Rock solid company here (and we've had experience with competitors who we would NOT say the same for). Rented a bounce house for our daughter's birthday party... the window for use (considering dropoff time and pickup time) was very generous.
They communicate with their clients, they are on time, and their staff was polite and accommodating. Highly recommend. -

These guys are absolutely amazing. My stuff was set up 4 hours before my party. The two people that came and set it up were wonderful and had great personalities. I rented a giant slip and slide and it was the hit of the party for both kids and adults. I will definitely use them in the future. -

Heather Sent on 09/13/2016Responses were immediate. They were flexible as I changed some of the details of what I wanted things to look like, even just a few days before the event. We had 2 big tents put together and chairs set up. The set up looked great and met our needs as planned. I'd contacted a few other vendors I'd met at some of the wedding shows and they were rude and didn't respond to requests. Jumping Bean was GREAT to work with. HIGHLY recommend them to help pull off your event details. -

My brother and sister-in-law rented a tent, tables, and chairs from this business for a wedding to be held on my property. The company set up the tent and delivered the tables and chairs without any issues (other than it was raining, so we set up a pop up canopy to give the workers some respite from the weather). All equipment was delivered the day prior to the event except for the portable toilets. The employees stated they would be delivered day of the wedding and that they would need to be paid for upon delivery. Day of event we set up the tables and chairs to discover that two of the tables were broken. Jumping Bean did come and deliver two additional working tables but did not take the two remaining tables and told us "Just keep them, do whatever you want with them they're broken anyway" and left. The portable toilets were delivered later that morning and the delivery driver told us they were paid in full already. The day following the wedding (Sunday) it was again raining so the company contacted us via text message stating the weather was too poor for pickup and asked us to move the tables and chairs (in the rain) ourselves to a dry location for pickup later in the week. We were unable to do so as there was no room in our garage for all the tables and chairs and additionally I felt it was inappropriate to ask us to move the equipment in the rain when that was why the company didn’t pick up that day in the first place. We did disassemble the tables and stack them neatly in the center of the tent along with stacking all the chairs and tying them down with the straps left from delivery. The following day (Monday) we got a call from the owner stating we did not pay for the portable toilets and an additional $300 dollars was due immediately, which we paid assuming it was a miscommunication between the two companies over the weekend. Later that day two employees arrived to take the equipment back. They left the driveway area (which is right next to the tent) and drove in the lawn rather than move the equipment another 10 feet farther. Once the truck was loaded instead of backing down the driveway they drove further into the field and attempted to turn around. At which point they became stuck and asked my parents (visiting from out of town) for a chain to pull them out, which he did not have. The employees then left and got their own chain and anther truck. The second truck also got stuck but they were eventually able to get both vehicles out. All of this would have been prevented if they had stayed on the gravel driveway immediately adjacent to the field area. As a result there are multiple, very deep, muddy trenches all over my yard. When I contacted the company to try and resolve the matter the owner Anthony Roland stated they are not responsible for any of the damage and it was too much for us to expect the company to stay on the driveway as well as to back down the driveway rather than turn around in the yard. When we disagreed he hung up on us and is no longer responding to our attempts to reach out. -
