Made My Day!

Where do I even start? I was looking for videographers with no luck. On a hunch, around 7pm, I googled "videographers near me" and Mr. Joseph's office was the only one open at that hour. I decided to call, halfway not expecting an answer, but to my surprise he answered! He was genuine from DAY ONE! Professional, straight-forward, and has a genuine love for his craft. Just from speaking to him, I loved his Spirit and I knew then that I wanted to book him. It wasn't until later that night, after looking at some of his work, that I realized that he'd done videography for my friend's wedding! I had seen her video before so I knew that Mr. Joseph was the way to go. He was ALWAYS available and prompt to answer any and all questions. The day of the wedding was absolutely flawless. He came in promptly and got straight to work. He didn't just sit around and record a few shots, he was genuinely invested in making sure that my husband and I would have footage that we would love and look back on for years to come. His work is magnificent and WELL WORTH the price. The turnaround time is exactly what he said it would be and we got exactly what was promised. I'm so glad we decided to book Mr. Joseph for our special day and I do not regret a single thing. He's truly Heaven sent.

Our magical wedding!

The most special day in our lives we’re in the hands of Joseph Video Productions and they came through for us like champs! Terrance was such a JOY to work with! He has such a joyful and dynamic presence about himself that you know he is there for YOU! Very easy and flexible and brings light humor to the day. I was very pleased with my wedding video. I got married in December and got my wedding video in January. I waited to watch it until last night. I wanted all my family to be together when I watched it for the first time. Well it was beautifully done. There wasn’t a dry eye in the room. Captured some beautiful moments. Such great service an a pleasure to deal with. I paid a arm an a leg for my oldest daughters video to be done and I almost received it on her wedding anniversary. I reached out to this company an not only was he reasonable ,polite, but I received the video in about a month. I would highly recommend them for great memories, you guys are the BEST

Mr. Terrance and his staff did an excellent job on our wedding video. They did an outstanding job of capturing every moment of our special day. We literally laugh and cry every time we watch the video (which is like 5 times now, lol). It was a pleasure working with him throughout the entire process — from start to finish. He is very professional and downright fun to work with. The video was beautiful quality and we love that he was able to catch so many moments that we otherwise would have missed. Great quality product at an affordable price. They arrived on time and stayed until the very end. I received many compliments from my guest about the service of the videographer. This company has Great quality and great service. Joseph Video Productions did my wedding in November 2010 and my niece's wedding in May 2015, we love our video's. Joseph was also there for me at the last minute for a very good friend of mine. Her daughter did not book a videographer, and I called Joseph Productions the morning of the wedding and the company came out and videoed the wedding and now we are home enjoying this great wedding DVD he did in April 2017. I really love the fact that you can hear the people voices on the DVD because, the company put mini microphones on the jacket of the fiancé, so you can really hear him say I do. I watch my wedding DVD every year and re-live how I felt on our special day. Thank you so much Joseph Video Productions!!!!!

Having Terrence as my videographer was indeed bittersweet. Bitter because my Uncle Herman,now deceased had done it for 30 years. The sweetness was that our first meeting with Mr Joseph felt so right
and that feeling lasted throughout the entire event.

We got married on 12-30-16 and we chose Joseph Video Productions as our video company. Mr. Terrance is the best! We had two video cameras at our wedding ceremony and reception. I thought that my video was awesome. It started from the case that it came in, to the picture that was on the disc, and it ended with how well it was put together. I am so happy I went with a videographer to capture my husband and I special day. The quality and all the moments that I would have missed was all apart of this video, so thank you Joseph Video Productions for making this a video well worth it.

Terrence Joseph did a fantastic job videoing our French Quarter New Orleans wedding. He captured every moment beautifully. He encouraged us at different moments such as exiting the church and at the end of our "thank You's" to hold a kiss, which translated great on tape. He got interviews from our wedding guests which I cannot wait to see. He was a ton of fun. He corresponded with my sister who hired him. He has been very prompt with responses. He even sent us an edited version of the day immediately. It has been so fun to watch and share and we can't wait to see the full product. I would recommend Terrence to anyone. He made us all feel comfortable and fun!

We picked Joseph Video Production after reading so many great reviews. And now we can add ours. Mr Joseph was a dream to work with. He was professional and personable. He made sure to keep up with our progress during the wedding planning and always answered our questions promptly. Ours was a destination wedding and he never missed a beat keeping us updated. He even emailed us links to his latest projects. He was really great at calming our (mostly my) fears. Now, we don’t know how he did it but he promised us we would get to have our outdoor ceremony even though it had been raining all week and the forecast called for more thunderstorms on our big day. And sure enough the rain held for the ceremony. We arrived to our venue on time and he was there to greet us. He also stayed until well after the reception had ended. The service from Joseph Video Production is remarkable and the value is incredible. Our guests are still asking about him. We can’t wait to see our video. Based on his other videos it’s sure to be spectacular!

Mr. Joseph was very professional and personable. He took the time to get to know my fiancé and I in order to deliver, what I felt, was a customization of services for our big day. I was in the loop on everything he'd be doing, and after the wedding he continuously sent clips of the dvd for my approval. If I could do it again, I'd hire his company all over again. My dvd and the presentation (cover/box...etc) was absolutely beautiful. It felt good to know my wedding was in good hands! My husband and I couldn't be more satisfied!

There is "one" word I can use to describe Joseph Video Production, and that is AWESOME!!. My wedding video was with perfect clarity and of great quality. The special affects were unbelievable and the music was so appropriate.
As with most weddings, there are always mishaps or things to go wrong. But because of the editing (which I am sure takes much time and patience) my wedding appeared as if everything was perfect.
To top it all off was the friendliness and professionalism of Mr. Joseph. Although strangers at first, he treated me as if we were good friends for years; always making himself available each and every time I texted or called.
To sum it all up, Mr. Joseph is a videography who "obviously" loves what he does, values his customers, whose ultimate mission is to "please".

Mr. Joseph was very punctual for my mom's special event. Each special episode that transpired during the party was captured with true essence. Even when a surprise took place, the cameras continued to roll even though he was not knowledgeable it was to take place. (I forgot to tell him). Mr. Joseph's professionalism was superb!!!!

I would recommend Joseph Video Productions to any couple getting married! He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure our special day was captured. He is truly a professional and man of integrity. When our photographer did not show up at our ceremony, Mr. Joseph took photos with his camera throughout the service in addition to shooting the video to ensure that we did not lose the memories from our wedding ceremony. He did not have to do this, but did so without question and without even being asked. We are forever grateful to Joseph Video Productions! The video is absolutely beautiful, and he caught all of the special moments of one of the best days of our lives that we get to relive over and over now. Thank you SO MUCH for all that you have done! The final product provided by Joseph Video Productions was excellent. We had two cameras shooting throughout the event. The editing of such a large amount of material into a video we will enjoy for years to come was great. The final video brought my wife and daughter to tears.

Joseph Video exceeded our expectations for our wedding video. This was one of the few vendors we used without first having a recommendation from a friend. The experience couldn't have been better. They were prompt, professional, and well priced. We didn't have any issues with them on the wedding day. We received 3 DVD copies of our wedding video 2 months after the wedding. The video was very well edited with good transitions, music, and audio. I would defintely recommend Joseph Video!

It was a true pleasure to work with the Joseph Video group. They guided us through the process of selecting the shots and positions needed to best capture our event. I hired J productions to video my wedding in Oct 2012 at the Benachi House and Gardens in New Orleans. Terrance, the proprietor, really impressed me with his friendliness, professionalism, and expertise -- I called several times while planning to ask for his advice on A/V and sound specs for the ceremony and reception. He is very experienced with many local venues, and that comes in handy. I also liked the number of options that he offers, from Blu-ray DVD, to trailers and slide shows. I wanted a high quality video, and that's exactly what I got. The video was a big hit with family and friends -- I got three copies and gave one to each set of parents. Most of all I really loved how easy it all was. Terrance and his crew were timely, did not interfere AT ALL with the event or the photographer, and yet seemed to be everywhere at once capturing everything. Lastly, I did get an excellent value for the product. J production came in at the lowest of all the prices I checked. The video was also ready in 3 wks. A+!...

Very flexible, very friendly. I felt like I'd know Terrance for every and a friend was doing my video. He's very easy to get along with and even sent me a sample video for me to see while he completes the editing process. I'd recommend him to anyone.

As a media editor, I was having a very difficult time finding a videographer who could just give me the tapes at the end of our wedding shoot. Mr Joseph respected that I work with media and was willing to not only just turn the tapes over to me but also knock off a few hundred $ since I wasn't needing the editing service. A great experience, great footage and I couldn't be happier. :)

I relocated to the Woodlands, Texas after Katrina. I wanted to have a surprise birthday party in New Orleans for my sweetie because the majority of his friends are still there. I met Mr. Joseph the week of the birthday party. I needed to capture this event but couldn’t afford both photographer and videographer due to my swollen guest list. He worked with my budget so that I could have both. I drove in from Texas, met with him at CC’s coffee house on Veterans (I was in Metarie still running errands for the party) where we signed the contract on the spot the day before the event. He made some suggestions to help me create a memorable video It worked. The results were incredible.

The event was at Galvez Restaurant in the Quarters. Darryl, who was on assignment captured the entire essence of New Orleans, from the Spanish Architecture, to the sounds of jazz musician Phillip Manuel performing. The video equipment wasn't cumbersome at all. My guest commented on how smooth he was with the camera.

The highlight of the evening happened when we toasted my honey. Because we were on the second floor, he had the ability to capture this sexy panoramic view of the Quarters. The Mississippi River Bridge that lit up like diamonds and other historical sites including the steeple of the St Louis Cathedral were in perfect view. At the end of the party the videographer braved the heat where the whaling sounds of the Second Line Brass Band escorted us out to the courtyard. He videoed the hell out of us sweating as if water was poured over us. Meanwhile we looked like we had the holy ghost, waving our handkerchiefs, bending our backs dancing as tourist joined in for the fun. Every time I play this tape I re-live this moment. The editing was spectacular and seamless.
