We had the MOST MAGICAL wedding here at Kalmia Garden! The space is beyond beautiful, and brought our dream garden wedding to reality. We also have been to this venue as a guest, and can say that both experiences were amazing. Our guests couldn't get over the space. Everyone who works here is kind, and genuinely wants you to have the best day ever. Cannot say enough wonderful things!

The Kalmia Garden at Gastler Farm was the perfect choice for our late summer New England wedding! As a multifaceted, family owned site, this still working flower farm and nursery is absolutely phenomenal for anyone who wishes to have a garden themed, outdoor ceremony and reception for their wedding venue. The Gastler Farm staff and services were exceptional from day one of our planning process and only continued to amaze us with what they could offer to make our special day that much more spectacular. Everything on the property from the sprawling fields and lawns, to the meditation garden and beautifully decorated farmhouse, is kept immaculately well maintained and functional for all who are in attendance.

The Kalmia Garden at Gastler Farm provided us with a plethora of services: from day of florals for decorations and the wedding party picked and constructed on-site, antique furniture for our different decoration/well-wishes areas, lawn games, the gorgeous reception tent and adjacent firepit area, and even ceremonial music. All of this and much more was planned and coordinated through one team, making it centralized, streamlined, and beyond economical for what was offered and created. Communication was very easily accomplished through an online portal as well as video and voice calls whenever and wherever it was needed. The staff from Gastler Farm worked so amazingly well not only with the provided Woodwinds Catering Company but also with our hired on photographer, musical services, and even transportation company.

Everything went so seamlessly and beautifully at the Kalmia Garden at Gastler Farm that we could not have asked for a better venue for our wedding. My wife and I are beyond grateful to have selected the Kalmia Garden at Gastler Farm for our joyous day and cannot express it enough to anyone out there who may be curious about this venue as to just how special your event will be if you choose this site!

We were married in June of last year, and somehow we were blessed not only with beautiful weather, but with the most beautiful place to say “I do.” From the moment we first toured the farm, it was everything we had been searching for. The wide-open spaces invited guests to wander and gather, and the grounds were overflowing with lush gardens and flowers. Leah was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the entire process. Kristen did a stunning job bringing our floral vision to life, perfectly capturing our request for “wildflowers everywhere.” We intentionally kept our additional florals minimal because the venue itself is so naturally breathtaking — and it absolutely stood beautifully on its own. I highly recommend going with them for your florals, they just do the most beautiful job.
Summer weather can always feel unpredictable, but Gastler Farm, in partnership with Woodwinds, made us feel completely at ease no matter what the forecast had in store. As it turned out, we lucked out with a break in last year’s heatwave — but knowing there was a solid plan in place gave us such peace of mind.
We especially recommend choosing the package with Woodwinds catering. Having their team integrated with the venue made everything seamless and stress-free. Randy handled every detail with professionalism and care — whatever you envision for your dream wedding, he truly works to make it happen. The coordination between Gastler Farm and Woodwinds ensured that nothing was overlooked, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy every moment of our day. Gastler Farm feels like a home away from home — warm, welcoming, and intimate — yet elevated enough to transport you somewhere magical. We cannot recommend Kalmia Garden at Gastler Farm highly enough, especially when paired with the Woodwinds, for a stunning, thoughtfully run, and truly unforgettable wedding experience.

Kalmia Gardens is simply amazing and helped make my dream garden wedding possible! Leah, her team, and their partners Woodwinds were so kind and were always very responsive! They made the whole planning process feel easy and the day of the wedding went incredibly smooth! I can't say enough about how beautiful the property was and all the different areas you and you guests can explore. They provided the florals which were very reasonable and beautiful! The feel is very intimate without being claustrophobic. We had 115 people attend and everyone was in awe. We also loved the 3-day availability and the fact there was enough space inside for the bridal party to get ready in separated areas. My husband and I highly recommend this venue, please trust when I say you will not be disappointed!

We couldn’t have picked a better venue to host our dream wedding! Kalmia Garden exceeded our expectations. The partnership with Woodwinds made planning and set up a breeze and all of the staff were helpful and knowledgeable, guiding us through the process and executing our vision perfectly on the day of!  The key differentiator with this venue among others we considered, was the flexibility, creativity, and willingness of the team (and space). They worked with us to come up with alternative floral designs, table layouts, dance floor placement, etc. that truly made our wedding feel one of a kind. The space is a beautiful canvas and incorporating flowers grown on-site was special and in alignment with our sustainability values.

We loved our experience with Gastler, and are so happy to have chosen it for our wedding venue! It is such a beautiful farm/garden and from our experience, Leah and team are 1. very friendly and welcoming and 2. work so hard to make sure your day turns out the way you want… I’d definitely recommend this venue!

We held a 125 person wedding reception at Gastler Farm. We toured in the fall and booked it. Leah kept in touch as the year went by, and was available to answer any questions I had as planning began. Days of, they were AMAZING! The grounds were beautiful, they were so helpful all through the night with garbage and sign touchups and more! I could not recommend this beautiful site more, they were a true pleasure to work with.

The moment we stepped foot on the grounds at Kalmia or Gastler Farm we both knew it was the space for such a special occasion. The surge of excitement followed by a "can we please take a second look"? prompted us to call the wedding search off...we found it! The dream team here at Gastler (special shout outs to Leah, Vanessa, Kristen & Randy) were simply superb. They turned a vision into a beautiful reality!

I am thrilled for this wedding venue and all it's future and fellow Bride's and Grooms to share the love this property has to offer. A true 4th generation farm and the love bestowed upon its grounds eminently shows.

The team here didn't stop at an initial phone call. Multiple meetings and virtual calls allowed us a mutual & proper understanding. Their efforts on the day of were BEYOND! They made sure we had everything we needed and also helped to create the whimsical and cozy vision we spent years planning for.

We cannot say enough great things about
Gastler Farm! We had our June 2022 wedding and reception on the grounds, I wanted a venue where we could bring our own local vendors and make the space really custom-it was perfect. Beautiful greenery/ tons of photo options all over the grounds, great indoor space for getting the wedding party ready, plenty of outdoor space for two tents for cocktail hour and reception, and a mobile bar cart! Leah Gastler was so accommodating with multiple visits for planning, and attentive day-of with last minute details. Great small town venue, hidden gem!

Kalmia Garden at Gastler Farm was our magical venue for our intimate outdoor COVID wedding in October 2020. So much about planning a celebration during that time was stressful, but having the actual day at Gastler put us at peace. Leah was so relaxed, helpful and accommodating – we had an entire day before to work on setup, and the whole following day to break down (and drink leftover champagne on the steps of the beautiful farmhouse).

The grounds are STUNNING – you only need little touches as decoration. There are gardens and ornamental trees everywhere as the backdrop. And so many lovely settings for different parts of the event, like an outdoor ceremony space surrounded by a gorgeous stone wall and hydrangeas, a rustic gazebo with twinkle lights for a bar, a fire pit for late-night fun, & a huge patio to set up a tent & tables for meal and dancing. Our portraits in the trees & gardens with the sun setting make us so happy.

If you’re someone who enjoys DIY, this venue is the dream. If not, you can bring in whatever vendors you want to make your vision happen! The farm is in my hometown, and will always be the most special place to go back and visit. We can’t thank Gastler Farm enough for the memories.

Kalmia Garden at Gastler Farm is a dream, I would recommend this venue a thousand times over!! My husband and I had always envisioned an outdoor wedding that was charming, natural and intimate - yet spacious enough for our ideal guestlist (125). A family friend suggested we take a look at Kalmia Garden at Gastler Farm and I knew from the first look that it was exactly aligned with our dream wedding.

The property is endlessly stunning with beautiful gardens, grass lawn space, a handmade stone wall (where we had our ceremony), a super cute gazebo (where we served cocktail hour), an arboretum (that provided a perfect setting for photos) and plenty of parking. The team at Kalmia Garden was wonderful to work with and was very flexible with how we wanted to personalize the wedding set up, decorations and flow of the day. The on site space available for myself, my husband and our wedding party to prepare was perfect, and allowed for a stress-free day leading up to the ceremony and reception.

My husband and I had the best time at our wedding, and we owe so much of that to Kalmia Garden at Gastler Farm and their team!
