  Absolutely incredible!!

  Katie was amazing! She made us feel so comfortable from our engagement shoot through our wedding day. Great communication, super professional and the pictures were stunning. I will be using her for every important life event going forward!

  Katie is the best!!

  We used Katie for our engagement photos and for our wedding day. She has such a calm and collected demeanor that made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Plus, the photos are amazing!! We have gotten so many compliments about how good our photos are. One of our best decisions for our wedding!

  Katie was one of my favorite vendors I had for my wedding. Not only was she incredibly amazing to communicate with beforehand, she also listened to what I wanted and delivered! The pictures from your wedding are what will be your forever reminder of the beautiful memories you made. And let me tell you, you miss a lot so having a good photographer is key. I felt like I was able to re-experience my wedding with some surprises! She made me feel like the most beautiful woman in the world during our time together and then when I received the pictures I also felt like she captured my joy and beauty from that day. HIRE KATIE. SHE IS THE GREATEST EVER.

  Professional and Excellent Wedding Photographer

  From the day we met for our engagement, she made my husband and I feel very comfortable. Before the wedding we discussed what moments to capture and focus on and she exceeded our expectations. Our photographs are gorgeous. Every time we go through the photos, we get to relive our beautiful day over and over again. I highly recommend Katie. You will be so happy with her work!

  Katie Barfield Photography is the way to go!

  I'd admired Katie's photography for many years, as she is a family friend. When I got engaged, I knew I wanted to work with Katie. Katie was incredibly supportive and accommodating from the get-go. We also had to reschedule due to COVID and she was available/ready to make the adjustments as needed. Her pricing is fair, her work is of incredibly high quality, and she's a genuinely lovely person to have at your wedding! She caught so many special moments while also not getting in the way (which, given I only had 13 guests including myself, was not an easy task!). Thank you, Katie, for helping us memorialize our special day.

  We used Katie for engagement photos and for our wedding. Her and partner Catherine were great! They are the sweetest people and did such a great job.   Amazing photos

  The pictures look so so good. We loved working with Katie. She has 2 kids so she was amazing getting my two little girls to look the right way and working to keep them happy and interested. She got photos back to us in less than 2 weeks! We will definitely use her again!

  Wonderful wedding photographer!!

  Katie was our photographer for our wedding in November, 2020. We knew her through my sister-in-law, for whom she was the wedding photographer in 2017. She is incredibly kind, approachable, responsive, and the pictures are absolutely stunning. Would highly recommend!

She gave us absolutely beautiful shots and was really good at picking out lovely picture locations for us. She was also super easy to get along with and made us feel really relaxed and comfortable. Don't wait, book her now!

  Katie is absolutely phenomenal at what she does! Anyone that knows my husband knows that he is the least photogenic person. Katie did an amazing job making us feel comfortable during our engagement pictures AND our wedding! She even worked with us after postponing our wedding (thanks COVID) and having her baby!   Katie was such a blessing to work with! She is the most down to earth, friendly soul! She made my husband and I feel so comfortable and at ease during our shoots!   Katie is absolutely amazing at what she does. She is incredibly talented, made everyone feel comfortable and captured awesome portraits of us, our wedding parties, and families, as well as so many fun moments throughout the reception! Both she and her second shooter, Sandra, did such a good job getting pictures of so many different moments of the night. She is also very easy to communicate with and delivered the pictures quickly. The photos themselves turned out incredible and it was clear how comfortable she made everyone feel. She is the sweetest person to work with and I can't thank or recommend her enough!

  Incredible Wedding Photographer

  Katie was everything I could have hoped for in a wedding photographer. She really "got" us and her understanding of our personalities shone through in the photos. She was very flexible with scheduling our first session, when we got to meet her, and kept me smiling through dozens of family photos. The photos from our wedding tell the story of our day, and captured so many funny and sweet candid moments of us and of our family and friends. We have had multiple family members comment on how difficult it will be to choose our favorites because there are so many great photos. Also, thanks to Katie, we have amazing photos of our cat, a fun bonus of getting ready at our house. She is also very easy to communicate with and kept us informed about when the photos would be available, which was a quick turnaround. I whole-heartedly recommend hiring her, she is a joy to work with and so talented at capturing the moment.

  Katie was the best choice for our photographer! She was great to work with leading up to the wedding with quick replies back to questions and offered advice on timelines. Day of both Katie and her second shooter Katherine were everywhere! They captured the day perfectly and I was so happy with our wedding photos. She was also excited when we mentioned having our dog in both the engagement & wedding photos. She also had quick turnaround on both engagement and wedding photos. I can't say enough wonderful things about Katie and her work!

  Wonderful!

  We had an awesome experience with Katie from start to finish. My husband and I tend to get awkward when in front of a camera, but Katie’s calm and professional demeanor made us feel very at ease. She captured all of our special moments throughout the day and made sure to remain unobtrusive. We’re so happy with our pictures and can’t thank her enough!

  Katie is the absolute sweetest human you'll ever meet in your life! I booked her because I saw photos from my cousin's best friend's wedding and loved what she had done! I didn't really do much other research than that - I reached out, found out she was available, and was ready to sign paperwork then and there!
  
  She is WONDERFUL to work with!! She hadn't shot at our venue before, but was up for a new adventure! She reached out ahead of the wedding to get us to start thinking about our day of plan and what portraits we wanted (which is so helpful!!! you definitely need a plan going into the day and I hadn't thought of that!).
  
  Day of, she met us at the venue and made us feel so comfortable! My only wish for something different would have been to have more time with her which just wasn't possible with our schedule :)

  Katie was amazing to work with! She made picture taking fun and easy. There were different posed shots she had in mind but was very flexible if there were specific shots we wanted to do and she made those happen as well.   I cannot say enough great things about Katie and the quality of the photographs she gave us. Her pictures are all so beautiful and she captured the essence of our wedding so perfectly. The price for 2 shooters and 8 hours of pictures was so resonable when compared to other photographers and the quality is 10 times better. I will be using Katie again and would highly recommend her to anyone needing a photographer.

  We used Katie for our engagement shoot and she is not only an amazing photographer, she is so easy to get along with, too! She gave us great ideas and made it such a fun experience. We would definitely use Katie in the future, and plan to keep in touch!! You'll be lucky to have Katie as your next photographer.

She communicated with us great and is wonderful to work with. We even had an incident at our wedding with the DJ, who chose to be rude and inconsiderate to Katie and her second shooter Katherine, as well as our wishes for our wedding day. Katie handled it with poise and professionalism and still managed to capture incredible photos despite the fact that he refused to cooperate. Katie, we can not thank you enough for capturing the magic of our wedding day.
