Katie was an absolute dream! At my trial, I thought I wanted a hairstyle that was out of my comfort zone and then quickly changed my mind. Katie didn’t hesitate and mastered my updo. All of my bridesmaids loved their hair and received so many compliments. I couldn’t have asked for a better hairstylist! -

I had the incredible honor of having my good friend Katie as my bridal hairstylist, and I truly couldn’t have imagined anyone else by my side on such a special day. We didn’t do a trial beforehand and I completely trusted her talent and instincts and she absolutely nailed it.
I gave her the freedom to choose what she thought would suit me best, and what she created was more beautiful than anything I could have come up with myself. The style felt so “me,” but elevated in the most elegant, effortless way. My hair stayed flawless all day and night, through the photos, the ceremony, and lots of dancing.
Having someone I trust and care about there with me made the whole experience so much more meaningful. She brought such a peaceful energy to the room and made me feel so confident and beautiful.

If you’re looking for a hairstylist for your wedding, look no further! Katie was wonderful from the start. She has a beautiful space in her salon for bridal hair trials, which was adorable and made for such a nice experience with my mom! I ended up changing from wearing my hair half up half down for my trial to a party pony the day of my wedding due to how hot the weather was going to be and Katie was so accommodating with the switch! She was sweet, professional, and all around fun to work with! I absolutely loved my hair and all of my bridesmaids, moms, and flower girls were extremely happy with theirs. Our hair lasted all night long on a super hot day and a very packed dance floor! Thank you so much for everything!!! -

Katie did my wedding hair and completely knocked it out of the park! Her team was so efficient and everyone’s hair lasted! She was so sweet and helped me source extensions, her communication was spot on as well! My hair lasted through 12 hours of 80 degree weather. I danced and sweat so much but it still held up! My mother in law likes her hair a certain way and they completely understood what she wanted and made her feel beautiful. Can’t thank her enough! If you're looking for a sign to book, this is it! -

Where do you even start with someone as amazing as Katie!!! First and foremost, Katie is the most diligent hair artist I have ever come across. She never stops learning the new and best techniques. There is not a single style that Katie cannot do with ease, and somehow she always makes it look flawless. You will never have a better hair day than when Katie does your hair. And for a day as big as your wedding, you want someone like Katie that cares as much about perfection as you do. Her personality is incredible, she can always laugh with you and the girls taking the edge off your nerves. Katie did my hair for both my wedding and my pageant and I honestly have never looked better. I made my husband walk out in an actual snow storm, and take pictures and my hair did not move an inch (pictures below). If I can recommend anyone, I would recommend Katie over and above. And if you decide after seeing all of her beautiful work, call immediately and get on the books!!! -

Simply the Best
Words cannot describe how professional, kind, and talented Katie is. She is truly one of a kind and I was so thankful to have her as my hair stylist on my wedding day. Myself and all my bridesmaids loved having her in the bridal suite! Funny enough, I completely changed what I wanted to do with my hair from my bridal trial. My updo was beautiful but last minute I changed my mind and wanted my hair cut and down - a bridal crisis perhaps??? I emailed her a few days before my wedding asking if she would be willing to cut it. Without hesitation, she agreed! Katie is timely, easy to work with, and extremely talented. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a hair stylist for their wedding day. I might even start using her regularly (despite the hour+ drive) because she is worth it!!! -

Absolutely Incredible
Katie is beyond fantastic and amazing! She was so easy to work with and has a great personality making the day of even more enjoyable! My mom and I both did trials before my wedding and Katie offered plenty of suggestions and ideas. She even helped me decide how much length to cut off my hair to ensure my final look was exactly as I wanted. After our trials, she took our feedback and offered some suggestions for the day of and created perfect looks for both of us.
On the day of the wedding Katie was on time and ready to start! She worked through the entire bridal party with ease and gave everyone a perfect look that matched what they wanted and then some! Everyone looked absolutely stunning and our hair held up all night long!

I met Katie about six years ago as she was the hair stylist for my good friend's wedding. I remember telling Katie, 'if I ever get married, I'm calling you.' Katie blew me away with her talent six years ago and honestly, it was the only time I ever liked how my hair was styled.
For six years I followed Katie on social media and loved seeing her amazing talent, but also loved seeing how much hard work Katie put in to continue to grow her talent.
Well, it became my time to be a bride and the first call I made, even before I had a date from my venue, was to Katie! Katie was so quick to respond, remembered me, and was so easy to work with. It seriously was like a dream.
Katie was able to read me, read my style, and after talking about my vision, Katie recommended the most PERFECT extensions and then styled my hair in the most beautiful way. Everyone, I am still speechless by the beauty of what my hair was....and my wedding was three weeks ago. Katie also did my whole bridal party, MOG, and my Mom, the MOB, and everyone's hair looked absolutely stunning. There were even some girls that came with no style vision and Katie used her vision to create absolutely beautiful styles. All my girls just kept asking me 'where did you find Katie?!?' and many girls commented that she was the best they have ever had.
Katie was also very timely and she got through 10 girls before you knew it. The hair styles also stayed in not just all night, but legit were still holding strong the next day. And, that is after all of us danced the night away and me, as the bride, stood in the rain for pictures. You would have never known. Another thing...let me tell you gals, you would have never known that you had any kind of product in your hair!
Katie is so down-to- earth and personable and has such a desirable personality. She was an absolute joy to work with and she meshed so well with the girls and made the morning so fun! She has an absolute heart of gold and the most tender soul. It is so obvious Katie LOVES what she does; it not only shows in how she handles herself, but also in the beautiful and talented work she does.

I had the privilege of having Katie as my hair stylist the day of the wedding. I absolutely loved how she styled my hair during our trial session together and couldn't have imagined it would come out looking any better than it did during the trial but it was even better on the day of my wedding! Katie styled my hair in a way that showed off my highlights beautifully that guests at my wedding thought my highlights were added after my hair was styled. My bridal party, mom and mother in law all got their hair done either by Katie or her assistant and they were obsessed with how they looked! Katie is a DREAM to work with! From my first interaction with her, she was very friendly and responded to my emails promptly. We scheduled a trial a few months before my wedding and I knew I chose the right person because we vibed very well and she did an amazing job! My hair is naturally curly but I received a blow out prior to visiting her which changes my hair texture and Katie was able to work with it without a problem!
Now fast forward to our wedding day, KATIE DID A WONDERFUL JOB! Her and her assistant, Tori, made all of our girls look their absolute best. I was in awe at how good my girls’ hair looked! They were also extremely friendly and got along so well with all of us! It was so fun getting ready with her and exactly the type of stylist you want with you on your wedding day. My hair looked even better during my wedding day and my curls held up ALL night. They were so bouncy and beautiful. I received endless compliments on my hair and I couldn’t be happier. Katie is AMAZING. I hired her after seeing her photos on her web page and Instagram for my wedding. I wanted lots of curls and volume..boy did she deliver. Her and her team were kind, funny and just the type of calm you want for your big day. We had 9 girls plus me getting hair and everyone was done on time.
My hair stayed PERFECT all night. I couldn't believe my straight hair held these curls all night.
Katie was awesome with communicating too. We didn't get a chance to do a trial but she talked me through what I needed to do in order to get my dream hair.

My favorite vendor!
Katie was very down to earth and easy to work with. She was very up front about her comfort level with the makeup look I was trying to achieve. I appreciated her honesty. She did a great job with my and my family's hair. She was very responsive and answered all of my questions. On the day of my wedding, she got to my house early and got us all knocked out earlier than expected. She was absolutely my favorite vendor and I'd use her again/recommend her in a heartbeat. -

I've known Katie for awhile, and always knew I wanted her to be there on my special day to work her magic--and I'm so so glad I did!! Katie is obviously extremely talented (just check out all her pics!) but I was a little nervous because my hair is so fine and thin. I've worked in a hair salon before so I know how difficult my hair can be to work with, especially without a ton of filler or extensions, both of which I didn't want a lot of because I didn't want to look unnatural. Katie absolutely crushed it and my hair looked exactly how I wanted and stayed all night (and overnight too because I was too lazy to take the pins out before falling asleep LOL). But even more than that, Katie was super flexible, did 10 people by herself and did it in a great amount of time AND made them all look great, and is just an awesome person with a great personality. On my wedding day I wanted to have people around me who were laid back and fun and were having a good time, and having her there was like having another close friend--everyone loved her! So yeah, if you're still reading at this point GO HIRE HER, you won't regret it! -

Katie is PHENOMENAL! I had originally booked with a different vendor, had a trial with them and it was an absolute disaster. Every brides nightmare. Insert Katie.. I found her from the new MUA I had booked, and THANK GOD I DID!! And by some miracle she was available on my wedding day! She was extremely flexible - I was planning from afar (VA beach living, but planning our wedding in Media PA. Katie understood that my time up north was limited and scheduling was difficult but she was an angel! She added me onto a long day of traveling for another wedding, for a trial while I was already in the area for another wedding appointment. She put all my worries at ease with this trial. I loved what she did and I no longer had to worry about what my hair would look like on my big day! A few days prior to the wedding, I decided I wanted to switch it up in the big day. I had full confidence in Katie to let her do her thing! And holy smokes, did she deliver! My hair was even BETTER than the trial - I’m obsessed with the look and she did it in such a timely manner, too - which is also super important for brides! My bridesmaids LOVED their hair as well - everyone was raving about how awesome their hair was how happy they were with Katie’s work! Katie - I cannot thank you enough for everything! You are a gem and I will recommend you to anyone and everyone I can! Thank you for making me look and feel like a rockstar on the most important day of my life! -

WOW! Katie styled my hair for a wedding and I thought a boho braid would be fun. She created the MOST BEAUTIFUL BRAID I’ve ever seen! I have extensions and she had no issues hiding them. I went to visit Katie a couple of months before my wedding with a lot of ideas for my hair down and she was kind, professional, and punctual. My hair was amazing and it stayed curled all night! After getting my dress I decided I wanted to change it from being down to an updo because my dress was open in the back. Weeks before my wedding she squeezed me and did a fantastic updo - a classy and elegant messy bun. She even brought an extra person to help on the day of my wedding. I loved my hair- it stayed all night even during the hour-long downpour and all the dancing. My bridesmaids and Moms were happy as well. I would recommend her to anyone, one of the coolest wedding hair stylist I have ever interacted with!! -

KATIE WAS AMAZING! Katie actually did my hair for a wedding when I was a bridesmaid, after seeing how flawless the process & how amazing all of our hair looked, I knew that I would be using her for my own wedding. So, when I got engaged I reached right out to Katie, who responded so quickly! Even with our date changes due to our venue, there was never an option for Katie not to attend. I knew I wanted a braid (her specialty if you ask me!) after I saw pictures she posted from a class she recently took, I knew the style of braid I was looking for. The braid was perfect, I had MANY compliments all night and was even asked for her contact information from other girls getting married. I had 10 bridesmaids plus my mom and mother in-law, Katie made sure to bring another AMAZING stylist named Megan, who was also fantastic.
I recommend Katie every chance I get, she is so kind & amazing at what she does :)

The Best Day

Katie is just amazing! Her personality is so sweet! I was a covid bride and even after my first trial I had no clue what I wanted (I was so indecisive) on the day of my wedding I told her to do her thing. I had no clue what I wanted then either and she made it PERFECT! I loved how my hair turned out and how all my bridesmaids did too! And my hair lasted all night! She really made me feel beautiful!! -

The best!!
After postponing my wedding and my original hairstylist no longer being available I found Katie! She ended up being one of the best decisions I made for my wedding day! I have very fine hair and was nervous that I wouldn’t be able to achieve the full updo that I wanted for my wedding day. Well, Katie made it happen! The Best! rain or Shine
It POURED during my whole ceremony, and my hair still looked amazing afterwards! It held up from 5pm on my wedding day, until 8pm the day after my wedding! All of my bridesmaids hair lasted through the rain as well!! I will highly recommend Katie to EVERY bride! -

Absolutely Amazing Service
Katie is amazing at her job. She did everything from consulting me on extensions, dying my hair two weeks before the wedding, and then instead of doing a trial we talked about what I wanted and she was confident she could do it. I put my trust in katie because her FB pics are amazing and I was not disappointed. She gave me the wedding hair of my dreams and all of my bridesmaids looked amazing as well. Katie also did my mom's hair and my mom is older with not much hair but she still made her look elegant and classy. I give katie a 10 out of 10 and I might just have to book her again for all of my special occasions. -

Amazing Bridal Hair Experience
Katie was an absolute dream to work with for my wedding day! My hair has a really hard time holding curl, but I really wanted to wear it down with some pieces pulled back. Katie was able to get my hair to hold curl ALL DAY LONG in the hot summer heat! I found Katie Dietz Bridal Styling through mutual friends and reached out to her for my wedding. Katie was wonderful from the time I reached out to her, even through rescheduling due to the pandemic. Katie is so kind and bubbly and made our "getting ready" experience enjoyable. Katie kept me informed through the entire process, kept in contact via messenger and email, and I never had to reach out to ask her questions. Katie was punctual to the event and through getting all of our updos done. Katie was very professional and her updos are amazing and exactly what we asked for. Katie did hair for myself and 5 others for my October wedding. I knew I liked her as soon as I had my trial at her home salon. She was sweet and lovely to chat with, she worked quickly and did a lovely job overall. She was able to help incorporate a vintage hairpiece from my grandmother's wedding into my updo for my special day - it looked perfect and I got endless compliments on my hair that day.
