We just had a wedding at Jungle Island and it was amazing! Aston helped us from the beginning to the end and he was outstanding. The venue is beautiful, the service was amazing, and the entire staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful, including the chefs and waiters. My husband and I would recommend it for anyone who wants to have a worry free wedding!

The venue and customer service at Jungle Island were just exceptional and exceeded our expectations. Aston, the event manager was very responsive and accommodating. Aston worked with me through out the entire process and the team assigned to our event were just as sweet and helpful as him. I would recommended this venue to anyone looking to have a weeding, baby shower, or corporate party.

Our wedding day was truly the best day of our lives, and a large part of that was our beautiful reception held at Jungle Island. Working with Kristen and the staff at Jungle Island, we were able to craft the wedding of our dreams. From the delicious food to the professional service and the venue location, Jungle Island provided everything we needed to give our guests a wonderful experience. Their packages were very reasonable (especially compared to all the venues we looked at nearby), and had great options for upgrades. We highly recommend them for your special day!

What to say about this place?! It was amazing. Carmen, our wedding coordinator, did AMAZING! She was able to give us a tour with just hours notice. When touring, she just had to mention waterfalls and show us the flamingo lake, and I was SOLD! She was prompt in responding to my never-ending emails. She definitely helped planning a wedding from another state and made it feel so easy! This venue was all-inclusive (open bar, catering, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, cake). They all did an amazing job. The food was incredible, WAY BETTER than I would have ever expected and really unique. Carmen allowed vendors to go in earlier than usual to set up for the event and vendors had MULTIPLE people willing and ready to help! The captain, Sara, did amazing at staying for the entire event and even helped with clean up! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! You guys made our best day even more magical!

Aston Zaidie has to be THE best coordinator to work with. We worked with Aston for about 9 months before my wedding and he was absolutely phenomenal! As far out as 7-8 months I was constantly writing him emails and asking him an earful of questions. He would always write back quickly with answers and suggestions. I changed my mind time and time again and he was ALWAYS patient and a gentleman. My wedding ran so smoothly because of his attention to detail and professionalism. I absolutely loved my wedding venue and of course, Aston.

I had my ceremony an reception here last night and I could not be happier with the service provided. Thank you for much to Carmen Ibarra for everything you did for us. You were always there for anything we needed and you made our dream a reality. This venue is beautiful and all their staff is so friendly, professional, attentive, and everything you could ever wan on your special day. I couldn't be happier with our choice to go with Jungle Island. Aston was amazing. From the very beginning he was always very responsive and attentive and went above and beyond to make sure that our needs were met. There was never anything he couldn't do and he made planning our wedding an enjoyable and memorable experience. The food was great and the staff was professional. The venue itself is beautiful and the guests really enjoyed being there. We chose to have the ceremony in the courtyard, which was beautiful. The ball room was perfect for our reception. I highly recommend this venue.

Mercy was amazing! She helped us every step of the way a year of planning. The venue was beautiful, food was amazing and service was exceptional. I know our wedding won't of been so beautiful if it wasn't done a jungle island. My husband and I are beyond happy with the way our wedding came out.

Absolutely amazing venue and staff! Aston was always available to answer any questions we had, even before we booked with them. The food was delicious and just as good on the day of the wedding as the day of the tasting. Everything was well organized and executed, we had no worries on the day of our wedding and it was perfect!

Mercy and Aston were delightful to work with. They were at our service the whole time and would always answer my texts. I would definitely recommend this venue and their service to everyone. Our wedding came out just as we planned :) We are very happy with Jungle Island!

My wedding was perfect! Aston Ziadie was my wedding coordinator and he made me feel at ease every step of the way. The food was out of this world, Delicious! All my guests are still talking about how good the food and service was. I did have issues with the ceremony and cocktail hour location because of the weather but Jungle Island was able to set up else where and make it happen. Thanks so much to the entire JI team my wedding was truly a fairy tale :) thank you!!!

At first I was concerned that this venue was too expensive but it turned out to be the same or less than most other venues which included less. The service and attention was amazing. I was in constant contact with them for one full year and they were there every step of the way. Aston Zadie was wonderful, he is so patient, understanding, accomodating and a pleasure to work with. My guests all commented on the excellent service they received from the staff and how great the food and orderves were. This venue was the perfect choice.

Everything was great and Stacey was very responsive and helpful along the entire way! Even going along with my need to get everything done as early as possible.
We did the lunch buffet and everyone loved the food. I was worried about that but we still get comments on how great the churrasco was - and we saved money!

Stacey was my coordinator at Jungle Island. She was so on top of everything! In fact the entire staff at jungle island was impeccable. When I had my tasting the chef came to greet me and asked if I liked the food. When it was time to walk the isle Stacey had it planned perfectly so I wasn't waiting around outside while the wedding court made their way down the isle. I had some issues with my Dj and Stacey did all she could to help. She was there the whole time to make sure everything was perfect! My guests raved about the food and venue. I had a beautiful vintage wedding and the staff at jungle island did all they could to make our day perfect.

Sure, there are more high-end ballrooms around Miami but they break the bank. i wasn't interested in making my parents or myself pay a ridiculous amount of money for one night. And jungle island was perfect! I believe I got the best value and service. Thanks to the staff, especially Stacey!

I cannot speak highly enough about Aston and the staff at Jungle Island. All of the guests agreed that this was some of the best food that they had ever had at a reception. Everyone expected the same dry chicken that you get at every other conference/banquet hall style place. But everything was delicious. They catered to my every need and made sure that my guests were taken cared of. Aston is by far one of the nicest people I have ever met and his love for his job is reflected in everything he does. Thank you again Jungle Island for making my dream wedding come true!

Everything was stress free and perfect! Stacy was the BEST. I don't know what I would have done without her! Everything was gorgeous and I am so happy I chose this location for my wedding.

Parrot jungle was such a fun place to have my wedding! The pictures there were filled with nature and screamed Florida wedding! All the guests loved the venue.

I'm going to start off by saying "STACEY GERSHON" is AMAZING! She did everything for me! I'm so glad I had her by my side! She went above and beyond her expectations!
Stacey & her staff did an awesome job! They were on point with everything! I even had guest durring the wedding tell me how wonderful their service was and how GREAT the food was! I can honestly say NOTHING went wrong! :)

We worked with Stacey at JI and she was unbelievable! She responds to every single email right away, which in the wedding planning world is absolutely amazing!! She always was available, even on her day off! She helped me have the wedding of my dreams and I can't express how thankful I truly am. My guests loved the service and absolutely adored the view the from the terrace and ballroom.

I was extremely happy with my venue choice. Jungle Island gave my guests a beautiful view of the city of Miami. I had both my ceremony and reception at Jungle Island and it made things so much easier for both me and my guests. The hors d'oeuvres and dinner choices were all excellent, everyone complimented us on the food! There are also so many beautiful photo opportunities at Jungle Island. Aston was also delight to work with! He made sure that we got exactly what we wished. I highly recommend this venue, and be sure to ask for Aston Ziadie, he's the best!

I had my dream wedding at Jungle Island and I couldn't have asked for more. My vendor, Mercy was great she kept me informed on my wedding day and made sure everything I ordered through the other vendors was delivered as promised. The banquet staff at Jugnle Island was awesome as well they made sure me and my hubby had a drink at all times.

Couldn't have been more pleased with everyone at Jungle Island, especially Andrew Juska. He definitely made it happen for us. This venue was perfect for our tropical chic wedding. ALL of the staff on the day of the wedding were spectacular and they ctaqered to our every need!! A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone at Jungle Island that helped us make our special day a dream come true!!! Highly recommended for any special event, big or small!!

My wedding reception was WONDERFUL!!! Mercy was truly a blessing. The room was gorgeous the service was phenomenal and the food was awesome.

Jessica Levine, catering director and Jungle Island was a complete pleasure to plan a party with. "We can't," was NEVER used in any of our meetings. Jessica went above and beyond to make sure that my party was exactly was I had envisioned it to be. Actually it was even better. Jessica made that happen. If I were planning another event tomorrow, without question, it would be there with Jessica. Our night was truly magical!!!!!!!!

I had 3 different coordinators with Jungle Island,and about 6 months prior to the wedding I was assigned to Jessica. At first I was not 100% satisfied with the service, but 2 months prior to the wedding they kicked it up a few notches! Jessica was on top of everything. She made sure everything was exactly how I wanted. The day of the wedding we felt like royalty. The service was outstanding and the food was very tasty. We used Prime Card, so their prices cannot be beat. They were very accommodating and everything the day of the wedding was executed wonderfully. Overall I was very happy with Jungle Island.

The best thing I can say is that it was exceptional!!
My coordinator Mercy Acosta truly made the experience easy and hassle-free. Nothing went wrong with my Reception. Everything was beautiful and the food was delicious. I received an overwhelming amount of compliments on our wedding. I Would extremely recommend Jungle Island Treetop Ballroom, for any event that anyone is planning especially a wedding!

I would like to Give my warmest thanks to all the staff from the Main Chief, to the waiters, and espeically to Mercy Acosta with her patients and warmth she made the entire planning the best experience ever. I Strongly recommend her to anyone who decides to plan an event at Jungle Island.

We loved our venue and it set the tone for our decor and the fun night we had planned for our guests. Booking Jungle Island was a no brainer. From the moment my mom and I met with Jannette, no other venue could compare. They offered so much more for our money and the service was top-notch. Our guests are still raving about the food/bar/service and it's been almost 8 months.

My wedding planner recommended this venue. I instantly fell in love with the location and the view of the Miami skyline. It was not your typical cookie-cutter hotel banquet room. The food was amazing and warm when it arrived at the table. Aston was very helpful and was present the day of the event. He along with my wedding planner Marylin Exposito made the wedding process very easy and stress-free

Could not have had a better experience. They got every detail right. I honestly had zero stress going into my wedding day. I was given an extensive vendors list with their recommendations, all of which we went with were superb. Guests loved both the food, and ambiance. Jungle Island offers a unique, non-cookie cutter experience. Both my husband and I were there till 11:30! We didn’t want to leave! We opted out of using their ballrooms, for a more outdoor environment. I highly recommend having any special event with them. They know what they are doing!

They were awesome all around! Our coordinator Stacey was easy to communicate with and definitely on top of things. If you're looking for an outdoor ceremony and beautiful indoor reception this is the place. Our ceremony was so beautiful out in the Sabal Palm Plaza, followed by our cocktail hour on the Terrace, and then the reception in the Jacaranda Ballroom. The food was delicious...we chose the chicken marsala with red pepper mashed potato and fresh steamed veggies. Yum! I didn"t get to taste the hor'dourves but my co-workers still talk about how delicious they were! The lead waiter who was assigned to my husband and I kept our champagne flutes full at all times. To make things even better we used our Primecard so we were able to get 20% off!!!! I will say that I had read previous reviews and one of the negatives were that they book more than one party at a time...we were lucky enough that our wedding was the ONLY event that night.

Amazing location, the staff was great and went out of their way to make our day speacial...Found that last minute generator the band needed so the music would go on...

On-site catering was great, buffet with a wide variety of foods which was geared towards our event and theme...

Overall, the price tag adds up, but good value for the money....

Mercy, the event coordinator, really went out of her way to make sure that my wedding would be exactly the way I wanted it. On my wedding day, they went above and beyond even with the little details. They exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend this venue as a wedding site.

Overall my wedding day was what I had dreamed of, and the staff and Jungle Island made that happen.

My wedding was a destination wedding, planning everything from outside Miami and I had to switch venue at the last minute and the way they executed everything you would not have known it.

The banquet staff at Jungle Island is beyond a doubt the best, they kept asking if you were ok, the kept the champagne flowing - they get 2 thumbs up - I wasnt able to taste the food at the cocktail hour but my friends and family still rave about the food.

Anna our personal concierge was sooooooo lovely, she went above and beyond.

My only negative was that during the planning process and even up to the day my planner had an attitude or better yet the responses often had a tinge of attitude which I did not appreciate and I felt rushed - also a BIG negative, we had to point out that this was our day and we will not be rushed.

Overall though the venue is gorgeous, your pictures will be awsome, the food spectaular, the banquet staff wait on you and treat you like royalty.

Everything was nice and everything was all my guess had a great time. It rained and everything still worked out when they moved it inside. I was happy with everything. I would ask them before you have your wedding there, what they allow and don't. Because after we paid them there last payment then they told me a list of thing I planed and paid for I could not do.

The dinner service was excellent. The food was amazing and we have gotton so many compliments on it thus far. They were very negotiable in the beginning especially.

They were not too accomodating with some special needs guests (made us pay teenager price even though one of our guests is unable to eat solid foods). Aside from that though I have no complaints and everything went well.

Our wedding was held at Jungle Island in their outdoor spaces. The park is absolutely beautiful and was a lot of fun for our guests. During the planning process it was sometimes difficult to reach a coordinator, but in the end the venue was very accommodating and very flexible in regard to what we wanted. The pricing is affordable and the quality of food is good too.

Good service. Although we had an issue it was resolved very quick. Great place for the money.

I'll start with the Pros: The service staff (servers, bartenders, bathroom attendants, etc...) are very professional and courteous. They do their job well. Cocktail food is above average to exceptional and plentiful, the location is great. Drinks were well mixed and plentiful.

Cons: Things have changed at Jungle Island and the catering coordination staff has been cut in half and a new catering manager has been hired (Jannette was let go or fired). These changes are not for the best, what started as a pleasent experience at JI, ended up being a wedding planning nightmare. My nightmare started off with my original coordinator leaving me and no one informing me (emails were just unanswered). When my new coordinator started, all sorts of things went wrong. The paperwork they were supposed to put through to Primecard was never done, so I needed to sign a completeley new contract. My new contract which should have been exactly the same as the old one but in a different format, had to go through about 5 drafts, b/c my new coordinator kept screwing up our wedding date, locations, and times. Apparently she wasn't reading our very simple original contract very well. All the red flags went up for me at this point. In addition, our new coordinator, just wasn't very responsive about things. She was hard to get in touch with over the phone and via email. She never sent confirmation of reciept of things via email either.

About 1 week before our wedding we are informed that they double booked our cocktail site (with a huge corporate event) and we had to move. I then visited JI and found a great alternative space. I then come to find out that this huge corporate event will also move right next to our outside reception. These were all things I was promised would never happen; that they would never: (1) place events in or near the same place (except ballrooms) and (2) start events at the same time. I would learn on my wedding day that they had 3 events (my wedding, another wedding, and the huge corporate event) all starting within 1 hour of each other. They are liars. Because of this I could hear heavy bass (from the huge corporate event) and steel drums (from the wedding) while I was waiting for my ceremony. I even ran into a bunch of the other wedding guests who were so confused to see another bride. I never anticipated this, and I repeatedly asked JI if there were other events on our wedding day (before I learned about the huge corporate event) and would only say that they weren't sure.

To make up for the double booking of the huge corporate event with us, the new head catering coordinator rented trees for us to mask their presence. In doing so, he actually said, "I wonder how much money we are going to lose on your wedding". He was not the first catering staff to be rude to us, as Nancy, an assistant, nearly bit my head off when I questioned why my coordinator was 1.5 hours late to a meeting I flew halfway around the world for.

To make matters worse, at our reception site, there were excess tables, chairs, and garbage left out adjacent to us in full view of our guests. The reception location was so HOT, before any guests ever stood foot in it. I asked repeatedly throughout the night and it just got worse, of course. The dinner menu was lackluster, wasn't nearly as good as the tasting, and took forever to come out between courses to the extent that our DJ was super panicked that he wasn't going to be able to play enough dance music. They also only put 8 chairs down at one table, instead of 10, which left a couple with no place to sit. I thought this was my oversight all night - thank you for the headache JI.

In the end, though, my wedding was great. It is a great location and I still think it is a decent deal for the amount of food and drink, and their service staff, which is the front line for your guests, are wonderful. However, they were a nightmare to plan with and made me so stressed and offended me so greatly in the last 3 months before my wedding. That in itself was not worth it. It is really too bad that they have switched over to being a money making machine to book as much events as possible even at the detriment of previous booked events. Please keep this in mind if you plan to book with them, I know of two other weddings within 4 weeks of mine that they pulled the exact thing. I would not recommend them.
