So much fun!

I booked with Jwoo for my wedding in Auburn, AL and I'm so glad I did!! Everything was very organized and I had several meetings to let them know what we wanted. They set me up with DJ Hendrixx who is amazing and took care of all the songs we needed for the ceremony & reception. We had an amazing time and for an affordable price! Go on ahead and book with them ASAP before their schedule is filled!!!

Outstanding service and team!

We had an outstanding experience. London was quick to reply to emails and easy to communicate with. Their pricing is very competitive. DJ was quick to respond, scheduled calls, and very experienced. DJ Marley was our DJ. He did an outstanding job. He kept the music flowing and the energy up after the ceremony. He used our music list as we had discussed. He did great taking song requests. He arrived early. He was self-sufficient in setting up. The sound system and music for our ceremony was spot on. The reception music and entertainment was top notch. We are so happy we chose JWoo Entertainment and DJ Marley. If you need a DJ, we highly recommend checking them out.

Jerry did a fantastic job! We had two phone calls before the event, and he was able to take our ideas and turn it into a flawless experience! Dj Woo was very professional. His prices are we’re very reasonable, especially for our destination wedding. He did everything we asked for our destination wedding, even last minute music changes. He was prompt and on time for the rehearsal, wedding and reception. He played music that kept our guest dancing all night long. It was great for the most part, honestly.

3 things that prevented us from saying this was a 5 star experience:

1. We spoke to 3 different people from the company including the DJ throughout the process & we had to relay the same information each time/stage.

2. We Gave the company/DJ an edited music selection prepared by Mother/Groom’s dance instructor, but the DJ went forward in playing the original version of the song which went on too long. Mother & Groom had to improvise an already rehearsed dance.

3. DJ does not quickly realize/acknowledge Que’s on when to cut/ transition music even when bride & Groom are looking directly at him.(1st dances for the most part).

Just read the paragraph below

Not very communicative company as a whole. My wife gave every detail of what she wanted as far as songs and timing. Lol he announced our last name wrong in our reception entrance, which he did apologize for. He got our first dance song wrong. I got multiple complaints that he was being rude about song requests. A lot of microphone issues. Also rarely used the microphone to announce anything. We were supposed to have a projected monogram, never came in. He watched football on the other side of the reception from the DJ stand most of the time. And the original DJ who we thought we were going to have moved to Colorado, and it was never communicated with us. So the communication between the “secretary” and DJs was not the greatest. The only good thing we can say about the DJ, was that once the dancing music started, it went smoothly since it was already all laid out based off of the forms we filled out and songs we wanted.
