I can’t say enough great things about Justin. From our first conversation, he made us feel super comfortable. We specifically wanted a photographer who could give us direction on what to do, while making the photos still feel super natural. This was definitely not an area within our comfort zone, so we wanted to lean heavily on our photographer.
We did an engagement shoot with Justin a few months before our wedding - a chance for us to practice, get to know him, and get a few great pics! Within the first few minutes, we already felt like Justin was a close friend. We were laughing with him throughout our whole shoot, and the time flew by so easily! Not the mention the photos were even more amazing than we could’ve imagined.
Leading up to wedding weekend, Justin made sure he knew everything we were looking for. Day of, he honestly went above and beyond his role of photographer and was SO helpful in wrangling family members, getting the wedding party where they needed to be, etc. He honestly felt like a wedding planner at times (in the best way!!) We were so excited to get a sneak peek of photos so soon after the wedding! We also received our full gallery WEEKS faster than some of our friends have received theirs from other vendors.
Our photo end products were an absolute dream, and we will cherish them forever. We have received ENDLESS compliments, obviously about our photos themselves, but also Justin as a person and his presence at our wedding! We truly can’t recommend him highly enough!!

Justin was a dream to work with! My husband and I worked with Justin for our wedding this past October and he captured the whole weekend perfectly. After meeting with Justin and getting a feel for his photography style and bubbly, outgoing personality, we knew immediately that he was the right choice to be our photographer. My husband and I aren't the best at being in front of the camera and certainly not used to having a camera around us for a whole weekend, but Justin was the best at making us feel comfortable and getting us to be our natural selves for the pictures. Logistically, Justin was also amazing at keeping us all on track / on time while getting every photo in our shot list. We got our photos back this week (less than a three week turnaround time - that's unheard of!) and I haven't stopped looking at them since. Every photo is so gorgeous and perfectly capture all the smiles, laughter, and beauty of the weekend. I'm so grateful to have these photos to cherish for years to come. Thank you, Justin! -

Justin with The Happy Bloom was so fun and kind! He made my husband and I both comfortable in front of the camera, which is no small feat. I have never been a fan of being the center of attention or having my picture taken. Well, that was not the case during our wedding! I wasn't just comfortable, I had fun! -

Justin was a saint. We adored working with him. He got every. single. picture. I wanted, and some that i didn't even know I wanted! LOL I'm still in shock from the final gallery from our wedding. It was absolutely everything I wanted from our wedding. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Justin and The Happy Bloom! -

Absolutley Amazing Photography and Service!
Justin and Amanda are an absolutely amazing and professional photography duo! I fell in love with their light and airy style and attention to details, immediately, when I was searching for the most perfect wedding photographer for our wedding. Not only is their style and attention to details above par, they have amazing personalities and are definitely two people you will enjoy having around you on your wedding day! During our engagement photo session and on our wedding day, Justin made my husband and I feel so comfortable as we both are not ones to love being in front of a camera. He helped us laugh and even helped wipe sweat off my husband because it was SO hot haha! Justin and Amanda were also very welcoming of the fact that we wanted our pup in as many photos as we could and that meant a lot to me and my husband. One of the other things that I really appreciated was that Justin and Amanda are very good at making sure that everyone they are taking photos of are focused and in the right spot when they need to be. As a bride you have lots of things to worry about, day of, but with Justin and Amanda as your photographers you won't need to worry about anything photography. They have you covered 100%!! We are absolutely in love with all of our engagement and wedding photos! He captured so many amazing moments and our unique details/style perfectly! Our family and friends had nothing but amazing things to say about Justin and Amanda and they also are SO in love with every photo we have shared with them. We are so thankful and grateful to have had Justin and Amanda a part of our wedding day! 100% you need to book The Happy Bloom as your wedding photographers - you will not be disappointed! -

Jenny Sent on 03/14/2018Justin & Amanda are a dynamic duo! As soon as we saw their website, we fell in love with their photography style. We loved their light, bright and airy aesthetic and the crispness of their film photographs. I'm a pretty awkward human being so I was dreading being in front of a camera for long periods of time and especially on my own, which is expected when you're a bride, but Justin pumped up my ego and made me feel super comfortable and confident! All of the bridal party commented on loving working with them and how fun the process was! They are a joy to be around!
We had spied a picture on Instagram at our ceremony location that we adored (attached) and we sent the picture to Happy Bloom and said we'd love pictures here if we could and they went above and beyond to find that location for us and get us access to it. And I'm glad because some of those pictures are our absolute favorite!! We also appreciated you always being on time, actually always early, and being happy and positive and calm during the day. You were always very professional and that was refreshing!
Happy Bloom was the one wedding cost we went over budget, by quite a lot, but I don't regret it one bit. We are obsessed with our photos and enjoyed having Happy Bloom with us every step of the way!! Thank you for capturing fantastic memories for us to look back at for years to come!!! -

Annie Sent on 01/06/2018Hiring Justin + Amanda from the Happy Bloom to photograph our wedding was the first decision we made in the wedding planning process, and boy are we glad we did!
After drooling over a Facebook friend's wedding photos, I immediately fell in love with their romantic, light-filled approach, beautiful approach, and the fact that they shot on film sealed the deal.
We met the Happy Bloom team when visiting Savannah to take engagement photos - which I highly recommend doing, especially if you're the slightest bit nervous in front of a camera - and Justin made us feel immediately felt at ease. In addition to falling in love with our photos, Justin was very responsive, provided many recommendations of other local vendors to work with (super helpful when planning from afar!), and was very professional, yet friendly.
On our big day, Justin kept our wedding party laughing throughout the shoot, and captured so many moments without us even realizing he was there! We couldn't be happier with the final product, and were AMAZED by how quickly we received our photos back. While the price was slightly beyond our budget, we are SO glad we decided to splurge and know these photos will bring us (and our family!) a lifetime of happiness. Can't recommend Happy Bloom enough! -

Amanda Sent on 01/03/2016Justin & Amanda are the perfect team! Most weddings I've been in- photography has been all over the place. These two had it mapped out perfectly and got EVERY photo imaginable. They made it so easy! Not only are they great photographers, they're amazing people. These two were incredibly nice and made us feel so relaxed in front of the camera. I have not received my prints yet- but I know the quality is going to be MAGIC! They have amazing style and are worth every penny! At the end, they feel more like friends than just another vendor.
