Having worked with Karlos on my wedding day was a great experience not only for me, but also for my guests who did their makeup and hair with Karlos and his team. From the day I did my makeup trial I was delighted with the result. Super friendly, helpful and professional. On the day of the wedding everything flowed wonderfully and everything exceeded my expectations, as I mentioned before, my guests were super happy with their results and they all looked gorgeous. The makeup looked clean and flawless as did the hairstyles. Super recommended! -

Karlos & Alex not only made a point to listen to every bridesmaid & mother (both mine & MIL) on what look they wanted, but executed perfectly and made sure to make everyone happy! They also were so much fun and just had a great vibe, and it made it such a fun atmosphere which is what you want on your wedding day!! I highly recommend -

They were very flexible being that I had to change my wedding date several times due to the pandemic and he was very responsive and understanding! I really liked his work and dedication that it will be the same as the idea that I had from the beginning, I look for the tone of the lipstick and even give it to me to retouch it, I highly recommend his work since it makes you feel with the confidence to say yes and what you don't like, my makeup lasts until the end of the night! -

Karlos and I always have contact on messages, he was amable, and very punctual for my wedding, he staff the most professional staff that I saw in my life.
The makeup I don't have nothing to say, was perfect to the next day I still had!!! And the hairstyle be was beautiful.
If you search a somebody to help you to complete your perfect day, you needed select Karlos Guerrero, he complement your day I' sure of what I say. -

My review for Karlos Guerrero is very personal to me, is not just the make up or the design of look for that special day, is the way you will connect with him to the create the perfect look! My make up was stunning, I cried, danced, dropping wet and my face was intact! Great techniques and beautiful skills!

Amazing Experience! Top Notch!
Oh, my, Goodness! I'm a woman of color and I got married in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. I was nervous about my hair and make-up as well as my bridesmaids but I seen Karlos and Alex's work on Instagram so I gave them the opportunity. THEY DELIVERED!!! They were able to match me and my bridal teams skin tone with the right foundation, They styled my hair so beautifully! And to top it off they were super nice and welcoming. I would love to work with them again if I'm ever in Puerto Vallarta. I highly recommend these professionals they deliver top notch service! -

I was very pleased with the work that Alex and Karlos (and staff) did. My resort had recommended them. It had rained on my planned wedding date and they were very accommodating. We were suppose to do the trash the dress photo shoot after the wedding date but ended up doing it before. They were very professional and everyone was happy with the hair and makeup they did. My Mother in law was not use to the dark eyebrows but they fixed it to her liking. I would highly recommend them! -

I was so excited to work with Karlos, I am very picky about makeup and thought I had finally found someone I was excited to work with. His assistant had sent through pricing and he had reassured me my date was reserved because he was too busy to get any formal contract through. 3 months out and a month with no response I decided to start chasing him up. I finally get an email from the assistant with a total price of almost $2400usd and I was shocked as this did not reflect the pricing I was sent, in fact it was almost 3x the price. Their was no full breakdown but said it included a plane ticket and 20% to the hotel which made zero sense. I was staying in Puerto Vallarta where they are based and I wasn’t staying in an all inclusive, so where was this pricing coming from? After many attempts between the wedding planner and myself to understand where this pricing came from and getting ZERO responses I have decided I will not be using them. I highly recommend staying away from Karlos and Alex as it’s much more drama than any bride would want.
