  Kate is Amazing!!

  I worked with kate for my wedding makeup and she was an absolute dream! She is a wonderful human being, but is also incredibly talented. She made sure to tweak my makeup to make me feel my best on wedding day. It looked great in person and in photos which is exactly what i wanted. I would highly recommend!

  Bridal Makeup

  Kate was a joy to work with on my wedding day. She did such an amazing job ensuring that the makeup style was personalized, and I found the makeup trial to be super helpful. Kate did an incredible job with my makeup, and I could not have been happier with how everything turned out on our wedding day. Kate went above and beyond in making all of my bridesmaids look and feel beautiful as well. In addition to being very skilled as a makeup artist - Kate was so kind, warm, and friendly. We had a great time getting ready. Would highly recommend for any bride or event makeup!

  Best Makeup in Indy

  Kate Shaw is the ABSOLUTE best! I hired her for my wedding in September 2021, and she made my bridal party and me look like the best versions of ourselves. She is so easy to work with and brought a relaxing energy to the hectic morning. I would highly recommend Kate to anyone looking to get their makeup done, not just bridal!

  Kate is absolutely amazing. She is so talented and one of the nicest people I have ever met. I hired Kate to do bridal makeup for myself, my 6 bridesmaids, and my mom. We all looked so beautiful. She really takes the time to understand what exactly you want done and the overall look you are going for. All of my bridesmaids told me over and over how awesome she was. Kate even helped touch up my mother-in-law's makeup, who had previously done it herself. Kate's wedding packages include both airbrush and false lashes, which was exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend hiring Kate for all your makeup needs!

  Definitely deserving of a 5/5 rating. Kate is easy to work with, willing to travel, and an excellent makeup artist... the whole package! I did a trial with Kate in her studio downtown a few weeks before the wedding and she took the time to ask about the style of the wedding, view pictures of my dress and other inspiration pictures so that we could come up with the perfect look together. She truly listened to my feedback during the trial, and gave me a look that I felt comfortable and beautiful in. On the day of the wedding, my bridesmaids couldn't stop raving about how good everyone's makeup looked, and it didn't budge through 15+ hours of wedding and dancing. We all chose to use the airbrush foundation, which looked flawless, and Kate also applies false lashes on everyone for no additional charge. She even gave us a touch up lip gloss to keep since none of us had that color. She truly cares about what she does and the people she works with! I would highly recommend her!!

  Finding someone to do make up for weddings can be a challenge. Its so personal, Kate took the time to ask questions, ask for pictures, really get to know me before doing my make up. Then there was a problem with one of my eyes watering after the make up went on at the trial. She studied and asked others questions and even went and got some different product. On my wedding day the changes she made worked. The icing on the cake is that Kate is fun and made everyone feel at ease. I would and do recommend her to everyone.

  Kate Shaw is truly an amazing makeup artist. She was so helpful, honest, and supportive as we determined, together, the best way for my makeup to look on our wedding day. She was flexible in scheduling an immediate trial, as I had a very tight schedule. On the morning of, she and her assistant were meticulous in their preparation of everyone's makeup (me, my bridesmaids', and mothers'). She was creative with the bridesmaids who didn't have a trial and everyone was especially pleased with the end result. An added bonus is she is an energetic person and easy to feel comfortable around. I highly recommend Kate; she does exceptional work!
