Best catering service. Period.

I had the absolute pleasure of using Just Catering by Orr for our wedding, and I can't praise them enough! The food was nothing short of incredible, offering a high-class taste that left our guests in awe. Josie, the owner, is a true maestro in the catering industry. From the exquisite food to the impeccable decorations and wedding planning, every detail was perfection. The exceptional food and service were so outstanding that we've continued to use them for various events post-wedding. If you want a catering experience that's nothing short of spectacular, Just Catering by Orr is the way to go! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Yummy food

Josie and her staff went above and beyond for my wedding! The food was some of the best wedding food we could have had. The staff members were sweet and super helpful! Josie was a true lifesaver! She responded to all of my freak out moments during the planning stage and kept me from going crazy! Would definitely use again for any other big event!

So Much More Than Catering!

Josie and the Catering by Orr team went above and beyond for my wedding day. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how delicious the food was, but the whole team did more than just serve a good meal.
Josie helped me with tablecloths, reception layout, ceremony chairs, timeline and so much more. During the reception our servers were on top of everything and treated all 150 guests like royalty. The reception flowed so smoothly and the Catering by Orr team made it happen.

We hired Just Catering by Orr to do our Rehearsal Dinner and our Wedding! Both events were perfect. They helped us with set up for the rehearsal and served a street taco bar. SO GOOD. Our Wedding day-I got to the venue at 11:00 and all the tables, chairs and linens were already set up! They had been there since 8AM. We were amazed! The food for our wedding was also amazing. We wanted something a little different for an appetizer- a Cheese Fry Station. Not only did they have a toppings bar, but they ended up bring 3 different types of fries as well! Josie was great to work with! The Bartenders were wonderful as well-we had a huge line as the reception started and they got through it so quickly! We would definitely recommend Just Catering by Orr to everyone!

When I met Orr I knew that all was going to run smoothly with the catering on our wedding day. He covered every inch of planning that I could think of plus more. We had an initial meeting to discuss needs and budget, At our tasting he was very honest about what would/would not fit into our budget. At the walk through of our venue he was very helpful in the layout and set up of stations. The day of the wedding his team was not at the venue as discussed but as soon as a call was made, they arrived shortly after. The service throughout the night was great and we were very satisfied with the results. The best part of Orr's team is they set all the tables complete with linens as well as tear down linens and dishware so that you do not have to do that at the end of the night. Orr is a one stop shop for catering and a little bit of planning all in one.

Catering by Orr is top notch! He was so professional and would provide his thoughts on linens, table placement, cake setup, entire day layout, etc., so it made it easy on us. The food is outstanding! We received so many compliments on how good the food and setup was. The waiters/bartenders were amazing too. They were so professional and there to assist with any of your needs. Bob was wonderful! He resolved an issue I missed and made it more meaningful. It was absolutely stunning the way he and the DJ handled it. I would highly recommend Orr for your catering needs.

I planned my wedding from a different state during grad school and Orr was one of the best decisions about my wedding - he took care of absolutely everything and took SO much stress off. He even adjusted all the meeting times for me and was very flexible. Not to mention the food was fantastic. I had really wanted to stay away from your typical "catered food", and Orr let me provide homemade recipes so that everything was unique and did not taste mass produced. I had multiple guests afterwards come up to me and tell me how wonderful the food was.

Orr is a pro! He took on our event like it was his own party, gave great suggestions, made sure we stuck to our budget, was very responsive and professional. He has hosted so many major events for all of the most prominent institutions in Tulsa. He food is also incredible. I thought that the quality of the food would be compromised with how many people we were serving, but it was the best Italian food I have ever had from anywhere. Orr is the best!

Just Catering by Orr was absolutely fantastic. Not only is he a great and talented caterer, but he helps so much with the planning. Initially you will meet with Orr, and he will tell you about his services and how he will help you. He allows you to decide if you want to go with him for catering or not with no pressure. Next, he will personally go to your venue with you and help you decide set up and rentals (which is extremely helpful). He also organizes and picks up and drops off all of the rental items you have decided on the day of. You will do a food tasting and decide on what your budget is, and Orr will easily work with you to make it what you want it to be. You can change your menu up until the week of the wedding! The week of your wedding, you will do one more run through of the venue with Orr and finalize the menu as well as how many guests will be attending. Our reception ran so smoothly, and my husband and I even got a to-go box with food from the night when we left! Orr is definitely worth every penny and truly cares about making your event perfect and under budget.

The food speaks for itself, it's amazing. All of our guests raved about how excellent the food was and our hardest decision at the tasting was narrowing it down, because everything was wonderful! Orr Nalp and Just Catering go above and beyond on your wedding day to coordinate all of the setup and ensure everything looks great and flows smoothly. No one who chooses this vendor will be disappointed! My husband and I, and all of our guests, highly recommend Just Catering by Orr!

Orr Nalp and his staff are one of the best in their line of work. Just catering picked up my reception less than three weeks away from my event date, there was issue with the first catering service I picked. I was a nervous wreck basically I was starting from scrach three weeks away from my event. when I say that Orr know this business like the back of his hand I was so impressed with his professionalism I was speechless. He gave me everything I asked for, and more he thought of things that I never would have, and the food was GREAT and lots of it. My biggest fear was to not have enough food, that was not a problem it was more than enough.

Not enough praise could be said about Orr Nalp. Starting with the initial meeting he was helping me not only with his part but helped find the Venue, the DJ, the Cup Cakes, the Photobooth. He was a one stop shop. He helped create a wonderful menu, when I wanted to add a couple of items he said fine. The food was A1. The price met my budget and their weren't surprises. His help were very helpful, social and took care of all my guests. Everyone had only praise for his group, food and him. He created additional business that night because of the exceptional food.

GREAT!!! We had tasting, picked what we liked and gave him our budget. HE DID THE REST!! Everyone thought the food was great. We just had heavy finger food, no sit down, very casual, but CLASSEY! He was with us when we picked out table arrangement, table cloths, size of tables, and chairs. The outside was set up for games, drinks, snacks, but we forgot to make arrangements with anyone to set food out before ceremony!! His servers stepped right up and had food downnnnn a steep hill onto the tables within 10 min. The bartender was fun too. We ran out of beer and the head server went to store so we could keep party going!! Orr was right on with the amount of food. Didn't run out, and didn't have a bunch left over that we had to deal with. Had enough for lunch for 2. Worth every penny we paid him!!

Orr Catering is the Best Catering Ever!! They do everything from every food and plates just everythig. They even help set up chairrs, tables, and even move them from ceremony to reception. Orr and his Staff (Bar Staff too) are so awesome and friendly. They always have Smiles and Cook Amazing! There price is good as well..You think it could be a little Pricey but its worth every penny. They Provide wedding planning part, Dishes, glasses, great service, and extra Personality's. Plan Early to get Him you wont regret it!!

We had a sudden change of caterers 30 days out from the wedding due to circumstances beyond our control, but Orr stepped in and got everything done and organized and I didn't have to worry about a thing. He really helped make what could have been a very stressful situation less so. He can be a little pushy sometimes with his vision, so stand firm on things you really want, but if you want someone to handle it all, Orr definitely will. Our reception was beautiful and elegant and the food was wonderful. Amazingly enough, I got to sit down and eat a whole plate (his staff got me and my groom food so we wouldn't have to go to the buffet). The apricot chicken with grilled pineapple....

All of our guests said the food was the best they've ever had at a wedding. We served heavy hors doerves that included sliced tenderloin, crabcakes, a wonderful southwest chicken dish, cheese and fruit trays, dips and oh, it was just wonderful and beautifully displayed! They are very reasonably priced. Be sure if you don't have a wedding planner that you tell them how to dress your tables and they will do it. They can be as hands-on or as hands-off as you want. All I can say is, YUM!

If you want delicious food, a creative presentation and professional staff, look no further. Orr can be as hands-on or hands-off as you need. But hands-down his food is amazing! And honestly, his prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of food and the unique presentation they do. We had a buffet of 'heavy hors doerves' but it might as well have been a full meal what with the tenderloin (which they had a carving station), and chicken breast strips in a yummy cream sauce and all the stuffed mushrooms, cheese tray, artichoke dip, asparagus, fruit tray, crab cakes and pasta salad, and more. I heard nothing but wonderful comments from guests and most said it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding or anywhere.
If you don't have a wedding planner make sure they know about the details like votive candles on the tables with the flower arrangements and such and have them accessible. Otherwise, they will not know. I had to tell them--and they missed a few tables, but all-in-all it was minor compared to the delicious food that was presented. I highly recommend them for any and all catering needs.

Orr was our caterer for our wedding, but he did so much more than arrange the food. He was there every step of the way from meeting at our venue, down to picking the rentals. He was very organized and made things very easy for us which is great at such a stressful time. The food was so delicious, the linens looked gorgeous, and the he helped everything run smoothly for our wedding.

Orr is absolutely fantastic. Who needs a wedding coordinator when you have him? I honestly felt like his daughter throughout the process, that's how much attention, time, and effort he put in for our special day. The food was so delicious and the presentation is great as well. We used him for our rehearsal dinner as well and all the same was true. He took care of all the details which allowed us to focus on other things. His staff is friendly, quick, and helpful. He will work with your budget and is very upfront and transparent which is so valuable. I could go on and on, but I'll just say this: you really can't go wrong with Orr!

Great choice for our wedding!

We definitely recommend Just Catering by Orr! The food was amazing, and we were able to ask for an obscure menu item and they had no problem making it AMAZING. Everything looked so beautiful and tasted wonderful. After going to two other catering companies, we thankfully found Just Catering by Orr. After meeting with Josie, the owner, we immediately felt a sigh of relief because we knew she’d take care of us. And she did! So thankful we chose them for our big day.

Orr was a dream to work with. He was not only a great caterer but served as a wedding planner in some situations as well. He toured our venue with us and listened to our vision but also knew what would and wouldn't work. We didn't invest in a wedding planner so having him help plan the venue layout - ceremony, cocktail and reception space! - as well as decor ideas and help choosing linens was so beyond helpful and stress relieving. Best part - you get all this with getting him just as a caterer! We didn't pay extra for any of his wedding planning expertise he's gained from years in the business. All of his staff from the kitchen to the servers and office staff were certainly our dream team for our wedding. Months later and guests are still talking about our food and how great it was.

I hired Orr because he provided services above and beyond catering. He coordinated all of our rentals and handled set-up and tear-down of the reception. Orr was present during our tasting and he helped us get the maximum amount of food for our budget. The food was great and we ended up with exactly the amount we needed. The only surprise was the cost of the waitstaff, which was more than I expected, but the staff was extremely attentive and helpful so I was totally ok with the cost. They made sure to bring heaping plates to my husband and I to make sure we got a chance to eat, and would deliver any drinks we needed directly to us so we could keep entertaining our guests. These guys know what they are doing and made the wedding run so smoothly!

Servers were not very organized. Kept picking up drink glasses that were still full and they did not pack to go containers for the bride and groom. Orr did apologize and also made a special tray of each item that was on the wedding menu for the bride and groom to pick up at there convenience. The food was especially good.

Overall, had some issues with this vendor. The owner went on a trip the week of our wedding which we were not informed about. Some issues the day of the wedding as well as follow up after the wedding. Overall satisfied but not overwhelmed with happiness.

No way Josie

Food was adequate but the buffet was cut after only 35 minutes! All leftover food thrown out or taken home by catering staff. Catering staff standing around in their gloves and coats fir a hour waiting to leave. Never once saw Josie! When questioned about it Josie became extremely nasty and talked to the groom's mother like she was an idiot and used foul language. Would never recommend to anyone! Stay away!

Awful experience ‼️‼️

Beware of this company!!! We had wedding for 200 guests and paid $8000 plus for catering! They left no one at our venue for wedding, left buffet out only for 35 mins, which we had checked with cameras at venue and then they broke down the buffet and all the left over food was thrown away without making bride and groom to go boxes and also without asking bride and groom families or our hired wedding planner if we would like to take food with us! They just did it and said nothing 😭 No in for seconds, Our wedding planner didn’t get to eat and my son and daughter in law ate nothing!:-/ $8000 plus dollars and WTH!! This is unheard of! 35 mins for wedding buffet that cost $8000!!!! UNACCEPTABLE ‼️‼️‼️‼️
After this happened her help stood around our venue with coats and gloves on and acted like they were ready to go all night!! Wow!! I have never seen this before 👎🏻 I called to talk with Josie about this and she cussed me out, blamed it on us, blamed it on wedding planner but yet she wasn’t there to take care of anything! But she cashed our check! What a horrible experience it was dealing with her and this company!

She had the nerve to me is she paid for To go dishes for everyone of HER CLIENTS, she wouldn’t make any money!!! What!! $8000 and you can’t provide to go dishes from dollar store to make sure food isn’t wasted!! I am appalled over this and am
Angry at myself for trusting this catering service with my Sons and New Daughter-in-Laws BIG DAY!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY FUNCTION EVER! It’s all about the money for her and them! Wow!!!

I met with Orr to discuss him catering our wedding. I was so disappointed in his lack of professionalism. He was not friendly at all. When I called to set up a time to meet with him, he acted like I was inconveniencing him. I arrived at our designated time, and he spent all of 10 minutes discussing the options with me. He asked my budget, and when I mentioned that I hadn't set one in stone, but that I would like to keep it between $10-15 per person, he told me that wasn't possible and if that's what I wanted, I should go to QT and pick up sandwiches. I moved on with the meeting, and I told him that the groom was allergic to fowl, so I wanted to stay away from chicken or turkey. He said "well, we can do chicken for everyone else and he'll just eat something else." I found that really rude, considering that I felt that if the groom can't eat something, maybe it should be avoided at HIS wedding. I was just really unhappy overall. I found another caterer who was very professional, kind, easy to work with, and who came in at $13.50/person for a nice - fowl free - meal.
