Karissa is absolutely incredible and my husband and I highly recommend her!! From the very first phone call, she took the time to truly get to know us as a couple. She made us feel so comfortable on the wedding day, allowing us to be captured on film as our most authentic selves. We can’t thank Karissa enough for her amazing work. It brought tears to our eyes to watch the beautifully edited video and relive the best day of our lives! Thank you so much, Karissa! -

Karissa - Amazing Photographer, 100% Recommend
Karissa is an absolute gem of a photographer! If you are looking for an organized, professional, fun, and amazing photographer, she is the right choice.
1) Organized & responsive - She was the most organized vendor I worked with and was always so quick to respond to things throughout the entire process.
2) She is fun and makes you feel comfortable - Karissa has a great eye and genuinely likes her job. This makes for fun & relaxed photo shoots which in turn makes for amazing pictures.
3) She is very timely too. She was early to the engagement and wedding shoot and very timely in delivering a sneak peek/other deliverables.
4) Her photos are amazing! She is amazing to work with and her output is just as amazing.
I truly could not recommend a better photographer for your event! Karissa fan for life! -

Karissa is THE BEST!! By far our favorite and easiest wedding vendor to work with. She has great energy and is such a friendly chill person. She gave us helpful direction and perfectly captured our essence as a couple and vision for the day.
Throughout the wedding process Karissa was impressively organized and thorough. She sent multiple questionnaires during the months leading up to the wedding to get an understanding of what we wanted and what type of shots to capture. She was on top of absolutely everything and provided guidance for timing/scheduling/things to think about. She was also super speedy responsive to questions which was appreciated!
For the wedding Karissa brought along Gavin, a sweet and lovely assistant. He tied my husband’s tie, gave great male fashion advice, and was a such a comforting, reassuring presence. The two of them put us at ease and made the whole experience fun.
Also, they do not mess around when it comes to getting the shot!!! They’re not afraid to lay on the ground, sneak in some bushes, you name it! And they got some AWESOME shots.
Thank you SO much Karissa and Gavin! Highly recommend these incredible talented folks! -

An absolute dream team
Karissa was an absolute DREAM to work with. We absolutely loved our experience during our engagement shoot getting to know her, and working with the whole team on the wedding day was AMAZING. Their personalities made it so easy and enjoyable to feel ourselves when being photographed all day. Everyone was warm, charismatic, profesional and FUN. The biggest hype team out there.
Karissa is creative and constantly inspired in her work. When she says “do you trust me?” 100% trust her! We have loved every picture we’ve gotten back. To say we are OBSESSED with her work is an understatement.
Karissa puts time into getting to know her clients and what they are looking for - she is focused on the details and is extremely thorough. She offers great suggestions and guidance since she is the expert!
I cannot recommend Karissa and her team enough - I could go on for days! -

The best team!
If we did anything right during this Wedding planning process, it was hiring Karissa Wright Productions for our Photography and Videography! Since the day we met Karissa, her energy drew us in! She truly wants to get t know you as a couple and people and makes the entire process so easy! My husband and I always have felt so awkward when taking photos and boy did that change when we met Karissa! She has truly captured our genuine personalities and how our relationship is in our engagement photos, and just the amount of teasers we have seen for our wedding photos blew us away! I have never felt more beautiful than I have when seeing what she and her team have captured. They have felt more like friends than "just our photographers" and so many laughs have been had! A photographer can make or break your special day, and without a doubt KWP surpassed any expectations we may have had, let it flow seamlessly and had the MOST FUN with us on our wedding day! THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts! Don't hesitate..... Book asap you will not regret it!

The absolute best of the best!
Working with Karissa was seamless and just an all around wonderful experience! She was quick to respond and such a bubbly personality to work with! She has questionnaires to get to know you better and what your taste is in the photographs you’d like so she can cater to what your vision is. We met over zoom a few times and got to meet her in person during our engagement photo shoot! She was great to work with and guided you through the whole process! The photos took our breath away and got us excited for our wedding day! The engagement photo shoot was good preparation for our big day! She brought her team with her and they captured every detail of our wedding! Stop looking and choose Karissa Wright Productions! You won’t be disappointed!! -

The Karissa Wright Production team was amazing. My now husband and I aren't big on photos, let alone professional ones, so the most important characteristic that I was looking for in a wedding photographer is someone that made us feel comfortable, which is something I definitely found with this team. Not only that, they were very organized and thorough with making sure our expectations were met. I never truly realized that it takes more than just taking good photographs to be a good wedding photographer. The team was super friendly, had great energy, were super efficient (especially with time optimization) and even took the liberty of helping with whatever they could. So many people in our wedding gave great compliments about this team. I personally felt very special and cared for; We planned our own wedding and definitely felt like booking this team made it easier. -

My wife and I cannot adequately express with words how much we truly enjoyed working with this professional photographer. From the start, Karissa exhibited unlimited energy and enthusiasm about our special day. She allowed us to talk about things we wanted and then offered her expertise and guidance. She may at first appear young but don't let that fool you. She comes with tons of creativity and wisdom when it comes to photographing your wedding day preserving those one-of-a-kind moments. We absolutely also loved working with her prior to our wedding ceremony sharing some intimate moments between the two of us that she captured beautifully including First Look. We were hoping for some wonderful pictures but what we received back from Karissa was absolutely breathtaking. She was able to capture all of the priceless moments from the first time we saw each other on our wedding until we departed for our honeymoon. If you are looking for the perfect addition to your day, here she is! I just got married May 29, 2021 and Karissa was our videographer - we had already booked our photographer beforehand. We had only spoke a few times via phone and zoom but when we met in person, I felt like I had known her forever! She makes everyone feel so comfortable, and she goes way beyond being a videographer on your big day. I want to get married again just to hang out with Karissa!
We have not seen the full video just yet, but we have seen a teaser and WOW, just WOW! It was a work of art, capturing the precious moments of our day. I have watched it an embarrassing amount of times haha! If that was just the teaser then I cannot wait to see our full video!
If any brides/grooms take any advice from me, hire her! I wish I could go on, and on about her and give you every detail from that day but just know that she is it, the real deal. Hire her, you will not regret it!!

Memorable SF wedding
We got married at SF city hall but we live on the east coast. Karissa was super flexible in creating a package that worked best for our needs. We did video calls to discuss details and Karissa was always quick to respond to any questions. Karissa went to the location the day before and was very prepared for our ceremony early that morning. Our wedding party included 14 people And she orangized everyone seamlessly. The pictures came out amazing! She was very professional when giving us poses and giving advice on how to stand to create the best silhouettes. There are so many photographers in the area, but Karissa is the real deal! -

Karissa is very easy to work with and easily puts people at ease while she is taking pictures. She is able to make everyone laugh and smile and feel like she's everyone's friend and not just a stranger behind the camera and that translates into her capturing the perfect moments with no stiff nervousness. The second shooter that she brought with her was also very easy to work with and I'm glad both of them were able to get some amazing shots of the day. The printed pictures and canvas that we received from ordering through her are also very high quality and worth ordering (they were delivered to our doorstep within a couple days!) and the album is amazing. If you want someone who is super talented and takes quality pictures (and video) and is easy to work with on your big day, definitely use Karissa Wright Productions! Thank you Karissa!

She is incredibly talented at what she does, and she is so sweet and generous. She captured my day perfectly and went above and beyond for us by meeting up multiple times, emailing back quickly, helping me with our timeline, showing us a sneak peek video AT THE RECEPTION, and even got us our videos early! Highly recommend and can’t say enough good things! Thank you Karissa for being YOU!

She is extremely organized and runs on schedule which was perfect for all the other people involved in the wedding and everything went according to plan. This was by far the best experience with a photographer and hope to work with her in the future.

Working with Karissa was amazing. From the moment I saw her on Instagram, I knew she was who I wanted to work with. The ease of working with her is great. Zoom consultations and meetings were so convenient for working professionals such as myself and husband. Scheduling consults and different meetings were very efficient online. Karissa helps you build a timeline for the day which is such a help. She also asks you for a list of shots that you must have which was great and helped make the big day less chaotic.
If you aren’t comfortable posing for pictures she will help out with that and teach you how to pose. Any idea that you’re wanting for your shots, she is willing to do and travel for. We took shots drinking boba with her! She captured every single smile, laugh, hug and kiss. She really allows you to be yourself and really captures that in her shots.
Her team was great as well and made us feel comfortable. She knew Gavin would hit it off with my husband and he did! Gavin even helped the men put on their boutonnières and made sure my husband was looking fresh.
I would definitely recommend Karissa and her team to anyone. I know she does bridal and engagement but if I have a baby I want her to do our shots too if possible!
Thank you again so much Karissa for working with us for almost 2 years! You’ve left us with so many great memories!
