    Had a small wedding down to earth wedding the day after July 4th and I cannot say enough great things about this company.

    Very, professional, attentive and FUN!!!!!

    I am not one to usually do these online things but this time I had to Chris & Josie of Juke Box Hero were AWESOME!!!!

    I had heard of them through a friend at work who had used them for their parents 50th wedding anniversary and said that they made the party.

    Every detail was handled with uppermost professionalism and they came through with flying colors.

    Chris is a master entertainer and got the party started quickly. There was no stop activity on the dance floor and every one intermingled because of his group contests and dance numbers. Josie is a gracious host and compliments Chris very well. You can tell these guys are Pros!

    The price was just right for us and the quality of the sound was amazing, my husband is a drummer and knows music! Price & quality, isn't that what we are always looking to attain? With them you get it!

    No one was left out of the party, from my little niece Kelly to my husbands elderly Father John, who usually is grumpy and doesn't participate in anything! Fun was had by all and the music selection was endless!

    I am planning on having him play at our businesses Christmas party later this year too!

    HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

    We had the pleasure of
    enjoying the music of Jukebox Hero at 2 events and then hired him for our anniversary party.
    The service was impeccable.Everyone enjoyed the music,the lights and the entertainment.All of our special requests were addressed.
    The price was so reasonable.
    We highly recommend Chris and Josie!

    I can't express how much Chris and Jossie from Jukebox Hero took the stress off my wedding for me! They were litrally the only aspect to my wedding that I didnt have to worry about and they did such an amazing job. Chris and JOssie and both very passionate people for what they do and they were so lovly to work with.

    I believe I got the best value out of the them than I would have going with the big, known DJ.

    Juke Box Hero (Chris) did a wonderful job. He responded to all my emails and phone calls. Willing to work with my requests and budget. During my reception I didn't worry about anything. He took care of all the music and had everyone dancing and enjoying themselves. If you are looking for a DJ defiantly look him up.

    Jukebox Hero would be good for an older event

    We paid almost $700 for him to play the music he wanted to play. He gave us a paper to write songs or names of people to play and he didn’t play any of them. I wrote that I wanted all of the line dance songs played (electric slide, cha cha slide, etc) and they weren’t played. My sister in law asked to have ‘The Get Up’ played (unfortunately kind of rudely) but he kept insisting he didn’t have the song but we found it for him and he played it. That was the only modern song that was played other than the important stuff like entrance and intros etc. very disappointed.

    When my fiance and I met our DJ, it was nothing but a great feeling. He made us feel comfortable, listened to what we wanted, had a great layout and had great ideas to give us an idea of how everything would flow. Unfortunately, that was where it stopped. It was difficult to get in touch with our DJ and when I would submit a payment with a note, I would not get a response. Also, the day of the wedding, it was almost like we were bothering him. It seemed like everything went in one ear and out the other. We had to make our own CD to ensure the songs we wanted were played and alot of the times requests were over looked. The most upsetting part was messing up the names of our wedding party and forgetting my husband's parents. From an outsides perspective it went well. However being the one paying for the service and not receiving everything you thought was a bit disappointing. I would never take our wedding back, however this would be something I would have changed... :(

    I don't understand how someone who you thought you meet could be so different when he gets the job. Not one thing he said he did, he didn't play out music he had to borrow a guests phone to play music. Not everyone was introduced in the bridal party. I was lucky my nephew sang the song for my dance with my father because I know Chris would have messed that up also. He flirted with so many of the female guest they complained to us the next time we saw them. He yelled at me because I told him he did call the table numbers for food he walked over telling certain people to go eat before my mother and father got food. He's a liar so watch out. Him and his son acted like we invited them as guest to the wedding instead of workers. I have photos of them dancing and of his son trying to catch the garder. Pretty sad how they don't even care

    When we met Chris and Josie at the bridal show they said they would both be at our wedding. In meeting with him the first time he said we wouldn't have to worry about anything. We believed him and hired him. We never planned a wedding before and we're looking for some guidance. We tried to meet with him again and he said to come see him at the farmers market. We wanted to talk one on one. He said to come see him at places he was working. He finally met with us weeks before the wedding. First of all Josie didn't go. They sent their son instead. Chris never put on a suit as promised. He neglected to play all of the songs we requested. He yelled at my wife "The Bride". He allowed his son to partake in the tossing of the garter belt as a single guy. He also had to be told to get the party started after dinner. We just feel that we were short changed by The Jukebox Zero. We got a lot of negative feedback from guests after the wedding that made me feel this way. I as the groom could in no way have a full account of all the happenings while trying to acknowledge all of our guests. Don't be fooled by promises that aren't kept.

    We did not have a wedding, it was a last minute Halloween party. It was not handled professional at all.
