Julia photographed our wedding in Skaneateles at the beginning of July last year, and we honestly couldn’t be happier. She was calm, kind, and just so easy to trust, which meant a lot on such a busy and emotional day. She noticed the things that mattered to us, but also captured little moments we didn’t even realize were happening. Nothing felt forced or overly posed, just honest and beautiful. We would really recommend Julia to anyone who loves natural, timeless photos that feel honest, atmospheric, and deeply personal. These are the kind of photos we know we’ll keep coming back to for years. We’re so, so grateful Julia captured our day in a way that still makes us feel it all over again! -

We had a small, intimate wedding ceremony near Taughannock Falls, and Julia was such a wonderful photographer to work with. She gave us helpful recommendations before the day, which made everything feel much easier and more relaxed.
During the ceremony, she was calm, kind, and easy to be around. She captured the beauty of the location, the natural moments, and all the emotions without making anything feel forced.
Our photos feel warm, real, and beautiful. We are so happy we had Julia there to capture such a special day for us. -

When planning our wedding, photography honestly was not at the top of our priority list. I now realize that was a huge mistake. Only after the wedding did it hit me that photos are not just important, they are everything. They are the record of a day that goes by in an instant, a flash in time. Choosing the right photographer should have been one of our top decisions. A month later, so much of the day already feels like a blur. Then Julia delivered our gallery, this massive and breathtaking album, and suddenly I was transported right back into every moment. Her photos did not just document the day, they revived it. They pulled forward memories I had already forgotten and revealed beautiful little interactions among our guests that I never even knew happened. Each image was a story, a feeling, a spark. Together they created the most vivid and animated portrait of our wedding day. I am endlessly and truly grateful to have these forever. Julia is not just a photographer. She is an artist in the purest sense of the word. She is passion made tangible. You can feel how much she loves what she does. She was genuinely excited to be there, lighting up at each moment as if it were magic unfolding right in front of her lens. She captured every detail I requested, every small thing that mattered to me, and so many things I had not even thought to ask for but am now unbelievably thankful she caught. Her edits and her instinct for emotion are remarkable. Every photo radiates the exact feeling of the moment it came from. She knows how to pose people in a way that reveals their real beauty and their real joy. We had incredible vendors, but Julia was without question the best value and the greatest gift we booked for our wedding. She went above and beyond in every imaginable way. She was professional, communicative, thoughtful and completely devoted to her craft. She did not just deliver. She over delivered, and we were overwhelmed with emotion when we saw her work. I believe she is too talented, too passionate and too exceptional at what she does to ever be overlooked or underestimated. If you are hesitating on booking her, stop. Look no further. Julia and her husband are amazing! They made our wedding day perfect with the way they captured all the photos we wanted and more! Julia has an amazing eye for her photos and knows how to capture the most beautiful shots. We are AMAZED by our photos and so so happy with how they turned out. Everyone says they are the best wedding photographs they have ever seen! They both bring so much joy and calm to the wedding day and having them by our side was the best decision we made. Julia was a joy to work with! She showed up early, stayed late and had great ideas on how to make our special day even more special.
