  10/10 Recommend

  Kailey has captured a number of my life's moments. Including the day I graduated from college. Kailey was there to not only capture this special day, but celebrate it alongside me. She was very easy to communicate with and always responded in a promptly manner. Kailey was a joy to work with and made sure I had the right amount of blush/lipstick on. She also made sure I Was posing well and helped give me ideas! Kailey also shot professional headshot photos for me. She is a blessing to work with, and I would recommend her to anyone. Definitely will be reaching out next time I need photos.

  Kailey is the sweetest person and also a great photographer, which makes the whole photo taking experience so enjoyable. Especially for people who feel awkward in front of the camera! She makes you comfortable and confident and her pictures are amazing!!

  Kailey has been my go-to photographer for years now! She is amazing to work with and always gives me her best work. I appreciate her timeliness of editing and her responsiveness to me during the whole process. Kailey is a professional and I could not recommend her more!!! She has captured so many important shoots for me and the products of her labor are truly INCREDIBLE. Her edits are so clean and fresh, yet romantic if you are shooting at sunset/sunrise. I absolutely love all of my pictures I have ever received from her. Not only is she very personable as a photographer, but she goes above and beyond to make me as her client feel comfortable in front of the camera. A lot of the time, it feels awkward to be in front of the camera, but Kailey has a way of making me feel comfortable and gives great posing ideas every time we have worked together. I appreciate her hard work and attention to detail when it comes to the photos she produces. It is very rare to come across someone as great as Kailey AND someone who produces incredible work!! Please, please, please book with Kailey. It will be worth it and you will have AMAZING photos to look back on!!

  Timely, Professional, Excellent Work

  Kailey provided excellent service. We got it in less than a month. I’ve referred her to all of my friends getting married as well. She was personal, kind, and on top of it the whole time. Her work was beautiful.

  10/10 Photographer, the best and most professional photos I’ve ever had.

  My experience with Kailey Shelburn was nothing short of a dream. I had her capture photos of me and my puppy the first day I got her. Kailey captured the joy and cuteness exactly how I imagined and I have them blasted on every social media page!! I’ve also framed them in my house.
  Kailey herself was extremely kind, bubbly, warm, prepared, and professional. She posed me and a very antsy pup with ease and confidence, never making me feel embarrassed or rushed. She was poignant in directing what we should do next and would go out of her way to ask about my life as she shot. You can tell very clearly that KAILEY DOES THIS NOT ONLY AS HER LIVELIHOOD BUT ALSO AS HER LIFE’S WORK AND SOMETHING SHE LOVES. I felt that her pricing was professional and appropriate for the quality/ quantity of photos I received and have only heard the same from other friends she’s worked with. I received the full gallery same day but I have full confidence she would have provided within the 2wk turnaround she usually goes off of if the shoot would have been longer/ more complex. She’s simply the best in every way as a person and photographer. I think very highly of her and will cherish these photos for ever and ever. I HIGHLY recommend her for weddings, engagements, graduations, friend shoots, bridal showers/ bach parties, family events, or pretty much any occasion that you would want captured beautifully. She is the real deal and that’s that *mic drop*.

  AMAZING!! Easy to schedule with and made us feel so comfortable.

  Kailey was so easy to schedule with. My husband and I got married at the peak of COVID and she stepped in and made that portion of our wedding stress free. Not only were the pictures amazing, she got them back in a timely manner. I will use her any chance I have! Maybe for some upcoming maternity photos?

  Loved Kailey!

  Kailey is unprofessional and unprepared. She showed up to the scheduled session without charging her camera battery nor bringing a spare. Only got 15 minutes in when her camera died. She did refund half of the price and sent over the photos she take and we rescheduled to do the shoot again. About a week after, Kailey contacted me to ask about rescheduling again because she said she booked a wedding for someone else. She said to me, in writing, that she’s making more money off that than my engagement photos so she’s going to do that and cancel my session. She proceeded to say that I was being difficult.
  Kailey is not respectful of her clients or their time. Nor does she care about what these events mean to people. Engagements and weddings are some of the most important events in peoples lives and Kailey is purely about what is going to make her the quickest buck. She’s not reliable so I would highly recommend finding a different photographer who knows how to manage a calendar, charge a camera battery, and most of all, who actually cares about their clients and treating people with respect.

  Hello Jessica! So sorry to hear about your unsatisfactory experience we spoke about. Your scheduled 30 minute mini engagement shoot ended at 8:23 a.m., leaving only 7 minutes left of the shoot. I was sad my battery died and this was the first time in 5 years of doing photography professionally that I didn't have my backup batteries. I went ahead and refunded half of the shoot, provided a gallery of 70 images in which both outfits were incorporated, and offered a free shoot to compensate you for the mistake I made. Shortly after you booked the free shoot, I booked a wedding. For all photographers, weddings are a large portion of the income we have to live on. I could not justify saying no to a wedding, in order to do a complimentary free shoot, knowing we had over a month to reschedule with many available dates for you to choose from and you had already received a full gallery of photos to choose from. I too have gone through the stages of getting married and understand what a sweet, and precious moment this is in life. I did all I could do give you exceptional service and that is the most I can do as a business owner. Best wishes as you continue your wedding planning journey. :)
