ended up quite disappointed with the overall results.
She completely “phoned in” all the family photos and ended up getting sunspots in almost all of them. She clearly was not properly prepared and even brushed it off months later when we finally received photos back.
She is definitely talented and some of the photos of just my bride and I were fantastic…but when 9 out of 10 other photos are borderline unusable it’s hard to look past it.
