    Very sweet and calming

    Was confident and calm even when one of her stylists couldn't make it. The team still kept us on time!

    Just Cuz is nothing short of amazing! Of all of my wedding vendors, Just Cuz was the very best to deal with. They are professional, responsive and most importantly they are amazingly talented!!! I felt nothing short of beautiful on my big day. I would recommend Just Cuz to everyone!!! I promise you won't be disappointed.

    Most amazing makeup ever. They were super nice and really know how to make you look good. I definitely recommend Ashley and Taylor for bridal makeup. They really made my day amazing and stress free.

    Ashley was great to work with! She was very flexible, took her time, and had such a fun, upbeat personality. My make-up looked natural and elegant and stayed on the entire day. It looked great in the pictures as well. My bridal party and mother also had their make-up done and they all looked beautiful. I would highly recommend Just Cuz!

    Ashley and her team are seriously the best!! I have been in the wedding industry for over 6 years and have networked with a LOT of different people. I met Ashley at the Bridal Fair last January (2015) and knew immediately she was who I wanted to do my hair and makeup! She came out to me house and did my trial run and was open to any sort of feedback I had, I'm not very good at describing what i want i just know what I don't like and she totally got that! The day of my wedding Ashley and her team showed up early (which is unheard of in the wedding industry) to the hotel and were in the greatest of spirits! With just two ladies she was able to do complete hair and make up for 10 people in under 4 hours, and everyone looked like they were ready to walk the red carpet! I can not say enough wonderful things about Ashley and her team!! Not that I plan on ever getting married again but if I am in any more weddings or have events Ashley is number one on my speed dial!! Thank you so much for making us look so beautiful! It was the most relaxing experience through out my entire wedding process!

    It was an absolute pleasure having Ashley do my hair and makeup for my wedding day! She's such a sweetheart so it was so easy to work with her. She was more than happy to answer any of my questions. I did a trial in addition to the wedding day and shower her a few photos and my accessories. She absolutely understood my vision and both the trial and wedding day- my hair and makeup looked amazing! I received so many compliments of how much everyone loved my hair & makeup! Thank you so much, Ashley! I highly recommend using Just Cuz if you want a great experience and an amazing look!

    I cannot rave enough about Ashley!!! She did all of the hair and make-up on my wedding day. I have NEVER felt more beautiful in my entire life! Ashley listened to everything that I wanted with my hair and make-up and portrayed it perfectly!!! I would not have changed a single thing about the way I looked. She was affordable, friendly, talented and the hair/makeup lasted all night. I would recommend her to everyone! Thank you, Ashley!

    Great Wedding Makeup Experience

    Gabi and Haley were our MUAs for our wedding this past Saturday and I can’t say enough wonderful things. They were so friendly and professional. The makeup artistry they both have is phenomenal. Everyone looked absolutely beautiful and I’ve never felt prettier. I’ve never had someone put on fake lashes where I couldn’t feel that they were even on and stayed throughout the whole night and into the next day.

    This can be a really stressful and chaotic time, but the Just Cuz girls were AMAZING and made me just relax and have fun! Hair, makeup, the whole thing was terrific! I highly recommend Ashley and the Just Cuz team!

    Just Cuz did hair and makeup for my wedding party and I for our 12/30/2017 wedding. Paris was my makeup artist and hair stylist and was absolutely wonderful to work with and was extremely flexible, understanding and detail oriented. I did a trial run with her as well and she made tweaks/suggestions for the actual day of preparations which helped tremendously! I give her 5/5 stars!! I loved her!! She got my vision and pulled through beautifully!! The day of was stress free from that standpoint.

    As far as a bridal booking process this was far from stress free.. i had to be beyond diligent to make sure communication with booking was clear. It took multiple attempts (5-10 phone calls, 1 visit to the salon, and many emails/FB messages) to speak with Ashley (the owners of the business) who never once returned my calls to confirm my date. Wedding coordinator Katie was nice enough to work with but never sent an invoice/how payment would work and then emailed me the night before Christmas Eve saying my payment was overdue. It was less than ideal asking my bridal party for money ASAP during the holidays because my invoice wasn't sent to me on time!

    Overall the booking process was miserable, but the experience In the salon "day of" was fantastic! The salon is cute and has a wonderful selection of local made jewelry as well which was a huge hit for my bridal party!

    I will preface my review by saying that I did NOT end up getting my hair and makeup done by this vendor on my wedding day, so I cannot actually review her work. I am, however, reviewing her customer service.Ashley was horrible to work with, right from the get go. I should have turned around right from the start. I am an out of state bride, so going to her shop directly was not an option for me.I emailed Just Cuz to get some inquiries regarding pricing and other various questions. I got a reply from Ashley, the owner, fairly quickly. I was told I would get an invoice for just the deposit, but got an invoice for only the full amount. I emailed her to ask her to change this and that all took about 2 weeks to accomplish. It should not take 2 weeks for anyone to put down a deposit. Also, we were communicated with by 3 different emails, and so we were always unsure which email would get the best response.Fast forward from September when we put down the deposit to end of March, I tried to contact Ashley regarding a hair and makeup trial. I tried to email all 3 emails and never got a response. A week later, I tried to call the salon and was told she would call me back later that evening. A week later, I still had not heard from her from a phone call or from email, so I called to cancel the appointment in search of another vendor. I emailed all 3 emails again to verify that my appointment had been cancelled. I was apologized to and told that I would receive a check for the amount of my deposit. I waited 2 weeks for the check, and then emailed again to see where the check was. No response. Four days later I received the check with a postmark date of the day I asked where the check was.In any case, seriously some of the worst customer service I have ever received. If you are familiar with Ashley and her work, maybe this salon would work for you. For an out of state bride, I would NOT bother going through this stress when there are many other fabulous vendors.

    I was extremely excited to contact Just Cuz Beauty Boutique for an upcoming wedding. They had good reviews and great prices (compared to many other companies). I contacted the owner and received a call over a week later. She sincerely apologized and told me to send in a booking form and that she would send an invoice by the weekend. I did not receive anything. I emailed a follow-up email and still, received nothing. I hopped on this site to see if any new reviews came up and sure enough, someone was dealing with the same issue. I decided to try the other email the other user received in a reply from the boutique. I emailed it and got a response from the owner the next day. She apologized and told me to send her my booking form again and hat she would send me an invoice the next day. I sent the booking form almost a week ago and I still don't have anything. I understand that they are busy with their boutique, but I also felt frustrated and disappointed with the lack of response and urgency. I have been waiting over a month (I know, silly me) for a concrete booking. At this point it's safe to say that I will be moving on. Hopefully someone will be open, since my wedding is coming up very quickly. Good luck to others that are trying to book, maybe you will have better luck. Despite their value, I gave them a half star because of the entire disappoint I felt when trying to book them for my wedding.

    I was really excited to book this vendor for my hair & makeup but after my initial message, I received an email with a request to fill out the bridal booking form. I completed the form and have now sent 3 emails and left 2 voicemail messages and have not heard anything back from Ashley. This is not professional and they're obviously not interested in having my business. I was very disappointed because the reviews were great.
