Phenomenal Officiant!
Joe was such a fantastic officiant for our wedding on 11/1/2025. He was incredibly invested in our story and making the ceremony as personal as possible for us.
He met with us twice via Zoom and we had the fortunate opportunity to meet with him in person prior to our big day. He’s enigmatic and compassionate, has a wonderful sense of humor, and was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to hear about our entire journey, suggested readings, and found us a lovely hand-fasting ceremony.
He was extremely prompt in his replies and very reasonably priced.
I would highly recommend him again and again!

exactly what we needed
Joe was a great wedding Officiant. He was easy to secure, was reassuring and friendly leading up to our wedding, arrived on time, and was able to present my wife and I well with a couple of unique ceremony readings and rituals that were out of the norm.
After the wedding he also handled a mistake we made of underpaying him with grace! We quickly got what he deserved to him after he politely mentioned there may have been a mistake!
He also used tracking mail to deliver our license to the town hall and when the notification still said in transit he called the clerk to confirm they actually got it. He was willing to go to the post office track it down, and hand deliver it in person if he had too.

Wonderful Officiant!!
Joe was a great officiant who helped make our wedding ceremony really special. He worked with us every step of the way right from the beginning. During the course of an entire year he would regularly check in with us to see how things were going. We met up with him multiple times during the planning process, in person and over Zoom calls. Over time he learned more about our story which he was able to weave into the ceremony, making for a nice personal touch. Joe joined us for our rehearsal and met our family and friends, and on wedding day he was professional and friendly with everyone. We definitely recommend Joe!!

December ceremony

Joe is so kind!
We had planned to have Joe be our officiant and had several lovely conversations with him leading up to our wedding. We really liked his lighthearted and flexible but incredibly thoughtful approach to weddings and how seriously he took the role of officiant. Unfortunately, he came down with COVID a few days before our ceremony so we weren't able to have him actually officiate our wedding. He was so kind and helpful in making sure we found a replacement and also sent us several very nice messages on our wedding day and afterward. We wanted to make sure to leave a review even though he was not our officiant because I have no doubt he would have done a wonderful job!!

Joe was an absolutely wonderful officiant! He was very helpful and even met with us a week before to go over our ceremony and any concerns we may have had. Being that we chose to make our own ceremony - we are a Catholic/Jewish couple - he had no problem telling us his opinion and giving various examples of prior weddings he had officiated as examples. I got nothing but compliments on the ceremony from friends and family and we were able to start on time (NEVER happens at a wedding!) AND keep it short as requested (20 min). We really felt very comfortable with Joe and would definitely recommend to friends!

Joe is the best!!! You want him to marry you!!
After we lost our rabbi officiant, we didn't think a Jewish style ceremony could be done, especially on a Saturday which is a big no no for Jewish weddings traditionally. Joe stepped in and we immediately loved him!! He has such good energy so you can't help but be calm and comfortable with him - plus he was happy to make everything work, answered all our questions, really took time to get to know us, and even checked in on us during the months before the wedding like an old friend. And when our day finally arrived, he was even sweeter in person and made everything about our "Jewish style, interfaith ON A SATURDAY" wedding perfect (even when other things were not perfect!). Personable and professional
Joe officiated our wedding last night, and we are very pleased! Working with Joe was an absolute pleasure! We had met him long before our wedding and ended up booking him pretty last minute, and he was super accommodating throughout the whole event. He made us feel at ease on our big day which was crucial. He attended our rehearsal which was a blessing and his vows during our ceremony were wonderful, we even got the chance to incorporate our own. So happy we found Joe!
Working with Joe to officiate our intimate wedding this past weekend was such a wonderful experience and I am so happy he was part of our most special day. Joe was incredibly easy to work with and made the whole process, from our first phone call, to a FaceTime, to meeting in person, to our wedding day just natural and flowing. His easygoing nature immediately set us at ease and we also knew he would get along so well with our guests, all of whom commented on how genuine, fun and engaging he was. The ceremony was heartfelt and the perfect length, and Joe easily incorporated just the right amount of personal elements that we provided. We are throwing a much bigger wedding celebration next year when all our friends and family can join, and Joe is already confirmed to officiate at that event; we wouldn’t have it any other way and it will be so nice to share this special moment, part 2, with him again.

Don’t walk but run and choose Joe as your officiant
We recently had Joe as our officiant for our wedding at Stone Acres Farm and it was a literal dream. We had so many compliments about Joe and how perfect he was, people kept coming up to us asking if he was our uncle because he made our ceremony feel as if he knew us for years!
When we first were engaged in 2018 we booked an officiant for our wedding that was supposed to happen in 2020 and when we went over what we wanted to do for our ceremony we were told we HAD to do a hand fasting/unity candle for our ceremony and we hated that we were being told what we wanted for our ceremony. We ultimately chose to find a new officiant and that’s how we found Joe. We changed our date 3x and venue but Joe still kept in touch throughout the pandemic. He showed up way earlier than we said, practiced our ceremony outline so it was perfect. So many of our guests said it was one of the best ceremonies they had ever gone to. We were so so happy and can’t wait to recommend anyone and everyone to joe! He deserves it all! He’s a literal gem and the sweetest man!

We talked with A LOT of wedding officiants in our search for one who would be flexible and work with us to create our one-of-a-kind Jewish/Catholic blend of a ceremony. Everyone was very nice but either we didn't feel that level of comfort or they had a vision that wasn't 100% in line with our own. We met Joe halfway in between his home and ours in Norwalk, and walked away from our first meeting very relieved and happy to have found him. Full disclosure, I'm a wedding officiant myself, so I'm more particular than most when it comes to this line of work, and Joe went right along with all of our wants, making sure to take notes. We shared a google doc to perfect the ceremony. He checked in during the weeks leading up to the wedding, and showed up to our venue early on the day of. He had a great presence under the Chuppah and some of our friends and family who had the chance to interact with him during the cocktail hour told us he was wonderful. We received our marriage certificate in the mail within days of our ceremony (efficiency!). Thank you Joe! We'd love to keep in touch!

He responds right quickly via email which is great for a stressed out bride! We met Joe in a coffee shop - and I knew after just a few minutes he was going to marry us :) He made us both feel very comfortable and less stressed. He kept in contact throughout the whole process. We were a small wedding - 11 people in total and he made it feel just as special as a large wedding would. I would highly recommend that you reach out to Joe if you are looking for a JOTP for your wedding day. He is super easy to communicate with via email and his response time is very fast. Joe did an amazing job helping us create a ceremony that reflected who we are as a couple! We couldn't be happier with his services.

Joe did a fantastic job as our wedding officiant last month. He was so easy to talk to during our first meeting, we spent over an hour just chatting away! For our ceremony and rehearsal Joe was incredibly patient and accommodating, which we really appreciated because we were super anxious! He included a reading that we liked, and just really helped our day feel so magical! Thank you Joe!

I knew Joe for more than a decade before he performed a very beautiful little ceremony at my parents house. Joe is super warm and incredibly professional. He is the perfect personality to guide and accompany an intense and personal moment like a wedding ceremony with seven people in a small room.
