Awesome Wedding

Best Officiant Ever
Judge Rob absolutely exceeded our expectations! He came highly recommended, but until you have him as your officiant, you won't truly know how wonderful he is. He practiced with us a few days before and asked us questions about how we wanted the ceremony to go. We wanted it to be lighthearted and fun! He provided just that. In the moment, he walked us through each step of the ceremony, while engaging the guests at the same time. Our guests said it was the most entertaining ceremony that they have ever been to! He will adapt to whatever kind of ceremony you would like, and he made ours one that we will cherish forever. -

Working with Judge Rob was a treat! He communicated with us from start to finish sharing his wealth of knowledge from a repertoire of more than 1000+ weddings that he has done all over. His tips were extremely insightful and helped us out a lot when it came to having a destination wedding! He is very thorough and wont spare any detail, I mean he covers every base. On wedding day, he is a true crowd pleaser and engages with the group and keeps them laughing! Great experience
Judge Rob did a wonderful job. We planned our little ceremony from Ohio, to Florida. Judge Rob have great suggestions and made sure we got the best pictures ever. We had some struggles with the license after the wedding, and Judge Rob went out of his way to make sure everything got filed in time. Would use him again, if that was a thing. We genuinely appreciate everything he did. Thank you! -

Amazing Beach wedding

My wife and I really enjoyed working with Rob. From the first initial communication through the actual day we got married he was always very quick to respond to all communications. He was always pleasant, professional, and accommodating. He was on time, even with us being there a bit early. He was nice enough to put on his robe for a photo op which we greatly appreciated. We definitely recommend him for officiant services, we were very happy! -

Judge Rob was wonderful!! 5 days before our wedding our originally scheduled officiants mother fell seriously ill. Judge Rob came to the rescue within minutes of reaching out.
He was always responsive, available to talk right away and very professional. He was flexible in taking our speech that we wanted and giving very welcome recommendations to make the speech flow better.
He also added great value and advice prior to ceremony at the venue suggesting songs at certain points of the ceremony and making sure each person in the ceremony knew what to do. He really made the ceremony special and coordinated all pets well. His price is low for the high value he brings. I highly recommend him! -

Judge Rob was amazing! He did everything we asked for. He’s extremely flexible, in a great location at Fort Lauderdale Beach and priced very well. We had a tropical storm headed our way and we were able to reschedule to another date that we picked. Unfortunately we were late to our own wedding due to unforeseen traffic however judge Rob was still his amazing flexible self. Would absolutely recommend him hands down. We had a blast! -

Everything was perfect
Judge Rob was perfect, because of the COVID-19 issues, we had to move our ceremony up and change the geographic location, we needed someone to step in and help us. Judge Rob was excellent! He was available and prompt. As a result of the corona pandemic, we decided to have the ceremony at home. He took all the safety precautions without making it awkward and he was even cool with our barking dog! Rob was so great to work with! From the very beginning, he was beyond helpful in working out the details of our ceremony. He had a lot of great advice on what does and does work well and even convinced my fiance that we should write our own vows. They ended up being the highlight of our ceremony! On the day of the ceremony, he arrived early to confirm details with our readers and bridal party. He greeted our guests and included them in the ceremony. He made sure to get us lots of great photographs during the ceremony and made sure everything went smoothly. He really listened to what we wanted and gave us the perfect ceremony. Judge Rob was amazing. We hired him to officiate and MC our wedding since we didn't have a DJ. In the planning conversations leading up to the wedding, he was a wealth of knowledge with great pointers and suggestions that we didn't even think of. His style of officiating was a perfect mix of fun and serious / romantic. During the reception, he helped move everything along perfectly, and he was great at getting people up and moving / dancing that otherwise would've stayed seated. He was the perfect mix of being the life of the party while being behind the scenes. He knows how to read the crowd and adjust what he needs to do to accommodate it. I would recommend him to anyone getting married within his travel radius. He could've charged more and still would've been more than worth it. -

Our wedding was a small event with close family. The ceremony was in two languages, Spanish and English and Judge Rob organizaded the space perfectly . Very warm and friendly with my family. Reading previous reviews about Judge Rob indicated he was a qualified person that pleased his customers. Judge Rob proved to be everything his reviews indicated. We are so pleased to have had him as an essential part of our special day. The biggest worry I had was whether he would actually show up or be too good to be true. He showed up early and even texted me earlier in the day to calm my nerves.
My opinion of him immediately increased as he communicated quickly, accurately and clearly. He stayed in touch with us every step of the way. He provided thoughtful and helpful suggestions for our ceremony and how to structure the process. He responded to our ideas and added value to most everything we created. Judge Rob wears a judge’s robe and it brings so much to the event by having him dressed for the part. He provides all the official certifications and guidance on how to file and complete the license.
The ceremony was read beautifully and he addressed all our guest. He incorporated our special vows and readings. He was even a great director of the photographer for best wedding photos. I don’t think we could have chosen anyone better or more capable than Judge Rob. All our guest were so complementary of him and how he managed the wedding. He’s now a great friend of our family.

Job Rob performed our simple elopement wedding ceremony. I was afraid our day would feel insignificant or that it would be lacking something, but Judge Rob involved us in the ceremony instead of just speaking to us.
He was extremely flexible (we had concerns about the weather). Even though he was very professional, he had a big personality which made our experience fun! He got along well with our photographer, Patrice Kelly, who was just a sweetheart. If I had to do my wedding day over, i wouldn't change a thing! Thank you Rob! Best day ever! -

Beyond words
Judge Rob was more than I could ever expect from an officiant. He’s worth more than what he charges. He’s punctual, responsive and easy to work with. He’s easy going and you feel at ease the minute he walks into the room. He knows how to direct everyone and where to place everything in order to get the best pictures. After the ceremony he had us lined up so all of our guest could say hi before walking into cocktail hour which in hindsight was the best idea because we didn’t feel pressured to make sure we did it during the reception. He worked with our photographer and DJ wonderfully and everything was seamless. Thank you Judge rob for everything you do and who you are! -

Those were the words that we heard as everyone walked down the aisle! Judge Rob was very energetic and really enjoyed the limelight albeit a little more that we had hoped. He had his idea of how the wedding was to be run, which cause a little conflict of how we wanted it executed. We were looking for an officiant who could just come in and marry us using standard vows and a brief dialogue along with a prayer here and there. What we got was someone who wanted a microphone and enjoys talking into it; we could hear him 30 mins before the wedding speaking into the mic talking to people in attendance. I've never seen that before. Our traditional wedding ended up having a voice over commentary which sounded more like a football stadium announcer or strip club dj introducing everyone coming down the aisle. It was not what we wanted or asked for. It mortified my family, and they didn't know whether to sit, stand, or wait to be told what to do. His announcements also threw off our dj/musicians on the sounds and timing of all the entrances. We had to cut out music and dialogue in our wedding video because of it and dub the songs over it. He also made a huge deal of the witnesses and signing of the marriage license, which we felt was unnecessary. With all of that said, he was very attentive and got the job done. Some of the guests really like him, and he was very sincere with our parents, family, and friends. He clearly enjoys what he does and is professional, but I would suggest level setting on all details prior. In hindsight, we would not have had a microphone for him. -

Unfortunately we cannot recommend Judge Rob. He is a very nice man but did not put any effort in the ceremony. The service was 5 minutes..if that. We had a gorgeous room for the ceremony and felt like we did not even get to enjoy it because the ceremony was so fast. He call our daughter by the wrong name! Never apologized..just said it was about "cutting and pasting"! Never talked about marriage or about the bride and groom who he spoke with throughout the year. Happily we have a wonderful videographer who will be dubbing out the horrible issues we had with Judge Rob. -

Rob basically was an MC during my ceremony. He took away from the romance. He completely forgot to do our sand ceremony, even though it was right next to him on the table. Stopping in the middle saying “hey this is a good photo opportunity” who does that as an officiant?! At the end the big exciting part all he did was introduce us with our first names.. the whole point is to be intro as Mr & Mrs (last name). Then the BIGGEST mistake....He then FORGOT to sign our marriage certificate, we had left for our honeymoon already and in the state of Florida we only have a few days to turn it in. To my mothers shock as she’s standing at the court house with our documents and was embarrassed turned away because Rob messed up. She had to track Rob down and get him to sign it. Then when we got back I did a review on him and his errors on the knot, as I wouldn’t want any other couple to deal with this. He then harassed my husband, sent him a long emotional on his end email about how mad he was at me and continued on with trying to justify his actions. My husband didn’t respond as he didn’t want to deal with the drama Rob was causing. Then Rob calls him, call ignored as well. Then Rob emails us both, he lied through out it saying our parents said things they never did, how he did a “good” job and how we are condemning ourselves to a lifetime of bad memories. He’s extremely unprofessional to say the least. He withheld a video he was supposed to give us because we gave him a bad review. This only adds to reason we’d highly suggest you to find another officiant. He’s by far not worth the cost, and probably a reason he’s cheaper than the other actual qualified officiants out there.
We also came to find out that he was bothering our wedding guests, asking them for business and for reviews on different sites (mainly yelp). Having my guests tell me this was upsetting. He’s clearly more interested in getting more business than doing the job he was hired to do correctly.
