Ally Sent on 04/16/2015I couldn't have chosen a better salon for wedding day hair and makeup for myself and my bridal party. The entire salon staff are wonderful, and right from the start Kristy was incredible at planning and organizing my group, and was even able to cater to some unexpected last minute requests. I had initially planned to do my own makeup, figuring every little bit helps savings wise - but hiring Brooke at JW Salon was the best hundred bucks I spent. Our photos and video were such a top priority that it really did make sense to hire a professional to make sure I looked just how I wanted, and to knock off one potential wedding day stresser. Generally I don't wear too much makeup, and Brooke listened to how I wanted to look and the final product was absolutely amazing - I looked just like me, but better! Russell did my hair, and once again styled it exactly how I had envisioned. I brought a few photos of styles I liked and he went to work based on what would work best with my very thick hair. The salon was able to style myself, two bridesmaids, two grandmothers and my MIL in two hours - all whom loved their experiences! My morning at JW was the absolute best way to start the wedding day - I couldn't have been happier with the services JW Salon provided. -

I had a small wedding party but I was treated just as important as any big fancy wedding. They were very responsive and accommodating with the appointment times which was so wonderful because I was planning my wedding from out of state.
Most importantly everyone loved their hair and the fees were very reasonable compared to other salons in Savannah. Billy did my bridal hair and did a fantastic job! If I lived in Savannah I would definitely see him on a regular basis- he is just great. Kristin did my makeup and it turned out amazing as well even though I switched up my look on her at the last minute. She is so talented and sweet you can totally trust she will make you look amazing. -

Amanda Sent on 08/31/2011JW Salon and Spa is the preferred salon and spa of Avia in Savannah. It is within walking distance and set off from the main tourist traffic. We received massages here prior to the wedding and they were the best of our lives!
I, along with my mom, sister, and sister-in-law, had my hair and makeup done here. The staff were great throughout my trial and even better during the actual big day. We received so many compliments on our hair, and especially our makeup. Our wedding was outdoors at the end of August, and our faces stayed intact during the entire ceremony and into the evening.
All of the staff are very talented and professional and I'd recommend JW Salon and Spa for any of the services we had the opportunity to take advantage of. -

User6616993 Sent on 04/17/2012Though they do travel to location, we decided to go to the salon on the day of the wedding. Its a beautiful spot and was really close to our hotel.
the makeup artists here are so talented and they worked hard to beautify myself and my bridal party.
All of the hair was fabulous as well and the girls were all looking gorgeous and happy. We were able to relax and drink house mimosas on saturday morning, which was a wonderful time. deffinitely a great spot!
