We had an unusual wedding day: we had a very casual, lakeside ceremony at 9:30AM, and then a more 'traditional' cocktail hour and ceremony beginning at 5:30PM. Angela and her team didn't blink an eye. They were willing to accomodate our unusual wedding day schedule, and brought incredible enthusiasm and good cheer over the course of a long day. Angela is the perfect balance between easy going and highly organized; she made us feel relaxed, at ease, and focused on the magic of our wedding day. Her photos turned out BEAUTIFULLY. We are so, so glad that we got to know Angela and Juniper Studios - we wish that we lived in Vermont so that we could see her more regularly as a friend!

Mike and I had a vision for our quiet elopement that was excuted in ways we never even imagined. Our wedding dream came to life with Angela at Juniper Studios. She was professional, kind, and told a story through our photo gallery. The moment she arrived I felt at ease as a bride. I am so glad I discovered Angela!! I was initially drawn to her bright & natural style of her photos. I knew immediately on our first call that we would be working together. She is so kind. She answered any questions we had and made us feel so at ease! On wedding day, she had an itinerary to keep everyone on schedule. The day went seamless and I had zero worries. Juniper Studios is the best!
We are so happy with our decision to work with Juniper Studios for our wedding day! Our photos are absolutely stunning, but more importantly, Angela is extremely professional, talented, and personable to work with. She made us feel so comfortable through all the emotions of the day. She gave us space to enjoy moments alone and provided direction to enhance some poses and more formal photos.
Our gallery delivery was extremely fast, with edited previews shared within 24 hours. We love Angela’s vibrant, colorful photos and we got exactly that in our gallery! She captured so many beautiful candid moments from the day that we’ll cherish forever. We also booked an engagement session with Juniper Studios prior to our wedding date - this was so helpful as we got to know (and love!) Angela and her style ahead of the wedding.
Angela’s timeline planning was also extremely helpful and we leaned on her for her knowledge of the venue and timing of events. It was so nice to have complete trust in our photographer on the wedding day - no stress!

Angela is absolutely amazing!
My sister used Juniper Studios when she got married at the Woodstock Inn a couple years ago and our whole family fell in love with Angela… she was professional, efficient, made sure we got all of the photos we could ever need, and she was just a lovely person to interact with. And the photos came out absolutely incredible, fall colors with all the right vibes for September. So, when my husband and I were planning our wedding at the Mountaintop Inn in January, we immediately knew that we wanted Juniper Studios for our photos. The results were actually jaw dropping…. Everyone I show the photos to says it looks like they are straight from a magazine (I’m a dentist so I have probably shown hundreds of people at this point). She gave us our winter wonderland and more, I wish I could post all the photos here to show just how amazing they are. Not to mention she got the sneak peak photos to us before the end of the weekend. I can’t say enough nice things about her as a person and how beautiful her work is, I could go on and on…. Overall I would hire her 10000 times over!

ANGELA. I don’t even know where to start with this godsend of a human. I knew from the MOMENT Angela emailed me back; that I not only NEEDED her to be our wedding photographer (because HELLO, have you SEEN her work?!), but I wanted to be her friend. My husband knew he no longer had a say in the matter, but he’d have chosen her too. My husband and I MAY be, hands down, the worst at candid photos. Angela made us feel SO comfortable on our biggest day. We’ve only gotten our sneak peeks so far (which she sent within 24 hours of our wedding!!!), but I’m already obsessed. The Most Important Vendor
When planning our wedding we knew that, aside from venue, our photographer would be the most important vendor of the day. Everything else is for one day but the photos from that day are forever. We were given a short list of preferred vendors from our venue and as soon as we saw the style Angela shot with, we knew we wanted her for our November wedding! From the start she was so wonderful to work with and made us feel as if we had been friends for ages. This only strengthened over the months leading up to our wedding day. Neither of us are very used to being in front of the camera but having it feel like a friend taking our pictures made everything feel so comfortable and natural. Angels was enthusiastic and her second photographer (Danielle – Danielle Allendorf Photography) was just as wonderful. They did a great job giving direction, listening to our ideas, and capturing all the beautiful moments. Angela really knew the best times and locations at our venue to bring out all the natural beauty of the area. When it started raining during the reception, Angela pulled us outside for the most amazing photos of the night. Run, don’t walk, to booking Juniper Studios!

There are no words but we will try! Angela was simply amazing. For a couple not used to being in front of a camera, she got to know us and made us feel comfortable. She captured the perfect moments of our drizzly engagement shoot as well as told the story of our wedding day through photos we will cherish forever. We could not have asked for a better photographer for our July 2023 Vermont Wedding. Angela and her second shooter (Moriah -- Moho Photo) were fantastic. The happiest customer!
The short version is, Angela is the best, she saved our wedding and please do yourself a favor and book her!
The longer version is: In the height of the pandemic, restrictions forced us to postpone our winter wedding by a year. We were sad and discouraged, but as a Hail Mary effort to still tie the knot on our original date, I reached out to Angela and told her about our idea of getting married on skis. From her very first response back to us confirming her availability and suggesting her home mountain of Killington, we slowly let ourselves get excited again. Angela went above and beyond what is expected of a wedding photographer by working with her contact at Killington to coordinate timing and location for our nuptials. When the day finally arrived, everything ran smoothly, and that had a LOT to do with Angela’s role, and of course her talent. We have been cherishing the photos since, and will continue to do so for the rest of time!

Could not have had a better experience!
Everything about our experience with Angela was simply perfect. From our initial call with her to discuss our ideas to her own insider information on when and where to take the best photos, she was an amazing person to have with us on our intimate wedding. Being someone who hates having their photo being taken, I was very nervous about how it would all turn out. Angela made the experience relaxed and was able to capture us so naturally and beautifully. She beared the freezing cold with us and created images of our perfect day for us to cherish forever even as we were shivered! I don't think we will ever get over how amazing our album is. Angela is the most AMAZING photographer; after talking to her on the phone for the first time, we knew we had to work with her, and she was one of the easiest and best decisions we made for our wedding. She did our engagement shoot in Boston and our rehearsal dinner and wedding day at the Woodstock Inn. From the moment we met her she made us feel so comfortable. We kept saying how she didn’t feel like a vendor but rather like a friend/guest at our wedding, which is so important as your photographer is with you the most of anyone on your wedding day!
Angela not only helped with photography services, but given her knowledge of the wedding industry she helped us with recommendations of other vendors and even details to consider that she had seen at other weddings.

We hired Juniper Studios for our July 31, 2021 wedding in Killington, VT and it was the best decision we could have made for our wedding. Angela and her 2nd shooter Melissa were incredible! The booking process was professional and transparent. Angela was easy to communicate with during our planning, which was very important as we were planning from out-of-state.
On the wedding day, Angela showed up with a calm, positive energy putting the whole family at ease after a busy morning. Angela was even willing to hike with us to the top of Killington Peak from the Peak Lodge to get some killer sunset portraits -- truly a highlight of the day. Angela perfectly captured the beauty, joy, and fun of the day and it's been almost as fun looking back at photos as it was in the moment. Awesome engagement photos!
We loved working with Angela! We hired her to photograph our weekend wedding in Vermont, however we ended up cancelling the wedding due to Covid regulations. Angela did shoot our engagement shoot last fall and it was so great working with her. She chose the most gorgeous location for us and truly did it justice. Angela was really great to work with. From initial contact, the process of signing the agreement, answering any and all questions we had before and after the shoot she was very responsive. During the shoot she made us feel at ease even though we warned her we were probably going to be very awkward. Her tips and tricks made us feel so comfortable and we had so much fun. Initially, a couple, we felt like we had to get engagement photos done because that’s just what you do. We didn’t think the process was going to be fun, but more of a chore. Angela completely changed our minds about that immediately. It was a wonderful experience in large part due to Angela’s professionalism and knowledge. 5 Star Wedding Photographer!
The photos Angela took are nothing short of amazing. We are so thankful. She captured the day perfectly. It’s overwhelming going through the gallery because we love each and every photo so much. Everyone who has seen them has said something along the lines of “there isn’t a bad photo in there.”
Not only are the photos amazing... Angela was! We are usually truly awful at posing for photos. Yet, somehow she managed to make us lighten up and really captured the pure joy we felt!
This year has been so insanely stressful, and planning that day felt so impossible. But Angela communicated with us through everything! She was so calm and helpful. Still grinning ear to ear every time we look at them!

Angela at Juniper Studios is such a joy to work with!!
My husband and I could not be happier with the way our wedding photos came out. Going into planning I knew that this was going to be one of the most important things for me to get right. Capturing the vibe and feeling of the day as it unfolded without too many posed photos was what I was hoping for and Angela did just that. The beauty of the day and all those special moments are now something we get to relive every time we look at our album.
Angela is the type of photographer that makes you feel comfortable instantly. The first time we met her was at a coffee shop in Rutland and when she gave me a hug as her "hello" I knew it would be a great fit. She is so nice and warm but also can turn on the bossy when she needs to wrangle all the wild groomsmen or extended family members. She was also extremely helpful in planning out the wedding day and getting a tentative timeline for when things needed to happen. She is organized and has a plan but is also extremely flexible since things often need to pivot!

So Happy With Our Choice!
It was such a pleasure to work with Angela and we absolutely loved our wedding photos! Angela was amazing to work with! From when I first reached out to her with my crazy idea of eloping on a ski mountain, all the way through our very last photo. She was super helpful with all aspects of the ceremony especially since my husband and I were not from the area. The finished photos are so awesome, I look at them almost every day. I would highly recommend Angela, especially if your ceremony is a little more adventurous!

Bright photos, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly... need I say more?
Photography was the most important thing to me as a bride for our wedding - my husband’s top priority was fun. Angela (and Alan) did a fantastic job capturing our fun! I chose Angela for our wedding photographer based on her style of photography (I was particularly drawn to her bright and colorful photos!), her knowledge, her friendliness, and that she came with a 2nd shooter. Prior to our big day she reached out and asked about our photo list and followed up with a phone call. On the big day, she was on time, efficient, and did an excellent job capturing our fast-paced wedding (motorcycle entrance, dancing into the ceremony, surprise dance, etc) . We did our engagement photoshoot with her as well; neither of us are great with posed photos and she really helped us out! We received our engagement photos in less than 2 weeks. We were told we would receive our wedding photos within 4-6 weeks and, even though our wedding was in the middle of wedding season, we received our photos in 5 weeks! Angela was (and continues to be!) incredibly professional and easy to work with!

Best Photographer in Vermont!
I highly recommend Juniper Studio to photograph your next life event. We worked with Angela for our engagement photos and our wedding photos. We’ve been extremely impressed throughout the entire journey. Your photographer is capturing your most precious and intimate moments. As important as it is to have a picture you love it’s also feeling comfortable with your photographer (who you will spend the entire day with). Angela’s personality was delightful and added a special calmness to my quite stressful day. Tony and I are beyond thrilled as our photos captured the important snapshots of our Wedding day – which was not an easy task. We had several surprises and I will forever be grateful in Angela’s ability to have perfectly captured them. Angela isn’t just great at photography – she truly cares about the work she’s doing and it reflects continuously. When flooding in Vermont stopped us from getting to my “I have to have wood covered bridge picture” she didn’t even hesitate, jumped into action and we got the engagement photo I had always dreamed of. She was extremely knowledgeable in all things wedding and she provided direction several times that kept our day on schedule. Angela’s wedding experience, photography skills and welcoming attitude make her the best around!

Everything we wanted and more
My Husband and I got married this past July, and we absolutely loved our experience with Angela! It was a rainy day, but she was able to sneak in some stunning outdoor shots. My husband and I both have large families, and we couldn't believe how organized and quick they were. We were done with them in no time! They are such a great team and really go above and beyond to ensure the best for their couples. Angela is an amazing photographer! She has photographed three weddings that I have been to/been in and I am stunned with the results over and over again. Angela of Juniper Studios was incredible! She has a terrific eye for capturing all of the small, meaningful moments of your wedding or other event that others miss. I first hired Juniper to shoot a fundraising event at work and liked her work so much, my wife and I hired her to shoot our wedding. I’ve since had her shoot another work event (a magazine spread). Angela and her 2nd photographer were truly a dream to work with. She specializes in outdoor/barn weddings (which is exactly what mine was) and I was so impressed with her attention to detail, aesthetic, and willingness to go the extra mile for that great shot. With a large bridal party and even larger family, she made sure to get all the portrait images we wanted and lots of candid, photojournalistic shots as well. In the preparation for the wedding, she was great about getting in touch with us, and as we were not local to the area, she made sure to skype call us and meet with us when we were back in town sporadically. I couldn't be happier with the way she captured our day, and you'd be making a great decision to work with her!!!

Plainly put, Angela was simply fantastic and her work is truly amazing. She was our wedding photographer at the Log Cabin in Holyoke, MA. The venue had gorgeous views, which of course she used as a beautiful back drop, but she also found ways to make photos without all the bells and whistles of a great back drop truly incredible. Angela does a great job of making you feel comfortable in front the camera and is completely unobtrusive in her picture taking while simultaneously getting TONS of photos to remember your day by. The whole day felt super natural, and we got really excellent photos due to her great eye for a good shot and her ability to capture all the emotions that we felt that day. I would highly, highly recommend Angela!!

Angela is so fantastic to work with, she is absolutey worth every penny. I get really nervous getting my picture taken, and Angela put me completey at ease and made me feel so comfortable. She manages to take A TON of pictures, and isn't obtrusive about it. She captures moments you don't even know are happening (like a cricket jumping into my dress and the groomsman trying to remove it.) I would highly recommend Angela for your wedding photography!

Angela was absolutely incredible to work with! Her and her second shooter Alan worked amazingly well together and they were able to capture the most beautiful and memorable moments of our big day! She was extremely easy to get In touch with any time I had a question, relieving me of any added stress. When we asked for a few changes in the packages she offered, she went out of her way to make things work to our needs! In the end the results were unbelievable! She went above and beyond to give us the most for our money. Because of her we will be able to cherish and relive our day through her pictures. People will be talking about her for a long time on how wonderful everything was. There is not a doubt in my mind she is the best photographer out there! I have had the pleasure of knowing Angela for a few years and I knew the moment that we started wedding planning that I wanted to book her. She has such a fantastic style of photography that enhances the natural beauty of the couple and the surroundings. Angela is the absolute best! We booked her two years ago, she was the first vendor we booked as soon as we were engaged. We met with her in person and knew right away that she was the perfect fit for us. Her photography style is elegant and unique. Upon looking at her site I liked how the couples seemed so relaxed, not staged. But each image was softly stylized with the perfect lighting. It's natural and exactly what I was looking for. During our engagement shoot she made us feel so relaxed, she very subtly directed us and the pictures came out great. She really made us laugh and I felt like the photos showed our true personalities. On our wedding day (6/11/16) she honestly kept me sane. Rain was in the forecast, but she dealt with it so professionally finding ways to get shots in between showers, inside or under an umbrella. I'm so excited to see how everything came out. But I 100% trust that she had us covered! The few shots she's shown us thus far have been amazing! Also, on the day of her and her 2nd shooter (Allen) were great with our wedding party. We were all there to have fun and they got right down to business so we could get the group shots over with and enjoy ourselves. But they also quickly pulled my husband and I away to get group shots here and there when the rain settled down, for sunset and other special moments. I honestly know that we'll keep in touch with Angela; she's become a friend and we're so lucky to have had her capturing these wonderful memories. Angela & her partner were amazing- we knew when we were first starting our planning that having a good photographer was priority. We wanted our photos to stand the test of time and be a symbol of one of the biggest days in our lives! Angela's photos exceeded our expectations. So many family members and friends have commented on her ability to capture the true feeling of the night (and what a night it was!). We love all the portraits but truthfully it was the candids that really touched us. It was one of those days you want to relive over and over and while that's obviously not possible we are pretty lucky to have such a wonderful collection of photos to treasure!

Working with Angela leading up to and including the day of the wedding was great. We had a pretty difficult decision choosing between two photographers - Angela was one of them. We ultimately decided that it was worth it to us to pay a little bit more for her package, and we were not disappointed in any way. When meeting with her, like any vendor, you should go in with an idea of what it is that you want, but you should also have an open mind to her suggestions. She has a lot of experience photographing weddings, and her methods for preparation were very helpful for us. She's the professional, and with her guidance, our photos came out great, and the process itself was even a little bit fun for someone who doesn't enjoy being in front of the camera. We got the wedding experience we wanted, we got the photos we wanted, and we had as little stress as you could expect throughout the whole time leading up to the wedding.
Our overall experience with her from start to finish was fantastic; we highly recommend her for anything you wish to be photographed professionally.

My husband and I hired Angela for both our engagement and wedding photos. She was willing to try any shots that we requested, even shooting as we paddled across a pond in a canoe! She had me come up with a list with names for the family shots for after the wedding and we got them done quickly and efficiently! My husband and I had Angela take our engagement pictures and were lucky enough to have her travel to the Bahamas with us to take our wedding pictures! We also did a spontaneous "trash the bridesmaids dresses" photo shoot with my girls the next day which was a blast! Wedding planning is stressful, knowing Angela was in control of capturing our big moments lifted a huge weight off our shoulders. We knew we were in good hands and never thought twice about how our pictures were going to come out, we knew they would be truley amazing, and they were. Our wedding was six months ago and we still look through our pictures constantly and can vividly relive that day thanks to all the little details and special moments Angela captured. Angela is a very talent photographer who I would highly recommend! My husband and I had Angela take our engagement pictures and were lucky enough to have her travel to the Bahamas with us to take our wedding pictures! We also did a spontaneous "trash the bridesmaids dresses" photo shoot with my girls the next day which was a blast! Wedding planning is stressful, knowing Angela was in control of capturing our big moments lifted a huge weight off our shoulders. We knew we were in good hands and never thought twice about how our pictures were going to come out, we knew they would be truley amazing, and they were. We are absolutely in love with our pictures!!! Angela captured every moment we could have possibly wanted and then some. We could not be more pleased with the level of service Angela and her assistant provided us on the day of our wedding. She was on time, extremely professional and documented everything we could have wanted! Angela and her team were absolutely amazing! They were able to capture every special moment of our big day and, through what I can only think is magic, they were able to let our personalities shine through. Guests of our wedding have also complimented Angela on her great work. She and her helper were also able to make the best of, what turned out to be, a rainy day! Angela did an amazing job shooting our wedding! Five months later and I still hear comments regularly about how beautiful the wedding was and that the pictures were gorgeous! It was so reassuring to not have to worry about having our special day captured, I could not have felt more comfortable with anyone else doing it. She took into account the visions that we had for our pictures, as well as used her incredible expertise to capture all of the right angles. Our wedding day was easily one of the most important days of our lives and we couldn't be more grateful to Angela for doing such a beautiful job to capture all the little moments that we will treasure for ever.

We loved Angela! She was so easy to work with and set the tone early on that we would design our own package and she would strive to give us everything on our wish list. I think one of the highlights of our big day was doing a sunset session with Angela and her second shooter Alan. They were both so easy going and handled all of our excitement and emotions and our friends coming through while they were shooting with professionalism and good humor. I love that I am able to relive my wedding day so vividly through Angela's beautiful, and plentiful, photos and I get compliments whenever I show them to someone new.

We had Angela do both our engagement shots and wedding photos- one of the best decisions we made during the whole planning process! She was very professional and organized, but also very sweet and fun to work with. And the photos! They are magnificent and truly we will treasure them forever. We also asked her to put together a photo guest book for the wedding that we received many compliments on. We will definitely call on her again for family portraits, etc. in the future.

Angela was wonderful to work with from the planning process to the day we received our photos! We felt so comfortable with her and the pictures show it! She was very responsive when we had questions or needed to follow up with something. On the wedding day she took great pictures without being intrusive and taking us away from the action, which I've heard my other married friends complain about regarding their photographers. The final pictures are wonderful and her talent is evident! We will cherish them for years to come. I would absolutely recommend Angela for any event!

Angela is simply an incredible photographer. She captured every moment of my wedding perfectly, thoroughly, and beautifully. While she was shooting, we hardly ever noticed she was there, she is so discrete when she shoots. My husband and I could not be more thrilled with our wedding photos! Angela is a true professional in the field. She listened to our ideas, and even had full print outs of picture ideas we wanted in hand the day of the wedding so she wouldn't miss a shot! Angela's attention to detail and ability to capture the day as it unfolds is what makes her work so exceptional. We had wanted a photographer who was willing to get all the typical wedding picture poses, but with a natural feel to them, as well as capturing those candid moments that go unnoticed when you are wrapped up in the emotions of the day. Angela absolutely delivered in that respect, and she was extremely professional, quick, and efficient the entire day. There was never a lull in the picture process and as a result we got the pictures we wanted and still had time to enjoy ourselves at our reception.
