  Amazing musicians, well worth the money!

  We hired a string trio through Kalhaven Strings for our wedding ceremony, and I’m SO happy we did! It just elevated the whole experience and made it feel so romantic and elegant. Megan from Kalhaven Strings was so easy to work with, and I loved that I was able to request specific songs that weren’t listed in their repertoire. They were super quick to adjust my contract when I decided I wanted a string trio rather than a duo, and were just overall extremely responsive. The musicians were VERY talented and definitely well worth the money for our big day!

  Beautiful Music & Great Team

  From the very beginning of booking Kalhaven Strings, they were responsive, professional and very helpful. Communication was always prompt and I felt like they were so easy going throughout the whole process. The music was absolutely beautiful, I loved the classy vibe it gave our ceremony and cocktail hour. We got married on a lake so it was a little breezy and sometimes hard to hear them from inside the tent, but that was to no fault of the musicians and I think putting a mic by them would have just picked up the wind more than their instruments. I received several compliments about them, some guests comparing our wedding to Bridgerton (swoon). Megan and her team are amazing. They traveled a long way to be there on our special day and I loved having them there! If you want a real strings at your event, Kalhaven Strings are your people!

  I was so excited to hire a classical string quartet for my wedding, and KalHaven absolutely knocked it out of the park. Megan was a joy to talk to, and helped me narrow down the multitude of choices for our ceremony. I was blown away by the music, especially the special piece they learned for my procession down the aisle. The music they played before and after the ceremony was lovely as well, my only regret is not hiring them for longer. Highly recommend!
