There are literally not enough stars on google to rate Katherine. She's amazing! She really took the time to get to know us, and so our ceremony felt very personalized. She was a wealth of knowledge and resources for every aspect of the ceremony from vows to ring exchanges to unity ceremonies. Once we received the first draft, she took all of our notes seriously even little whimsical things that might seem silly to most. She was easy to communicate with and prompt to respond to our questions with the utmost professionalism. Our ceremony highlighted us as individuals, but also shined a light on the beauty of our relationship and togetherness.
Our guests complimented us on a very personal and intimate ceremony. We hope our family and friends will use Katherine as their celebrant in the future so we can enjoy her ceremonies as guests as well.
You'd be a FOOL to choose anyone else! -

If you are searching for a celebrant and you want your guests to remember your ceremony forever, then Katherine Hunter should be your choice! From our initial meeting, Katherine was clear on what she wanted to accomplish with our ceremony creation. She provided a few questionnaires that allowed her to create a personalized ceremony for the two of us. She also provided a lot of useful documents that we used to fine tune our ceremony and our personal vows. Katherine was there for every step of the way, providing guidance and helping us review our vows. We did a rehearsal prior to our wedding to make sure that everything went smoothly.
When we first read our first draft of the ceremony, we knew we chose the right person to do our ceremony. Katherine perfectly captured our lives together and when she recited our ceremony in front of our guests, they felt like they were reliving our moments together. Every guest was blown away with Katherine's words, and how well she did throughout the ceremony. It was a special moment that we will never forget. Again, if you are looking for a celebrant that will leave everlasting moments, you should definitely consider Katherine.

Katherine was incredible. She was so helpful, prepared professional, and deeply invested in making sure our wedding went as smoothly as possible and that it was exactly what we wanted -- personal, meaningful, and reflective of who we are. Everyone at our wedding had a great time, but we heard from so many people that the ceremony was their favorite part of the day and like nothing they had ever experienced before. Part of that was us, and what we had planned, but it was also because of Katherine's orchestration, her moving and sweet ceremony that was so personal that people asked her how she knew us on the way out. If you want a personalized ceremony, and someone who is going to be helpful, organized, and reinforce that the day is about you, I can't imagine anyone better than Katherine. We were so happy, beyond happy, with how the ceremony went and grateful for Katherine's approach to the timeline, coordinating with vendors, her careful discussion of the walkthrough, and above all the ceremony she helped us build and the sweet and thoughtful words she added to the day. Truly, she was wonderful. -

Our wedding coordinator referred us to Katherine Hunter to officiate our ceremony. My fiancé and I were convinced Katherine was the right person to preside over our wedding after our introductory meeting with her. She was thoughtful and thorough, well-spoken and knowledgeable. She made us feel comfortable - giving us one less thing to worry about. Leading up to the wedding, Katherine spent a lot of time getting to know us. This allowed her to tell “our story” to our guests. In addition, during our pre-wedding consultations, Katherine shared some invaluable tips to help make sure our wedding day was perfect. She helped us manage our nerves immediately before the ceremony. After the wedding, we received many compliments regarding the ceremony. She did a phenomenal job. We couldn’t be happier! -

My wife and I got married in September, we hired Katherine to be our officiant. Saying she is thorough is an understatement, from our initial zoom meeting, to the extensive questionnaire she asked us to fill out, to the ceremony cue sheet she made up, I can go on. Our event coordinator at the venue was taken back by the info packet Katherine had sent over for our rehearsal, making things very easy at the rehearsal. Katherine gives you the option of having her there for the rehearsal or not. The ceremony went great, Katherine is very well spoken. Her attention to detail took our stress away. If you go with her, definitely follow her suggestions of where to stand, how to put the rings on for better pictures, how to kiss for 5 seconds. Her prices are a bit higher than other people we reached out to but I think you get what you pay for sometimes. We could have spent half the money for someone to say “do you”. “do you” which is what we initially wanted but Katherine developed a script that was spot on for what we wanted. She will customize what she does to anything you want your ceremony to be. We are both very pleased that we hired Katherine for our wedding. -

Katherine officiated our wedding a week ago and we are so glad we chose her! She was so responsive every step of the way, and I feel like she really made it a point to get to know us. Katherine made sure our personalities and who we are as a couple and individuals was portrayed throughout the ceremony. She spent a lot of time with us, and sent us many versions of the ceremony to make sure everything sounded absolutely perfect! Please consider Katherine if you are getting married around the Lehigh Valley, you will be so glad you did! -

There aren't enough words to express how happy we are that we worked with Katherine Hunter as our wedding officiant. From the first meeting we had with her, we loved her warmth, her positive energy, and the way she really listened to what we said. Throughout the months leading up to our wedding, she was a joy to work with. She kept us on track (or gently got us back on track when we were getting behind), created an amazing personal ceremony by graciously accepting repeated edit requests, and helped by coaching us with many details we hadn't thought through. She was so calm and supportive on our wedding day, and very well spoken in her presentation. Our friends and families loved the ceremony and felt the vibe was totally "us." We laughed and cried and could not be happier that she was our wedding officiant. We would absolutely work with her again if we had the choice to make today. Hire Katherine for your wedding! -

Katherine was amazing from the first zoom meeting we had with her. We instantly knew that we wanted her to officiate our marriage. She’s very thorough, and her ceremonies are formed around every detail you provide her from the questionnaires she sends her couples to fill out. We wanted something very personal for our ceremony and she delivered just that. She sends drafts often towards your wedding date to make everything is perfect. We’ve had so many guests, and non guests who’ve seen our wedding video, comment on how beautiful our ceremony was, and that’s all thanks to Katherine. If you’re looking for something to fit your style, funny, serious, a mix of both, and yet very personal, Katherine will give you just that. I will recommend her to every couple I know that is planning a wedding! -

Katherine Hunter designed and expertly delivered the wedding ceremony of our dreams. She did this with patience, warmth, and confidence. Katherine met with us regularly over Zoom through the pandemic and was readily available and willing to answer any and all of our questions. She provided invaluable advice about our ceremony program as well as our walk-through rehearsal at the venue (which proved to be critical). Many of our guests approached us after the ceremony to compliment Katherine's professionalism and poise and to share how impressed they were with each unique segment of the program. Most notably, our guests were thrilled by the handfasting ritual that we included at Katherine's recommendation. From start to finish, all of the words and actions of our ceremony held weight and spoke specifically to my now-husband and I as a couple. You can absolutely trust in Katherine to create a personal, heartening celebration for your occasion. -

With Katherine as our officiant, we felt at ease with the ceremony process. She expertly guided us from not knowing what we wanted out of our ceremony, to crafting and delivering a ceremony that felt true to us in content and tone. Katherine offered clear guidance and supported us as we figured out what we wanted. When we weren't sure, she offered tasteful suggestions. We felt very supported by Katherine, who was patient and responsive throughout the whole process. When I read the first draft of the ceremony, I cried tears of joy, relief, and resonance for what Katherine so beautifully captured for us. We appreciated Katherine's willingness to lead a very thorough rehearsal for us the day before the wedding. Katherine blew us and our guests away with her presentation--everyone told us how beautiful and moving it was for them. It was important to us that we share an announcement about my father's terminal illness, and Katherine stepped up and held a powerful container for this special circumstance. Working with Katherine allowed us not to worry and instead focus on being entirely present for our wedding day! Hire her, you won't be disappointed. -

As we reflect on our wedding in May, and all the people and vendors we worked with to pull off our special day, Katherine truly stands out. We enjoyed working with her from the very start.
Katherine takes the time to get to know her couples. Although we couldn't meet before the wedding in person, we did meet with her a few times via Zoom. She is extremely organized and professional and from our first meeting I knew we were in good hands. You can tell that Katherine truly cares about what she does. Her process is extremely thorough; every detail is accounted for, which gave us total peace of mind. Through an "interview" and using questionnaires, Katherine delivers a fully personalized ceremony. Our guests loved it - we received so many compliments. Katherine also conducts an online rehearsal, which helped to put us at ease before the wedding. When we first met Katherine we were blown away by her professionalism and kindness. She made us feel relaxed about the part of our wedding that was causing us the most stress: our ceremony. Katherine interviewed us and asked us questions and drew ideas out of us that we couldn't have thought of on our own. She really wanted to know what our story was! Within just a few days, she had a draft for our review. She wanted our input, but there was nothing we could add or critique. The ceremony she wrote and eventually presented to our large audience was absolutely perfect. She's a natural storyteller and orator. My wife and I felt seen and understood and special. How could she capture us so seamlessly? It was really amazing and so many of our guests couldn't stop talking about it. The way Katherine listened to us and the way she kept us in the loop throughout the entire process put us at ease. And we know, we could not have gotten through the many stresses that come with a wedding without a rock solid celebrant like Katherine Hunter. She was really in our corner! We are eternally grateful to her and would highly recommend her again and again. -

Would absolutely recommend Katherine!
Katherine did such a wonderful job performing our wedding! From our first encounter with her to the very last detail, she was amazing. Our first meeting was a Zoom meeting. Katherine wanted to get to know us as a couple, asked how we met, etc. and saw how we interacted with one another. We knew from that moment that we would hire her to perform our ceremony. She sent us some questions about ourselves and some examples of verses and poems that we could include in our ceremony. She is so well organized, it just makes everything so easy. Once we made our selections, we sent it back to her and she put together the final ceremony. It was beautiful! At the wedding she had it bound in a little booklet as a keepsake. I would absolutely recommend Katherine to officiate your wedding, she’s just wonderful! -
