Josh was wonderful! He was fun and easy to work with. He definitely knows what he's doing and did an amazing job capturing our engagement photos!!! He has a good eye for getting the best pictures out of the environment he works in. He is very dedicated and not afraid to be adventurous! We were a little nervous for our session, but he made the whole photoshoot very fun and easy by letting us be ourselves and also giving us guidance and poses when needed. 100% would recommend! -

Josh Anderson was our first choice for photographer for our daughter’s wedding. He was the photographer for a family members wedding last summer so we had first hand knowledge of his work. We were thrilled when we learned he was available. From the beginning, he was straightforward and easy to work with. Communication was easy – primarily via email and phone. He and his associate arrived at the church on time and ready to go. They easily worked within the church’s guidelines for taking photos during the ceremony. Both photographers were busy the entire time – way more than we realized. We received the photos in exactly two weeks! We were amazed at all the moments that were captured – many that we had no idea they had caught and very happy with all the pictures. Both photographers were busy the entire time – way more than we realized. My advice for those researching photographers is to remember that of everything that goes into the wedding the planning, it is the photos that will last forever. Also, if there are certain combinations of wedding party, family and/or guests that you want photos of, it would be helpful to provide that list to the photographers ahead of time. In the end, we are very happy with the results and strongly recommend him not only for weddings but other important occasions. -

Josh did our engagement photos and our wedding and we could not have asked for a better experience! My husband and I are people who never felt comfortable taking pictures and DREADED the idea of engagement photos because we figured the pictures would look awkward and forced just because of how we are typically in photos. Boy were we wrong! Both our engagement pictures and our wedding photos turned out wonderfully. Josh and Abby (his assistant at our wedding) were wonderful. Even our wedding party was raving about how seamlessly they blended in with everyone. They were present without being overwhelming/distracting.
Josh was timely in getting pictures back to us, his portal is seamless, and his communication throughout the whole process was fantastic. There was never a moment where I had to worry and I can't thank him enough for that! I would hire him a thousand times over. -

Josh was amazing! We hired him for our engagement photos and wedding. We cannot say enough good things about him. He is so laid back and just goes with the flow! We had no idea what we were doing for photos, and he helped us out and made us feel so comfortable and made it fun!! It truly felt like he was part of the group! Such a good value money wise too! I would recommend him to anyone!! -

We could not be happier with how these photos turned out! Josh was ontime and organized, he has shots he just knows to get and let us do photos we just wanted to have. Any photos we need from here out will definitely be with! We couldn't ask for more! -

Above and beyond our expectations! An amazing photographer!
You absolutely need to hire Josh for your wedding! He was responsive and thorough about our inquiry, and we knew right away he was good fit for us upon our first meeting. Welcoming presence, extremely personable, and true talent for capturing pictures in nature. He was also organized with a professional -easy to use online portal for our contract, payment and application. Another huge perk is his work ethic. We received ALL our edited pictures within a couple weeks of our wedding! We wanted pictures that were authentic and natural for our outdoor winery wedding. We didn't have many requests as we wanted Josh to go with the flow with us for the day. He went above and beyond our expectations. Not only with fantastic pictures of us throughout the day, but raw emotions of our guests, family members and friends. His staging techniques before the ceremony for pictures started a moment and then they naturally transformed into emotions of laughter and happiness in our couples shots and wedding party pictures. We loved this execution as it captured shots that didn't looked staged from the start. We also want to compliment Josh's associate photographer Nicole who worked with him for the day as she was amazing with accent shots! There are so many pictures we received of key moments (first dance, ceremony,speeches) they not only captured the moment, but were able to perfectly time emotions of our guests within the shots. With 200+ guests, we are impressed the amount of people they could capture and they stayed late in the evening to capture dance pictures! We can't say enough good things about Josh, and we feel incredibly lucky we got to work with him and Nicole. We will be hiring him again!!! -

Lee V and Chan H - Josh did our engagement photoshoot. I’m super bummed that I couldn’t book Josh himself for the wedding but I know that we are in good hands of his associates when the day comes. I was super nervous at first for the engagement photoshoot and worried. Josh assured us that it’s normal to feel that way and to not worry about it. He was right! Josh made the photoshoot very fun and loving for us. The photos turned out amazing! He captured pictures that are beyond Kodak! We will definitely recommend him! -

Josh and his team were the most amazing photographers we could've asked for. They made us feel comfortable and we had a blast. The photos came back to us crazy fast and they are STUNNING! I would recommend them to anyone! Josh and Tim are also paramedics which came in handy when my mother fell and broke her wrist. They wrapped her up and were ready to get back into photos in 10 minutes. We cannot thank them enough! -

Josh is the best! We had him take our engagement pictures. Easily the best experience with a photographer to date! Josh is super personable and very talented at his craft. He made sure we were comfortable, made us laugh and enjoying the experience while rolling with whatever was thrown our way. We are looking forward to having him photograph our wedding too! -

Truly Amazing!
AMAZING!!! I cannot put in the right words to say how truly wonderful it was working with Josh! You instantly feel comfortable around him and honestly it feels like he is one of your friends not just your photographer! We've had so many friends and family members give us compliments about Josh. Josh and his team took our engagement photos, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. I have not seen his work with same-sex photos which made it a surprise, and excellent one that is! He treated us no different and took our opinions and thoughts into consideration. Well worth the price and I would recommend him and his team for any special occasion! It was a wonderful experience and all the photos for purchase are affordable. -

Would highly recommend Josh Anderson Photography to everyone that is looking for high quality work at a good price! Josh is very good at what he does and was very knowledgeable about the venue. He is very easy to work with, was very friendly, and never interrupted anything while he was working on the photos. :) Overall very happy we chose to work with him. He will not disappoint! -

I would 1000 precent recommended Josh and his crew for wedding photography. He did both our engagement and wedding photographs. They turned out wonderful! Josh, Katie and Tim were all great professionals to have a part of my big day. They were so helpful and willing to do what was needed to make my day special. Wedding Day Photography
Josh was a great a photographer! My husband and I do not get our pictures taken often and we were worried about feeling awkward. Josh made sure we felt very comfortable and had prompts ready to make us laugh- which made for great candid photos. On our wedding day he was very organized and captured each picture I had requested. We will definitely be working with him in the future! Thanks Josh!! -

Josh Anderson Photography was hired on to take photos of us on our wedding day but Josh did so much more than just take photos of us. He captured every special moment throughout our entire day. So many different angles and perspectives that really just gave us the feeling of "how did he even catch that moment." Josh took the time to get to know us and what type of photos we were looking for. Josh helped us in such a natural way to ensure that we felt comfortable in the poses we were doing and how flowingly the transitions went from different locations, to different backgrounds, and having the wedding party also be involved. He took the time to make sure that we were ok with all of the shots and asked if their was anything that we wanted as well. On our wedding day two photographers were on site and they split and conquered different aspects and different things going on. I am beyond greatful for the hours spent taking pictures to the countless hours spent on reveiwing each and every photo taken. Josh Anderson Photography was the best money spent on our wedding day because the pictures will last us a lifetime and looking through them will let us remember all the little details involved with that day. -

Josh was absolutely fantastic at our engagement shoot. My fiance is not someone who likes pictures and when it is him and I all I get are fake smiles and grumbles. With Josh he ACTUALLY SMILED! Josh had great prompts and made us feel as comfortable as possible with the whole process. He worked with us on trying to switch dates to get the best pictures possible and was great at communicating with us! I love our pictures and it makes me so excited for our wedding next August! Cannot recommend enough! -

Josh is very laid back and easy to connect with, he definitely put me and my fiance at ease with taking engagement photos as we're not used to having proper photos taken. They turned out amazing, he has a knack for capturing our personalities and framing beautiful shots. I cannot wait for the wedding to happen, I have no doubt they will be just as gorgeous! -

Amazing and professional photographer
Josh is professional and easy to work with. He explained how to set up for the pictures well and they turned out great, even though they may have felt awkward at times 😊. He also had a quick turn around time on getting us the pictures. I will recommend him for both engagement and wedding pictures to family and friends in the future. -
