No tenemos suficientes palabras para expresarte lo agradecidos que estamos de haberte elegido como nuestra coordinadora de boda. Honestamente, este proceso no hubiese sido posible sin tu cuidado, dedicación y corazón. Estamos convencidos de que eres un verdadero ángel de bodas. Desde nuestra primera entrevista conectamos contigo de una manera tan genuina, y desde ese momento supimos que eras la persona indicada para acompañarnos en este camino tan especial.
Durante todo el proceso depositamos una confianza inmensa en ti, en tus recomendaciones, en tu visión y en tu manera de trabajar. Tu organización, tu calma y tu energía positiva fueron la receta perfecta para lograr la boda de nuestros sueños. Hiciste que una destination wedding para 88 personas se sintiera posible, natural y hermosa. Pero más allá de coordinarnos, nos hiciste sentir que estabas viviendo esta boda como si fuera tuya. Eso jamás lo olvidaremos.
De verdad fuiste nuestra paz y nuestro sol durante todo este proceso. Cada uno de nuestros invitados quedó impresionado con cada detalle, la comunicación, la organización y la manera tan espectacular en que fluyó el día completo. Y ni hablar de cómo todos repetían que eras la mejor maestra de ceremonia que habían visto. Yo nunca dudé de tu talento, pero verte trabajar ese día me hizo sentir demasiado orgullosa y agradecida de haberte tenido a nuestro lado como nuestra mano derecha.
Todo estuvo mucho más hermoso de lo que alguna vez pudimos imaginar.
Katherine y Andrés, ustedes son únicos. De verdad creemos que hacen el mejor dúo y equipo en Puerto Rico. Su humildad, su pasión, su ambición y su fe en Dios fueron la combinación perfecta para hacer de nuestra boda algo sacado de una telenovela. Nos sentimos eternamente agradecidos con ustedes y los queremos como familia. Esperamos verlos cuando vengan a Nueva York, y definitivamente también cuando estemos en Puerto Rico.
Y perdón por la demora en escribirles. Queríamos tomarnos estos días para reflexionar sobre todo lo vivido y poder agradecerles de la manera tan especial y considerada que ustedes merecen.

Katherine fue la pieza clave para que nuestra boda fuese un día de ensueño. Estuvimos junto a ella por casi 11 meses planificando, elaborando y comunicando junto a los 'vendors' para nuestro día. Christian y yo no pudimos estar más complacidos. Cada situación se atendió con la atención que merecía, el día corrió sin ninguna dificultad (¡de la que nos enteráramos!) y hasta personas externas a nuestra familia cercana, se nos acercaron a destacar cuán espectacular Katherine había realizado su trabajo. El estar sumamente agradecidos no es suficiente, pues Katherine merece sus flores por un trabajo sinigual.
La recomendamos a ojos cerrados. Si buscas a alguien confiable, responsable, comunicativa, curiosa, creativa y sobre todo, con un excelente carisma, Katherine es tu persona. Como coordinadora de eventos, excelente y como ser humano, aún más.

You ever meet someone and feel like that person is a go getter, a problem solver and a thought partner? Well that’s the feeling I had when I met Katherine LeBron. I’ll have to admit, I am not an easy bride. I knew destination wedding was going to be challenging. I had a lot of ideas and little budget… don’t we all when we initially get engaged?
From day one, Katherine’s patient and positive approach made me feel heard and seen. I trusted that all she advised along the way. She cared about us and making our dreams come true. She is a true wedding planning professional. She is well connected on the west side of the island and will handle all that is necessary to make sure the wedding is executed in the most perfect way.
Wedding week- I was a nervous wreck. Her excitement was contagious. She validated my emotions along the way. Bringing joy and love to every conversation with me, my husband, and our guests.

Katherine has been there from the start for us. She was amazing from the moment we said yes. Having a destination wedding can be intimidating, but Katherine ensured the process was seamless and easy for us being out of Puerto Rico. Katherine desde la primera reunión nos fue llevando paso a paso para celebrar y cumplir nuestro sueño más anhelado. Siempre nos mostró diversas opciones y puntos de vista para que todo fluyera de la manera más efectiva y que nos pudiéramos vivir cada momento con intensidad y propósito. Su manejo de los suplidores, del tiempo, de los detalles tal y como fueron coordinados nos dieron la libertad de solo concentrarnos en nosotros y en disfrutar todo lo que habíamos planificado con mucho sacrificio. Su carisma, su entrega y su pasión por lo que hace nos dieron la confianza de que estábamos en las mejores manos y que todo estaría bajo control. No tenemos palabras suficientes para expresar el agradecimiento y el cariño tan grande que sentimos. Katherine fue nuestra calma, nuestra guía y la persona que sostuvo cada momento de este proceso con una dedicación, organización y sensibilidad increíbles. El amor que puso en cada detalle hizo que todo el camino hacia nuestra boda fuera aún más bonito y especial. Nos hizo sentir seguros, en total confianza y con la certeza de que todo iba a quedar perfecto… ¡y así fue!

Por otra parte, el budget fue un factor muy importante para nosotros y, en todo momento, Katherine fue sumamente consciente de eso. Siempre buscamos opciones que se ajustaran a nuestro presupuesto, sin sacrificar la visión ni la calidad del evento, lo cual valoramos enormemente.
Alex y yo estamos más que felices de que nuestra boda se diera exactamente como la soñábamos: llena de buena música, mucho party, memorias inolvidables, deliciosa comida, rodeados de familia y amigos cercanos y, sobre todo, con una organización impecable. Puedo escribir algo genérico como: "Supero las expectativas". Pero realmente Ketherine, Andrés y su equipo de trabajo merecen más, son unos superhéroes. No hay palabras para describir lo atenta, detallista que es tanto como coordinadora como persona. Realmente, no había pregunta o reto muy grande para ella. De contestar a cualquier hora, monitorear a todos los invitados, dar consejos e incluso arreglar y resolver trajes cuando se caen botones. Nosotros como pareja nos preguntamos: "Como puede estar en todos lados ayudando?". En fin, esta reseña no hace justicia para Katherine y Andrés, y si alguien realmente quiere que su día sea mágico deberían más que considerarlos. Gracias de parte de Morialys y Sebastián, no habían dos personas más felices ese día y ustedes fueron parte esencial. -

Dream Wedding
Todo fue super organizado desde la planificación hasta el día de la ejecución. La atención a los detalles en todo momento por parte del equipo, fue la clave para crear la boda de nuestros sueños. La comunicación siempre fue facil en términos de accesibilidad y apertura a el dialogo. Este review ni hará justicia para lo que verdaderamente Katherine ofrece como coordinadora de eventos. Es atenta, profesional, apasionada de lo que hace, talentosa, brillante, un ser humano hermoso! Wow, de verdad que palabras no le hacen justicia! Desde un principio cuando me comuniqué con ella para solicitar sus servicios respondió súper rápido y pude sentir confianza inmediata. La mayoría del proceso de "wedding planning" la pasé fuera de Puerto Rico con 3 horas de diferencia y en ningún momento hubo falta de comunicación, ni dificultad para poder gestionar alguna reunión! Supo conectarme con varios suplidores que anhelaba tener para mi día y fue la perfecta intermediaria. Aun en duda o frustración Katherine supo mantener ese "perfect balance" para que todo pudiera fluir mejor de lo esperado. Katherine hizo que 15 meses de planificación fueran llevaderos y "simple". El día del evento yo me sentía super tranquila porque sabia que todo estaba en control y en manos seguras, y el día pasó mejor de lo esperado. Honestamente la admiro muchísimo. Tiene un don en lo que hace y este es su llamado. No dudes en contratarla te ofrecerá más de lo que te esperas y va saber conectar con tu visión y sueño como novia! Desde el momento en que hablé con Katherine la primera vez, supe de inmediato que era el profesional perfecto para mi evento. Conforme fueron pasando las semanas, mientras me reunía con ella, cada día confirmaba que había elegido la persona idónea para que coordinara mi celebración. Encontré en Katherine y su equipo de trabajo gente dedicada, comprometida, con conocimiento de todo lo que amerita un evento y más. El respeto y la ética profesional los distingue. Su puntualidad y organización son merecedores de 10 estrellas. Katherine sobrepasó todas mis expectativas y me hizo sentir segura y confiada de que todo saldría bien en sus manos. Katherine and her team were absolutely phenomenal on my wedding day! I worked with Katherine remotely for 10 months to plan our destination wedding, and she made the entire process seamless. She coordinated virtual meetings across multiple time zones and maintained consistent communication through chat, which gave me so much peace of mind throughout the planning process.
I had never seen the venue in person and had no idea how it would all come together—but Katherine took care of every detail and ensured everything aligned perfectly with my vision. On the day of the wedding, everything ran flawlessly thanks to her. I didn’t have to worry about vendors arriving, setting up, or managing guest flow—her team handled it all with professionalism and care.
We are so grateful for Katherine and her team—not only for pulling off a beautiful and stress-free wedding, but also for the friendships we formed along the way. Puerto Rico will always hold a special place in our hearts because of them!

We are so grateful to have met Katherine. We were engaged and married within a year's time and this would not have been possible without Katherine's expertise and passion for her work in the wedding planning industry. We were referred to Katherine by local family in Puerto Rico. When we chose Katherine we really didn't know what to expect with the whole wedding planning process. For reference we live in Florida so we knew that planning a destination wedding while both working full time would be challenging, but with Katherine by our side we had achieved everything and more! We had already picked out our venue before meeting her because we wanted to get married in the town of Aguadilla, where we fell in love. Katherine helped us navigate the process of setting budgets, suggesting activities for the guests, and selecting our vendors that were a best match our vision we had for our special day. Katherine was always available through zoom or in person when we would visit Puerto Rico to visit family and to take our engagement photos. Katherine is also fluent in English and Spanish which made the process seamless as could be so there was no miscommunication or misunderstanding. Wedding planning can be stressful but Katherine was always there for us with messages of encouragement and support during the entire wedding planning process. She provided us so much reassurance with any doubts we may have had, from decor aesthetics to cake flavors, her honest opinions and advice helped us execute the most magical day ever. She's very organized and punctual with everything and during our wedding we received unanimous praise from all the guests on how organized the whole event was from start to finish. We really can't thank her enough for how our wedding turned out; it far exceeded our expectations and had us literally in tears of joy during our reception room reveal. All of our vendors were excellent. The pleneros she suggested was the highlight of the wedding as it brought out a festive and uplifting spirit to the party. Katherine is a beautiful and compassionate person. She was our support system during the entire wedding planning experience and for our wedding day. She pays attention to the minor and slightest details. She fluffed out my wedding dress while walking down the aisle and during wedding pictures, she also fixed us our appetizer plates( during cocktail hour) and made sure we had time to eat, drink and have some alone time after the ceremony to soak in all the post ceremony bliss. Katherine was a very instrumental part of our BIG DAY! We do not currently reside in PR and having her plan and coordinate our wedding was truly a blessing. Some of the things we appreciated are the flexibility to meet with us off work hours to accomodate our work schedules, local vendor recommendations that would match our wedding vision, style and budget and weekly check-ins on Whats App or phone. On the day of our wedding we had around 160 guests and 10+ vendors - everything was impecable and ran smoothly. We can’t think of anything that was missed. Almost a month after the wedding we continue to hear great things from family and guests; everyone had a great time. Thank you Katherine and team for making our wedding day a day that we will treasure and remember forever.

Katherine exceeded all my expectations. First and foremost, she’s an incredible human being. She is very patient and kind. Through the entire process I could see that she truly enjoys her work and is devoted to making this a great experience for her clients.
My husband and I are very short in time due to our professions, so we both heavily relied on her for the 9 months she worked with us. Some of the many ways she worked her magic was picking the cake and the banquet vendors and making suggestions regarding cake flavor and menu. Since we were unable to make time for the cake and banquet tastings, we trusted her recommendations blindly and we are so very happy we did. Everything was amazing, the wedding was last week, and we are still getting compliments on both.
She found the perfect venue. When I said she had little to go on, I meant it. On the first meeting she asked me about my vision for the wedding and the only thing I could come up with was that I liked the barn weddings on Hallmark Christmas movies. I said this fully knowing that it was highly unlikely we would be able to find such a place in Puerto Rico. Furthermore, we wanted to find a place where we could also stay with our bridesmaids and groomsmen through the entire weekend and that the venue for ceremony and reception were all there. It seemed like a tall order and yet, she delivered.
She works with great vendors. She recommended all of the other vendors we engaged, and they were all amazing people committed to make this experience unforgettable. For months she kept us in check through regular communication and had a timetable with to do’s every step of the way so we would have everything taken care of at the appropriate times. Whenever we strayed from the deadlines, she gave us kind reminders so we would get things done. In addition, whenever unforeseen circumstances came up, she worked with the vendors to provide solutions. She planned everything! We had an outdoor wedding and she had in place multiple courses of action to address rain. She was clear and forthcoming with the very real probability that it would rain and made arrangements to have alternatives that would fit within the vision we had discussed for the event. And so, that morning upon realizing that it would rain and that we would need to move the cocktail to the alternate location I was at peace knowing that everything would be just as beautiful. She continued to monitor the weather to identify a short window of time in which we could still have the outdoor ceremony and kept us informed and ready to take that chance as soon as it came up. It was timed to perfection, and we were able to have the outdoor ceremony we wanted in front of the barn, only having to adjust the cocktail location.
Throughout the reception she kept everything organized, and running smoothly, while handling all the logistics she kept an eye on us and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our day.
Katherine checks all the boxes and I never want to plan an event without her.

Katherine is THE wedding planner you need if you want a smooth and exciting wedding planning process. She was our cheerleader from day 1. Her attention to detail and efforts were more than we expected but exactly what we needed. She was there to support us, answer questions, give us insight, and cheer us on for a year and a half to help make our dream day become a reality. She is VERY well connected in the industry and she knows all the best vendors. Everything really fell into place with her support and it couldn't have been more perfect.
She truly made our day feel special. She was thoughtful from the very beginning, being mindful of our specific family dynamics. We had unexpected rain on the day of the wedding (1 hour before!) and Katherine and her team kept calm and executed our plan b perfectly.
We are grateful that life crossed our paths and we got to live this special moment together. We highly recommend Katherine and her team.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Katherine as our event planner for a Quinceañera in the west side of Puerto Rico. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for her exceptional services and expertise.

I knew almost right away that Katherine would be my coordinator when I received a response to my email the same day I reached out to her. I didn't have to chase her to get information.
Our wedding was in Puerto Rico and even though we are from the island, we don't live there anymore so it was a semi destination wedding. I'm glad I had Katherine keeping us on track and reminding us of all the little things we needed to do. This gave us a huge peace of mind specially during the month before the wedding.
What blew me away was how attentive Katherine, her husband and assistant were during the wedding. They were always watching us making sure we were taken care of, making sure we ate and were happy throughout the reception.

Cuando comencé con la planificación de los xv de Liahny, me di cuenta que era necesario los servicios de una profesional que nos guiará durante el proceso. Quería que tuviera un día sumamente especial e inolvidable.
Entonces encontré a Katherine; y realmente fue lo mejor que nos pudo haber pasado.
Desde la primera reunión demostró su profesionalismo, emoción y entusiasmo.

Katherine was without a doubt my shining light during the planning process. My best friend recommended her services after having worked with multiple wedding planners as part of the weddind industry. Katherine listened carefully to everything I wanted and did not want. Even when I was both physically/emotionally exhausted and unavailable due to my job, Katherine took the initiative to reach out to my parents to continue planning always with my preferences in mind. She was extremely flexible and worked around my schedule as I do not reside in PR. We coordinated meetings via Zoom, shared documents/ideas and she always knew how to check in on pending tasks without being overbearing or overwhelming. My wedding day was phenomenal. Luego de terremotos, tormentas y en medio de pandemia pudimos realizar nuestra boda. Katherine corrió con la planificación de dos bodas, ya que tuvimos que cambiar el concepto y adaptarnos a una nueva realidad. Hasta cancelaciones hubo y nos ayudó a manejarlas exitosamente. We hired Katherine for our destination wedding in Aguadilla, PR. We live in NY and were completely unfamiliar with the west side of PR but Katherine helped us with all aspects of planning and made us feel comfortable with all our decisions and helped guide us throughout the experience. Katherine was very attentive and easy to get in touch with, she was extremely organized and kept us in the loop by reaching out to us regularly. She was also extremely helpful by giving us suggestions when we weren't sure about certain aspects of the wedding.
