If you are thinking about hiring Kathleen for any special occasion, DO IT! My now husband and I were flying from Utah to DC for our wedding, we didn’t know any photographers so I just searched on Instagram and found Kathleen. My father messaged with her and she was so patient, understanding, informative and very clear with us so we decided to hire her! Before getting to DC she took the time to look at the temple grounds where we were getting married so she was prepared. She never photographed at the temple and it is HUGE. On the day of the wedding she was so excited and full of joy to photograph our special day. I hadn’t eaten all day and was kind of hangry and she was so sweet in keeping peace and happiness during the shoot. She listened to my ideas during the shoot, as well as came with a lot of great ideas. We LOVE our photos so much, I look at them all the time. My husband and I are so happy with them and so grateful for Kathleen. -

Kathleen was absolutely amazing. She was super helpful throughout this whole process and made our wedding day! I’m from Germany and she made sure everything went smoothly that day. We’re both not very comfortable in front of the camera but we never felt like that with her on this day. It felt like we were meeting a good friend. We got our wedding highlights less than 48 (!!) hours after she had taken them and we’re both still blown away. They could not have turned out better, we’re so so happy! We got the rest of our wedding gallery not shortly after that. We’re so glad we chose her to capture our elopement! If you want timeless, and unique pictures, you need to hire her!!

I had such an amazing experience with Kathleen!! She was so enthusiastic and sweet, and did an amazing job working with our tight timeline for our day. She made us feel comfortable and our photos came out amazing. Our photos from our micro wedding came back to us so quickly and were beautiful. Everyone commented on how much they loved our photos. I cannot say enough good things about Katie, she was such a pleasure to work with! -

Katie and John were absolutely amazing! We were recommended to them from a friend who has used them for several shoots. They did not disappoint!
Our wedding day was so stressful - the venue and the weather were total let downs. Katie was amazing at easing our nerves and reminding us to HAVE FUN! It was raining all day, but the photos turned out absolutely gorgeous regardless. They kept to our schedule, and always knew what was coming next. They knew how to pose us, keep the crew engaged, and they truly caught all of the moments we were hoping for. We loved them so much, we've booked a family shoot as well! Highly recommend for any event! -

My boudoir session with Katie was unreal in the best way possible - I left feeling like I was on cloud 9! Katie was so accommodating, comforting & most importantly body positive. She directed & posed me to make sure she had my best angles. Her photos are equally as artistic as they are sexy. She was the perfect hype girl all while being professional in an intimate setting. I absolutely recommend doing a boudoir session at least once in your life, and to do it with Katie! She’ll make you feel empowered! -

Kathleen! I cannot write just a couple things about this amazing woman. SHE IS AMAZING TO WORK WITH. I’m so glad a found her! She both my civil ceremony and public ceremony and reception. And both experiences were nothing short of amazing. She is so professional and her personality gets things done! I hope to continue to work with her even though this event of Our life is over. Definitely recommend her! -

Kathleen is an absolutely amazing and talented photographer! She did not just simply take photos for us but she made the whole experience so much more fun and pleasant than I could ever imagine, especially for my fiance and I who are awkward and clueless in front of camera :) This was our first couple photo session (styled wedding portrait) and she was so sweet and made us feel very comfortable. The photos turned out beautiful! I would definitely recommend Kathleen to anyone who is looking for a photographer. -

We feel very lucky to have found Katie and John to capture our engagement and wedding photographs. The images were spectacular and we couldn’t have been happier.
Both my husband and I have been avid photographers for many years, so it took us quite some time (7-8 months of looking for the right photographer) before we were fortunate to find Katie. From day 1 Katie was exceptionally responsive, professional, focused, but on a more personal level she was sweet, fun, creative and enthusiastic, which made her a joy to work with.
