Beautiful, fast, comfortable!!
I needed to write this review to point out that whatever issue they were having with non-responsiveness or late shipping did NOT happen for me. I literally got my shoes in 2 days! They are even more beautiful in person and already feel so comfortable. I can't wait to wear these on my wedding day! -

Beautiful shoes!
I've noticed a lot of poor reviews for this company, which I'm happy I didn't find until after I submitted my order. I've seen a lot of complaints about late shipments & poor customer service, but I had a completely opposite experience so I felt it necessary to share. I ordered these shoes online and within 30 minutes (not exaggerating) I had received a shipping notification. I received these shoes in less than a week. They are SO stunning, a photograph or video cannot even do them justice. They are so incredibly sparkly and exactly what I was looking for. They fit true to size & are pretty comfortable too. The shoes are a little more expensive than what I'd typically spend, but for wedding shoes, I think they are well-priced. I'm obsessed and I can't wait to wear them for our elopement!! -

Amazing Wedding Shoes!
The best shoes! They were elegant but flat and comfortable! They were beautifully designed and not cheap looking like many flat wedding shoe designs! The presentation of delivery was also spot on! Would 10/10 recommend! -

Dream wedding shoes!
KW was fabulous to work with! I needed to exchange my size and they were so responsive and supportive. The shoes were beautiful, I hardly even had to break them in either. I danced all night long in them! -

Love my Kate Whitcomb Shoes
Let me start by saying, I love these shoes. I’ve never owned a pair of shoes that have made me feel this glamourous while wearing them. Although they are for my October 2020 wedding, I can't wait to show these off! I am usually not one to buy heels this high, but after seeing this on my instagram, I couldn’t resist. I am happy to have bought them. They are really comfortable even though they are high. Worth every penny!

Perfect lace wedding shoes! Amazing quality!
I ordered Emma and Hailey for my wedding which is 1 year from now. Want to make sure I'm comfortable walking in them. I got Emma which is lace flats for the reception so I can dance in them. And Hailey which is high heel for the ceremony and photos. Both shoes are amazing. Comfortable (even the high heel ones) and fabulous quality. I was nervous able ordering them for the first time from a new shoe brand. But do not hesitate!!! I would highly recommend these shoes! -

I bought Kate Whitcomb ivory satin wedding shoes (style Bianca). I've had my share of purchases that I've had to send back before the other shoe made it out of the box. It's such a treat when the fit, the style and the comfort all exceed expectations, especially when you shop online for a new brand. These wedding shoes are really pretty, feel very comfortable on my feet, and there is some arch support. I've had other sandals like this that cost 3 times more but not as comfortable as these shoes. Well made, well-designed Thankfully, I loved them just as much in person as I did in the picture! They are a perfect height (for me) and seem comfortable for all-day. Comfortable and beautiful. Good, good, good! Highly recommend it. -

I just got style Vera shoes for my lazaro wedding gown. They are perfect and very comfortable for being , true size and has the height i needed. I was deciding between Samantha which is higher heel vs. Vera which is 3 inch heel. I am glad I went with vera. It looks beautiful and they are comfortable to wear all night! A must buy! -

Shoes Broke on My Wedding Day
I ordered two shoes from this company in May. It is now September. I received the champagne pair I wanted to wear for my wedding farily quickly. They were the aerin champagne flats and quite beautiful and comfortable. However, I had only worn the shoes twice before my wedding (for about an hour to practice dancing in them) and on my wedding day as we were doing posed photos THE FRONT STRAP OF MY SHOE BROKE. Thank god it didn't happen during the ceremony. My bridesmaids had to sew the strap back on and also applied tape to make sure that my foot did not fall out of my shoe. I was EXTREMLY disappointed in this company that makes their shoes look so instagram perfect. And the second pair of shoes I ordered has not even showed up. Do not waste your money on this company. You do not need the extra stress on your wedding day. And brides, bring a back up dressy pair of shoes just in case. Given the price point, this was the last thing I expected to happen. -

Cute shoes, but returns are a pain! Not worth the headache.
I ordered the Emma ivory lace ballet flats. I was originally looking at a similar style of another brand that would have been much more expensive, and was so excited to find these adorable shoes that looked like great quality from the photos! When I received the shoes, they were cute in the box, but the cut was not at all flattering on my feet. The quality was decent for the price, but wasn't quite as high quality as I was expecting. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. There wasn't a return label included in the box, and the order sheet explained you can contact them for a return label, so I did that, but they took 3 full days to reply to my message. To make matters worse, they also have NO phone number and NO website chat functionality available to reach them, only emails to which they are slow/unresponsive. I did get a response, but I believe it was due to my reaching out over the comments of their Instagram. I returned the item and the tracking info shows it was delivered back to them 19 days ago, and still haven't heard from them or received a refund. With so many other companies out there that work hard to provide great customer service, I simply can't recommend a company that is so unresponsive and creates headaches for their customers to simply return an item. Quite disappointed. -

Returned shoes, no refund
I purchased a pair of Kate Whitcomb shoes 1/13/22 and did not take them out of the box until my dress fitting 1/26/22. When I took them out of the box, I noticed there was dried glue on the foot strap around the embellishment. I contacted the company that same day for a return, and I even sent them pictures to help with the return process. They sent me a return shipping label on 2/11/22 which I mailed out 2/12/22. The tracking receipt history shows the shoes arrived at their warehouse on 2/14/22 before noon. Kate Whitcomb's website said to allow 7-10 business days for returns to be processed. After 2 weeks of no contact, I emailed the company to check on the refund status. I received a response the next day, stating returns and refunds are taking longer due to the pandemic and staff shortage. This is understandable as there are many businesses that are short staffed, however, it has been almost a month and I still have not received a refund. I wish I had read these reviews prior to conducting business with this company because I would not have purchased from them. It appears that complaints similar to mine have been happening since before the pandemic ever started. I will be contacting my bank about consumer fraud, as well as cautioning others about this company. -

Horrible customer service
I paid for a rush order, 1-3 days and still haven’t received my order 2 weeks later. I asked for an update 3 times. The first two times (a week apart) they said they were looking into the issue. The third time I asked for an update, they gave no explanation and told me they would now ship the product. I told them that does not work as I needed the product prior to the date they would arrive (hence, my rush order) and requested a refund. They didn’t reply to this and shipped the product to me anyways. So now I have to minimally pay for a $10 return label even though they knew not to ship the product to me. Do not purchase from here. -

Very NARROW shoes, Horrible customer service
They do have a BEAUTIFUL shoe. That is about it, there customer service is horrible, response time is horrible, They say order up 1/2 size up. I do not have wide feet and the shoes are so narrow that I can not image anyone fits in them. When asking if I should bother going up a whole size (as the 10 doesn't come 1/2 size with no response. The shipping cost alone is annoying when they should say their shoes are all narrow, no normal fitting shoes. -

No Response
Ordered 3 pairs of shoes on 6/13. Received partial order 7/6. Emailed daily for 4 days about the missing pair - no response. Initiated dispute with bank and notified KW as such on 7/9. Received an immediate response stating they could not issue refund unless I cancelled the dispute. I replied with follow up questions, but received no further response to date (8/5/20). Also note, you are responsible for return shipping, which they do state at the time of purchase. I requested a return label but never received one, so just went ahead and mailed the shoes back so I was within their 14 day return window. I recommend getting tracking for your returns because it had been 2 weeks and there is no notification from KW that my return was received or is being processed nor is it reflected in my order status in my account. Thankfully, I have tracking to show they received my return. They require you to return within 14 days but they don't reply to emails within 30 days, if ever (still waiting). Returned one of the pairs on 7/20. No refund issued to date (8/5/20). There is no customer service phone number, no way to reach someone, and they don't reply to your emails unless you mention credit dispute. Beautiful shoes but I wouldn't risk doing business with them again. Thankfully my bank is handling this, otherwise I would be out $195. -

Scam company
Don’t purchase from this company! If you need to contact costumer service or return a pair of shoes they will ghost you. I bought three pairs of shoes to try for my wedding expecting to return two. The first pair was back ordered and never arrived (yet I was charged and they wouldn’t respond when I tried to cancel the order), the second pair was shipped really late and only after I sent about multiple emails inquiring (they never responded to those either), and then the third pair arrived. The shoes run a half size large, which isn’t listed on their website. I think the company does this intentionally so customers have to buy more than one pair and can’t return them.
I tried to return the shoes that weren’t the right size through the Kate Whitcomb website, which said they’d email a return label and then they never did. In total I’ve tried to contact customer service at least 7 times over the last month, just to confirm shipping or attempt a return and they never responded. I finally contacted my bank to dispute the charges for the shoes that never arrived and the ones they won’t send a return label for. -

No Refund- No response
As many of the other girls stayed here, if you decide you want to return the shoes don’t expect your money back. I returned the shoes within the window of time and never received a response stating they received them. Emailed them and received a response weeks later stating they have warehouse staff issues and are “trying to locate my item”. Returned the shoes at the beginning of February and now the company has stopped responding to me altogether. I filed a complaint with BBB and they failed to respond to them as well so the claim is now closed and I’m out of 195$. -

This Company Steal!!!
I ordered shoes from this company months ago. When they came, there was yellow glue on the shoes, and one strap that went over my toes was about an inch longer on one foot than the other. I got a return label, returned the shoes over a month ago and have not received a refund. I have emailed SEVERAL times and each time I am met with a different excuse. My tracking says DELIVERED. I know they have the shoes, but they won't give me my money back. The worst customer service you could imagine. The reviews are correct-- do NOT waste your money. I will be turning them in to the BBB and filing a claim with my credit card company as well. Unbelievable!! -

Wish I had read the other reviews here prior to ordering! I returned two pairs of shoes with a company-provided shipping label and never received a refund. There goes $250+ down the drain.
I can see from the tracking info that the return was received Nov. 1, 2021, and I have contacted the company several times to inquire. In two short email responses (that appear to be written overseas or by bots), they claim to have lost my package in the warehouse. After a few more follow-up emails from me, providing them with tracking info, order details, etc., they are no longer responsive.
I ordered three pairs of shoes, all the same size with different heel heights. The base of the shoes were comfortable, but the ankle straps were very small. I'm tall and thin with average ankles, and the straps on the two pairs I returned wouldn't actually buckle.
That said, I did wear the third pair of shoes on the wedding. The ankle straps were larger (???), though they don't have a lot of give. The shoes were beautiful, comfortable throughout the night, and I received a lot of compliments on them.
BUT in retrospect, it was a real shot in the dark that they even fit because of the variation in size on those straps ... and as so many other reviewers here have written, the return process is a nightmare. You will not receive a refund, despite what their website says.
Save yourself one wedding headache and go for a brand you're more familiar with.

This company steals
DO NOT order from this company. I received my shoes - they were too big. I returned them in the exact condition I received them - I received notice that my return was checked into the warehouse. That was 3 months ago and I STILL have not been refunded! And the company is now refusing to answer my emails. This is a company of robbery! -

Do not buy from this company
I plan things months in advance, so I purchased my shoes from here in August to give them enough time to come in for my wedding in December. First, I received no communication on a delivery date, so I emailed them over and over again, probably at least 6 times (emails, inquiries on their website, etc.). It took them almost 3 months to email me saying the shoes wouldn’t ship until mid-October, in which they did not. After waiting a bit, I reached out again asking when they would ship since that date had passed — heard nothing back. Also, they don’t even have a number listed on their website so you can’t even try to get a human being on the phone. I waited almost a month after emailing them over and over again just asking for an ETA or if they can ship my shoes faster since my wedding was approaching and I still needed to get my dress altered but I couldn’t do that without the shoes!!! FINALLY, I get a message from them saying the ships wouldn’t ship until the end of November!!!! They asked if it was “okay” and of course I’m livid because I spent $100+ on a pair of shoes when communication was terrible and I could’ve gotten another pair sooner from a different company and save myself the extra money I had to pay to get my dress altered in less than 6 weeks. I ended up just asking for a refund because I lost all patience with this company and their lack of communication and follow-up. Save yourself the stress, don’t even bother with them. They have shoes that look just like theirs on Amazon for cheaper and they come sooner. -

Scam Company
Never received my shoes. No communication after I waited a MONTH for shipping details. No refund offered, had to do a chargeback on my credit card. Good thing I bought backup shoes which will now be my wedding shoes. Seriously save your money and go elsewhere. -

I wish I read the reviews before. I ordered wedding shoes. They sent me the wrong ones and then stopped responding to me!! I am not having to dispute the charge with my credit card. They are a scam, do not order anything from them. (also, the shoes they sent me feel cheap!) -

They never refunded me after returning the shoes!
Shoes were cute but didn’t fit. I returned them to the company, only tried on on carpet or they wouldn’t accept anything that was scuffed. Shoes were returned 2 months ago. There is ZERO customer service and they STILL haven’t refunded me for them! STAY AWAY! -

Terrible Costumer service, Do not buy
Do not buy ur shoes here it looks like a few yrs ago they would deliver now they just take ur money and dont deliver the product until unknown months after, they dont respond to emails. Please do yourself a favor and dont buy anything from here. -

Do not purchase! Poor quality/gross/cannot return
Do NOT purchase shoes from this company. 1/3 pairs I bought were gross and appeared worn. I returned another pair because the color didn't match my dress.. the return process is ambiguous, and they only correspond via delayed emails. They finally sent me a return label (after I sent detailed pictures), and it has been almost a MONTH since I sent back the shoes for a refund. No email. No confirmation. Over $270 was spent, and still no word on a refund.
If you end up purchasing a pair.. only buy one pair and hope it's in good condition because you may not get your money back. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. -

Terrible quality and customer service!
Their shoes *look* nice but they are so cheaply made and uncomfortable! I purchased a pair on Dec 10th, 2021. I got low block heels with a covered lace toe and you could see the yellow glue on the line where they folded the lace underneath! It was also scratching on my foot at that part and after 20 minutes of walking in them on my carpet (so that I wouldn’t scuff them and get denied a refund) my feet really hurt! I applied for a return almost immediately and followed all instructions to ship the shoes back. Weeks passed by and I received no word on my refund. I started searching for reviews about this company all over the Internet and found that people were having trouble getting refunds around that time. Angry, I started trying to email them or use the chat (they refuse to provide a phone number and insist you email them). Both avenues seem to lead to a black hole. Finally I found them on Instagram and sent them a message. Probably seeing how their reputation was going downhill, someone responded on Instagram that they would help and I finally received a refund in late January, like 6 weeks later…. Still lost $20 bucks to them as they refuse to pay back Shipping and taxes…. -

Terrible company!
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Had a horrible experience. The shoes are beautiful but their customer service is awful. They refuse to give money back if you try to return a pair claiming "they did not receive the return" or "we can't find them". I am now having to dispute the claim on my credit card after trying to reach out multiple times with no response. There is also no phone number to try and call either. They are also refusing the dispute on the credit card saying the "customer is responsible". Terrible terrible company. Save yourself some time and money. -

Terrible (unbelievable really)
Ladies, planning a wedding is stressful enough without having to deal with companies that send you expensive shoes with ink stains then ignore you over emails time and again! I saw they received my return and not so much as a confirmation mail for getting it. Worried I won’t get a refund at all. And…. There’s no one to talk to. The rare times they do respond it’s as though they haven’t read what you wrote at all. -

Poor Response Times; Website Glitches
Do to a website glitch my order was ran twice. I was charged for two pairs of shoes and, although I immediately contacted the company, they were unable to cancel the second order so I also received two pairs of shoes. Neither pairs of shoes fit, so I am now undergoing the return process. Not only do they charge $10 for a return (which seems non standard to me), it has also been five days and I have yet to receive a return label from them to return their shoes (and they have a short return window, only 45 days). I would not recommend this company, not worth the bad costumer service. -

Avoid! Runs narrow, terrible customer service
I was SO hopefully these shoes would work for my wedding day... but this has been a total headache. And no bride needs another headache! Don't expect the correct shoe or quick shipping or a refund.
First, after nearly a month, the shoes hadn't shipped. I reached out and they said their warehouse had cancelled the order because the product wasn't actually in stock. They hadn't told me or refunded me. They were just sitting on my money. Then they offered me a different style (again, no offer of a refund). I said okay because I was desperate for shoes after the month delay, but after a week, the second pair of shoes still hadn't shipped. I reached out again. No response.
When I finally did receive the shoes, they were too small and I barely put them on my feet. Definitely run narrow!! They were out of the box for less than a minute. I returned them via USPS and tracking shows they were delivered. Nothing from the company. I gave them 2 weeks before I reached out asking where my refund was. Nothing. So I gave up and filed a complaint with my credit card company. Now, 2 months later, the vendor has still not responded to me about the status of my return, and told the credit card company that the product was used and had black scuffs. I barely tried them on. After all the mix ups, I think they misplaced my return and are using an excuse.
On top of that, they sent the credit card company another woman's purchase details as part of the dispute, so that was then passed on to me. Full name, address, email, IP address, last 4 of her CC. So now I'm worried about my information on top of it all! -

Absolutely atrocious
I bought a pair of shoes on 10/3/21. They came fairly quickly. They did not fit well as the strap was not long enough for my (apparently) larger ankle circumference. I contacted customer support via email and was met with a very polite and expedited reply about checking to see if a longer strap could be produced for me. Then the responses became fewer and further between. After that, I had to reach out with a considerable lag because I was rapidly approaching the 45 days of the return window. I ended up deciding to lose the shipping cost and return the shoes because what else was I supposed to do? They didn't fit me. I barely even got ONE of them onto my foot. They were tried on in a carpeted room with clean feet. This is important as they are now LYING to me and refusing my return. The shoes were received in their warehouse 12/2. It is now 1/13 and I still have no refund and barely any communication from this horrible company who is literally stealing people's money and leaving them with no product to show for it. I had to ask for multiple updates on my return, they always take nearly a week or longer to reply. When I email back to back within a few days they respond but this time they told me that they cannot process my refund due to the shoes being worn, which is a complete and utter LIE. These people are outright robbing people who are already spending money on so many things for their weddings. I was also told that they are having staff shortages due to the pandemic, which yeah sure, everyone is...except that the reviews about your horrible response time and garbage customer service date back wellllll before any pandemic. So, all this is to say that I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau, and I will not stop communicating with them until they give me my money back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They will steal from you. -

BUYER BEWARE biggest scam ever do not buy your shoes from them. I bought one pair and they were to small I had to repurchase another size because it took ten or so days for my return to be processed. Returned the second pair because they didn’t fit either they now have both pairs and refused to issue a refund because they say they are worn! So I am out over three hundred dollars and they have the shoes! There customer service is non existent and they don’t answer emails. They are horrible and shouldn’t even be on any wedding website -

Terrible!!
Bought shoes for 250 dollars! Sent them back as they didn't fit right plus I didn't think the quality represented the price paid.
Tried them on one foot didn't even get walked on and they are refusing my refund as apparently they have dirty marks on them wich is a flat out lie!
So now I'm 300 dollars out due to postage and have absolutely nothing!
Email response time is appalling!
No contact numbers given no nothing. Have now gone to consumer affairs.
There shoes should be no more than 80 bux a pair. Same pricing as badgley mischka not same quality at all!! -

Late Whitcomb should be their name
Pre-ordered a pair of shoes in June and said they would ship out end of august. Mid September comes and no contact, no tracking. I had to reach out several times to get an answer. They then said end of October/ early November. Ok - fine. Now it’s end of November and they weren’t answering an email or their customer service chat. I had to write a comment on their Instagram account to get any answer and it was a vague “they will be there by my wedding date” 2 weeks later I have no tracking information or anything. Not only should you take your shoes for your dress alterations but it would be nice to have them to break in before the wedding as well. I would avoid this company! -

Horrible customer service!
I had ordered two pair of shoes, first I ordered a 7 and it was too big, so I ordered a 6.5 and it arrived damaged. I can not get this company to contact me back for a return or to replace the damaged item. I’m so upset as I am now out $218!! I really want the 6.5 size shoe, just not damaged, I have sent so many emails, tried contacting them on Facebook, this phone number does not work, if I do not hear back I will be contacting my credit card company. The shoes are beautiful but I would not recommend, cause if you receive a damaged item, or they do not fit, they just ignore you. I’m so upset, do not order from this company! You will be upset! Horrible horrible customer service!! The rhinestones are completely stuck to the cardboard insert as they were not packaged correctly. The one whole side is stuck and I can’t even remove as it’s pulling all the rhinestones off. Just devastated! -

DO NOT BUY SHOES FROM KATE WHITCOMB.
My mother purchased two different shoes from Kate Whitcomb to try for my upcoming wedding. Neither shoe fit me, so my mother tried to contact them to return the shoes. She contacted Kate Whitcomb THREE TIMES with no response from customer service. THERE PHONE NUMBER DOES NOT WORK, THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR EMAILS, AND THEY DO NOT SEND RETURN FORMS FOR RETURNS. I am extremely disappointed in this company. This will be put in dispute with our credit card company, and I will leave this review every place possible to warn all other shoppers. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this company. -

Horrible Customer Service
I ordered shoes from Kate Whitcomb that were too big. The shoes only came with a letter stating to email them for a return label. Well after countless emails sent I have nothing heard from anyone... and there’s no customer service number! I would not recommend this company to anyone. Such horrible customer service. -
