  Elvira is so lovely to work with, she listened to everything I said and made my vision a reality. Her gorgeous flowers transformed the entire venue. There is no middle person, she does the designs herself and has her own studio and she offers probably the best price I have seen in this region. Would throw another party just so she can decorate it.
