I had the privilege of working with this photographer prior to my wedding for a personal shoot, and immediately I knew he was exactly who I was looking for! He is polite, professional, and absolutely amazing at his craft! The one thing I did NOT have to worry about on my wedding day was my photo and video which was the biggest relief! He was able to get every photo I wanted, and even with mistakes and hiccups caused by everyone and everything else, he was able to capture every moment without fault. I would absolutely recommend hiring Joseph and Ryan for your wedding if you want a stress free beautiful event. My day couldn’t have been better! Every bride deserves their special day captured on film without hassle and headache. Joseph is your guy, without a doubt. Thank you for an amazing experience, your informative directions, and your creativity in your work. -

Fairytale wedding video footage
My husband and I are SO happy with the video footage from our wedding thanks to the talents of Joe! The footage is crisp, and stunning. He’s so creative!!
His pricing was reasonable and he was really a pleasure to work with.
Our reel he produced is so beautiful and covers all the special moments from our wedding day start to finish. We love that he has a drone and used it to capture the beauty of our wedding venue, The Pelican Club. We also have friends that hired him to shoot footage for their local business and also had great things to say about Joe!
We will be recommending him to everyone we know and using him for all our video needs in the future !

Joseph did an outstanding job! It was a super hot day July 3,2023 for our wedding but he didn't miss a beat! We absolutely loved our highlight reel and wedding video! He captured every moment, was super nice and attentive and overall just a great guy to work with! He answered any questions I had and we worked out the timeline and I can't say enough nice things about him or his work! It was so nice to go into the wedding knowing we were in great hands. We also loved the drone footage and our sunset video portion too! 5 out of 5 stars! -

Joseph Mikos was the videographer for our beach wedding this April. He was very flexible and easy to work with. The turnaround time on our highlight reel was VERY quick. All of the videos of our wedding are absolutely beautiful, I wouldn’t change a thing! Would absolutely recommend him! -

Fantastic!
Joseph provided us with great customer service from the first time reaching out to him up until even after our wedding day. He is very laid back and easy going and makes sure your day is as stress free as possible. I am beyond pleased with all of his work from our big day. Not only amazing quality work but he even got us our pictures back way quicker than expected. Joseph is the man!! -

Joseph made us feel so comfortable in every single photo. He did an amazing job incorporating so many different shots and we all felt so natural. He was also very professional and super easy to communicate with from beginning to end. We got some edits a few days later which made me cry (happy tears of course). I would hire him again in a heartbeat!! -

The Leafy Greens Band WedFest
Joseph was absolutely the best to work with. Professional and punctual, works fast, has an amazing eye for capturing those “special moments”, and has an attitude that is calming and fun to work with. He filmed our festival style wedding and exceeded our expectations by capturing the essence of the day PERFECTLY.
We will be hiring him for future events, without question and recommend you do the same -

Joseph Mikos was awesome! He was always there at the right moments and grabbed a bunch of cool shots of the venue and decor. He also was very patient with the little one and did a good job getting all our guests involved and in the photos. He snapped photos at great angles and even doctored some up to make for even cooler prints. To top it all off, he stayed an hour later then planned to ensure he was there for the cake cutting which was delayed a bit. Overall great photographer and my wife and I were extremely satisfied. Definitely recommend! -

Exceeded expectations
We cannot say enough good things about Joseph! Having been part of a bridal party for another wedding he had done, my expectations were already high and he managed to exceed them.
Our plans evolved after our initial contact with him and he was both quick to respond and happy to accommodate our requests. My husband and I chose a less traditional route with a small ceremony on the Coney Island boardwalk in June and an NYC cocktail reception a few weeks later. Thanks to Joseph’s amazing eye and great direction, we have amazing pictures among iconic Coney Island backgrounds. And when the day of the reception fell on the hottest day in NYC in a decade, putting all our pre-chosen photo spots out of reach. He managed to find spots in our hotel and right outside look as though it was what we had planned all along. Add to that the fact that he’s just an all-around nice guy who is easy to be around and you cannot go wrong! We highly recommend Joseph Mikos Photography.

Destination Beach Wedding
Best photographer by far! Being that I was traveling for my wedding I knew no local photographers. I did a lot of research on al of the ones the venue sent me as preferred vendors. Then a friend of mine In my home town recommend I reach out to Joe, who was a little ways away from where we were getting married, but I figured I would give it a shot. He was the first to respond to me out of ALL of the folks I reached out to. He was the most thorough on what he offers and after checking out his portfolio I was sold! He traveled to meet us at our destination and my pictures were back to me so fast!! And they were beautiful! Aside from all of that, he was also fun to work with. My entire family enjoyed his company as well. :) My absolute only complaint is that he loves so far from me that it will take a strong effort to get him to do pictures for me in the future. ;) I am already planning on how to make trips to NYC for family pictures down the line! Thanks to Joe! Made a perfect day even more perfect and because of his work, I have all of the best memories captured for life! -

We had the best experience working with Joe for our wedding. He was a wonderful addition to our special day and is clearly passionate about the work he does. My husband hates having his picture taken but Joe’s friendly demeanor allowed us to relax and enjoy ourselves. He managed to capture the party atmosphere perfectly so whenever I look at the photos, I am instantly taken back to the most fun night of my life. I cannot recommend Joe enough! -
