Great Wedding Lighting!

Kaleidoscope Lighting provided us with lighting for our wedding at Casa Feliz. The company was professional, flexible, and provided exactly what we needed. The lighting looked just like the pictures and were wonderful to experience in person. We worked with Dan Bowden to set up our contract, and he was amazing. Loved the service and would hire them again without hesitation.

Kaleidoscope has beautiful lighting options!

I got married at Casa Feliz in February of 2022. We hired Kaleidoscope Event Lighting for their string lights to line the clear tent from Orlando Wedding Party Rentals and to add some market lighting to the inner courtyard where the bar was. The lighting turned out gorgeous! It added so much sparkle to our evening and truly lit up the outside of Casa Feliz. Would definitely recommend!

Book Kaleidoscope!

We met Dan at Bella Collina’s Bliss event. He was so kind, genuine, knowledgeable, and immediately answered all of our questions. That was when we knew we had to book Kaleidoscope! I tried to keep it really simple, and Dan worked with us on finding us the perfect market lighting layout that was within our budget. Although we ended up moving the reception inside, the uplighting they provided gave the ballroom a romantic feel. Dan and his team set up the market lighting right outside of the reception which was a nice surprise :) I accidentally overpaid at one point and Dan gave me no problems issuing me a refund. Absolutely exceeded my expectations in every way.. highly recommend!!

Lighting like the stars

Beautiful professional lights

We hired Kaleidoscope for our recent wedding at Bella Collina. They provided beautiful lights for us and were really easy to work with. They always replied quickly via email and have several different lighting options available for our venue. We bought our own lanterns and were wondering how we can hang those up. Luckily, Kaleidoscope was willing to help and hung them up on their lights. The end result looks magical in our nighttime photos! All in all, we're very happy with Kaleidoscope and they were one of the easiest vendors we worked with for our wedding.

amazing market lighting!

Ben at Kaleidoscope is awesome and so flexible! He worked with us in designed the package we needed for our event. He was super familiar with our venue and recommended several options to fit our price point. Their lighting display was simply magical and everyone loved it!

We had the pleasure of working with Kaleidoscope to provide the lighting for our wedding at Casa Feliz. This company absolutely knows how to work with this venue and even has special packages for this specific venue. Everything was perfect and already set up before we made it to Casa Feliz and as the night came the lighting looked just stunning. We highly recommend!

The staff at Kaleidoscope Event Lighting were great at answering all of our questions and letting us know about all of the services they offered. They had a comprehensive presentation that detailed all of the different lighting options for our venue (Casa Feliz) along with pictures for us to visualize the different options. We loved their style and vision so we picked the elegant dinner lighting package with a beautiful rain chandelier. The lighting, in combination with the rest of the decorations at the venue was exactly what we were hoping and more. Even when we had to rent a tent at the last minute, Dan and team worked with the vendor to make sure our reception was beautiful. I would recommend Kaleidoscope Event Lighting to everyone, especially if you are getting married at Casa Feliz.

Kaleidoscope did an amazing job lighting our wedding at The Acre with beautiful market lights! I worked with Dan and he was so easy to get in touch with and very professional. Once everything was booked he took it from there and I didn't have to worry about anything, which as a bride was such a nice relief! Would totally recommend working with this company, they will make your wedding look beautiful!

Exceptional work!! Dan was so accommodating and worked with our budget. They could not be more professional. The week leading up to our outdoor wedding at Bella Collina we had an 80% chance of rain. He personally called us and put our minds at ease that they would be standing by to do the lighting either outdoors or indoors the morning of our wedding. Honestly, even if we had to move it indoors, his lighting plan made me equally as excited. True professionals with great customer service! Luckily it didn't rain, and they ultimately transformed an event lawn into a truly classy, timeless, and stunning venue that went beyond our expectations even! We couldn't have been happier! Thank you!!

Kaleidoscope did an amazing job with the lighting at our wedding. The crystal chandelier that was hanging from the tent was stunning and the guests are still talking about how they transformed the tent with all those twinkle lights and the other parts of the property with the market lights. We worked with Dan who made things so easy. We never worried about a thing!

One of the things I knew I NEEDED at my wedding was a chandelier at my outdoor venue, Bella Collina. Dan, Ben and Kaleidoscope Event Lighting are absolutely the number one luxury event/wedding lighting company in Orlando, especially with some of the most impressive chandeliers you’ve seen anywhere. It looked like it was floating in midair and along with the market lighting, they made it look just so magical! I’ve seen pictures of others with ugly posts and heard a horror story from a friend who hired a company that completely left her hanging but I knew I was in good hands after meeting with Dan who knew the venue so well and what would work, and after booking never worried about a thing afterwards. It wouldn’t have been nearly as beautiful without it, thank you Dan, Ben and team!

Our wedding at Casa Feliz was absolutely dreamy. We had asked for a special addition to our lighting package and they were so accommodating. Dan's patience was above and beyond, we went back and forth for a while about what package we wanted and the aesthetic of it all and he went with the flow from beginning to end. Definitely recommend!

Dan did an amazing job with the lighting for our wedding at Bella Collina. The pound area that is already beautiful looked breathtaking after the sun went down creating a beautiful warm and romantic look that we were looking for with the market lights and the uplights provided by them. Ben and the Kaleidoscope team absolutely took my breath away with their original lighting design for my wedding! We had completely unique requests and wanted lighting design that hadn't been seen before! Ben took the creative reigns and just blew us all away with his design! Ben even stayed and changed up our lighting for each dance and event - it was like having our own lighting event team the whole evening! I can't say enough amazing things about them and would recommend them to everyone!

Ben with Kaleidoscope is an absolute genius! My biggest wish for the wedding was to be able to have a chandelier over the dance floor, but there weren’t and trees of anything else to hang it from. Ben found a way to put in discrete posts that almost made it look like the chandeliers were just hanging from nothing! Absolutely beautiful!

Then, on top of that, he went above and beyond anything I expected! He brought two extra small chandeliers to also hang over the dance floor that were beautiful. He also created a projection of out initials that matched our stationary and projected it into the reflection pool. Not only did he do what we expected, and incredibly well, he also put so much clear effort into making our day perfect.

I asked Kaleidoscope to do 3 suspended crystal chandeliers in a space where they had only done 1. Ben took on the challenge, did the appropriate research and made it happen for my wedding day. Did I mention this was outside? Kaleidoscope went the extra mile for me (or maybe 20!) and their string lighting, crystal chandeliers, leko lights, and more are what made my reception a glowing night of elegance. The chandeliers reflecting on dance floor was one of my favorite elements to the whole night.

I could go on and on about Ben but his work speaks for itself. When someone tells you that lighting makes all the difference, listen to them. Even though my venue was gorgeous by itself, nothing compared to my beautiful chandelier, market lights and tent work. My wedding pictures look fantastic! Even the ones taken with an iphone camera because the backdrop was to die for. I can't imagine hiring anyone but Kaleidoscope for any event.

At first I doubted the need for lighting at my ceremony and reception, but I'm so glad I took my coordinator's advice and hired Kaleidoscope Event Lighting! Dan understood that I was going for a simple and elegant look and designed lighting that absolutely fit that style. We chose amber lights and they created a soft, romantic glow...very flattering for the guests and went so well with the flowers, linens, and votives of the reception room. I highly recommend Kaleidoscope!

I went looking for someone to do outside Market lighting for Casa Feliz. Every company I spoke to had an almost square looking design with a possible X through it. I let my light designer know that I wasn't in love with the look they had sent me and he sent me an entirely 'new' design that they hadn't named yet which was exactly what I was looking for. The day of the wedding I was very happy with the lighting it definitely lit up the back courtyard for our dinner and the lanterns that I had envisioned since the beginning of planning definitely were the icing on my day! :)

We couldn’t have been more thrilled with the quality of service that Kaleidoscope Lighting provided at our wedding. I asked for parallel string lighting instead of crisscrossed, and they made it happen. The up lighting on the buildings and stations also was simply light white, instead of a cheesy color. They truly made our event look elegant and sophisticated. It was the perfect touch to our Tuscan themed wedding. The staff was reliable and professional and the lighting turned out wonderfully in our pictures.

Wow what a difference the lighting in our ballroom made! Ben and his team did a great job at matching the blue we wanted and bringing it into the room. Our Monogram was turned into a GOBO and was projected in the stage behind the band and looked amazing. The Kaleidoscope team was great to work with, quick to respond and reasonably priced.

I can't rave enough about what a fantastic experience working with Ben and the team at Kaleidoscope Event Lighting was. I knew I wanted a special feeling for our wedding, but had never considered lighting. Our wonderful wedding planner, Brandee Gaar of Blush by Brandee Gaar, suggested Ben Lawles and Kaleidoscope. Ben, Brandee and I talked about what the vision for the wedding was, and in very short order, Ben sent me a proposal. We worked together to make it very personal and "us". I cannot even explain how truly amazing our wedding was as a result. The lighting was simply breathtaking, and surpassed my every dream! Every single cent we spent with KE was more than worth it, and I'd do it all over again in a heartbeat! In addition to providing a great service, Ben and his team were absolutely wonderful partners. I wish every bride could have such a great experience as we did - but then they'd all have to use Kaleidoscope!

We opted for an outdoor reception at Cypress Grove and the lighting made a HUGE difference. Ben hung market lights and paper lantern/globes and really helped create an intimate atmosphere that we had hoped for when planning our wedding. Just perfect!

Our wedding planner (Susie Weiss of Wonderful Weddings) recommended Kaleidoscope Event Lighting for our reception and their work was incredible. They added beautiful uplighting of the already beautiful Casa Feliz, as well as strings of carnival lights. I really cannot imagine our wedding without the lighting, it added an ambiance and festiveness that was just the perfect touch. Their work is fabulous, call them today!

Melissa at Casa Feliz recommended using Kaleidoscope for our market lights and outdoor up-lighting. Working with Michelle was effortless. After we sent back the contract we received a small package from her ... a movie night themed box complete with Sour Patch Kids, Milk Duds, popcorn, and gift card to Blockbuster! How cool is that?!

Working with Kaleidoscope (KEL) was amazing. From the quick email responses we received -- sometimes close to midnight -- to the execution on the day of, everything was amazing. Kaleidoscope did an amazing job for my wedding! I gave a 4.5 for responsiveness because they had a glitch in their email system that delayed our first communication but they were incredibly accommodating and cut me a deal for the delay! They catered the lighting to my venue perfectly and I could not have been happier!!! Highly Recommended.

Kaleidoscope was great to work with. They provided the atmosphere lighting that we needed to light our dinner. We had an outdoor wedding and needed some additional lighting for the area. They were at the venue bright and early to set up and came back at dusk to check the lights and make sure they work. The lighting was soft and romantic and changed the feel of the entire function.

I had a terrific experience with Kaleidescope. They transformed our outdoor reception with 500 feet of market lighting and it was absolutely gorgeous - exactly what I wanted. I would absolutely recommend working with them.

We had Kaleidoscope put up the lights at our event. Although we debated over the cost (it was expensive), we decided in the end that it was better to have them put up and take down the lights than try to get it done on our own. It turned out to be a good decision, and the lights looked beautiful.

Beautiful Chandelier Dream

Kaleidoscope made my romantic chic wedding come true! Their chandeliers are absolutely gorgeous and made my wedding feel like a dream. The only sad thing was I had called out to use white satin on the wire of the chandeliers, and on the day of my wedding the one over the dance floor had white, but the 3 over my dessert table were black. At the end of the day a minor detail, but as a bride who spends a year and a half planning those minor details are so important, and black vs. white satin really stood out :( Other than that everything else was beautiful so thank you for making my day perfect!
