K&V Limousine was an integral part of our wedding weekend and they performed magnificently! We booked them for our rehearsal lunch and our wedding day to transport our guests, we could not be happier with their service! From the time we made the reservations they were professional and responsive to questions. Our driver, Gregory Andre Beasley, was prompt, courteous and friendly, so much so we invited him to join the other guests at our wedding! The 24-seat shuttle was clean, comfortable and a much appreciated service after several hours of celebrating. I highly recommend K&V limousine for your special events!

Outstanding Service

We originally had another shuttle company booked for our wedding, but then I stopped hearing from that company at the last minute, and my wedding coordinator suggested I reach out to KV Limo. It was so last minute on my end, so I was so pleasantly surprised by how responsive KV limo was in getting me a quote, getting their drivers cleared to go on the military base for our reception, and answering any questions I had. Their staff was truly wonderful. On the day of, the drivers were all on time or early and everything went smoothly. I could not be more appreciative!

All we wanted was a town car to take us from our reception to our hotel and KV fit the bill. The driver was friendly and punctual and the car was clean. We rented the car for just an hour and it was $90, including tax and tip.

We hired KV to do our 9/3/11 wedding. We hired a 20-person stretch hummer limo to take us from downtown DC out to the Baltimore, MD area and back (after the wedding), w/a few stops on the way home to drop people off. The driver was totally on time (early actually), and was extraordinarily helpful in loading people and things into the limo after the day was over. When we made stops on the way home (people had to go to the bathroom), he was totally cool with it - and was very personable. The limo itself was very new, very elegant, and not cheesy at all (which I was worried about, considering it's a stretch hummer). The driver was very well dressed and very easy to talk to and work with. KV also had a MUCH cheaper rate than another company I got a quote from - half the price! I would definitely use them again.

We used KV for our June 4th wedding and they were great. They arrived 15 minutes early and the driver was very nice and polite. We had the white Escalde limo and it was beautiful. Our contact was Shawn and he was great to work with. I would highly reccomend them to anyone looking for a limosine.

FANTASTIC SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!! I booked a limo for my wedding with a group of 16 people and EVERYONE had a BLAST!!!! I would recommend K&V limo to anyone who is looking for the perfect company to rent a limousinie. They Chauffer was friendly, kind and very helpful, nice.

I hired KV limo for my little sisters wedding, the limo was wonderful everything that was discribed to me, my sister and her friends had a wonderful time ridding the limo, the limo driver was also very professional and friendly, I will definetly be using KV Limo next time I need limo service also the best rate for A1 service.

All I have to say is forget the rest and stick with best. Why? Because, there are one or two limo companies that are a little cheaper, maybe by $50 or so, but spend that extra $50, because the quality of service given by K & V limousines is amazing. Manny and Nishan, was easy to work with. They provided us with two 12-passenger limos as an upgrade. We consider their rates very reasonable, especially since we used K & V Limousine Company during prom season. I looked at a lot of limo companies and finally booked this one, based on the reviews on their website and on Google. Ralph drove the limo with the bride and bridesmaid. He was extremely nice and helpful. He seemed to be the lead and stayed in touch with the groom's limo to ensure he was where he needed to be. The day of my wedding, I had a change in locations that the limos had to go too. There was no problem, no extra cost, and my guests told me the chauffeurs (Ralph and Jerry) was wonderful. The limos were beautiful, on time, and got us to each site as efficiently as possible. I would use and recommend them again.

My husband and I called several and research on limo companies in the Maryland area after dealing with a tremendous amount of incompetence, it was so refreshing to find K & V Limousines with the best values. They were always prompt in returning calls or emails and the wedding day went very smoothly. I believe that K & V limo will give you good deal for the price you pay. The vehicle was beautiful (2009 Escalade Limousine 20 passenger) and there were some special touches (red carpet, non-alcoholic champagne, bottled water, etc). Our driver (Tito) is what really put this company over the top in my book, he showed up early, helped me with my dress, was very flexible, very funny, dressed up and even stayed a few minutes extra. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for exceptional quality service at an equally satisfying price.

We made an on-line inquiry and received a quick response. A couple days later I called and spoke with Manny to book the reservation with K & V Limo for my Wedding to bring our parents in to the city and then return them home to Baltimore. The parents are in their 80s so we were pretty concerned everything would go well - we had nothing to worry about. The driver, Eddi, was on time, very professional and did a great job. He was great with the parents and everything went very well - they really liked him. We would definitely use K & V limousine again! Thanks

My husband booked the limousine for our wedding, and I'm pleased he chose K & V Limousine. We needed a Lincoln stretch limousine, and an additional SUV to transport some family members. It was not a problem booking either car, and they were flexible with the scheduling, since we didn't need the SUV the entire time. The cars were well stocked and looked fantastic. They were on time and the drivers (Ralph and Luis) were complete professionals. Not having to worry about our transportation that day made it so much easier. Thank you K & V Limousine!

This was the second time we rented a limo from KV for one of our daughter’s birthday parties and were so thrilled that we could drive with Eddie again. He is the most courteous, kindest, patient and skilled limousine driver I have ever seen. KV's service is superb, starting from booking a limo with Manny and Nishan, who made sure that all our requests were met in a very efficient and professional manner, down to our wonderful driver Eddie who made my daughters' birthday parties a success. I would highly recommend KV to anyone, and will choose them again when I need a limo.

My name is David Miller i had a service on jan 23 2010 for my wedding. There services was exceptional and we all thought that Jerry was a phenomenal driver!!! He was patient, flexible and very skilled at navigating those HUGE vehicles through the narrow DC streets. Everyone in our group had very positive things to say about him and there vehicles. I reserved a 2009 hummer for my wedding. It was awesome Limousine, clean, beautiful and exotic. Nishan was very helpful and helped me to book the limo. When my wife saw the limo she was amazed the way it looked. And when she was getting out of her house driver (Eddie) rolled down the red carpet for her. He was very polite, generous, on time, in uniform and patient. They also put balloons and non-alcoholic champagne inside the limo. The Limo was exactly what K & V has promised. We had for 8 hours and they gave us one hr free for a very reasonable price. If you are looking to rent a limousine I will strongly recommend K & V limousine because I will rent once again. K & V were really great with our last minute planning. They accomodated our requests and even had helpful suggestions. The limo was early, the driver was very courteous and gracious, and we had tons of fun. We rented the limo for several hours, threw in all our guests 14 ppl (1 kid), and drove around the monuments at night. We stopped and took group pics in front of the monument, the Jefferson memorial, the Capitol, and he even acqueisced to stop in front of the Reagan building for a quick shot. It was clean, full of water and champagne and the sound system was fine. They really came through for us, especially with only 2 weeks notice. I highly recommend them.

I dealt with Shawn and he was great to work with. He gave me a good deal for the Escalade and we were able to accomodate my whole family in there without a trouble.
On the day of, the driver arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. He helped all the ladies on my party to get in the limo, and held the door at all times.
He got a little lost at one point, but not a big deal since it was after the ceremony.
Oh, one thing they forgot was my apple cider :( ... lol. Ballons, red carpet and plenty of water were there.. I'm glad cuz it was hot on our wedding. Great service and price!

K&V Limousine Service is very flexible on the type of service requested. We only need point to point service, and they are the only one among the 3 vendors i asked who provided such service. The driver arrived 30 min earlier than the contract time, and there were white balloons in the limo. The limo itself was in good condition as well. We were pleased with the service.

I did quite a bit of research for our transportation and had my heart set on a White Stretch Escalade Limo. KV Limos had by far the best pricing in the DMV! Despite the reasonable cost, the service remained excellent, prompt and professional!

The picture didn't represent what we received, but we hit over an hour of traffic and our chauffeur didn't overcharge us, which was REALLY cool of him! Plus, he even stopped at one last monument in DC for us---very nice.

We were happy with the service. The limo was very lovely. The driver was polite. The only thing that could have improved was the route the driver selected to get to the destinations as what would have been a 45 minute drive max from the 1st pickup to the church took over an hour. Also, I had sent the directions from the church to the reception however the driver had no knowledge of them & seemed to over rule my directions coming from a woman vs coming from my husband. Overall the service was satisfactory. Hopefully in the future time will be invested by the driver in order to maximize time.

I requested bids from probably 20 limo companies and KV was one of the lowest while still having a great reputation and reviews. I explained my needs and
booked a 28passenger shuttle bus to shuttle guests between the hotel and our
venue (about 1 mile away) before, during and after the wedding (a total of 7 hours).
The gentleman who I spoke with was very nice; however there was an error on the
contract I missed they put the wrong year! I booked the shuttle in September 2012
and specified on the phone and in emails that the wedding was Saturday, October
12, 2013, but the contract stated Friday, October 21, 2012. Now I admit that with all
the emails at the end of the day it was my screw up for signing the contract and I do
accept responsibility for that. The mistake was found when they charged my credit
card the balance on Friday, October 21, 2012. I called them to find out why I was
charged and they fixed the reservation immediately and the credit was back on my
credit card three days later (probably a delay because it was a weekend). Overall
very happy since they could have been jerks about this mistake but they were very
friendly and accommodating.

KV Limo was a good vendor. The limo arrived on time and was waiting for us at the hotel. The driver seemed to have a little difficulty maneuvering the Hummer Limo but then again it was in the middle of Hurricane Irene! They were sure to have the entire itinerary correct and the biggest trouble was that they were late picking up the guys and then late picking up a few guests from the hotel. I blame most of this on the weather as it was raining very hard and everyone made it to the church fine!

At one point when we were putting a few of the bridal party members in the limo, the driver was sitting in the front seat and not there to hold the door for us - again no big deal.

We were supposed to have the red carpet service - with balloons, just married sign, sparkling cider etc but again it was raining so I am not surprised we didnt nor did it make a difference. In fact, our limo was so full balloons would have been troublesome!

All in all, KV limo was professional, good to work with and timely. Their prices were very reasonable and they were great as far as changing schedules/itineraries.

I requested a 6-8 passenger white limo but the limo company chose to send a gaudy super stretch limousine that was more suited for a large group going to high school prom. I was almost embarrassed when I saw it. There were mirrors and neon accents everywhere. The air inside the limo was stale and the air conditioning didn't reach the area where I sat so the curls in my hair dropped before I could even make it to the church for ceremony. I would use this company if I were hiring a limo to take kids to the prom, not for a wedding.

We found KV Limo through a google search and I got very excited when I found "specials" on their website that seemed like an extraordinary value, however, when I called they came up with 1,000 reasons why they cannot honor a deal that's posted on their website!! Finally I got someone on the line who would honor their deal, and I got a great bang for the buck for the limo. However, when it came time to sign the contract, the contract did not state some of the things that we had agreed upon, the kinds of things that all vendors place in their contract that protect the recipient, like "in case of emergency, if KV Limo fails to provide the agreed upon service, __ __ deposit will be refunded." When I called to argue it they said that their manager would be really mad if they changed the contract. So I made them send me an e-mail with that sentence so I'd have it in writing legally, and they did so. The day of the wedding I gave the driver a check for the balance and he took it and said thank you. The next day I found a charge on my credit card for the balance! They charged my credit card without telling me!!! I called KV Limo to tell them that I had already written the driver a check, and they said they don't accept checks, and instead of telling me that on my wedding day they chose to just charge my credit card!! Overall, the limo ride was good, the value was great, but in my opinion they are a fairly poorly run company...

I'm pretty torn on this review. The service was professional and friendly, but not having air conditioning in July is not acceptable.

Pros:
- The limo was very nice, clean, with nice ammenities.

- The driver was polite and professional, showed up on time, and drove us to all the locations without getting lost.

Cons:

We got married on one of the hottest days in the past several years (105+ degress) and the limo air conditioning didn't work. While I don't expect the driver to be a mechanic, he didn't seem to acknowledge the problem at all - just sort of shrugged. It made our ride exteremely uncomfortable and one of our groomsmen almost passed out.

We emailed the company with a complaint, after waiting the required 48-hour limit (apparently the company won't hear complaints within the first 48 hours), but have yet to hear anything back.

UPDATE: I sent my complaint on August 9 and have not heard a word from the company as of September 6. I wasn't as upset with the lack of air conditioning as the fact that my emails have been ignored.

I found this vendor on-line. I should have known better than to have ordered a limo from a person who has the business out of their house. He had 4 limo's available at the house; two of which fit my wedding party size. However, one appeared to be in some minor need of repair engine wise when it was cranked up. I contracted for the other Hummer stretch limo which was about a year old and appeared to be in great condition; it was also several hundred dollars less than other comparable vehicles in our area. I thought I was getting a great deal. On the day of the wedding, the air conditioning went out and it was in July in DC (HOT and MUGGY). Obviously, I complained to the driver who gave me the excuse that he only drove the vehicles -- he didn't do maintenance. He called the owners who offered to cancel the contract once we got to the church with no cost to me. He had no other vehicle to send for us as they were all contracted out for that day. The owner's proposal would have been fine; however, who can find rides for 22 people at that late a time from the church to the reception and also the picture-taking spot as well? So we bargained the price down to half the cost of the contract, and we would put up with driving the party w/ no air conditioning the remainder of the time. I learned a lesson.

First, I thought K&V overall was friendly, professional, and a great value. So why the low stars? Because the Quality of Service was so poor that I will never rely on them for anything again, and never recommend their services to anyone. Our reception was on a dinner cruise - it's a good thing we budgeted an extra hour for contingency because we arrived 5 minutes before departure (not boarding) time. This is after 30 minutes of the driver trying to maneuver out of a parking lot when he got stuck (and hit a car), and got lost twice. He had a gps, but did not know how to use it. In the end, a groomsman took charge of navigation. On the way back he charged us $50 for making an extra stop at a hotel (customary, but in light of previous issues, should have been waived). Well, he couldn't find the hotel. My bride and I were so pissed by that point that we got out of the limo and walked the rest of the way to the hotel, with luggage. Afterward we found out that he got lost on the way back to the original point of departure, with the rest of the bridal party. To their credit, the company refunded the extra $50 charge, but nothing was done to compensate for the stress and aggravation from the rest of the evening.

Terrible!

Absolutely horrible company!!!
I was driving a couple weeks ago on a street near my house and had one of the limo drivers start to come into my lane and pin me against a curb. I honked my horn to try to avoid getting me and my car hit and squished against a curb and he proceeded to stop in the middle of the road as if I had done something wrong. He literally stopped in the middle of two lanes on a busy public road. He got out of his truck to say something rude. I have no idea what this guys problem was, but it was a scary, awful experience. I attempted to call to report him to management and they seemed to not care, telling me to call back later. When I called back- I attempted three times- no one ever answered. I left a message and no one ever called back.

My father ordered the limo as a gift for my wedding. A wedding is a special day in a woman's life and one hopes that those working in the industry would understand that fact and be prepared to provide exceptional service.

In general, the limo driver did not know her way around Washington, DC. Several of our guests were forced to tell her directions and how to get to our destinations. The route to the ceremony was questionable, at best. After the ceremony, we went to the US Capitol Building to take pictures. Once we were done, we asked the driver to proceed to the Jefferson memorial. It was not our job to keep eyes on the route - but all of a sudden I noticed from the window that we were in NE DC in the direction of RFK! That's absolutely the opposite direction of the Jefferson memorial and not remotely the best route from the US Capitol. Also, when making several turns, the driver could not make a turn and ended up on the curb, an accident waiting to happen.

We lost so much time going in the wrong direction that we could not make up the time to make it to the other monuments that my father outlined to you in the original limo order. We never made it to the following destinations outlined in our order: Jefferson Memorial, Lincoln Memorial and the White House. Due to timing, we had to make a decision to go directly to the reception venue.

Please understand that this was for my wedding day, which is a once in a lifetime event for me. The lack of understanding how to get around the city and taking poor turns and putting us in danger while missing the monuments where I was supposed to take pictures in my wedding dress were extremely disappointing to me. I will never be able to make that time up again.

Very disappointed.

I as very disappointed with the service provided (and overcharge) by this company for my daughter's wedding. We contracted for 3 mini-busses to drive approx 85 guests to a farm in Maryland, leaving at 4:15 pm from a Gaithersburg hotel. We also contracted for greeting signs identifying the wedding party. At the appointed time, only 2 busses were there, and no greeting signs. We were able to fit everyone on 2 busses, which left at 4:15. The third bus arrived at the venue some time later. We asked one of the drivers to leave earlier than the appointed time, and the other 2 to leave at 10:30, the arranged time. All did so, but one of the busses apparently got lost because it arrived at the hotel later than the bus that had left the venue last. Our credit card was charged an additional $95 for one additional hour. I emailed the manager twice to ask to be reimbursed for the one hour, and there was no response. I called and was told they would get back to me later that day or the next, but I heard nothing. Don't ever give this company your credit card. Better yet, find another company.

This company misrepresented themselves and seems to be mismanaged. First, after we had made a reservation on the website, and received a confirmation, they called us to tell us they had "forgotten" to include tax and tip, and the actual price was 30% more than what was quoted and confirmed. Then, after we agreed to the price hike and the reservation was confirmed, they called us again the following week to say "Oh, sorry, we don't actually have a limo for you." By that time, it was too late for us to reserve another limo for my daughter's prom. The company is untrustworthy and dishonest.
