Outstanding!!
If I could give Just Think Cake more than five stars, I absolutely would!
They created the bridal and groom’s cakes, along with macaroons and dairy-free cupcakes, for my daughter beach wedding in Navarre on March 14, 2026—and every single bite was unforgettable. The cakes were not only stunningly beautiful, but truly some of the most delicious we have ever tasted.
I can say with complete confidence: this is the best bridal cake I have ever tasted. It was perfection in every sense—flavor, texture, and presentation. Guests are still talking about it!
From start to finish, the owner and staff were exceptionally polite, patient, and professional. Planning a wedding can feel like juggling seashells in the wind, but they brought a calm confidence to every interaction. No question was too small, no detail overlooked. They handled everything with precision, grace, and complete excellence.
The dairy-free cupcakes were a huge hit—something that can be hard to perfect—but they nailed it in both flavor and texture. The macaroons added such a beautiful and elegant touch to the dessert table, and the groom’s LSU cake was both creative and incredibly tasty.

We had a really bad experience with a different cake vendor, so we chose to go into Just Think Cake and they were so welcoming and gave us so much helpful information (we knew nothing about wedding cakes). They worked with us on design as well as what size cake we would need. We were only in town for 2 days and they were flexible about giving us the cake tastings, so that helped us out a ton! We loved using Just Think Cake for our wedding and we highly recommend them! We loved supporting a local business! Our cake turned out beautiful and it was so delicious! -

Absolutely amazing!
The price was great for what we requested! For our wedding we wanted a small 1 tier cake with pearls on it and cupcakes. They tasted AMAZING!! We called them while in town to ask about a tasting and they were very flexible and got it ready while we were still in town. They have so many different flavors and they were all great. I would absolutely recommend!! -

Customer service is really great as well! They mailed me samples of the cake, filling, and frostings, so I could try them remotely due to the fact that I had a destination beach wedding. -

Love this vender!! They made the most beautiful ocean/beach cake for just the two of us and our elopement. They did a multi layer 6" round cake
Lots of flavors to choose from. Normally I am not a fan of icing unless it's homemade, but their's actually tasted homemade and was delicious on our chocolate cake. Their attention to detail was outstanding, and we couldn't have been more pleased. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them for your special occasion. -

Amazing cake

Last Minute Reception Saver!
This was a wonderfully pleasant first time experience. We contacted Just Think Cake with a week's notice for a simple wedding cake that could not be brought from out of state. Just Think Cake was prompt, communicative, helpful, and professional in the process of picking a cake that would serve our wishes.
When we went to pick the cake up, we didn't realize that the bakery had made allowances for us and opened on their day off so, I can include flexibility to the list of qualities. We left the shop with explicit instructions on how to transport, keep, and serve the cake at the reception. Just Think Cake's cake was delicious (lemon with raspberry filling) as well as beautiful and served all of the guests (40).
I can highly recommend Just Think Cake for your wedding cake and goodies! -

Amazing cake
Our whole experience with JTC, was wonderful. Not only did the cake taste amazing , it looked beautiful. Our guests raved about it. We got traditional wedding cake flavor and raspberry flavor. No fillings in between layers just their wonderful buttercream frosting. We were very pleased with everything from the communication, taste of the cake, and the appearance of our cake. Incredible Cakes!
I am the mother of the bride. We hired Just Think Cake to create the groom's cake and additional amaretto sheet cake to supplement the cookie wedding cake we had made by another baker. (Just Think Cake doesn't make cookie cakes.) The groom's cake was shaped like a red snapper since he is an avid fisherman. It was German chocolate. It looked and tasted fantastic, better than we could have imagined! The sheet cake was amazing. I ordered more than the recommended amount because I love leftover wedding cake. Everything was so wonderful that we had none left. We did manage to save the head of the fish cake for the bride and groom's first anniversary. Funny! Just Think Cake was wonderful and sweet to work with and the cakes were truly incredible! Thank you! -

Best Cake Ever!
Laura and Just Think Cake crew is the best cake vendor. They came on a recommendation by word of mouth and we and our guests were not disappointed. Many guests also said it was the best cupcake they have ever eaten. We were a destination wedding and from start to finish, they were thorough and communicative in a timely fashion. Best Wedding Cake Ever!
If you want a beautiful wedding cake that is also moist and delicious....Just Think Cake is the perfect vendor. I will admit I was not expecting a good or even great wedding cake due to past experiences as a guest at weddings. I ordered a three tier white wedding cake flavor, a chocolate groom's cake with chocolate covered strawberries, and pineapple cupcakes as an added treat. EVERYTHING was delicious! I was so happy that everything turned out so beautiful and flavorful. Oh and save the top for first anniversary was a NO for me! I ate my cake and enjoyed it! I have no words to explain how amazing our cake was. We did a very simple semi naked cake. Nothing that had any crazy decor to it at all. But when I tell you this is literally the BEST cake I have ever had, I'm not lying. Laura was so great to work with. We are from Ohio and we vacationed down in FL last fall and were doing a destination beach wedding. While taking care of various wedding related things while down there, we scheduled a tasting with them and after we did that, I just knew they had to make my cake. We did a 3 tier cake with a pineapple with vanilla mousse filling layer, white choclate with bavarian cream filling layer, and a strawberry with white chocolate ganache filling (the crowd favorite). People RAVED about the cake at our wedding. We purposely went with a bigger size cake than we needed so people could enjoy multiple pieces and not be served tiny little slivers, and get to taste a little of all of it if they wanted. A week later, and we still have cake left we brought back to Ohio and it is still SO DELICIOUS. We had friends take some home with them, give some away, and even the other people who tasted ot outside of our wedding commented how delcious the cake was. Do not be afraid to ask them if they can go outside the box and do special request fillings or flavors they don't have on their menu. You don't know until you ask, and they are very accommodating. A million times over I would recommend Just Think Cake to anyone. Well done ladies! You truly did the damn thing with our cake! We had very happy guests! -

I had a destination wedding in Destin FL 2 weeks ago, and worked with Just Think Cakes for our wedding cake. I was concerned about ordering a cake in Florida and not getting to try it before our wedding day since we are in NY, but for a small fee they shipped us cake, filling, and frosting samples to try. Being out of state they made the process very easy for me. With just a few idea pics they made my vision a reality. Just Think Cakes worked with the company I planned my wedding with for delivery and setup so everything went smoothly and I didn't have to worry about it. Couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism and the outcome. Also the cake was delicious and all our guests loved it! -

Looks and flavor!
We were so excited that Just Think Cake was doing not only our wedding cake, but the grooms cake as well. My husband is a huge Star Wars fan and Just Think Cake was able to make the most amazing Millennium Falcon cake. The details were simply amazing, up to the point where our guests didn’t know it was a cake and thought it was a toy. It was definitely a crowd pleaser! Fabulous and exactly what I wanted
Wow! Just Think Cake is EXACTLY what I wanted. Not only did they help me pretty last minute with a wedding, they made an amazing cake and worked so great with me. The cake was so beautiful. I could’ve just stared at it forever! I wish I would’ve told the venue to cut pieces smaller bc they cut them MASSIVELY. So my only suggestion is to either tell the venue to cut small or get the sheet cake that just think cake offers!!!

Promotion cake
Just Think Cake came through for us on very short notice. We had a 2 tier cake for a military promotion ceremony and it was perfect! The look was beautiful and the theme perfect for our celebration. We chose carrot cake with buttercream frosting and German chocolate cake with fudge and both were fantastic!! Multiple people asked who the cake caterer was and expressed how delicious the cake was.

In one word...Amazing!!
Me and my family has worked with Just think cake on many occasions so it was no question on who to call for my wedding cake. When purchasing a wedding cake you not only want it to be affordable but also a beautiful focal point for pictures and just as equally tasty. Our wedding cake was just that!! Booking and designing was so easy and anything I wanted to add or take away was never an issue. They are so easy to work with from start to delivery and you can tell they love what they do. I never once worried about the cake! Our wedding cake was absolutely beautiful but mostly it was sooooo good!! We had three different flavorings and every single one was gone!! I cannot tell you enough how delicious their cakes are...and as my now husband always describes them, how “moist with flavor” they are. No body likes a dry cake. You will not regret in any way using them to do your most special cake! -

I fell in love with my wedding cake!
They did a great job making my dream wedding cake! They communicated with me fast and we both worked together. They are very professional. Everyone in our wedding loved the cake and it was spectacular. Especially delicious. I'm glad I took the top tier of my cake home for our one year anniversary 🥰🥰 I love Just Think Cake!! 😊 -

We are from Texas and our wedding planner helped us find Just Think Cake. When we flew in to do our tasting and tour at the Island, the owner provided us with ample samples to chose from. We even had extra for more dessert! The cake turned out beautiful on our wedding day and all of our guests loved it! Thank you Just Think Cakes! -

Seamless and accommodating!
This team is beyond the best experience I had with my specific details I wanted to capture! They made my vision come to life and this was even a long distance relationship. They confirmed my requests with drawings, phone interviews and continued to put my interests as priority. I had unique requests that this vendor never completed before and they just took care of it and it came out absolutely gorgeous. Not only did the final product exceed my expectations but the flavor of the cake left so many of my guests speechless! It was so delicious!! Will use them again for our yearly anniversary to Destin! -

Magazine Worthy
If you are looking for a vendor for your wedding cake I highly recommend Just Think Cake. I sent them a picture & told them what I was looking for and they made it happen! Not only was my wedding cake beautiful, it was the best tasting cake I’ve ever had. I had multiple compliments from my wedding guests about how great this cake was!! -

Beautiful and delicious wedding cake!
Just Think Cake did an amazing job making our wedding cake and groom’s cake! They were also very responsive to all of my emails. We had a lot of long exchanges because I wasn’t certain what I wanted. They patiently answered all of my inquiries. We decided to do a simple design for the wedding cake, with flowers provided by our florist. They worked seamlessly with the florist to create the exact cake we wanted. In addition to being beautiful, it was also delicious! We had the wedding white and pink champagne flavors with raspberry filler in some of the layers. For the groom’s cake, we had a cookies and crème cake with a slightly more elaborate look. It was beautiful and richly flavored - everyone was commenting how delicious it was! Overall, an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend them! -
