They sent me a well done description with photos of what I was looking for. They even layout the pallet of colors for the wedding.
I based my wedding decor and colors off what they did. I updated a few things up till the last minute and they had no problem. They delivered my bouquets right to my door!
The flowers and the decor pieces were perfect and I couldn’t have been more happy!

Gorgeous Wedding Day Floral Arrangements!
We used Karro Events and Floral for our wedding day recently and the flowers were gorgeous! I sent in a couple photos from their website and let them run with it and couldn’t have been happier! They delivered the flowers about 20 minutes late which was a little stressful. Overall, the flowers looked perfect and they were very responsive when booking!

Stunning floral
I work in the wedding/event industry and work with florist everyday. I was BLOWN away seeing the floral arrangements and work done by Karro Events. Some of the most gorgeous arrangements and set ups I have ever seen. Katherine was amazing to work with during the planning process. Since we call Indiana home, I was determined to fly home with my bouquet and find a way to preserve it because it was that beautiful. Our vision brought to life!
We had Karro provide our flowers for our wedding in April at First Flight and they absolutely knocked it out of the park! Beautiful Wedding Flowers
Karro was amazing to work with for my weddings florals. It was difficult doing a destination wedding 3 months, but Karro made me feel confident everything would be beautiful - and it was! It was great being able to rent lanterns and candles to create the tablescapes I envisioned. It was so wonderful to see everything come together on my wedding day! There was even an issue with some of the arrangements not being in the right location and they came back to make it right - can't thank them enough! Highly recommend!

Wedding floral dreams brought to life. Katherine and her team were phenomenal. I might be biased, but I have never seen a prettier bridal bouquet. Awesome Key West Florist!
My destination wedding was in Key West and I chose Karro as my florist. They were fantastic to work with! I sent photos of what I wanted the aisle to look like as well as my bouquet and everything was perfect. I even overnighted a piece of my mother's wedding dress to wrap the handle of my bouquet and my grandmother's rosary for in it as well and it was all put together beautifully. The flowers were delivered to the beach, so I didnt have my bouquet for the before pictures. If I had to do it over I would have had someone get it, but I didnt think if it at the time. Definitely recommend this vendor!!!

Karro did all of our floral and table decor for our August wedding at the Southernmost Beach Resort. They were fantastic. I had a vision and they truly made it come true through beautiful flowers. Everything I asked for was executed perfectly. I got several floral quotes when planning my wedding and Karro was reasonably priced for the amount of flowers I got. I can't recommend Karro more!

I had my wedding bouquet, boutineers, and floral decorations all through Karro Events and it was such a great experience. Everything arrived on time, great communication from staff. I got married back in February and I still receive compliments about my bridal bouquet. I'm not usually a fan of flowers so it was the least of concerns for the wedding but I'm so happy that I went with Karro for the floral designs. I never knew how much I could love a floral arrangement (and how necessary it was to have one that is truly great) before I saw their work. It was perfect!

Karro's flowers were hands down the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen. From the flowers on our arch, the table arrangements, the boutonnieres, the corsages and the bouquets, it was all perfect. We started planning our wedding very far in advance so along the way, there were changes to our design. Karro helped us piece our vision together on how our special day looked, down to the smallest details. They responded to our emails quickly and answered all of our questions. The flowers and design pieces on our special day were more than we could have ever asked for. BEST FLORIST EVER! :)

Karro were recommended to us by our wedding venue, and I am so glad we chose them. The flowers on the day were absolutely perfect. They provided the bridal and bridesmaids bouquets, groom and groomsmen buttonholes, table centrepieces, arch flowers and aisle decor. The decor for Karro was simply a dream. From the arches during the ceremony and my stunning bridal bouquet. The ladies at Karro were so helpful and gave great ideas- as well as listened to mine! Best florist value in Key West
Katherine did a beautiful job taking my photographs of floral inspiration of blue hydrangea, silver dollar eucalyptus, and pink juliette roses and emulating them best she could. I scoured stores for my own velvet and silk ribbons and I'm glad I did because it was a specific vision that would be hard to create in Key West where there are no craft stores. Some of what I wanted was beyond my budget (pink dahlias); we discussed replacement choices. She had leeway to use her judgement on some "executive decisions;" I trusted her and our flowers were beautiful for the price we paid. She let me borrow gorgeous silver cups and some lanterns at no charge for the tables, and I took home 3 glass vases for the bridal party bouquets that doubled as extra centerpieces.

I worked with Karro to do table center pieces, bouquets, and boutonnieres for my March wedding in Key West. They did a great job of helping me look through my Pintrest ideas, and determine what was feasible for flowers in season that time of year and my budget. The flowers when they arrived were beautiful, and stayed gorgeous all day. They delivered personal flowers at no extra charge to where the bridal party was getting ready, and also delivered flowers for my cake at no extra charge, and as a last minute addition a couple weeks before the wedding. They did a beautiful job, and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Kerro was a life-saver when I had trouble getting straight-forward, timely answers with other Key West florists, me being from out-of-state. They answered all of my (many) e-mails within hours, and had excellent guidance to fill the gaps between the little info I knew about in-season flowers and prices, and what they thought I would want for my specifically-themed wedding. And they were spot on!
Delivery was easy and they coordinated perfectly with my venue, and their set-up with the chosen linens looked phenomenal.

I am so happy with our ceremony & reception flowers. The centerpieces & bouquets were BY FAR my favorite detail of the day. When we had to move the reception inside, Karro was also able to provide us with 8 uplights last minute. My flowers were gorgeous. They worked with the natural, tropical vibe I was going for. I really wanted large bouquets and they did not disappoint. I had one minor issue of my flower crown not exactly matching as I had hoped. They quickly resolved the issue. Everything turned out great and I had so many compliments on the flowers and especially on my crown. I though about doing DIY flowers and so glad I did not. Their prices were so fair, that's how I decided to forgo the DIY and it was a great decision. They let me drop off a ribbon I wanted for the bouquets. Easy to work with. Beautiful! Highly recommend!

I worked with Katherine and could not be more pleased! I was worry that because my needs were very simple and small (we got married at the Audubon House, so not a lot of décor or floral were needed) - that I would be as such. She did a great job of being responsive and accommodating my ever changing mind. My bouquet was INSANE gorgeous.
Everything turned out beautifully and I was extremely happy with their services!! Thank you all for making my day so beautiful!!

Kerri Events and Floral did an amazing job on my wedding flowers!! They turned out so beautiful!! They were very flexible and accommodating to our budget :) To save money they reused our bridesmaids bouquets as our reception centerpieces and provided vases at no extra charge!!! My daughter's wedding was in Key West, we all live in NY. It was very difficult to choose a vendor not being able to meet them in person. Katherine from Karro solved that problem for us. Very professional and easy to work with. Most important the flowers were all beautiful, so if you are getting married in Key West definitely use Karro you won't be disappointed!

Karro was suggested by my wedding venue (Sheraton Suites, Key West) and I was so pleased with the end product. My flowers were completely my style, lasted all night, & complimented our decor perfectly. The ceremony flowers made all my pictures look fabulous. The last thing I wanted to think about when planning our wedding was flowers. I am not the type who obsessed over the small details of the wedding and I cringed every time I had to think about spending money on flowers. That said, I am SO thankful we found Karro Events and used them as our florist. When we first reached out to them, I sent a few pictures of what I was thinking of and they were able to make a simple idea into an unbelievably gorgeous reality. We made some changes and modifications to our order as we got closer to the big day, and the staff at Karro was exceptional in accommodating our needs. I was especially impressed at how at ease they made me feel. They are absolute professionals and it was so easy to send them our ideas and let them put it all together. They provided our bouquets and centerpieces, all of which were stunning and contained our favorite flower- bird of paradise. So thankful we found Karro Events!

The service I received from Karro Events and Floral was astounding, I made quite a few changes to the flowers over the months leading up to our wedding and they worked with me and made sure everything was perfect and just the way I wanted it. The flowers turned out even better than I dreamed, the amount of product we received for the price was beyond what I imagined. I highly, highly recommend them! I even called them on the morning of my wedding because we decided not to use my veil and instead wanted flowers for my hair. I made the last minute call and they were more than happy to accommodate and had those extra flowers ready when I got my bouquet. Amazing customer service.

Karro Events and Floral did an AMAZING job for our wedding on November 19, 2016 at Marriott Beachside in Key West!!! The flowers and ceremony/reception set-up was gorgeous! When planning I had know idea what to expect on the wedding day with my flowers and color choices for flower arrangements, but I was completely blown away when I saw the bouquets, ceremony set-up, and reception room. The Karro Events and Floral team brought Classic Elegance to a whole knew level! The detail and flowers were absolutely gorgeous!!! I could not have asked for anything better or more perfect. I would highly recommend Karro Events and Floral for your wedding or event. They were very nice, easy to work with, helpful, great quality for your money, and very accommodating to all my request. They are a full service business... with flowers, ceremony set-up rentals, reception set-up, ect. I was very happy I chose them as our Florist for our wedding! I met Katherine a year before my wedding. I had a vision and she made it come to life. When my husband and I walked in to our venue I was completely shocked. It was everything I had ever dreamed of and more. Karro Events & Floral were hired to do my flowers and they went above and beyond. Our flowers were so beautiful! I did a phone consoltation and then mostly communicated by phone. Katherine was super helpful and flexible when we needed to make last minute changes. I wish I could figure out how to add the photos. They were the only florist that would provide peonies which I had my heart set on. They turned out beautiful! The cake flowers were perfect and I loved my bouquet so much I took it home on the plane with me! I also had a flower crown that turned out perfect. They delivered to multiple locations which was supper helpful.

I was not able to meet with the florists ahead of time since it was a destination wedding, so all our communication was over email. I was not sure how it would all turn out but Karro florists did a wonderful job with everything. My flowers were beautiful, exactly what I had asked for, as were the bridesmaid and mom's flowers. They handled all the arrangments at the reception as well, and they all turned out great. I brought down gold flamingos with the hope they would be able to incorporate them into some of the arrangments at the reception and they went above and beyond, there were gold flamingos everywhere! The centerpiece were exactly as I had pictured, plus they were able to create many other smaller arrangments and a beautiful tropical leaf runner for the head table. They were very accomodating in sticking to my budget.

We used Karro floral through a ceremony coordination service for our destination wedding in Key West. Since we weren't able to see the actual floral arrangements before the ceremony, we hoped they would turn out like the pictures. Boy, were we impressed! I picked out a picture of a bridal bouquet of stargazer lilies, blue orchids and white roses, and my husband's boutonniere was a white rose and blue orchid. Both arrangements were gorgeous! My bridal bouquet got tons of compliments on the colors, and the flowers lasted a long time. The guest who caught the bouquet said she was so excited not just to catch the bouquet, but for being able to take home such a beautiful arrangement! Thank you all so much!

We used Karro Events for our August 5th destination wedding. The flowers, arch, and centerpieces done for our wedding were absolutely gorgeous! I gave a list of flowers that I loved and they were able to incorporate all of them. We got so many compliments from guests on the florals/decorations. The staff was a pleasure to work with, always responded within a timely manner, and very helpful throughout the whole process. I HIGHLY recommend using this company! Worth every penny to make our visions become reality!

When I told her it was a beach wedding but not beach themed she asked questions to make sure she understood what I wanted. I sent her photos to help rely the look I wanted and she nailed it. I cannot thank her enough for the beautiful decor, the flowers were absolutely amazing. I had compliments from every single guest saying how beautiful everything was. She even made my bouquet that was absolutely stunning. I am so excited to get the professional photos back so I take in everything all over again. I did a ton of research in finding the best and I found the best with Karro Events!

My ceremony site and reception site were beautifully decorated. The bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres were beautiful. My vision came to life, which shows that they listen and care about what their client wants. I could't have imagined it more wonderful. The reception site made me cry when I saw how beautiful lit was.

Part of my wedding package included the ceremony decor so I contracted directly with Karro for the reception decor, so that is all that I can speak to. I ended up adding some additional floral to the ceremony site, but still everything was fairly simple. Even after all of that, I never felt like I wasn't a "high paying" customer - Katerina truly made me feel special and that the vision for my day would be her utmost priority. A few of my flowers ended up being hard to find, but the alternatives she provided were just as beautiful and you wouldn't have ever known that wasn't the plan from the beginning. I highly recommend hiring Karro for your floral needs!

For all the Brides that are about to get married. I know we worry about everything until the day is here. I wanted a romantic wedding and I got nothing less than romantic. Karro Events provided all the florals and decor for my wedding. I walked into the reception and my mouth was on the floor and my heart was filled with love. I was so happy with how our ceremony turned out, our cocktail hour and our reception. I did not have to go to different vendors since they are full service. They provided our ceremony decor, chairs, linens, charger plates and florals. I loved our flowers and I could not have asked for anything more beautiful. You get what you pay for with them. They are worth every penny. I do not regret this vendor at all. Loved them.

I had a beautiful wedding in Key West, Fl. I knew from the beginning that flowers were incredibly important to me. I must have submitted about 5 requests to different vendors in Key West, some didn’t end up replying, many exceeded my budget, and to others I was just another wedding and there was a lack of the personal touch. Finally, I found Karro Events and Floral. They were always open to brainstorming new ideas or changing things around if needed. I am not a flower expert, so I heavily relied on them to give me suggestions that fit the vibe of our wedding and our own personalities. From my bridal bouquet, Maid of Honor bouquet, boutonnieres, table arrangements and corsages, the flowers were stunning! For days after the wedding I received numerous comments from my guests about how beautiful the flowers were and how blown away everyone was when they walked into the reception. Karro Events made my wedding day absolutely perfect!!

I had the pleasure of working with Karro events & Floral for my wedding in Key West. They worked with my many ideas, and my budget to create an absolutely gorgeous wedding! I didn't have a large flower budget, so Katherine really worked with me to choose flower types that gave me the look that I had in mind. They truly exceeded my expectations! I would HIGHLY recommend getting the ceremony arrangements on pedestals, we had two for the ceremony that moved to our reception after and were a really classy and elegant addition, adding height and flare!

I am absolutely stunned with Karro's beautiful flowers for our Key West wedding!I really wanted the flowers to be special, but didn't want to break my budget with specialty stems -- so I asked for the best we could do with my budget, trusted Ekaterina and hoped for the best. WOW, I was absolutely floored when I saw the bouquets, floral arrangements and centerpieces! These floral arrangements were indescribably beautiful, with luscious, colorful blooms that smelled like heaven! There were ivory, pink, and the most beautiful hue of violet roses that were so romantic and classic, and tiny little delicate pink roses. They were the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen! My mother is a florist, and she couldn't stop talking about how gorgeous and absolutely perfect they were! We couldn't let them go, so my party brought some of the roses home with them. These blooms lasted a week, then were preserved beautifully! I have the most gorgeous dried roses for our wedding scrapbook!
I found this florist through Say Yes in Key West wedding planners, and the rates were very affordable for our small wedding, as they were included in the Hawaiian package. If you want beautiful flowers that photograph perfectly, stun your guests, and maintain their youthfulness through your entire occasion, you can trust Ekaterina Karro. They made our day even more romantic!

We went with Karro for my wedding bouquet and I am so pleased!! The bouquet was lovely but more importantly, it lasted for a solid 2 days! I was worried about taking pictures before the wedding and having it last throughout the ceremony and that was not an issue at all. It was beautiful and very tasteful and it arrived at the exact time we requested. It was also beautifully wrapped and pinned. I would highly recommend them!

I am so glad that we found our lovely florist. She called me a couple weeks before the wedding, just to get more of a taste of what I wanted. I told her to incorporate flowers that were being used for my bridal bouquet and the results were breathtaking. Karro Events did the flowers for my Key West wedding and they were just breathtaking. The flowers were exactly the right color and they accommodated my every request. The bridal bouquet was made of roses, hydrangea and pink orchids and they stayed fresh and crisp the entire day. I also had orchids in my hair, they added the perfect pop of tropical color and really completed my wedding day look. They stayed fresh and perfect the entire event as well, I have them pressing in a book now.
I recommend this florist to anyone getting married in the area.

Karro Events was great to work with! There was a bit of miscommunication at first and we had to have our planner clear up exactly what we wanted but in the end, the flowers were FANTASTIC!! They gave us exactly what we wanted & we're super accommodating the entire time. Their work is impecible. I wanted peonies in my bouquet and being that the wedding was in November they were apologetic and said they just couldn't find them. Then on the wedding day they ended up finding them for me and putting them in the bouquet, it was such a wonderful surprise! I received compliments on the florals the entire night. They really have us that bohemian look and feel I was going for. I also really wanted ribbon for the bouquets but more of a silkily boho ribbon so I just bought 2 yards of fabric and dropped it off to them and they cut it beautifully to get me the look I wanted. I'm so so happy I choose them as our florist they were wonderful to work with!!

Beautiful Florals!
Karro did a great job of helping me figure out what I wanted for flowers for our wedding. We were doing a medium-sized destination wedding and I was not having an official party standing up with us. Katherine helped me keep it small and rustic and gave me great suggestions along the way. I wanted to keep our long wooden tables as just that, with no table cloths, and she put some beautiful palm leaf runners with orchids down to keep that rustic, tropical vibe that I wanted. My bouquet was beautiful, and when I couldn't figure out what kind of flowers I wanted for me hair, she just dropped off several kinds so I could choose. It was perfect. Thank you Karro!

Beautiful flowers for micro wedding!
We hired Karro Events for our wedding flowers and ceremony arch, and everything was absolutely beautiful. We had a destination wedding, so we worked with Karro Events remotely and shared photos of what we wanted, and everything was perfect!

Wedding at The Hemingway House
I had the pleasure of working with Katherine and she did a phenomenal job with the flowers for our wedding. I reached out to a few florists in Key West, and Katherine was the only one who put together a beautiful proposal that included inspirational photos in addition to outlining all of the products that were going to be used. I was able to really visualize everything together which made me feel so comfortable going into the wedding day.
Katherine was extremely responsive and even when I would send her panicked emails in the middle of the night, I would have a response within an extremely decent amount of time. I never once felt like I was waiting for a response for too long.
I would absolutely recommend working with Karro Events and Floral! The only reason I gave a 4 for quality instead of a 5 was because I requested small bouquets for our mothers and grandmothers, but instead was given corsages that ended up falling apart before the wedding. That however was such a small thing I wasn't worried about it at all. Everything else was an absolute dream!

Our guests, the photographer, the videographer, and even the reverend raved about the arch details, my bouquet, and the tropical flowers throughout the wedding! Say Yes to Karro! The only disappointing factor was that my proteas were not blossomed. *womp womp

The Most Beautiful Wedding Flowers!
I put a lot of thought and obsession into my flowers, going back and forth with what I wanted. I am a very particular person, but as soon as I saw my wedding bouquet on my wedding day, I was blown away and started tearing up! The team at Karro nailed it with my vision, going above and beyond to help create beautiful scenery for my wedding ceremony and reception. They even threw in complimentary rose petals for the aisle of my ceremony, which was a nice treat. Often, only the bride REALLY notices and cares about the wedding flowers. Not for our wedding! We received so many compliments about how beautiful our centerpieces were. It broke my heart not to take everything home, but a destination wedding makes that a little difficult. Thank you!!

Karro was great with my indecisiveness. I changed my flowers once or twice and Katherine was always great at accommodating my budget and style.
My only issue was that they forgot one of my boutonnieres and to add table number to our arrangements (which caused a tad of a chaos during my reception). Besides that, they were great with customer service and impeccable work with my fresh flowers.

I am happy to write a review for Karro Florals. They provided a vertical floral runner for my reception that cascaded off both sides of our farm table and all I can say is OMG!!! It was for sure the most unique part of our wedding and well worth the spend. I was literally floored at how amazingly beautiful it turned out and everyone was complimenting us all night. They also made me a matching bouquet which I brought home to have preserved. Katherine and her team were super professional and responsive and helped to make our day special. It was difficult enough planning a wedding in Key West from New York, but these guys made it that much simpler. I HIGHLY recommend Karro for your wedding and reception. These guys are beyond AMAZING!

Karro was great as far as communication goes and worked with me to cater to the pictures that I really wanted to emulate. They stuck to my color scheme perfectly and even took some flower/greens suggestions from me to accommodate what I was looking for. The bouquet held up wonderfully in the heat. The boutonniere, not so much, but that was okay. Very pleased with the floral. Not sure the two blooms for the cake were really worth $35, but hey, it is what it is. It all looked perfect.

The team at Karro Events brought everythjng together beautifully for my wedding weekend! They provided decor for my rehearsal dinner and wedding reception as well as the florals for the ceremony. Being from New York, I communicated my vision to them via email pictures so I was very anxious to see how it would all come together. I was thrilled with the results! This is a good option in Key West. Flowers are pricey but I think it's the best deal you can get for fresh flowers all the way down in Key West.

Karro did the flowers, centerpieces, and charger plates for our wedding. I was very happy with the end result. The flowers and centerpieces were beautiful and exactly what I asked for. I did experience some slow response issues after signing a contract with them, but we were able to work through it, and I thought overall, they were very professional.

I would absolutely recommend this vendor for all your florist needs. My bouquet was absolutely perfect!!! I couldn't ask for anything more!! It came out exactly how I pictured it. My flowers for the bridesmaids, and the ceremony were amazing as well. I ended up providing my own linens for my reception though, because I couldn't do linens without this vendor doing my centerpieces (that were already provided by my reception vendor). That was really the only downfall with this vendor. I would still highly recommend them!

This one is hard for me to write. Let me start by sayng that our flowers were absolutely perfect! However, it took FOREVER for us to get to that point. After coresponding back and forth and feeling like the florist wasn't listening to what I wanted, I had to get my planner involved because this was the only florist they would work with and the florist wasn't working with me. Once I explained my vision to the planner once and sent pictures over, the florist magically knew what to do and could magically get the flowers that I wanted. Due to the issues, they waved the set-up fee and created a new arch for us, which was very nice of them. Now, they day of the wedding arrives and the florist comes in and lays all of the stuff on the counter in the dressing room and walks out. Apparently there was a lot of miscommunication the day of the wedding between the florist, wedding planner, bridesmaids, and I on what to do with the bouquets during the reception since we were using them as part of our centerpieces. The flowers they placed in the bouquets were beautiful, so I was extremely happy, however- they were not the agreed upon flowers. I was one of the brides who took whatever came my way the day of the wedding without complaint, so I was happy that I had recieved such a beautiful bouquet, but I do wish I had received more of a heads up on not being able to get the agreed upon flowers.
Overall, they did a beautiful job with our floral arrangements, but they do struggle with the communication aspect behind the business.

We were married in Key West in early December 2016. Given it was a destination wedding, we corresponded extensively via email through which numerous photos, descriptions and specific details around personal flowers and centerpieces were discussed and agreed upon. We also met in person several months before the wedding. On the day of the wedding, the bouquets were delivered late (several calls checking on status went unanswered), and all bridesmaids bouquets had to be sent back as they were not put together as requested (several emails with pictures and specific descriptions were provided and discussed). By the end of the ceremony, the bridal bouquet was beginning to discolor, and by the end of the evening, all of the outside blooms were completely brown. The centerpieces were less than satisfactory: several of the glass hurricanes appeared to have been used for another event and had a film on them, which our planner had to wipe off; several of the votives had black smoke marks which also had to be cleaned. Rosebowls that were supposed to be on each table were switched out with less elegant (and likely less expensive) square glass containers, which were never discussed or agreed upon. To their credit, after contacting them detailing our dissatisfaction, they promptly offered a full refund, which we received shortly thereafter. To be fair, we did not spend a lot, but the products that we received and the service that was provided was completely unsatisfactory at any cost, in our opinion. Had we known the outcome, we would have 100% chosen another vendor.
