The pop wedding package and the team at Jupiter Garden Event Center (Diane especially) was just wonderful! Our officiant and photographer were also included through them and both were sensational and very good at their jobs! We were on a tight budget and the options they have exceeded our expectations while still allowing us to afford everything. The Cupid’s Garfen is beautiful for an outside wedding and the decor options fit our theme. We were very happy with everything and highly recommend checking this place out for any event you have!

Best day ever!
We had a micro wedding and they were very helpful throughout the whole process. The whole staff! We were a little worried in the beginning but Lesly and Diana put our minds to ease in the end. If we need another event space we would book again. Definitely! All my guests including my husband and I had a wonderful time! It’s the month of May and they are still bragging on how nice everything was! :)

Everything was great!
Diane was super friendly and extremely helpful with planning the wedding down to the details! The Jupiter Garden team did an amazing job getting everything set up better than we pictured it! Everybody was super helpful the day of and the bartender was great when it came to serving drinks at certain times! We couldn't have asked for a better venue and team! Friendly knowledgeable resourceful coordinator
Held wedding reception in their indoor Athena Ballroom for 170 guests for seats and 180 plates of food to include 10 external vendor personnel such as DJ, MC, photographer, and music group. The website says it can hold much more people which seems like the case. The wedding ceremony was held at a church but if you are wanting to have also your ceremony in the venue then this could be worth considering. Their inhouse caterer for salad and entree and their bartender was used with wonderful reviews from guests who attended. The food caterer has a wide ranging food menu including Chicken parmesan Italian, Mexican beef and chicken Fajitas, and Chipotle Chicken. Went with a split of some Chicken
parmesan Italian with seasonal vegetables and Mexican beef and chicken fajitas with refried beans and Mexican rice for the wedding reception after trying several dishes during the food tasting. Lemonade provided in a dispenser is included with the inhouse catering. This inhouse food catering was picked and it seems like the guests had plenty to eat. The reception hall itself isn't a restaurant but it does hire a preferred catering restaurant as their inhouse choice. An external food caterer could be used but there is an extra fee for doing so. Wedding cake is offered in house but we went with an outside cake vendor in order to do a cake bar setup. The server staff did help to cut the cake. Do ensure the external cake vendor can deliver and setup the cake for you at the reception during the vendor setup time on the event day. The hired DJ used their inhouse speakers which sounded great. Alcohol and ice for drinks were purchased externally as the venue lacks as distribution license so make sure to figure out hoe much alcohol and ice might be needed for guests and identify a store nearby in case there is a need to purchase more during the event. The inhouse event manager was hired as the reception coordinator and was responsive to requests ahead of and during the event. The venue does include an outdoor section with a gazebo which was fantastic for photos with the hired photographer. The bridal suite with its lobby room, bride interior room, and bridesmaids interior room was spacious and well resourced with plenty of furniture and mirrors with a set of bathrooms right nearby down the hallway which are separate from another set of bathrooms the guests would use. The groom suite is one room that was in an interior room to the Athena Ballroom but we didn't end up using it much. A third extra dressing room seating at least 7 people was booked for a music group which was helpful as the group performed a few times during the reception. The Athena Ballroom has a fabulous send off exit with a wide curbside stairway allow for all 170 guests for cheer the couple as they exit. The setup worked well for the hired photographer with the spacious Athena Ballroom for indoor photos of guests and the couple and the outdoor event area with a gazebo for outdoor couple photos.

Saved the day!
Diane saved the night! It was my 30th mardi gras birthday at jupiter gardens event center! A lot of stuff was going wrong, but diane shows up on her day off to help out! She comes in and hooks up the photo booth so we can takes photos! The new lady tara and owner hooks up the wifi so we can play music from the speaker and the party gets started on time! The bartender/decorator tanya did such a great job with the room too!!!

I just want to say Jupiter Gardens Event Center blew my wedding expectations out of the ballpark. Everything turned out beautiful with my green theme wedding. Diane is truly amazing and was extremely helpful in executing my design plans. Jupiter Gardens Event Center is very reasonable with their prices and you can have an elegant wedding without breaking the bank. We had a quinceañera on 11-23-19. We used the Athena room. Everything was absolutely amazing. Everything was taken care of for us. We didn’t have to do anything except show up and put out small party favors we bought. We received so many compliments on our event. The staff was super nice. They were very easy to work with also. Everything we dreamed of
This was the first and last venue we looked at. From the first time we went there to look at the space we were completely comfortable with the staff. They explained how they could make everything we wanted possible. If they don’t have something you need they would order it. If you wanted full service (food, bar, and decorations etc..), a more DIY event, or a little bit of both they will accommodate you. The payment plan for Jupiter Gardens absolutely made it possible to have the wedding we wanted without us having to spend all of our money at once. It saved us a lot of stress knowing that we had up to a week before the wedding to have all the cost payed off. We were able to bring in all of our own vendors at no extra cost unlike most other venues. The space comfortably accommodated the 160 guests we had for our ceremony and reception. They also have space to have a smaller group of you need. They have a beautiful outdoor space for ceremonies or cocktail hours...we used it for our wedding ceremony and it was beautiful. Anybody I have met since our wedding I have referred to Jupiter gardens.

We booked this place a year in advance and I don’t regret it at all! The staff was so polite and catered to our every need! Angela helped me decide how I wanted tables to go and choose colors for the tables as well as lighting! Our caterer friend LOVED the help the waiters were giving him and the bartenders were awesome! Only downside is that kids kept running around and eventually knocked the draping off my table but I know it wasn’t the staffs fault, people weren’t really watching their kids lol but I loved it, they really made my big day unforgettable!!

This venue is beautiful and has most of your needs for the event. The staff remained professional despite the transitions that occurred. They made sure to keep me less stressed as possible on my big day. The bridal suite is spacious and accommodates any size wedding party. The groom room is also a nice size as well. I definitely would recommend Jupiter Gardens. For all that you can get included in your package, you cannot beat the price. There are other venues in Dallas that cost the same amount but do not include all that is offered here. We did not plan our wedding out the typical year long, but by the way our wedding turned out, you could not tell. Choosing Jupiter allowed us to have a stress free day and planning. I personally dealt with CeCe who was super sweet and willing to work with us on what we needed!

This place was amazing. Not only where we able to have my ceremony outside but the reception was just a few steps away. Very convenient. They had a back-up plan for if it rained the ceremony would be moved inside free of charge. We searched for months until we found JG. We met with Cecelia in February and she offered us a package we couldn’t refuse. All of the staff was friendly, helpful and positive. Cecelia even referred us to our awesome photographer, Stanley Knight! They assured us through the entire process that our day would be amazing. AND IT WAS! Our wedding was in October and I was very pleased with the professionalism they displayed. The servers even rocked with us! Cecelia was such a pleasure to work with she took very good care of us and was always available to answer any questions that I had. Having a professional manager to make the event go smoothly is the key to a successful event.
The only suggestion that I would have to the owner of the event center is to make available a prep kitchen for the smaller event rooms to make it easier for the setting up of food for an event.
I would definitely recommend Jupiter Garden Center for your events.

The venue is beautiful and inexpensive. The staff was very professional and helpful they day of my wedding. CeCe, the coordinator was very patient with us throughout the planning process. She helped to execute the vision that I had for my wedding perfectly.

I got married here August 11, 2018, and had the most amazing experience! Booking the venue was easy. We walked in and instantly I knew I wanted to get married here. Everything from the outside ceremony to the Ballroom decor is stunning! We worked with Cecelia Garcia the entire time after booking. She made everything so easy, Even sitting down with me helping me pick out decor suggestions tables, chairs, tablecloths up-lighting, She was always so fun to deal with and very prompt with emails.
Picking Jupiter Gardens Event Center was the best decision me and my husband made. We are young and on a budget the packages were reasonable. I was supposed to have my wedding cemetery outside and reception inside ballroom, however, it rain that day, Feeling worried Cece and her staff came up to my suite 1 hour before wedding making me feel at ease, Calming me down with no worries they moved everything inside so quickly before my guest arrival, Even I'm so grateful they had a back up plan. The Athena Ballroom was beautiful and Huge The ballroom can accommodate 280 guests. They are BYOB Facility Bring your alcohol their barman served my guest. Such a beautiful venue I recommend to have your special day here.

We held our daughters Sweet16 at Jupiter Gardens and it was even better than I could have ever imagined! The venue is simply beautiful, and it doesn't break the bank. We received so many compliments from family and friends. Cecelia and the staff were amazing and so attentive to our needs! They took care of every single little detail down to the smallest. I didn't think I would find a venue that would work for my vision for my wedding, then I found Jupiter Gardens! It was a beautiful and grand room that was right in our budget! They even had string lights included with it! Most other venues you had to add that separately. The staff is super nice and willing to help create your vision to the T! I had a pretty informal and out of the box wedding, and they made it happen, down to the different color charger plates at every place setting. They even had their own photo booth in house to use and everyone loved it!!! All in all the venue and staff really made this wedding, other stuff went so wrong that day, but without them I wouldn't have had a great wedding!

I planned my sisters shower from out of town and Jennifer was very helpful. When I got in town and was dealing with the set up process the staff were very accommodating and exceeded my expectations. Things I didn’t know I needed they were their to offer. I would recommend Jupiter Gardens to anyone.

My husband and I have a very busy schedule plus we do not live in dallas. So we need someone who would be willing to work with us and that had an all in one package. Jupiter Gardens Event Center is just that place! All of my guests talked about how sweet the workers were, the DJ was amazing and so down to earth, the food was amazing, and Cecelia was our wedding coordinator. She did an amazing job the day of and was taking care of everything so my husband and i didn't have to. What is also amazing about this venue and I am a very simple person so I got the smallest decoration package and brought several of my own stuff. It couldnt have looked better! just bringing a couple of extra decorations made the place look amazing!!!! If you are looking for a great team to plan your wedding I recommend you use their caterer, dj , etc. I wouldnt have changed the venue for anything!!! You should definitely book here!!!

It was an amazing place and I love how they worked with the space to make everything look great! Even when we brought outside decorations they accomadated them great and we got many compliments! Cecilia was super patient with us and our family while we took pictures and picked up the decorations. I loved every minute of our ceremony at this venue.

Cecelia help walk us through every aspect of the event and even went above to make sure we had certain props in place for the father/daughter dance. She worked very well with us even though we were very unorganized. The team she put together for the event (bartender and wait staff) was great. They were attentive and very efficient as well as fun and respectful. Top notch team!

Terry and Cecelia are amazing to work with! My daughter was getting married in Texas, and her dad and I live in Colorado. Both of these wonderful people worked with us long distance to answer all of our questions and allowed us to come at our convenience to scope out the place. They accommodated our special needs, (washing the china after the wedding), and made our daughter's dream come true. We were able to make monthly payments instead of having to lay out the entire payment at once. Every question or concern was answered promptly. They were so helpful. The entire team at Jupiter Gardens worked together to ensure that everything was done perfectly, according to what we wanted/needed. Cece was so friendly and helpful, and called or emailed me with any question and had many helpful suggestions. The place was absolutely gorgeous, everything I had envisioned. I would HIGHLY recommend Jupiter Gardens Event Center to anyone and everyone who has a special event. I'm only that we can't use them more often, as we live so far away. Rest assured that their entire team will work tirelessly to make sure that your event is perfection!

Terry and his staff were very understanding and eager to make all of our request happen. They worked closely with us and our coordinator to ensure the day was everything we dreamed of. If I had a question or issue they worked fast and hard to answer and resolve. So happy we chose Jupiter Gardens!

We found this venue to be extremely efficient and overall excellent value for our money. After looking at a ton of venues in the DFW area we decided on Jupiter Gardens for several important reasons. The biggest reasons we chose them is because they allow outside catering and allowed us to provide our own alcohol which saved us a ton of money. They also provided a bartender which we paid to serve the alcohol as well as additional servers which provided several different services. The current manager, Carolyn Stribling, is very knowledgeable and has a ton of experience with weddings. She was flexible and easy to communicate with. My wedding went very smoothly and it was everything I imagined and more. The venue worked well with my other vendors (DJ, cake, caterers, etc.) and made it less of a hassle. Make sure the things you want are included in your contract from the very beginning and they will follow it. My schedule was very hectic in the months leading to my wedding so I way very appreciative of how easy and willing Carolyn and Terry were to work with my mother who primarily planned and organized my wedding. Additionally, because we chose the venue we got a MAJOR discount when we booked our DJ (DJ Connection) because Jupiter Gardens already has the advanced sound system they need. I would definitely recommend this venue to a friend for their wedding or other celebration. It was the best value for our money, no doubt.

Jupiter Gardens was the perfect wedding and reception venue. The staff was beyond amazing, extremely helpfu,l and made my day more perfect than I could had even imagined. On top of that, the venue is so affordable! I highly recommend Jupiter Gardens to anyone looking for a beautiful,affordable,staff friendly venue!

I must say that my wedding day was beautiful! It felt like a dream and for that day we were a king and queen. Jupiter's gardens was a blessing to us and everyone is still talking about how beautiful the venue looked. Terry and the rest of the crew did an excellent job from decorating to accommodating. I don't remember their names, but the day of the wedding the staff made sure that the bridal party and guest had everything we needed. They were courteous and professional from beginning to end, hats off to them??. I love this venue to the point that, I wish that I can do it all over again. I would definitely recommend this venue and thank you again to every one.

I am glad I had my wedding reception at Jupiter Gardens. The place is beautiful and elegant. I received compliments on it from my guests too. Leslie the wedding coordinator was so helpful and went above and beyond to make my wedding beautiful. She is kind and patient, and also very detailed. I found Jupiter Gardens while searching for a venue for my mother's 60th birthday celebration. Terry (Taoreed) was more than helpful and so was his coordinator. Terry made sure all of our needs were met, from linen, guest seating, sound system, and table arrangements, and servers. The price was very reasonable for all that was included. The event staff were very professional and assisted any way they could. There were also police on patrol to ensure our safety while we were on the inside. Leading up to the day of the event I was able to communicate with Terry and the event coordinator as often as I needed to, they were very hands on and involved with making sure my mother's day would be all that she would hope for it to be. Great price. Great location. Professional. Looks Great. Thanks so much, I appreciate everything, our guest are still talking about how nice everything was even almost a year later.
