Fun, Fun and more Fun!

If you want professionalism, organization and most of all, a FUN time, Brian at Just Wright Entertainment is your guy!

Brian was responsive and organized from the get go. We travel full-time and we were planning our wedding from "afar!" With Just Wright Entertainment, it was easy to do through phone calls, emails, drop box for music selections and more.

Brian is super personable and easy to work with. He kept everyone on the dance floor until the very end!

I would totally recommend Just Wright Entertainment for any occasion. Be sure to book the photo booth too!

Best wedding DJ!!

Brian was the best wedding DJ we could've asked for! He was a huge help in every step of the process, and he had everything in mind when it came to preparing for the big day. We truly enjoyed the few 'music meetings' we had with Brian to establish exact plans, discuss songs, and ask any questions. The wedding ceremony and reception both ran so smoothly, and we can't thank Brian enough for going above and beyond to make our big day special to us and everything we wanted!

Rachel and I got married on 8/5/2022. We knew we wanted Brian for our wedding DJ after sitting with him for 10 minutes. He was so friendly and professional and listened to all of our ideas and helped make them all come to life. We had several personal and unconventional music choices and he accommodated all of them. When we did need help selecting music, like for our entrance and cake cutting, Brian gave us several options and helped us pick the perfect music for us. The music at our wedding was perfect and so many guests complemented Brian. He stayed in constant contact with our photographers so no moments were missed and even pointed out the beautiful sunset to our photographers when everyone was inside so that we got some amazing sunset photos. I cannot say enough great things about his work, professionalism and him as a person!

Everything we wanted

Brian provided music at a Celebration of Life and previously had supplied the music for my son’s wedding. He was quick to respond to any correspondence, played those songs that we requested and chose others that were perfect for the people we had in attendance. I would highly recommend Brian at Just Wright entertainment.

Fantastic dj

We hired Brian to DJ our wedding and it was easily the BEST decision that we made for our wedding day. Whenever we had questions he was very responsive and quick to answer, he even was able to accommodate our date change due to the pandemic without issue. He was very personable (even remembering our parents names) and we actually feel like we were able to get to know him vs him just being the DJ we hired. He knows how to read the guests and the music styles and always had the perfect songs playing to keep everyone on the dance floor. He worked SO well with the wedding coordinator/photographer/videographer and everything went off without a hitch. I could not recommend Just Wright Entertainment enough for anyones DJ needs!

Amazing DJ!!

Brian was absolutely amazing - I cannot say enough about how pleased we were to work with him. We planned our wedding at Belhurst from CT so all of our contact prior to the wedding was by phone and email and Brian made it so easy! He was always responsive and we had great conversations where he completely understood what we were looking for. We even challenged him by selecting an Italian song for me to dance to with my father and he found the song and edited it seamlessly so we only danced to portion of it. My daughter also had a surprise planned for my husband so Brian and I were emailing on the side and he kept the secret throughout all of our conversations with my husband. Brian is professional, fun, easy to talk to... everything you could possibly be looking for in a DJ and I very highly recommend him for any event!

Lots of fun!

Just Wright Entertainment was at my sister's wedding 4 years ago. After meeting with 3 other DJs Brian was exactly what we wanted too. He played what we wanted and kept the party going. We had the photo booth too and it was great. I recommend Just Wright Entertainment.

His name says it.. he did everything Wright!

Brian was wonderful to work with. After our initial meeting with him we knew he was our DJ. He provided us with information before we met and when we did Brian helped us with things we weren't sure of (songs for our ceremony) and had a microphone for my uncle and for Sam. Inside, we had uplights and a photo booth. Brian kept the dance floor busy. When we had fireworks outside, Brian announced so no one would miss them. I'd recommend Just Wright to anyone.

Best dj in rochester

Brian was simply AMAZING. He was so organized and flexible in terms of accommodating all of our wishes on our special day. My husband and I were so impressed with his performance, as were our wedding guests. Brian’s professionalism stands out above all. He had all of his equipment set up well ahead of time, he was well dressed and was able to coordinate with my other vendors to make the day go as smoothly as possible. Most importantly, he was able to get guests of all ages on the dance floor. Brian even called me the week of the wedding to go over everything one last time to be certain he got everything right. His services were very reasonably priced. I am confident in saying Brian is the best DJ in Rochester and would recommend using Just Wright Entertainment for your special day!

Brian Wright was an absolute DREAM DJ. We live in central Pennsylvania, and our wedding was in New York. He worked closely with us to learn what songs we wanted, when we wanted them played, and what songs we DIDN'T want (Blurred Lines is a problematic song and we all know it). He played the versions we wanted, and he really read the room. People were dancing until the very end.

He also did the sound for our ceremony, and it was at the perfect volume for everyone to hear our vows, but not be overwhelmed by the sound.

Brian is an absolutely wonderful DJ and person. He will have you cracking up on the phone, or in person. He is a wonderful person to work with. My husband and I highly recommend him.

Just Wright Entertainment is all that and more. Brian was extremely helpful and helped guide us through all the wedding reception details. He was more than a DJ, he really was an entertainment director for us. On our wedding day he knew the order of everything better than us and helped keep the day right on track. He pronounced everyone's name correctly and kept the dance floor packed. We chose Amber Uplight color through dinner then the lights beat to the music the rest of the night! His photo booth was a blast and we just received all the pictures on a thumb drive from him. My sister chose him on the spot for her wedding next year. Thanks for helping make our day!!!

Brian was fantastic to work with. When we first met Brian, he offered us suggestions we hadn't even thought of. His insite to how our venue set for the ceremony and reception was very helpful. When we met, we shared our ceremony music with Brian. Brian noticed it was only 3 minutes long and without our asking, he remixed it so the song was extended. He made sure the song wouldn't end short during my processional. My mom was impressed! Inside, he matched our color with the uplighting. Blue during cocktails and candle light during dinner & the music blinked while we danced! His kept the dance floor packed all night. Our bridal party was so impressed he said all our names correctly during introductions. They weren't easy! My sister already booked him for next year! We can't wait to see him again in 2018! Thanks Brian. You really are genuine.

Brian did a great job!! We hired him four years ago for our first daughters wedding, and just this past July 2017 for
our next daughter's wedding and both times we were very happy with the job he did. Most important both receptions were great, and everyone was dancing and having a great time. He is greatly responsible for people enjoying themselves at the reception, and he always does a wonderful job.

We were very fortunate to have Brian DJ our wedding. Just Wright Entertainment was the last major "vendor" that we booked and for a while I was afraid that we weren't going to find what we were looking for. And then my father-in-law found Brian and it was the icing on the wedding planning cake! Not only did Brian accommodate our musical requests, he did a phenomenal job of reading the crowd and selecting the right song at the right time. We are so happy we chose Brian to DJ our wedding! He was very accommodating (enabling us to do both an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception), very professional (dressing to match the attire of the wedding), and a genuinely nice person who truly cared about our needs and vision for the wedding (and made it all happen). We received so many compliments on Brian and the music selection - everyone had a spectacular time. We even had to shift the schedule forward a bit resulting in a much larger window for dancing, but everyone was on the dance floor the ENTIRE time! One thing we want to note is for our ceremony we did not have access to power, but he was able to bring his battery-operated speakers (a major selling point for us) which worked flawlessly. The price for his DJ services was extremely reasonable, and we are convinced we would not have found a better price for the same (or even remotely close to the same) quality of service. He went above and beyond; we highly recommend Brian!

Brian is the best in the business. His personality is perfect for the DJ world and he's super passionate about what he does. His pricing is affordable and definitely worth every penny, we would have paid more for his services. Our day included outdoor services for our outdoor ceremony as well as indoor music to dance the night away. Brian answered all of our questions and made the planning process easy. He was flexible with our changes... some of which were days before the event. Brian came dressed professionally and worked along side our other vendors to make sure the day went smoothly. Brian was by far the best DJ we could have had at our wedding!! He came highly recommended to us from a friend, and I was so glad that we used him. From the moment that we contacted him, he was enthusiastic about working with us and was eager to learn about us as a couple, and what sort of music we enjoyed. For us, it was the time her took to really get to know us that meant so much. Brian made the entire process stress-free, and assured us that on the day of the wedding he would make sure the night ran smoothly, and that is exactly what he did!!! I have been to a few weddings where no one leaves their tables to dance, which was a fear of mine, but I was amazed at how Brian got everyone at our wedding up and dancing!! I think a DJ really sets the mood for a wedding, and Brian made it such an unforgettable night that we're still receiving compliments on how fun it was :) To anyone having a wedding, Just Wright Entertainment is the way to go!!! We would recommend Just Wright Entertainment to everyone! Brian was our DJ for our wedding last summer and we have nothing but positive things to say about him! He was very professional and communicated well with us during the entire process. We met with him before we made our final decision and immediately felt very comfortable with him. He listened to what we wanted and offered so many useful suggestions. He also already knew the venue where our reception was going to be held, so he was able to give us specific details of how the night would go. After we signed the contract, we met several more times to plan the music and he also responded very quickly to any emails we sent him at other times. We wanted to incorporate a cappella music into the reception and he was very open to that idea! It was so nice hearing some of our favorite a cappella songs and artists being played during the cocktail hour and throughout the night. Brian also was so wonderful with our guests!! We have received so many compliments from our guests about his energy, sincere personality and the perfect level at which he played the music! He incorporated a newlywed game into our reception which got the entire place laughing and gave us some wonderful memories. Thank you so much, Brian! Brian Wright is not only a wonderful person but a wonderful DJ. My husband and I definitely didn't have the most traditional songs but Brian gladly found them all and played them seamlessly throughout the night. He was extremely responsive and open to new ideas. Having someone you trust doing your music really takes stress off when you're getting ready to walk down the aisle. I knew everything was going to be beautiful and it really was. His timing is excellent and he is great at feeling a crowd and knowing what songs to play next. Our guests loved him, we loved him and it honestly doesn't get much better than that.

Brian was phenomenal! He was very helpful as my husband and I were picking out special songs, and wanted to make it as personal as he could for our day. At the wedding, he had the crowd jammin from the start! Once the dance floor got packed, it never stopped. There was never a lull or "down time"... Brian was the BEST! He made it so easy to work with him and to the point you didn't have to stress about making sure everything was all set with the dj end of things. Brian is THE BEST! It's no wonder he won the Rochester's Choice Award.

Our guests are still telling us how awesome he was. Brian had our guests on the dance floor the entire night. To ensure people keep dancing and having fun, he'll read the crowd and switch up a song if he can tell people aren't into it. We told him what we wanted from our reception and he made it happen.

He is very professional and incredibly fun. Just a great guy! He came to our house to discuss the day and it was just like hanging out with a friend.

We really trusted Brian and he exceeded our expectations. We can't say enough about him!

We learned about Brian Wright and his Just Wright Entertainment service after our first DJ unexpectedly dropped out of our wedding 3 months before our wedding day. Brian was scheduled to take a personal vacation that weekend, but after hearing about our situation, opted out of taking his vacation and booked our wedding date. From start to finish, Brian was easy and fun to work with. He wanted to know everything about our wedding - how we met, what we did for hobbies, the decorations and everything in between. We talked about our tastes in music and games we wanted to play during the reception, as well as cocktail hour and music during dinner. Brian got to know us without being nosy and was even able to cut special versions of two songs we used as our first dances: my wife and I and the mother-son dance. Both were executed flawlessly and in a timely fashion. At the actual reception, Brian was on point from the moment he set up until the moment he broke down his equipment. All of his special introductions for the members of the bridal party involved theme music as they walked in and were put together perfectly. Brian can feel a room out perfectly and knows which music to play when. He can mix in the hits and slow things down when you need a breather for a slow song. He takes just the right amount of requests and even knows a good number of closing songs to play, which he consults with you about. I'm only planning on having one wedding in my life, but if I had to do it again, I would definitely seek out Brian. I would easily recommend Just Wright Entertainment as the only DJ option anyone should seek out when planning their wedding day. We received multiple compliments on how the DJ was perfect throughout the night. It was an incredible reception and Brian was an integral part of making it incredible.

All of the guests had a wonderful time and specifically made a point to say that "the DJ was awesome!" Brian Wright was an excellent DJ for our wedding reception. When we met with him ahead of time, he was clearly listening to our vision for our wedding day. He offered creative suggestions that fit into our plans for our unique day and helped us to fill in any gaps where we weren't sure of the song selections we wanted. On our wedding day, everything went smoothly. When we arrived at the reception, he checked in with us before our entrance. Brian was AMAZING!!! He did a fabulous job of taking the time over the phone to work with us and also meeting with us in person. He was extremely professional and made sure that everyone's names were pronounced correctly!!! He is just a great guy! We had a special song planned at the wedding and he made it work! Brian, the DJ and owner of Just Wright Entertainment, was just wonderful to work with, he's funny, outgoing, friendly and just all around pleasant to be around. In fact the first meeting we had with him ending up running 3 1/2 hours because we were just having a wonderful time. I really liked that he was the only DJ that actually met with us in person, who wants a DJ that you don't know their personality. He was not pushing at all about us booking him even though we had met with him, unlike other DJ's that wouldn't stop emailing and calling us even after we told them we had decided to go with someone else. And the wedding itself he did a fantastic job, he got everyone up and participating in games and activities and really stuck to what we wanted as far as music and atmosphere. Brian is definitely in my book for any future events, I would recommend him to anyone. He is also reasonable priced. He didn't cheap himself out for the service he provided but he was by far not overpriced either.

We absolutely loved working with Brian! He was great during the planning and kept the flow of the wedding going perfectly. His music selection was spot on for the mood of the dance floor and he played all of the songs we requested. The game he played during dinner was a huge hit too-- everybody loved it! We also really appreciated the microphones that were set up for the ceremony, it was great not having to worry about that aspect of the day. I'd absolutely recommend Brian to anyone planning a wedding!

Brian did a wonderful job at our wedding. There was a good variety of music and at no time was there any silence. When it came time to pick out songs, Brian was very helpful and provided us with a list of songs other weddings has used. My family is not to big on dancing but, there was always someone on the dance floor. Every one had a good time.

Brian was incredible - both my husband and myself cannot say enough good things about him. He is extremely professional, but also very personable. It is very apparent that he is passionate about his work and thoroughly enjoys being part of your wedding day. Brian was very attentive to the musical preferences that we had for the reception and making sure it was exactly what we wanted - only it was better! We received numerous compliments from our guests (of all ages) on how great our DJ was. One great memory we have is that Brian surprised us during dinner and played some songs off of the Coldplay album "Ghost Stories" (which had just been released prior to our wedding, and which neither myself nor my husband had listened to yet) - we are HUGE Coldplay fans so this was really touching that Brian planned this for us. It was such a pleasure getting to know him and having him share in our big day. We cannot recommend him enough!!

Brain Wright was phenomenal. I cannot say enough good things about him. It was really tough for us to choose a DJ at first. We did not want one of those large companies that when you sign up, you have no idea what young kid will show up the day of your wedding. Then, we met Brian.... we told him our venue and he could draw a map and tell us exactly how cocktail hour would go (and everything he said was right on the nose). From that point forward, we knew we wanted him! From the moment we signed the contract, to the second he left our wedding he was extremely attentive to all of our needs and wants. My father is in a band and knows music equipment... when Brian was setting up, my dad said "Oh, you picked a good one, he is the real deal! He has all of the top end equipment!" We had a full dance floor the entire night. My photographer wanted us to leave to do a couple of picutres outisde at night to capture the gorgeous evening and I did not want to leave the dance floor because everyone was having such an amazing time. We had a lot of young adults, as well as older adults and he played to everyone. At one point, just before the dancing had begun he chose the perfect song where a couple people had come out to show their moves and my parents, sister and I ended up sharing such a special moment out on the dance floor and this memory I will cherish forever. We could not be happier and could not say anything negative about Brian or his service. Thank you so much Brian!

Brian was very professional and went beyond all of our expectations. Everyone was impressed by his punctuality, personality, and his ability to cater to a crowd. We had a wedding of around 215 people and he made sure each one had an enjoyable experience. There were moments through out the night where he had to improvise and did so without hesitation. At one point the floor of our venue was actually shaking because Brian had brought so many people to the dance floor that were dancing and jumping around. Our wedding was the second wedding we had been to with Brian as the DJ and each one was a huge success. WE HIGHLY RECCOMEND HIM!!!!!!

He was so in tune with our needs! He went so far beyond anything I expected from a DJ. We found Brian Wright and Just Wright Entertainment through a referral from our wedding photographer, and we could not be happier that we went with him. From our initial meeting at a Starbucks, Brian set very high standards for himself. Did we mention that our first meeting ended up going for two hours? It was amazing how comfortable we felt around him right off the bat. He was an incredibly laid back and fun person to talk to, and we just lost track of time. For my wife and I, it seemed like we were talking to someone we had known for years, not a DJ we just met.

He was also very thorough about the music for the evening, obviously like you would hope for a DJ! He was very particular about trying to understand our musical tastes, which for my wife and I, were very different. I’m very much a country boy at heart, she is pretty much all music except country. His depth of knowledge of music was incredible, and whenever we needed suggestions for a song to use during a part of our reception, he always managed to pick out a few samples that hit just right and made it incredibly hard to pick just one! Again, he set some incredibly high standards for himself.

When we got to the big day, Brian managed to outdo the standards he had set for himself. At the end of the night I literally didn’t have the words to thank him. I had gotten so many compliments during our reception about how great the music was, and how much everyone loved the game we had played right before the dinner began. He was very organized and kept the event going in the right direction the entire night. He honestly knew more about the schedule for the reception than I did!

I honestly don’t know if I could ever run out of good things to say about Brian Wright. I sincerely hope a few of our friends who are getting married soon pick him as their DJ so I can see him again. I cannot thank him enough for how memorable of an evening he made my wedding day.

I really cannot express how pleased I was that I hired Brian Wright for the DJ at my wedding! I believe that the DJ/Entertainment is such an important part of a wedding because they are a huge part of making sure that EVERYONE is having a good time. Brian does that!! When people wanted some fast dancing music that's what he played. When they got tired of that, he knew just when to switch to slower songs. He is incredibly professional but is also a very fun and easy to get along with guy. He made sure to get information about me and my husband such as what kind of music we like and what kind of party we wanted to have. If I wanted the Cupid Shuffle played, it was played. And if I didn't want the Electric Slide, there was no Electric Slide. He was very detailed in the planning of the evening getting a clear timeline of when we wanted things to happen and paid very special attention to how to say people's names. He also offered some fun ideas of things you could add to your reception that would really stand out. Up-lighting was something that I was looking to have at our wedding and I was able to get that through Brian. This was a huge help and he did a beautiful job, it was exactly what I wanted. I really could not speak any highly of Just Wright Entertainment. I hope I am lucky enough to attend another event that he is DJ-ing.

From the bride: Brian was phenomenal in every aspect. He was eager to learn about our musical tastes, our likes and dislikes. During the reception, he worked closely with the venue's coordinator to seamlessly guide us through the night. He even surprised me with a song by my favorite artist! There is not one negative feedback I have for Brian. I had no connections when hiring him and was naive about checkin reviews so I took a large risk. I met him at a bridal fair and got such an awesome vibe. Without me speaking one word Brian described my perfect wedding day so I pretty much knew then and there that he was a great fit. Brian met with us twice (I didn't feel that we needed more meetings but
I am sure he would have if I requested one) and we mapped out the whole night. He nailed it. From the second he was on location to the last song played for the night. Brian does an outstanding job mixing a fun, outgoing, party vibe with class, sophistication and comfort. He even was able to take an awful song my sister chose to be introduced to and make it sound cool! :) I am honestly so glad I trusted my heart and have him a try and I am hoping others do the same. The price was right (if not low!) and he blew me, my guests, and even my other vendors away!! Every person I spoke with about my special day mentioned Brian in some way shape or form. I wouldn't have changed one thing!!

I can't find enough good things to say about Brian.

From the very first meeting until he packed up his gear after the reception (and beyond), he has been an absolute joy to work with. He was always encouraging and receptive of our ideas throughout the planning process, but his vast and varied experience gave him plenty to draw upon to answer every question we could throw at him. You'll go home from a meeting with him with a clear and solid plan, but feeling like you just spent time with an old friend. He always set our minds at ease over any anxiety that arose.

So we entered the reception fairly confident that things would go well, but I could not have predicted just how amazing it would actually be. Through introductions, announcements, formal dances, and the whole rest of the party, he had all the guests feeling involved. Brian reads a crowd like it's his favorite old book, and not only kept the dance floor full of all people young and old alike, but had even the most crumudgeony, dour people present getting down like it was their last day on earth.

I lost count of how many people told me it was the best wedding they'd ever attended, though many of them insisted upon it repeatedly. The food was good, but let's be honest, it's the DJ that makes it a great party.

Hire Brian Wright. Just stop reading reviews and call him already. Every moment you waste is a disservice to yourself and your future spouse.

I highly recommend Brian as a wedding DJ. I planned my Rochester wedding from out of town so had to rely a lot on first impressions for vendors. From the first conversation, I knew that Brian would be a great fit. His extensive wedding experience is very evident and he has a ton of great ideas for song suggestions, flow of the reception, and creative ways to get guests interacting with each other. He is very enthusiastic, responsive, and helpful.

Best of all he makes the planning fun and is very flexible. We had some ideas outside of the usual reception script, and Brian was completely willing to work with us. I felt like he really made an effort to personalize the reception, which came through all during the wedding. Brian is also great at reading the crowd - he played songs that kicked off the night with energy and kept it going through the last song. Again, highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience with Brian on our wedding day. First we met a couple weeks prior to choose our music and pick out some activities to do on our big day. Brian did not disappoint. He played everything we requested.
He also has a few games to play at the reception to get the party going. The game we did really got everyone loosened up and the dance floor was full the rest of the night. Brian is very approachable and has a lot of experience and it shows. He takes requests from the guests and has a wide variety of music. I would definitely recommend him to anyone loookng for a DJ.

We were very pleased with Brian. I really liked that he took the time to do a multi-song introduction for our bridal party, ourselves and our parents. During the introductions each group got to come out to a specific song we had picked out. It gave it a personal and fun touch.

We also really liked all of the song suggestions that Brian made. He was friendly, outgoing and extremely professional. He played appropriate songs when families and kids were in attendance and as the day went on and it was just us and a small group of close friends left he played songs that could be considered a bit more raunchy.

My dad has not danced since he married my mom and was really nervous about the first dance with me, from what he said Brian really calmed him down. All of the guests commented on how friendly Brian was and he accommodated all of their song requests.
