Working with Joy photo and video was so seemless! Our photographer was friendly and really worked with us to make the day special. He was down for anything. The videographer was also very nice and worked well with the photographer. We loved the service they provided. Can’t wait to see the finished products! -

Joy Photo and Video was amazing! The process was so easy and mainstreamed with one point of contact prior to the assignment of our photographer and videographer. The day went smoothly and they were able to capture all of the images we wanted and more. Their energy level was perfect and they helped us find the best locations at our venue for pictures. We got our edited photos within a few days! And we get to keep all edited and unedited photos, which I love. Also, they were very affordable! I would recommend their photography and videography services to everyone! -

We had an excellent time with our videographer. He was on time, professional, captured a lot of extra shots, kept his head on a swivel and found a lot that we didn't see. Overall I would say he was fantastic to work with. We were very happy with the final edited product and the turn-around time on the edits was very fast. They said it could take 3 months and they were ready in under half of that time! The editing team was also great to work with and went above and beyond in terms of our requests. I highly recommend this vendor for your wedding. -

We're so happy we went with Joy Photo and Video! My husband and I got married a few weeks ago. Michael Blair was our photographer and we had Earl as our videographer and both were amazing! They both showed up a little earlier than said time to check out our venue to ensure they could guide us on where to get the best pictures and clips. They were both great at guiding us and giving direction. I had a phone call with both Michael and Earl a few days prior to the wedding which relieved a lot of stress and any questions we may have had on the wedding day. Excited to see how it all came together. Thanks! -

Joy photo was absolutely amazing to use for our wedding. Finding them was so easy. Very reasonably priced and they offer discounts. Team members personally reach out through text and email ahead of your wedding to set up dates, times, type of photos shots, and then they personally review them with you over the phone. Really clear and simple process. They assign your photographer 2-4 weeks out and the photographer reaches out to you to say hi and ask questions if needed. Our photographer was Alora, she was so GREAT! She was extremely kind, sweet, patient, and gave us directions when taking some of the photos. She knew what she was doing and didn't get physically in the way of the wedding fun but she was right there capturing it! Thanks Alora, you rock! I can't speak for their other photographers but Alora was awesome. They had originally assigned us a different photographer but the week before we found out he couldn't make it and they had a replacement right away, which in our case was Alora. Joy photo will make sure your wedding goes smoothly and gets captured! We're still waiting for our photos, they're editing them now. It's only been 4 days since our wedding but I wanted to come on and give this detailed review because we were very happy with our experience! Cory was great from the first moment she walked in! She guided us all well the entire night and had really creative posing ideas. When she wasn't working directly with us she was taking candid pictures of everything. We couldn't have asked for a better photo experience -

Loved working with Joy photo & video. From start to finish I felt very confident my photographer was an expert in the field. She was early and didn’t skip a beat from start to finish. I was concerned about only doing a 6 hour photography package but she kept me at ease and I didn’t feel like anything was left undone. They communicate with you a lot and don’t leave a bride to wonder what’s going to happen next!
