    Amazing experience thanks to the entire team! This was our second time renting from Jumping Bean and my wife and I were very pleased with both the quality of their equipment and their customer service. They run a very efficient operation, are friendly, and are very competitive with pricing.     Rock solid company

    Rock solid company here (and we've had experience with competitors who we would NOT say the same for). Rented a bounce house for our daughter's birthday party... the window for use (considering dropoff time and pickup time) was very generous.

    They communicate with their clients, they are on time, and their staff was polite and accommodating. Highly recommend.

    Stuff was Set up in Just 4 Hours for my Party

    These guys are absolutely amazing. My stuff was set up 4 hours before my party. The two people that came and set it up were wonderful and had great personalities. I rented a giant slip and slide and it was the hit of the party for both kids and adults. I will definitely use them in the future.

    Excellent Service

    I just wanted to send a quick note to say thank you. Your customer service is exceptional. When we got home from vacation late Saturday night and realized the weather forecast was not looking good for the next day I emailed you late in the evening. You got back to me within 10 minutes and I was able to move the party. That was unexpected and above and beyond. I realize you could only move the party if the slide wasn’t rented the following day….but getting back to us so quickly and being accommodating was great.
    The kids had a wonderful time and loved the slide! We will definitely recommend you guys and use you again.

    Highly Recommended

    The kids had a blast in the Hum-V, it was a huge hit. Don’t be surprised if you have future requests from Rensselaerville parents. I had numerous questions about where we rented from.
    The kids and adults loved the cotton candy and popcorn.
    Your delivery staff were awesome and very accommodating in helping us determine the perfect spot for everything.
    I just wanted to let you know that I will highly recommend Jumping Bean for any event, you all were very accommodating and I greatly appreciate it as we had a fantastic day for the 75th celebration.

    The event went very well and we are already discussing next year!

    The kids had great time with the face painter, she stayed until 1:30 because she didn’t want to disappoint anyone.

    Jumping bean was fantastic

    Jumping bean was fantastic. We used them this past weekend when we were unfortunately stood up by another company at the last minute. I called jumping bean on a busy Saturday at 130 pm in a panic when the other company didn’t show up for my daughter 5th birthday party. I had 50 guests arriving in an hour from the time I called them and explained the situation. The amazing team had a crew to my house and set up tables chairs and a bounce house by 245pm the same day! One of the owners updated me constantly and was able to accommodate my last minute request in roughly 1 hour. I am so great full to them. They were pleasant and really pulled off a miracle and saved my daughters party. The bounce house was great quality and set up and take down happened instantly. Ever member of the team was kind and courteous. we do a bounce house party every year and we will now only use jumping bean!!! They are awesome and worth every penny!

    Responses were immediate. They were flexible as I changed some of the details of what I wanted things to look like, even just a few days before the event. We had 2 big tents put together and chairs set up. The set up looked great and met our needs as planned. I’d contacted a few other vendors I’d met at some of the wedding shows and they were rude and didn’t respond to requests. Jumping Bean was GREAT to work with. HIGHLY recommend them to help pull off your event details.

    My family and I have been using Jumping bean since they have open their business. Their dedication to detail and party planning is their best in their field. (For example) We had to set up a party at the last minute and Joe, vivianna and his entire family went out of their way to help us set up my daughters birthday party. We have several companies in my immediate area and, we will not utilize any other company. They make us feel like we are part of their family. We wish them the best.

    Jumping Bean was great in dealing with the questionable weather, providing lots of options and flexibility. This was our second year in a row renting a bounce house from Jumping Bean because they are just so easy and friendly to work with.

    My daughters birthday was great,we rented tents,tables and chairs a snowcone machine and a cotton candy machine. the best part was the photobooth, so much fun,it came with many hats and props the kids and adults booth loved it. I would highly recommend Jumping Bean if you want to have any party at all.
