Kind/ accommodating/ talented/ caring
Karen was one of the easiest people to work with, she was kind, professional, and soft-hearted. She knows her stuff and is able to make art from what you tell her. She was able to bring calm and tranquility to a stressful day! She’s the best ❤️- also my husband loved the make up even though he was nervous I wouldn’t look like myself. -

I hired Karen after getting trials with a few other people that didn't a.) give me the service I was looking for b.) didn't have the energy i wanted around me during my wedding morning. Karen checked both those boxed and made me feel comfortable and made me into a beautiful bride! She was able to give me a sample of lipstick to use throughout the night during to do touch ups. My sister and mom never had a trial and really liked their makeup even though they both didn't feel like they needed to get their make up done. Over all she was reasonable priced for in house make up and for our small group! -

Karen did my makeup for my daughter’s wedding last weekend and I cannot tell you how pleased I was with it. For someone who wears little makeup and has no skincare routine whatsoever, Karen guided me on how to get my skin in tip top shape prior to the the wedding. She put me on a skincare routine, which did make a difference, and I will continue to follow it as I love the products she recommended and can feel and see the difference in my face. Best of all, Karen not only made me feel beautiful but gave me my confidence back as far as my appearance. I was diagnosed with skin cancer on my face a month and a half prior to the wedding, then three weeks before, I had to have it surgically removed. I was very upset and conscious about the scar left behind as I wanted to look and feel my best for one of the most important days of my daughter’s life. After Karen applied my makeup and handed me the mirror to look at the final “product” I couldn’t believe my eyes. It was as if I never had the surgery as the scar was gone. She covered it perfectly. Having friends and family tell me that they would have never known I had a scar had they not known I had a procedure done was an attribute to Karen’s expertise and skill as a makeup artist. She also did my daughter’s makeup as well as a couple of the bridesmaids and did a fantastic job! I would recommend Karen to anyone looking to have their makeup done for a special occasion. She is talented, fun to work with and a pro all the way! -

Karen was wonderful! Our makeup for my wedding was absolutely beautiful and it stayed all day! Karen was very efficient and got through myself, my bridesmaids and my mother in law in a timely fashion. She is so sweet and it was so much fun having her there on the morning of my wedding! I highly recommend Karen for your wedding day makeup needs! -

Karen was so great to work with. I have never gotten my makeup done professionally before working with her and I could not have asked for a better experience. For both my makeup trial and the big day she did an AMAZING job, making me feel glamorous but still recognizable. She is such a sweetheart as well! My mom and mother in law both got their makeup done by her as well and could not say enough nice things! I know we are definitely going to look for reasons to get our makeup done by Karen again because she’s so worth it. I would recommend her to anyone. She is flexible, kind and very informative to help create the look you desire! -

Kelly Sent on 10/04/2018Karen did makeup for myself, my 3 bridesmaids, and my mom. She did a beautiful job and was able to meet us on-site which was a huge perk. Our makeup and lashes stayed on all day. Our skin looked perfect with the traditional makeup application, and our eyes and lips had just enough color to feel glam, yet natural. This was my mom's first time getting professional makeup done, and she barely wears anything normally. Karen made her feel very comfortable and was able to create a beautiful look that was nice and light for my mom's tastes. Highly recommend!

Janine Sent on 09/18/2018Karen was truly amazing! she made me was the bride feel so comfortable and at ease on my special day I had a range of different people in my wedding that she did her make up some young little girls all the way up to my mother who is 75 years old she made everybody look exactly how they wanted to and it lasted all evening for the photos I truly can’t express enough how much I would recommend her and I will be using her again !

For the trial make-up, I decided to come home and work outside in the yard all day in the hot sun, and even then the make-up didn't budge! Karen came to the house on my wedding day, and did our make-up. She was very reasonably priced, and did an excellent job! Highly recommend! -

Devry Sent on 08/13/2012Over-all Karen was wonderful, she did my wedding on a very short notice which im so grateful for she was extremely friendly, understanding, and patient. I loved her personality. The only reason i did not give 100% 5 star is because she didn't ask anyone if they had a preference of make-up as far as eye shadow color or things like that and i had two girls who didn't care for the way they looked because she used darker colors one girl even took the make-up off after she put it on :/ && also she didnt really discuss pricing with the girls before doing their make-up i got the package that included me and 4 bridesmaids for 320-350 i cant remember the exact price but i do remember it would have been 200 for me alone and the remaining balance that was left split up between 4 girls should have only been 32 a girl but when make-up was done she told them it was 65 a girl?? needless to say my girls were kind of upset over this and my maid of honor went to the bathroom and just cried because the only extra $$ she had on her was for our wedding present and she had to give it to Karen. so basically i had 3 out of 4 girls say if they would have known they wouldnt have done it and i personally felt like i looked just the same as my bridesmaids but i didnt have a trial done so thats my own fault. regardless i still thought she did a good job even on the girls who didnt like it and i would recommend her just make sure you give her more notice then i did so you have time for a trial : )
