My husband and I worked with JTR Transportation for our June 2025 wedding. They were professional, communicative, and flexible throughout the booking process, which immediately put us at ease. We really appreciated their all-inclusive rate, too! On the day of the wedding (~175 guests total), JTR handled pick up and drop off at multiple hotels with ease. Guests told us that the buses were comfortable and that the air conditioning was appreciated on our hot June wedding day. We couldn't be happier with our choice to use JTR! -

We booked a shuttle bus for our guests to and from our Tarrytown hotels. JTR was great to work with. Reasonably priced, quick to reply to inquiries, and very professional. Our wedding day transportation ran very smoothly. -

We used JTR to transport our guests on the day of our wedding from the hotels in Kingston to our wedding venue in Stone Ridge. We primarily worked with Robert D. in advance of the weekend to iron out the logistics, and he was extremely responsive and helpful. In addition to the larger coach buses, we also rented a smaller bus to pick up guests from a more local B&B that my family had rented, and Robert and his team managed the various pick ups and drop-offs with ease. JTR was reasonably priced and flexible when we had some changes to pick up and drop off locations the week or so before the wedding, which was much appreciated as transportation logistics can be quite stressful during the planning process. We used JTR transportation to shuttle our wedding guests from their hotels to the wedding venue and back. We had a very enjoyable experience working with Sherri to set the shuttle schedule, which included multiple late-night trips to get our guests home from the wedding and after-party. Our guests mentioned that the drivers were extremely friendly and even gave them a little history of the Beacon and Main St area on the way to the reception. -

JTR handled our rehearsal dinner and wedding day transportation with no issues. They were responsive and flexible while we were planning. The buses were clean and in good condition, and the drivers were professional. -

We had a sort of complicated itinerary for picking up our guests (because the venue was in an area without any big hotels nearby, we needed three buses to pick up guests at three different locations), but Robert arranged everything for us and our transportation worked out perfectly on the day-of. -

We used JTR for our wedding shuttles and couldn't have been happier. They were very responsive and helped us figure out the best way to structure our pick-ups and drop-offs from our various hotels in Poughkeepsie. Would recommend! -

Sherri at JTR was super helpful throughout my entire planning process. The bus was clean, the driver was prompt, and I felt totally taken care of leading up to the wedding, as well of on the day. We only used one shuttle to transport the bridal party, but I literally have no complaints. Highly recommend! -

We made our daughter's wedding at The Roundhouse in Beacon and hired JTR to shuttle guests from the Hyatt to Roundhouse and then, after the wedding, from the Roundhouse back to the Hyatt or to the After Party at The Yard. We paid them to make continuous trips between the 2 hotels and the After Party until 2am. They did not show up at the After Party. We created a detailed schedule with Ben at JTR which was very simple and confirmed over email. Our guests waited outside in the cold for the shuttles to show up while we spent the end of our daughter's wedding calling them 20 times at 1am to find out where the shuttles were. When one of the shuttles finally showed up to take guests back to The Roundhouse I told the driver "as soon as you drop this group off you go back to The Yard, which is 1 minute away, and get another group", 30 minutes later they still did not arrive. I would stay away from JTR if you want a shuttle service you can depend on. I have contacted them about our experience and no one got back to me.
